ens was such an amazing space to hold our ceremony and reception. It was such a perfect day and venue!

was told I could use my own wedding planner if they were insured, after I was contracted this was denied. For my final payment LRG again tried to charge me $2k more than my contract, I had to catch the error. My details meeting was cancelled 5 minutes before the meeting and I was told someone would reach out to me, I heard nothing. For 3 weeks I spent hours calling LRG and even had 3 people on the phones trying to reach someone. I was 2 weeks out from my wedding and only could reach the pro shop. One week before my wedding I finally made contact and learned they had nothing done, I spent an entire Saturday a week before my wedding on the phone with them giving them all my event information AGAIN because no one had it. No guest count, no food, no floorplan, you name it. The day of was a disaster, our chairs were covered in ants and food, linens were creased all over and stained in massive spots. LRG did not care. We had no champagne in the room that we paid for. They had a tour of the venue (which I did not mind) until the tour was allowed into the bridal suite and restroom while I had minors changing and not clothed. LRG did not care. LRG staff were told over 5 times by various people that bathrooms were out of soap, papertowels and toilet paper, it was never refilled. I was being yelled at about getting to the golf course for photos and told I had 10 minutes. If you do not use their photo vendor they will treat you terribly. During my private vows LRG made my DJ knock on the door to the room 2 times to rush us claiming we could not fall behind schedule because they had another event and the food temperature. I asked for just 5-10 more minutes to exchange vows and was told no. My apps in the bridal suite were freezing cold. When me and my husband got to our table they never served us food like they were supposed to and rushed us for. They served 4 tables before serving us. I paid for wine with dinner and they never offered this to my guests. I PAID $350 EXTRA FOR THIS SERVICE. They limit the volume of the music through their own system, you could not hear our music during the ceremony. I was so nice during the process and even when they ghosted us 3 weeks before the wedding, I never complained. I tried to discuss this with LRG and get this rectified, they have refused and their offer to fix this was a slap in the face. LRG now refuses to communicate and answer. BEWARE, the reviews are not for the same quality venue, service has changed, they only want their preferred vendors, and they do not care, its evident by their lack of communication, even interrupting my vows, and allowing strangers into rooms where women and minors are changing.

McKenna and she was a wonderful guide for us throughout the entire planning process. Our guests loved the venue and from the ease of the venue to the beauty of the grounds, all of our guests said it was one of the best weddings they’ve been to, which we thank Los Robles Greens and McKenna for making it such a special and memorable day. Highly recommend!

No other venue allowed that option which was crazy to us. Not to mention LRG also is a stunning venue that is also very affordable especially in the area. We couldn’t say no! The planning process was only a little difficult since there was a change in staff , but we overcame . The venue also is pretty plain, but it was fun for us to dress it up with our decorations and pops of color. The greenery was beautiful, though! Our day wouldn’t be the same without LRG’s accommodations ! We highly recommend .

I especially loved this venue due to the stunning landscape and the access to the clubhouse. It was good for grabbing a bite to eat and some of our bridal party went there between rehearsal and the later rehearsal dinner. The bridal suite was nice and many of us fit in there with the ac and room to stretch. There were small items to improve on such as making sure the bathroom was fully stocked with paper goods. A little more attention to detail such as pouring champagne to the non-drinking bride (despite specifying Martinelli's). We can look past that and know that nothing is perfect. Our guests have raved about how the wedding was perfect and really enjoyed their time with us on our special day! Another perk was the grounds were good for seniors and folks who need handicapped access. No major leaps and bounds or obstacles to navigate. The parking was free and ample so no need to hire transport or wait times for a shuttle. Kids and folks alike got a chance to play corn hole and we rented some nice furniture from the venue, so we did not need to get extra rental from outside. It really was a one-stop shop! Thanks again McKenna, the hard-working Chef, and all the staff at The Gardens at Los Robles Greens! You made it a day and evening to cherish for years to come!

We would absolutely get married at Los Robles again!

