The Falls

I initially booked this venue for the beautiful ceremony area but The Falls had so much more to offer. From the delicious food to the sweetest and most attentive staff, we could not have asked for more. Our wedding coordinator Ashley was absolutely amazing; I asked so many questions and she made planning our wedding a breeze. The in-house DJ was amazing from helping us decide on music to making sure everyone was dancing. I will be recommending this venue to anyone and everyone.

The Falls was absolutely amazing to work with! From their perfect venue to their amazing staff, I could not have asked fir a better place for our reception. They made sure we had everything we needed. They include so much in their packages. Ashley, the wedding coordinator, we beyond helpful and ensured everything was taken care of!

They were great up until the day of the wedding. We rented out the venue area for the full time. They decided to have another wedding in our space that we paid for while we were having our reception. They didn't ask us nor make us aware. I finally asked and was told it was because it rained during their timeslot which wasn't true; they also said that the other wedding party ran late and missed their timeslot. They gave them the ok, again this was the time we paid for. The communication was very poor on the day of the wedding. Changes were made at the last minute that we were not made aware of and had little time to adjust to. Tammy, who we had not dealt with was there with the worst attitude and lied about what was or wasn't available and was of no help but wanted to make we knew she just had foot surgery. Our coordinator arrived much later. Beautiful l venue. Again, great building up to the day. Dropped the ball on quite a few things on the day of. We stayed in good spirits but was very disappointed. Cannot recommend. Update: they granted our request to come back and take pictures.

This venue space when above and beyond for our special day. Not only was the food amazing, the DJ informative, and the space beautiful, but the service we received was TOP OF THE CHART. Ashley, you kept us moving, you kept us informed and you also made sure we did not leave our reception hungry, which as bride and groom, we are extremely thankful for. I cannot thank The Falls enough for making our day so special, and for having the BEST dance floor I've ever seen!

I recommend this place to anybody getting married. The minute we saw the venue we knew immediately that’s where we were getting married. Getting married during covid provided it’s fair share of stress but Ashley, the coordinator, made this experience wonderful. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable. She answered all of our questions and concerns. As for the day, it was perfect. It rained ALL day except for the 20 min of the ceremony. The staff worked so hard to ensure we could have our ceremony outdoor. We appreciate that more than we can express. The reception was phenomenal. The food was great and the DJ played music that kept our guests dancing all night.

The Falls were incredible to work with from start to finish. The entire staff is sweet, accommodating and did everything to make sure that our big day was as perfect as possible despite pandemic. They also made sure that everyone was as safe as humanly possible during our reception with temp checks at the door, sanitizing stations throughout the venue, social distancing, fewer guests at each table and mask requirements. Ashley, our coordinator, was amazing to work with. She walked us through every single step and kept us up to date during the pandemic closures and with the COVID restrictions. She made sure our day went off without a hitch and had each and every detail worked out for us! She and her team even helped with the cleanup so that all our family members had to do was load boxes into cars! They worked so hard to make sure that our day could happen through each Illinois shut down and we’re so sweet to us every step of the way. Our DJ, Brad, was not only fantastic for us and our guests on the dance floor, but made sure that all of our needs and wants were met! He even pulled out some of his bartender skills to make me a special cocktail! We would recommend the Falls to any couple who is looking for a full service venue with incredible food and service. If you’re looking for a venue that takes care of you, not just as customers but as people, then this is the place for you!

Absolutely horrible coordinator. Tried to take money from my husband and I for a dj that she wasn’t even supplying. No communication. Horrible service

Everything was wonderful. The whole night, staff checked on me, the House DJ asked my thoughts on when I was ready for things, the staff helped me gather my things at the end. Ashley was our coordinator and she was AMAZING! You can’t go wrong!!!

The food is fantastic and the service is top notch. They are easy to work with and will do everything in their power to help you have a successful event.

