Heidi was very helpful and so willing to listen to what we wanted for our wedding. She added some of her own creativity, but really let my fiancé and I take the lead. She asked good questions and thought of every place we may want flowers! We can absolutely recommend The Flower Shop!

The Flower Shop provided the most beautiful flower arrangements for our wedding! Only thing that we struggled with was having to drive an hour and a half to take back all the vases & I was really nervous as to what all our flowers were going to look like day of because I didn’t get to see what they looked like before our wedding day. They turned out beautiful, but I would’ve wished to see some examples prior to. Other than that, they were soo easy to work with & did an amazing job! It made our wedding absolutely beautiful!

The Flower Shop provided absolutely beautiful flowers for our wedding. I provide some images that I was inspired by and just some colors that I wanted and Heidi was able to create a beautiful bouquet for me, boutonnieres, wrist corsages for our mothers, and bouquets for my bridesmaids. I got so many compliments on the beautiful flowers. I highly encourage booking them for your wedding.

The Flower Shop did an amazing job with our flowers. Our wedding colors were blue and purple. They got beautiful blue and purple orchids! They were honestly some of the most beautiful flowers that I have ever seen. We got so many compliments on them! Heidi was very organized and easy to work with! Heidi Small helped create the amazing flowers for our wedding! We went with jewel toned flowers and everything looked beautiful! The Flower Shop was able to create a beautiful display of the wedding altar, the ceremony chairs, and bouquets! We got so many compliments on our wedding flowers. Everything went smoothly and we didn't have to worry at all about setup.

I found Koons florist for wedding reception and wedding party florals. In full transparency, Koons florist was initially my second choice vendor, but I'm so glad I ended up choosing to work with Koons instead. It was hands-down the best decision I made. I'm not a big 'flowers' girl so while I had some pictures, I never dreamed of my perfect wedding flowers. If I did, I never would have envisioned they would be as beautiful and perfect as they turned out to be. Heidi was amazing to work with, and even during a family emergency as my wedding neared, kept in communication with me. Heidi was even able to track down gold vases that we rented to hold our flowers. These flowers turned out absolutely stunning; I just can not rave about them enough. We received so many compliments; everything was absolutely perfect. Thank you so much, Heidi & Koons florist. I couldn't have envisioned a more beautiful reception; the flowers made the room pop.

Beautiful flowers! And so easy to work with. We went in with a little vision but ultimately no idea what we needed or wanted for arrangements. They were so patient and helped guide us through the decision making. The flower arrangements were amazing and fairly priced.

We cannot thank the flower shop enough for the amazing work that they did. When my flowers arrived on our wedding day I was absolutely in love with them. I am writing this review as a coordinator for a relative's wedding. The Flower Shop did an incredible job both before and upon delivery of our flowers. Heidi was our contact and she is very professional and friendly. We gave her our thoughts on what we would like to have for the wedding and she managed to fulfill every expectation and more. The centerpieces, cake flowers and bridal party flowers were truly a work of art. Everything went on schedule and the Shop went out of their way to accommodate our multiple delivery places. I recommend them with complete confidence that they will fulfill all of your needs and wedding dreams.

Heidi did an amazing job with the flowers for my wedding! I am not a flowery person, and she was extremely patient in helping me to choose the flowers that were perfect for our special day. I'm honored to write a review for The Flower Shop because they did such a phenomenal job with providing flowers for our wedding. My husband and I were married in November and met with Heidi to discuss bouquet and centerpiece options. Heidi was absolutely amazing to work with, she was so professional, patient, efficient, and had so many fantastic ideas. She designed the most exquisite bouquets, corsages, and centerpieces for our wedding, they were truly a work of art. The Flower Shop delivered everything on time and they were perfectly willing to drop flowers off at both the church and reception site. To this day the flowers are still my favorite decoration from the wedding, and so many guests raved about how beautiful they were. We actually had guests scrambling to take flowers home at the end of the night because they talked about how much they loved them! I would most highly recommend the flower shop to provide flowers for anyone's wedding or special occasion. WOW! I barely have words to describe how astoundingly beautiful our wedding flowers were! I went in to The Flower Shop with a color scheme and a vague aesthetic, and they delivered! I could not have imagined a more beautiful floral arrangement. Picking your wedding flowers is a wild card. You don’t know what colors or flowers may be available or in bloom. The Flower Shop is a group of artists you can trust to make them beautiful!