The guys were able to hang out by the bar and the girls were comfortably in the bridal suite while we all waited for the ceremony to start. There was so much room for everyone to spread out as needed, since we were in the tailend of yet another COVID surge. The staff was very attentive to every need before, during, and after the event as we tied off any loose ends. Another perk was the location; only a couple minutes off of the main highway with so many stores, restaurants, and things to do for our guests to do leading up to the big day!

She helped us find a new date (October 9th, 2021) and made the whole process seamless. Anytime we had questions or concerns, Kelsey and Alex were responsive and understanding. The venue itself is gorgeous, we especially loved the vines (which were STUNNING in October) and that there was enough freedom to make the space our own with florals and décor. My husband and I enjoyed that it is a ceremony space, cocktail area, and reception space all in one! Also… we MUST talk about the food. We went with a duet plate of chicken and steak, and it was delicious. All the pass around appetizers were amazing, we also got to try them on the wedding day while doing our photos during cocktail hour. We were impressed with the service (wait staff, set up crew, management, coordination, and security) as well, as everyone was very kind and attentive throughout the evening. When looking for a wedding venue, honestly look no further, this is a fantastic and beautiful venue with caring folks behind the scenes. We highly recommend Los Robles Greens!

respond and attentive to the changing times. 2 things that we wanted to provide feedback on was the lack of lighting- while it seems good when it’s bright out, but when it gets dark- TOO DARK for a wedding in my opinion. I am SO grateful my coordinator did a wedding there the week before so we knew to hire an external lightening company, but had our coordinator not been there before we would have been VERY upset. And the second was the food- it seemed like it took longer than normal for them to bring out the main course. We did have a bit of a larger wedding, but it definitely adjusted our timeline and pushed things back more than we would have liked. Overall- we have absolutely no regrets on our venue- it was a truly magical night!!!!

was the first venue we looked at and after checking out 2 more places, I couldn't get the beautiful greenery and the ceremony area out of my head, we knew we had to book. From our very first meeting with Kelsey to our wedding day and everything in between, the process went so smoothly. First of all, Kelsey did everything possible to make sure we could have our dream wedding at Los Robles Greens while keeping it within our budget, which was really important to us. The passion she has behind her job is unbelievable, and it definitely shines through. My husband and I were naive in a lot of ways during the wedding planning process, however, Kelsey was so sweet to always be available for any questions or concerns that we had. The day of our wedding was flawless thanks to the Los Robles Greens team. I received several compliments from our guests about how beautiful the grounds were, how amazing the food was, and that the service from the servers and bartenders was excellent. Thanks to them, it allowed us(the bride and groom) and our families to relax and just enjoy every moment of the evening. That was such an amazing feeling to have. We will forever be dreaming and reminiscing about our special day at LRG, and how beautiful it was. For those possibly hesitating on whether or not to have your wedding here, let me tell you, you will never regret having your wedding at LRG. This venue takes the cake for affordability, beauty, and quality of service. Thank you so much Kelsey and LRG team for helping make our special day unforgettable.

Aside from the venue itself being drop dead gorgeous (with all that greenery, you legit can save money and not even have to decorate that much) the food was to die for, from the appetizers to the main course! People were not stop telling us ALL night how amazing the food was. We chose a duet plate with salmon and chicken.. the salmon was cooked to perfection and the chicken was so damn juicy. To be quit honest, it’s damn near some of the best food we’ve ever had. Honestly people, if you’re looking for top of line, professional yet still affordable place to get married, please pick LRG. I’m not one to go all out here but this venue and staff deserves the recognition. Now a days people just try to make money off you and send you on your way but LRG really goes that extra mile to take care of you and give you the wedding of your dreams.. just like they gave us on 8/17/19. Thank you LRG and Chrissy for being so amazing and I can’t wait to convince anyone I know to tie the knot here, so we can return and because I know they’ll be in great hands. We love LRG, thank you!!!

