The Fountains

Dell, the Events Coordinator was absolutely amazing!! She made sure everything was on time and wanted this day to be perfect for my son and his new wife. The whole day was absolutely beautiful, from the ceremony at the gazebo to the reception in the banquet room which was unbelievable. The food was phenomenal! We got so many compliments on this whole day.

rector guided us through our entire day/evening and made us feel extra special. For any event your planning this is the place to be excellent customer service and the food is also amazing.

pecial. The grounds are beautiful and we had a ton of compliments the day of and in our preview pictures! The reception was decorated exactly how I envisioned it and Nicole's center pieces were a hit conversation topic!! <3 The food was phenomenal! We did family style with chicken marsala and carved steak sirloin, mashed potatoes, alfredo noodles, and vegetable medley... EVERYTHING was delicious... The chicken wing appetizers are still being talked about 2 weeks later and everyone LOVED the soft pretzel & cheese bar for the late night snack! Seriously though, not all your guests will dance or use the photobooth, but everyone eats and I have nothing but good things to say about the food and service at Fountains.

he was very patient with me. On the day of the wedding she was there to make sure everything went smoothly and it did. The night was perfect!

She was a total nightmare. She goes back on what she says and changes the story every 10 secs. She is highly unprofessional and is rude. We wanted our reception to last a little longer because we really like to party and dance. I asked her about adding an extra hour to our reception and was quoted a price. It was agreed that we would add the hour. Two weeks before the wedding when I turned in our final count and confirmed all details she emailed me back telling me that my reception could not go until 1 am because "they don't do that.". Luckily me DOC told me this was a bad venue to work with ( I booked the venue before the DOC) and to keep all my emails and get everything in an email. I emailed her back with a copy of he email quoting me a price and agreeing on the extra hour and she stated that we would be the last wedding to do this because " we had a wedding last weekend" that we had to shut down because they couldn't handle the extra hour of bar. I quoted that because that was always her excuse for why her story changed or why you couldn't do something. When we went for our tasting they were setting up for a wedding and she was bashing the decor and made fun of the bride for not having chair covers. I told her I was not having chair covers either and she just rolled her eyes. The night of our wedding she tried to shut us down early after we paid ALOT of money for that extra hour, they were rude to my vendors refusing to get one of them a chair, and when one of my tables ran out of food( family style ) they made a huge fuss about getting my guest some food. Instead of filling the bowls back up the mounded a bunch of food on a plate and brought it just to 1 person. Weddings are expensive and we paid way too much money to be treated like this. Also, if you have a lot of children coming to your wedding , they don't give you a discount for kids under 18. Only if they are 10 or under. So you have to pay for alcohol for those 10-21 who can't drink. There are places that are similar enough to this place. It's not worth the price or the stress of dealing with the rude staff!

The carpets were dirty; there were spider webs with bugs in them in the vestibule; when moved, we discovered there were chaffing dishes with old water in them, coffee makers and plastic flower decorations, among other things, stashed under the cake and gift table, and the carpets and walls were dusty and dirty, so it was obvious they had not been cleaned under in months. Finally the day of the wedding was very hot and humid. The air conditioning unit at the Fountains was not strong enough to keep the room at a comfortable temperature. When asked to cool the room down, we were told the air was at its maximum and to turn it down more would cause it to freeze over and shut down.