We loved every single thing about the Falls. Our wedding was beautiful. The food is FANTASTIC - I definitely recommend the sun-dried tomato and spinach pasta, and the spinach salad. All of our friends and family raved about the food. Ashley (the coordinator) is great to work with and had everything running smoothly day of. She was also serving people, wiping down tables, and even cleaning the bathrooms at the end of the night. She is the definition of a great manager. Brad, the DJ, was great and even got in the middle of our circle of guests for the last song and sang with us. I would recommend the Falls over and over and over again if I could.

This venue and staff were perfect for our event. Ashley, the event co-ordinator took care of everything. The tables and centerpieces were beautiful. The wait staff went above expectations. Highly re omens the Falls

The Falls is an amazing venue for any event! I have been there several times for different events and the building has always been spotless, set up beautifully, the food is amazing and the staff is one of the best I have ever been involved with. Always very efficient and friendly.

The Falls is an absolutely incredible venue. We had an elaborate birthday for 160 people. It was setup better than any wedding reception I have been to including my own. The food was delicious and hot from the first person to the last person. The servers were all very friendly, professional, and extremely attentive. The DJ was super fun and did an awesome job of keeping the dance floor busy. The coordinator, Ashley, was phenomenal to work with, easygoing, professional, and her follow through was 110%. Our event was ten stars all the way from the first planning meeting until we left happy and thrilled at the end of our party. If you are planning a wedding or a party and want a fabulous venue, you should certainly consider The Falls. Additionally, the location is perfect for out of town guests with a hotel within walking distance, easy commute to the airport and convenient to lots of amenities.

This reception hall was incredible. They were so accommodating and had so many helpful recommendations while we were figuring out what we wanted. The wait staff was on top of everything and were super friendly the night of the wedding. They helped set up the decorations the day before and take them down so we were out of the hall quickly after the reception. They are very very reasonably priced. Also had a lot of compliments on the dinner. Enjoyed every second of the reception and got so many compliments from guests.

My husband and I had our wedding reception there about a month ago. The staff at The Falls was so easy to work with. We never had to worry about anything. We told them exactly what we were looking for and they delivered our dream wedding reception. We definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have an elegant reception or ceremony.

Years before I was engaged, I saw a random wedding video of a couple in front of the most beautiful waterfall, greenery, stones, and flowers. I told my mom that I had to get married there. And so I did! The Falls was the first and last venue my now-husband and I visited. We were so happy with the ceremony space, the reception space, and how SO MUCH was taken care of with them. Planning was much less stressful because we chose The Falls. Ashley and Brad were phenomenal to work with throughout the planning process, as well as the day of the wedding. Thank you all for the most wonderful day!!

This is the most amazing place to have a wedding! I know that as a bride you are probably looking at a million places and considering the cost of every venue. Do you yourself a favor and go with the falls! Having a place that is pretty much all inclusive is a lifesaver! Worried that maybe the food or DJ isn’t good? Don’t! Go to the tastings before wedding and you will be reassured that everything is DELICIOUS! And DJ? Ask for Brad. He did such a great job and kept our guests dancing and having fun until they literally had to kick us out. Ashley is amazing and took care of every single little thing. As a bride, I got to truly enjoy my day and didn’t have to coordinate the day of. I couldn’t thank her enough! And let’s talk about the ceremony outside! We had 40 degrees and drizzle and it was still breathtaking.

I would give this establishment 10 stars if I could. From our first phone call to the end was a fantastic experience. Ashley, Nancy and the whole crew are wonderful, very friendly and easy to work with. The food was wonderful, the venue is clean, the outdoor wedding site is beautiful. I couldn't have asked for more. Everyone raved how beautiful the wedding and reception was. I highly recommend it.

The most amazing experience I have ever had. Ashley and Brad made the experience so amazing. They made special trips to make our day as special as possible for us. The venue was VERY reasonably prices. You get the entire package with the falls! It was a truly magical day and I can't thank the staff enough for how amazing it all turned out!

