Our wedding is booked for October 2025 with The Falls, but I feel the need to write this review now to help other couples out. The Falls has completely cleared house and hired a ne...
w team of absolute rockstars. Both Russell and Kayla bent over backwards to help me tour this venue - virtually and in-person. They were incredibly responsive to emails and worked with me to coordinate things from out of state. Not only were my fiancé and I able to virtually tour the venue with Russell, but my mom and I scheduled a trip down to Georgia (from Michigan) with ONE WEEK’S NOTICE and we were able to easily schedule an in-person tour. Russell was kind, helpful, fun, knowledgeable, and ultra professional. He explained that the old team was not meeting expectations and the standards held by the owners, so they cleaned house and brought in team members that could meet those high expectations. So far, Russell and Kayla have been a DREAM to work with.
This venue is STUNNING. Perfectly manicured, insane attention to detail (heck, even the bathrooms are gorgeous), and in the cutest area between Ellijay and Blue Ridge. It really is just as beautiful as it looks in pictures, if not more beautiful in person.
Let me assure other couples, I am SO happy with my experience with The Falls so far. I am Type A to the max and Russell and Kayla have both exceeded my expectations when it comes to communication and professionalism. Every question that I’ve had has been answered within 24 hours, if not within minutes.
I absolutely cannot wait to get married here!
We chose The Falls at Blue Ridge for our wedding ceremony and reception because of its beautiful waterfall views and stunning setting.
Unfortunately, our experience with the venue...
's management fell well below our expectations. Communication was extremely poor throughout the planning process, with many questions and concerns going unanswered for extended periods of time. As an out-of-town couple, this created unnecessary stress. The saving grace was hiring a day-of coordinator who was not affiliated with the venue.
There were also several disappointing issues on the wedding day, specifically during our reception dinner. My husband and I were not served first during dinner, and my husband was actually one of the last guests to receive his meal. We were also charged for items that had previously been presented as complimentary. Additionally, our gifted cake server set was broken during the event, and no one acknowledged the damage or offered an apology. To make matters worse, our wedding cake was discarded at the end of the evening without anyone asking what we wanted done with it.
While we will always cherish the memories made on our wedding day and appreciate the natural beauty of the venue, the lack of communication and the unexpected charges left us disappointed. Because of our experience, we cannot happily recommend The Falls at Blue Ridge to future couples.
I inquired over 7 weeks ago for wedding and have yet to hear back.
The Falls is such a gorgeous venue it’s absolutely breathtaking. Our wedding was amazing because of their wonderful staff. We had a plated dinner and everyone had their food in 12 ...
mins. Everyone RAVED about the amazing food. This venue also offers a gorgeous cabin with a bowling alley and it kept the groomsman busy all day. It’s settled beautifully the mountains with an exceptional waterfall. Lauren Turner the venue director was exceptionally amazing and made the wedding process a breeze through the venue. She made us feel so welcomed at every meeting and made us feel very confident in our day.
The Falls was such a beautiful venue and the staff was so kind throughout our entire experience. We had a few hiccups at the very beginning when it was under different management, ...
but things have completely turned around. The team now is more organized, attentive, and truly cares about their couples. I’m so glad we chose The Falls!
The venue itself is beautiful — there’s no denying that. But what made our wedding day truly perfect had very little to do with The Falls and everything to do with the incredible t...
eam of vendors we brought in, especially our wedding planner, Madison from Langley Ever After. Without her relentless effort, attention to detail, and unwavering advocacy on our behalf, the day would not have been what it was.
The truth is, working with the management team at The Falls was incredibly challenging. Communication was difficult, and most of the team is based out of state, which created a sense of disconnect throughout the planning process. Unless things have changed since our wedding in June, the minimum spend to host your event here is $50,000 — and every upgrade comes with a steep price tag.
If budget is no issue, and you have a powerhouse planner like Madison who’s willing to go to bat for you and ensure things don’t fall through the cracks, you can have a beautiful wedding here. But future couples should know: you are not treated as the priority — you are treated as a transaction. Proceed with caution, ask lots of questions, and come in with strong support if you choose this venue.
Just had our wedding April 2025. This venue provides top notch customer service lead by Wedding coordinator Lauren . She went above and beyond to meet every want and need requested...
by my wife and I. We can express how amazing her customer service skills and knowledge made the planning process smooth and seem-less. Even when problems arose , she was quick to act and provide resolutions. The venue itself is a beautiful natural environment which displayed a majestic sight for the guests. Our guest were in awe of the waterfall! Yes a waterfall is the backdrop of the ceremony site. It was captivating. The on-site lodging accommodation was a huge 3 bedroom cottage with a bowling alley! It truly was the wedding of our dreams and on-site kitchen provided high class mouthwatering food provided by Master Chef John. He is was extremely involved kind and welcomed any and all recommendations and open to different ideas to test his skills. Can’t say enough about The Falls at Blue Ridge. It was the perfect day for my beautiful bride.
This wedding venue is absolutely stunning!!!

el with all your loved ones to share your day, and The Falls will make it an experience you will ALWAYS cherish and remember. The beauty and breath of fresh air allowed for such an emotional and special occasion to come to life.
Everyone at our wedding had nothing but wonderful things to say about the venue, the staff, and everything that came along with sharing my day with me. I'm so happy that we traveled from South Florida to North Georgia to have our wedding there. The staff was very professional, accommodating, incredibly detailed and such a joy to work with. The food was superb and an extraordinary palate experience. The chef really knows his trade.
My daughters said "this was a day I will never forget". Everyone who sees our pictures want to have their wedding there. I recommend them 1,000%.