I realize that we aren’t going to have access to our venue and we don’t even know where to begin looking for a “plan B”. I call my friends Matt & Tara who are also my DJ & HMUA. They told us to give them an hour and within 30 minutes they had us connected with Kelsey! From the moment I spoke to her on the phone I just felt like we were heading in the right direction. We met her at the venue within an hour of that. As soon as we entered The Gardens we knew that this was EXACTLY where we were meant to get married! It was breathtakingly beautiful and immaculate! It was a GO for the new venue! Kelsey created a new time line and contacted all of our vendors and the wedding was on track to be nothing short of amazing! Fast forward to the next day and she had her staff on point! Seriously, where does this girl hide her cape?! Everyone was friendly, helpful, and well dressed. I confronted someone that I thought was one of my husband’s coworkers and he turned out to be security. He blended in with our friends so perfectly I literally thought he was a guest! If we ever decided to get married again(vow renewal of course), we would absolutely do it at Los Robles. Even my friends said we need a do over because it was so much fun. I’ve had so many people ask me what I would change about the day and cannot think of one single thing other than we wish we had known about this venue from the very beginning! Everything happens for a reason though, right?! Thank you thank you thank you to everyone that made this day perfect! xo

h. The venue was absolutely gorgeous the day of, and even though it rained, we were able to move the ceremony inside last minute and then have the reception outside in the post-rain air. We were able to add extra heaters fairly last minute. Seriously, SO BEAUTIFUL! I wouldn't have wanted my wedding anywhere else.

Kelsey, the event coordinator was extremely friendly, insightful and responsive and made the entire wedding planning process far less stressful than we thought it would be. The staff at Los Robles was also phenomenal during the day of the wedding. We could not be happier with our decision to have our big day at Los Robles and can't imagine planning a wedding without Kelseys help.

Most importantly, the staff is exceptional -- sales (Kelsey & Chrissy), set-up crew, service crew (headed by Ross for our event), down to security (Dustin?)... well organized, always present and helpful. This team pulled off the wedding with just 24 hour notice (the original venue had been evacuated due to fires). No stress for the couple, guests, or vendors. From my perspective as the Day-of Coordinator: very impressive!

She was so quick to respond, lovely, and on top of it. I knew we were in such good hands. The food was delicious (except for I heard the eggplant, don't choose that one). They also graciously upgraded all of our tri tip to steaks for free, and gave us a free tee time. Most of our friends and family are from LA and the OC, so they thought Thousand Oaks was a little random; but once they got there, they understood why because everyone LOVED our event space and thought it was so beautiful. It wasn’t planned and we had to be cautious about golf balls flying in the air, such a mind-blowing moment but a moment we will never forget. The catering staff (Ben, John and Pauly, just to name a few!) are on top of everything! My clients are treated like celebrities, from the moment they come for a site visit, until the sparkler exit! The venue itself is beautiful, and has tons of opportunity for you to make it your own. You can go rustic, elegant, chic, boho, romantic, etc. Though the Garden's is one of our favorites, we also love their ballroom. It's views are incredible and the room itself is extremely spacious! There are also a ton of beautiful spots for photos throughout the property! The sunsets are almost always a crowd pleaser and the nights are always starry! I would highly recommend this venue to anyone who is planning a wedding!!!

Surrounded by garden landscape and bistro lights, the reception area felt magical. The Gardens at Los Robles was everything I was looking for in a wedding venue. From the initial questions I presented by email to the day-of visit in my bridal suite, Kelsey assisted my Mom and I with all our venue needs. Two weeks prior to our wedding, she showed me such grace and patience when I got overwhelmed. When I asked for additional time to put the final details together for her, she agreed and it made all the difference. (So grateful for that!) The service staff on our wedding day was phenomenal. They were helpful, prompt, and joyful throughout the entire day. Bonus: Venue is conveniently located off the freeway and hotels. Things like cake cutting, champagne toast, sound, and white wooden chairs were included.
