Rented blue water goblets for our daughter’s reception and picked them up and retuned them ourselves, our choice. Laura and the staff were awesome to work with and the entire rental process was seamless. Communication by email was perfect and timely along the way up until time of pickup and return. So happy we chose this place for our wedding rental and we are also not local so the communication was seamless!! THANK YOU!

These guys were just great. I am sure I called countless times with changes and questions, and they were so gracious and friendly through it all. Biggest standout, however, was with the arbor we had ordered to get married under. The girl who delivered our stuff said that it had gotten warped from rain at the last wedding and instead of leaving me with that, she UNSOLICITED brought a second arbor option just in case and it ended up being the one we went with! Couldn't say enough good things about these guys.

We rented linens, chafers, and a ton of other supplies for my daughter's wedding party. The Parties Too staff were so helpful, professional, and courteous. The materials we rented were in pristine condition and everything was ready when we needed it. We could not have been more pleased by their service. Many thanks!

We rented farm tables, chiavari wood chairs, beverage troughs, china, gold silverware and beverage carafe’s. Everything was delivered when and as expected. The quality was excellent and helped make our daughter’s intimate wedding reception perfect. Even though the wedding was an hour away from their location for a sizable delivery fee they delivered everything we needed to make the day perfect. Boone Rent-All and Parties Too was definitely the perfect rental company for us.

Laura was so wonderful to work with. The linens we had bought were not going to work for the wedding we were helping with. I called her on a Thursday, placed the order Friday, and they were ready that afternoon. I was so stressed over this issue. Laura was so nice and friendly, even as I was undecisive in our plans. I called her multiple times and she answered all my questions, and was always available. I would highly recommend using them for all your wedding needs! We will definitely use this company for other future weddings that we host!

I had a very positive experience with Parties Too for our Sept. 2020 wedding. They were easy to work with – very responsive and reliable. We rented place settings, easels, tablecloths, and patio heaters – all were high quality and fit in with the other décor at our venue. In addition, they worked fluidly with our wedding planner, which helped keep tasks off my plate during the stress of wedding planning! Definitely recommend Parties Too for all your wedding rentals!

They are very hard to get a hold of and do not call you back. They would not deliver or pickup my large rental order. Had to load and unload ourselves no help was available we were told. Can honestly say I would never use them again.

While I am sure my experience is not everyone's, I personally would not recommend Boone Rent All to other brides. While they are one of very few rental companies in the area, making them very convenient, I would recommend using a rental company in Charlotte or Greensboro or Asheville and just paying the delivery fee. This is for two reasons: first, that the selection at Boone Rent All is pretty small, and second, we had many issues during the planning process. Any time we updated our order, it took several tries to get the paper trail of the changes correct. And three days before the wedding, at 9 pm, we were emailed that the plates we had ordered 8-10 months before (that were already a style compromise due to small selection) were not in stock in large enough quantities to fulfill our order. We had ordered 220 plates originally, updated to 180 plates two weeks before, and three days before, we were told there were only 75 plates (after an emergency trip to IKEA they took to buy out their remaining stock of that plate). While they did work to resolve our plate issue by going to Charlotte and picking up a similar plate style, we were pretty dissatisfied with renting here.

The rental company was very helpful in making sure that everything was taken care of for our venue. They allowed us to have up until the week of to pay our final deposit and decide whether or not to cancel the tents for our outdoor venue. They were helpful every time we called or went in with questions and made the process much easier!

Everything worked out perfect.
