to know us and work within our goals and budget. It felt like our day, not just another wedding to them. Their team is so organized and easygoing—it was like having really qualified friends help us pull it all together lol. Seriously couldn’t recommend them enough!
Sarah and Kelsey are truly a rockstar team of wedding coordinators. They are fun, flexible, full of amazing ideas, and able to think quickly on their feet. They were able to solve ...
any problems the wedding day threw at us and managed to keep me calm and centered (which is no small feat)!
The florals I purchased online arrived late and damaged, and they wasted no time recruiting a family member to find new blooms and stayed up late rearranging all of the bouquets. I had to ban a family member from the wedding the night before, who then tried to crash the ceremony at least three times, and I never even knew until the day after because they intercepted and sent him away each time to preserve my peace. Even though we were short on time most of the day, I didn’t stress about it because a) they had prepped me for the reality that this happens with weddings, and b) they kept things running smoothly and efficiently so that all the things we hoped to do still happened.
The venue’s property manager even said that this was the most organized event they had ever seen in their 30-year career, and I credit that entirely to Sarah and Kelsey. They gave me the tools and information I needed to put all the details of my dream wedding together, and then helped me make it happen when they arrived onsite. Planning and executing a wedding is a TON of work that most people have zero experience in, and I’m so so grateful to have found these wonderful ladies to guide me through it. It was the best day of my life and I truly couldn’t have done it without them. I can’t recommend them enough!
