g them very convenient, I would recommend using a rental company in Charlotte or Greensboro or Asheville and just paying the delivery fee. This is for two reasons: first, that the selection at Boone Rent All is pretty small, and second, we had many issues during the planning process. Any time we updated our order, it took several tries to get the paper trail of the changes correct. And three days before the wedding, at 9 pm, we were emailed that the plates we had ordered 8-10 months before (that were already a style compromise due to small selection) were not in stock in large enough quantities to fulfill our order. We had ordered 220 plates originally, updated to 180 plates two weeks before, and three days before, we were told there were only 75 plates (after an emergency trip to IKEA they took to buy out their remaining stock of that plate).
While they did work to resolve our plate issue by going to Charlotte and picking up a similar plate style, we were pretty dissatisfied with renting here.
