The in-house DJ was amazing from helping us decide on music to making sure everyone was dancing. I will be recommending this venue to anyone and everyone.

I finally asked and was told it was because it rained during their timeslot which wasn't true; they also said that the other wedding party ran late and missed their timeslot. They gave them the ok, again this was the time we paid for. The communication was very poor on the day of the wedding. Changes were made at the last minute that we were not made aware of and had little time to adjust to. Tammy, who we had not dealt with was there with the worst attitude and lied about what was or wasn't available and was of no help but wanted to make we knew she just had foot surgery. Our coordinator arrived much later. Beautiful l venue. Again, great building up to the day. Dropped the ball on quite a few things on the day of. We stayed in good spirits but was very disappointed. Cannot recommend. Update: they granted our request to come back and take pictures.

HART. Ashley, you kept us moving, you kept us informed and you also made sure we did not leave our reception hungry, which as bride and groom, we are extremely thankful for. I cannot thank The Falls enough for making our day so special, and for having the BEST dance floor I've ever seen!

As for the day, it was perfect. It rained ALL day except for the 20 min of the ceremony. The staff worked so hard to ensure we could have our ceremony outdoor. We appreciate that more than we can express. The reception was phenomenal. The food was great and the DJ played music that kept our guests dancing all night.

Ashley, our coordinator, was amazing to work with. She walked us through every single step and kept us up to date during the pandemic closures and with the COVID restrictions. She made sure our day went off without a hitch and had each and every detail worked out for us! She and her team even helped with the cleanup so that all our family members had to do was load boxes into cars! They worked so hard to make sure that our day could happen through each Illinois shut down and we’re so sweet to us every step of the way. Our DJ, Brad, was not only fantastic for us and our guests on the dance floor, but made sure that all of our needs and wants were met! He even pulled out some of his bartender skills to make me a special cocktail! We would recommend the Falls to any couple who is looking for a full service venue with incredible food and service. If you’re looking for a venue that takes care of you, not just as customers but as people, then this is the place for you!

. All of our friends and family raved about the food. Ashley (the coordinator) is great to work with and had everything running smoothly day of. She was also serving people, wiping down tables, and even cleaning the bathrooms at the end of the night. She is the definition of a great manager. Brad, the DJ, was great and even got in the middle of our circle of guests for the last song and sang with us. I would recommend the Falls over and over and over again if I could.

If you are planning a wedding or a party and want a fabulous venue, you should certainly consider The Falls. Additionally, the location is perfect for out of town guests with a hotel within walking distance, easy commute to the airport and convenient to lots of amenities.

Go to the tastings before wedding and you will be reassured that everything is DELICIOUS! And DJ? Ask for Brad. He did such a great job and kept our guests dancing and having fun until they literally had to kick us out. Ashley is amazing and took care of every single little thing. As a bride, I got to truly enjoy my day and didn’t have to coordinate the day of. I couldn’t thank her enough! And let’s talk about the ceremony outside! We had 40 degrees and drizzle and it was still breathtaking.

and his attempt to describe the beauty of the outdoor waterfall sold me immediately. They sent us a contract by the end of the day. We visited later that month and booked our date! Some people talk about how pricey a wedding is at The Falls, but I honestly think it's an amazing value and I had no problem paying for convenience. I had stated early on that I didn't care about chair covers with bows and since they rent those, they were able to take that off our package price. The DJ (Top Cats) was included in our package and a shuttle was available to the Hampton Inn down the road for a small fee. Guests talked about how the shuttle was incredibly convenient! Although we rented our centerpieces from somewhere else, they had centerpieces we could have used for free or rent some from them. The food was absolutely amazing! I didn't quite finish all of my dinner because I was a bit overwhelmed by the whole day and I completely regret it! We had our ceremony outside by the waterfall. We were able to do pictures there beforehand and we had the area for the rest of the evening. It was so nice to have a private space to escape to for some fresh air throughout the night! I don't recall there being any problems at all and even if there had been, I know that they would have taken care of it immediately. They honestly have thought of everything! There were a couple of times when the way they typically did things didn't quite mesh with my vision, but because of all of their experience, they always had good reasons why their way made sense and I was totally on board. We got so many compliments throughout the night and after the wedding about how fun and wonderful the whole night was. My husband and I had such an amazing time we're planning to have a 5 year anniversary party there! I cannot recommend them more!!!

Stephanie was in control of our late arriving guests and made the entire ceremony an unforgettable experience. The catering manager, Ashley, was amazing to work with at the reception. She was attentive to our ever changing needs, in addition to keeping all of our guests happy. The serving staff was a delight and the DJ was so sweet. We're still getting compliments from our guests about how good the food was, how fun the environment was, and how pretty this venue is. We can't wait to see our pictures. We hope to come back to this venue soon!

ince it wasn't their wedding. They are very professional and nice. The reception itself went great and when things got a little hectic (like our cake that almost colapsed!) they gave us an options that would avoid that situation. After our wedding was over, I remembered I left a couple things at the vendor (like the cake topped and cake stands my friend had in the cake). To this day I still have not gotten a response back via email or phone call concerning this matter and our wedding was over 4 months ago! Our last attempt is to go to the place,but it is about an hour away. They take great care of you,until your wedding is over :(