The Falls did a fantastic job getting everything together and setting up everything exactly the way I wanted. Ashley was wonderful to work with. The decorations, food, and staff were fantastic. Everyone complimented us on how wonderful the food was. So many people said it was by far the best food they've had at a wedding reception. The table decor and lighting looked amazing, and of course the waterfalls in the pictures were gorgeous. I LOVE The Falls!!!

I cannot say enough good things about the falls! They really made the wedding planning process so simple! Ashley is so organized and made my life so much easier! Having several options for vendors in 1 place was also amazing! Everything was absolutely beautiful and my guests are still raving about the food!

I cannot express how incredibly delightful it was to work with everyone at The Falls! I originally called because I'd had some sticker shock from another venue. I spoke with Brad and his attempt to describe the beauty of the outdoor waterfall sold me immediately. They sent us a contract by the end of the day. We visited later that month and booked our date! Some people talk about how pricey a wedding is at The Falls, but I honestly think it's an amazing value and I had no problem paying for convenience. I had stated early on that I didn't care about chair covers with bows and since they rent those, they were able to take that off our package price. The DJ (Top Cats) was included in our package and a shuttle was available to the Hampton Inn down the road for a small fee. Guests talked about how the shuttle was incredibly convenient! Although we rented our centerpieces from somewhere else, they had centerpieces we could have used for free or rent some from them. The food was absolutely amazing! I didn't quite finish all of my dinner because I was a bit overwhelmed by the whole day and I completely regret it! We had our ceremony outside by the waterfall. We were able to do pictures there beforehand and we had the area for the rest of the evening. It was so nice to have a private space to escape to for some fresh air throughout the night! I don't recall there being any problems at all and even if there had been, I know that they would have taken care of it immediately. They honestly have thought of everything! There were a couple of times when the way they typically did things didn't quite mesh with my vision, but because of all of their experience, they always had good reasons why their way made sense and I was totally on board. We got so many compliments throughout the night and after the wedding about how fun and wonderful the whole night was. My husband and I had such an amazing time we're planning to have a 5 year anniversary party there! I cannot recommend them more!!!

My dream wedding reception!!! Stephanie and Ashley were the most amazing wedding coordinators! I loved that I was just able to drop off my decorations and they were able to put everything up that I wanted!!! The food was outstanding! The music amazing as well. Everyone had an amazing time.

The Falls wedding Coordinater, Stephanie, was a dream to work with. She walked us through every step of the wedding planning process and made it incredibly fun and easy. She was very easy to get ahold of and would return my emails in a timely fashion. The day of the wedding was smooth and easygoing. Stephanie was in control of our late arriving guests and made the entire ceremony an unforgettable experience. The catering manager, Ashley, was amazing to work with at the reception. She was attentive to our ever changing needs, in addition to keeping all of our guests happy. The serving staff was a delight and the DJ was so sweet. We're still getting compliments from our guests about how good the food was, how fun the environment was, and how pretty this venue is. We can't wait to see our pictures. We hope to come back to this venue soon!

From my first meeting, tasting, constant emails, my customer service was awesome. I had the most talked about Wedding last year. It was so beautiful and even when it rained and they prepared to move everything indoors, it stopped and everything was dried and looking beautiful again. I was very pleased :)

Stephanie was a great coordinator and she made our wedding very special. Food was great also!

The Falls was spectacular! They made our day all that we imagined it would be.

When planning our reception at this place,they gave us many perks and made us very comfortable with our decisions. They didn't push us into anything we didn't want in our wedding since it wasn't their wedding. They are very professional and nice. The reception itself went great and when things got a little hectic (like our cake that almost colapsed!) they gave us an options that would avoid that situation. After our wedding was over, I remembered I left a couple things at the vendor (like the cake topped and cake stands my friend had in the cake). To this day I still have not gotten a response back via email or phone call concerning this matter and our wedding was over 4 months ago! Our last attempt is to go to the place,but it is about an hour away. They take great care of you,until your wedding is over :(
