The Factory at Walton Mill

My husband and I had such an incredible wedding at The Factory at Walton Mill. I will sing this venue's praises for decades to come! As a pianist and former wedding photographer, I've attended well over a hundred weddings, giving me some insight into the wedding planning process (in addition to helping plan/coordinate the weddings of friends/family); this experience meant that I had somewhat of an idea of what I wanted for my wedding, but more importantly, what I wanted to avoid. I knew that the an integral element to a stress-free wedding day would be clear and prompt vendor communication, and that the more moving parts involved, the more complicated the planning process (and the more potential for day-of mishaps). I wanted to make sure that my family, fiancé, and I would be able to enjoy the day rather than worry about the details–to that end, I couldn't have chosen a more perfect venue. The number one reason we decided to book this venue was my initial experience with the venue manager, Jeff Lott. He was incredibly prompt in his responses to my initial inquiries, and when my mom and I toured the venue, he took over an hour to give us a tour and to go over each package offered in detail. As he graciously answered our many questions, he demonstrated a comprehensive understanding of each event aspect, from florals to coordination to catering. I toured several venues before deciding on The Factory, but I kept comparing my experience after each venue tour to the one I'd had with Jeff; ultimately we decided to go with The Factory solely based on the excellent experience we'd initially had with him, and I am so glad we made that choice! My husband and I actually live out of state, which I worried would make planning more complicated, but because Jeff is so on top of his email and text communications, planning was a breeze, even from afar. He was an absolute joy to work with throughout the planning process; he has a true gift for managing a myriad of details and bringing an event to life. Thanks to Jeff and The Factory at Walton Mill, my wedding planning process was incredibly easy and virtually stress-free; rather than having to coordinate and keep track of numerous vendors, The Factory provided catering & bar service, decor, florals, day-of coordination, and DJ services. Having everything under one umbrella meant a seamlessly smooth wedding day. My husband and I–as well as our families–were able to enjoy a blissful event without a care in the world as each detail was handled with the utmost care and professionalism by the staff and vendors provided by The Factory. Our guests are still telling us weeks later how much they enjoyed themselves, and we can't imagine a more perfect wedding day. Thank y'all for everything!

Our wedding at The Factory at Walton Mill was absolutely perfect! Jeff and his team are so professional. They are detail oriented and make sure they know exactly what you want on your big day. They flipped the ceremony room so quick! Jeff had several meetings with us before our wedding day and he was so organized. I’d recommend anyone to get married here!

The venue is so beautiful!! On top of the venue being so unique and fun, Jeff and his team were amazing. Jeff really puts so much thought into everything! Jeff helped me get in touch with vendors he recommended and really helped us to make the process low stress. We used his floral package and the arrangements were exceptional!