I booked Heidi after filling out a questionnaire on the Flower Shop website and receiving an extremely quick response. She went through my pinterest board and took the time to get a good idea of what I was going for. We worked together on my budget and in fleshing out all the decorations and bouquets. She was responsive and helpful, and happily accommodated additional requests as I thought of them. On the wedding day, the flowers were stunning. She clearly has an eye for arranging and we were very impressed with our centerpieces, vines, and bouquets/boutonnieres. We highly recommend the Flower Shop and Heidi.

Heidi did an AMAZING job on the flowers for my wedding!! From our first meeting she was so responsive and made sure that my vision was turned into a reality!! She truly has an eye for detail and knows her flowers!! I wasn't sure exactly what i wanted, but she listened to me and gave suggestions and worked with me to find the perfect designs!! She was super accommodating and understanding when my ideas changed as well. Her prices were very reasonable and she worked with me to fit within my budget! She really came though on our wedding day and had everything PERFECT and set it all up and was there exactly when i needed her to be. I couldn't have imagined my flowers to more perfect than they were! I came in with my color scheme, our theme, and ideas. The Flower Shop turned my ideas into more than I could have asked for. They are amazing. I showed pictures, told them my ideas and gave them a budget. What they produced and brought on my wedding day was the most gorgeous arrangement of flowers I've ever seen. I was in awe at how they executed what I had envisioned. They were so sweet and kind to work with. Jane was so accommodating and respectful of the budget. If something didn't fit the budget, she was honest and in turn gave suggestions of something similar. She never pressured me to spend more and always stayed in touch if a change needed to be made. Heidi at The Flower Shop is amazing! I met her prior to my July 2 wedding in Gettysburg. She sat down with my mother and I and answered our many questions with patience and guidance! She made countless trips to the back of the shop and pulled out all kinds of flowers for me to see so that I was able to visualize what my bouquet would look like. She provided me with multiple photo albums to see her work. Over the course of the year when I had ideas or slight changes, Heidi was prompt with her emails back to me. a Heidi made my bouquet, 11 bridesmaids bouquets, a flower girl bouquet, flower petals for my little flower girls, 3 boutonnieres, 3 corsages, 18 centerpieces, a long arrangement for the head table, 2 large arrangements for my church alter, and small arrangements with ribbon for the first few pews of the church. The flowers were everything I could have imagined and more. They really made everything so beautiful and completed the look/theme I was going for. I could not be more pleased!

I LOVED my flowers!! They did a wonderful job... I can't say enough about the excellent work that they did for our wedding. We used the Flower Shop for our Gettysburg wedding in April. Coming from out of town, we were only able to meet one time with Heidi for a short time. All we could tell her is a few flowers we did not want, and a general idea of what we thought we wanted. After our meeting, we emailed ideas and recommendations back and forth until they were ready to put something together. On my wedding day, the flowers arrived and my jaw dropped. They were absolutely stunning. My bouquet was everything that I wanted, and they created them with only a few ideas from me. I got so many compliments from the bouquets and the centerpieces. They helped create a beautiful arbor swag for the ceremony. They delivered them right on time and made this whole process so effortless and helped make a wonderful day full of beautiful flowers. I would highly recommend The Flower Shop to anyone getting married in the PA/MD area. They were so easy to work with. All of the staff were friendly and professional. Heidi and the rest of the staff have so much experience and familiarity with the wedding flower business that it helps make a high-stress planning process so much easier.

We were planning a Gettysburg wedding from 2 time zones away and Heidi was absolutely wonderful at working with me through email. I know nothing about flowers and had zero ideas of what I was looking for. Heidi took the time to send me around 25 different suggestions that fit with my colors. The arrangements, bouquets, and centerpieces were gorgeous. They were able to find blue glass pieces for the centerpieces and work blue into the the flowers (which is not a color regularly found in nature)! Great customer service and so creative. Top notch at communicating and being thorough.

