ighly recommend Forevermore Farms if you are looking for a venue!

than expected due to Forevermore Farm's lack of effort. They handled my florals, DJ, caterer, photographer, and alcohol. On the day of the wedding, my bouquet was missing flowers and arranged wrong. Luckily, they were able to fix but it was a stress I shouldn't have had the morning of my wedding. I think the florist changed from the one who took my order but they could have called me if they had questions. I had a special request for a DJ, I want to do some square dancing and asked Forevermore Farms if they could find a DJ who could call. They said no problem. Once they booked the DJ I asked again if they were able to call square dances and to my face they said "yes". Later I contacted the DJ to add a photo mirror to my package and asked them if the venue talked to them about my square dancing request. They said the venue did not. Luckily, the DJ was able to call two songs for me but the lack of communication from the venue to the DJ caused stress. They also did not clearly communicate with the caterer and we lost the first caterer to another wedding because the decision timeline was not communicated. The second caterer I communicated directly with and was extremely happy with. My last big issue with them was the alcohol package. They told us we could pick our wine and beer and that will charge for the number of people who will drink. First, they bought the wrong bottle of Moscato, second, they ran out of cab-sav before dinner, and third, they ran out of IPAs by the end of dinner. For 115 people they only bought 32 bottles of wine. Forevermore Farms assured me they would not run out of alcohol and yet they did. I also had a reception manager (Forevermore Farm employee) as part of my package who left before the Exit. Overall, if you like the venue, it's a great place but don't expect them to care about your wedding, the details, or your budget. ***EDIT: My alcohol package was $1,725, I have the receipt. I use credit from the cake and officiant services to cover some of it. I did have an outdoor ceremony. It was 85 with a breeze. Guests were outside for 30 minutes in total. Each had fans. I only made one change to my bouquet and that was to make it smaller to fit into my budget. I made other floral changes throughout the year as I got a better head and table layout. My photographer was amazing. I am glad we called them because they were at the wrong location on the property. I also called ahead to let Ren know that we were running late to rehearsal and that we would not be able to look at the bouquet before rehearsal. When asked if I could see the bouquet after rehearsal, she said I could see them the next morning (wedding day). It was an open bar (there was no stealing) and the bartender gave my family a bottle for the table so they didn't have to get up during dinner.

it the vision for our wedding. They had different packages depending on how inclusive you want it to be which was a perfect option for us. Ren and the team were there for every step along the way and they were so helpful. Our wedding turned out exactly how we wanted. Highly reccomend!

We could not have chosen a better venue because not only did we get an absolutely stunning venue for our special day, but we also got blessed with someone who truly made us feel like family during all of the planning and day of. Our wedding day was truly the most perfect day, and we cannot thank Ren and her whole family/team enough!

e to emails. I highly recommend the mini all inclusive package because the vendors were all phenomenal and it took a TON of work off our plate. Our catering people, Table301, were impressed as well and stated multiple times how much they liked the venue. One note though they mentioned that they wouldn’t recommend it to anybody wanting a plated dinner because of the set up but it’s perfect for a buffet. My only complaint would be that the grooms quarters and bridal quarters couldn’t seem to get cooled off but they were responsive to trying to get that fixed as well.

Our wedding was a dream come true and the planning process was easy with all of the help they offered to us. We highly recommend Forevermore Farms for any event.

the location is great! Ren has a beautiful heart and truly cares about the brides. Their dream wedding is her and her teams goal. She tells them upfront that something will go wrong but they will do everything in their power to make it as perfect as possible. She reminds them to remember what's really important about their big day. This is Ren's passion, not just a job, and it shows. If you choose Forevermore Farm as your venue, you will not be disappointed. The Barn and Stables are beautiful and Ren and her staff are amazing!

odating. During the rehearsal the night before, staff members were on hand to answer last minute questions and to ensure that everything was the way we had wanted. The barn itself is not far off the interstate and has so much atmosphere that minimal decorations were needed. The night of the wedding was truly magical- gorgeous outdoor scenery and a dreamy ambiance inside. Our guests were clearly impressed with the venue, several stating that it was the loveliest wedding they had ever attended. After the wedding was over, my daughter thanked me and said it was the wedding of her dreams. I'm so glad we found Forevermore Farm!

e it was for us. We loved the land, the price was great, and we loved the staff, but we weren't sure if The Barn was what we pictured for our big day. At this time, January 2017, The Stables were in the works, but the only work that had been started was the concrete slab which was where The Stables would be. We looked at the blue prints, went out to the site and fell in love with it all. We booked our big day in hopes that the trees would be changing, but the weather would be great, and we couldn't have picked better. Everything from the rehearsal to the wedding day was great. Not everything was perfect, but not everything at weddings always is. If you are looking for a venue that does everything for you in a very professional, corporate-like manner, this venue would not be for you. They definitely have some kinks to work out, as far as their services go, but we were not disappointed. All of our wedding guests loved the venue and loved the views that came along with it. If you are looking for a barn venue that won't blow your budget, I definitely recommend checking out The Barn and Stables at Forevermore Farm. You will not be disappointed.

the barn had nothing to do with it, they still stepped up and helped me even more. I would be happy to work with this team for any event! The barn itself is the most beautiful barn I've ever seen. The bridal suite is huge and even has a place for hair and makeup! The guys enjoyed hanging out at the grooms quarters. I was so glad to stumble upon this gem!!!!!
