Honestly, this place was the worst wedding venue I have ever been to and I have been in/invited to a plethora of weddings, especially in the last two years. I had the unfortunate experience of being a guest here and I was embarrassed for the co...

uple and the venue itself. First of all, the maitre d’ didn’t show up for the wedding so there was no direction. Also, they were severely understaffed. The cocktail hour stations were not set up when guests came in after the ceremony and some of the food wasn’t even cooked. I took a bite into a pasta dish and the pasta crunched, as if it wasn’t even boiled in water! Then came the bar. There were TWO options for beer, Heineken and Corona. No light beers whatsoever. If that wasn’t bad enough, they ran out of all liquors within the first 20 minutes of the reception, not because there was a large demand for alcohol, mainly because they just were properly stocked. Not to mention, there was ONE bar and ONE bartender for all the guests. At one point they ran out of the Coronas too! Luckily they were able to wrangle up a few more later in the evening. Next came the dinner... there was hair in multiple dishes at our table, which is disgusting as is but the food was so awful that, unfortunately the hair wasn’t the biggest deterring factor. The potato they offered on each dish was over cooked and literally just 1 round potato on each plate. No taste whatsoever. Lastly, they didn’t serve the cake or coffee. It was placed on a back table and if you wanted dessert, you had to serve yourself. I cannot express the unprofessionalism of such an establishment. They should be ashamed of themselves for the “show” that was put on for this event. If it were my wedding, I’d demand a 100% refund.