Thanks to Heidi and The Flower Shop for providing us with beautiful altar flower arrangements, as well as pew arrangements and a small memorial arrangement. The flowers were gorgeous and totally met our expectations. We were not sure whether we wanted to go to the expense of having pew flowers, and Heidi suggested it would be worth it to have the flowers on every 3 pews. I am so glad we did that, even though it added to the expense. They look beautiful in the pictures and in the video as my daughter is walking down the aisle. Heidi had all of the arrangements transported to our reception venue which was about 25 minutes away. She had suggested placing the pew arrangements on the backs of the bridal party chairs at the reception which was such a great idea! All of the ceremony flowers were repurposed at the reception site. Look no further. Hire The Flower Shop to be your florist! They are true artists. We offered them the chance to be creative with succulents and they far exceeded our expectations. They searched for the most unusual succulents and turned them into a feast for the eyes! Wow! We couldn't have been more happy. Many of our guests were awed as well. The bouquets were absolutely amazing. One was more beautiful than the next - but the bride's was absolutely over the top wonderful! They made a halo of flowers for the flower girl that was delicate and lovely. The guys' boutonnieres were lovely and understated. The centerpieces - oh boy- how stunning! What a job well done.

My daughter knows next to nothing about flowers and is about the least decisive person in the world, but Heidi at The Flower Shop was able to show her photos of other jobs she's done as well as samples of fresh flowers to determine my daughter's preferences. She was knowledgeable, professional, and obviously experienced. We felt completely at ease giving her free reign to work within our budget and come up with something truly lovely. As an added bonus, many of the flowers in the centerpiece we brought home with us are still alive and look great two weeks after the wedding! My flowers were amazing. I have been using this florist fr years but the flowers on my wedding day just blow my mind. They were everything I asked for and more. I got do may compliments about the flowers n addition. I couldn't ask for a better florist.

Koons Florist is amazing! They took our vision and made it work. Our theme for our wedding was garden party, so of course flowers played a starring role. We wanted a shabby chic look and even though my husband kinda of freaked out the florist by saying: 'The rustier the better' she delivered the shabby chic look without any real rust. The first time I cried on my wedding day was when Heidi delivered the bouquets and they were exactly how I pictured them!

When I first contacted Heidi I was concerned that I was going to have trouble getting flowers on my budget. When Heidi met with me she was so helpful. She understood exactly what I wanted and was able to make me beautiful arraingements that fit my budget and looked like I'd spent a fortune. We sat in the wedding planning room and Heidi brough out all sorts of flowers and ribbons so that I could design my whole wedding. She knew exactly when to offer suggestions, and when to listen, and really made me feel special. She even worked in some family heirlooms into the wrappings on the bouquets. She also worked with us when we had to change our order at the last minute when my grandmother passed away. Working with Heidi and Koons Florist was wonderful!

Heidi was absolutely wonderful! She changed things as i needed them changed (which was a bunch) she was very patient with me and provided gorgeous flowers for us. We had my bouquet, 5 bridesmaids, 2 flower girls, 2 ring bearers, 5 groomesmen, the groom, a slue of grandparents & 4 grandparents & 2 brothers. I couldnt have picked a better place to go.

Heidi was very sweet and easy to work with! I told her that I didn't want to spend much money, told her what I needed and she came through with a very reasonable price! Actually I checked with three florist's and Koon's was by far the cheapest and my gerber daisies were exactly what I wanted and they were beautiful

I finally selected Koons Florist after several meetings with florist because I felt that Heidi really understood what I was envisioning...and I was right! They captured all of the colors and textures that I was hoping for - within the budget that I was hoping for!

I went into The Flower Shop with an idea of the colors and some of the flowers I wanted for my early fall wedding. I knew I wanted something very woodsy and whimsical. I didn't want everything to be "matchy-matchy." I left designs and specific flowers up to The Flower Shop, and was AMAZED at their creativity and execution. They set up everything on the day of the wedding, showed up early enough to get everything done long before guests arrived. Here's what we got: 10 hanging vases that lined the aisle. 20 centerpieces, 2 candelabra centerpieces for the head table, 3 beautiful hanging balls made of vines (3' wide each), 1 beautiful grapevine arch, 5 bridesmaids bouquets, 10 boutonnieres (groomsmen, grandfathers, ring bearer), 3 corsages for grandmothers, 2 nosegay bouquets that resembled bride's, 1 crafted bird's nest to hold rings for ring bearer, 2 flower and vine halos for jr. bridesmaid and flower girl, and rose petals for flower girl's basket. All the beautiful flowers and the artfulness in which they were arranged made the scene. I could not have been happier!

My flowers were more beautiful then i could imagine.They were the favorie part of my wedding.

Heidi was more then accommodating to my flowers. I changed my mind many times. She was always willing to sit down, and discuss with me. In the end, I let Heidi do all of the work. She created flawless floral arrangement! I was thrilled when I saw them!
