Reagon saved my wedding. We had to change the entire plan because of bad weather. If the venue had their way my ceremony would not have fit my vision, but Reagon fought for me so I didn’t have to stress on my big day. She had great ideas for new set up and for my processional (we had an atypical ceremony). If anything went wrong after that I couldn’t tell you because I just enjoyed my wedding. It was perfect and a big part of that was Reagon. I would absolutely recommend her. She’s the best. ❤️
I have been in the wedding industry for 7 years. I was the makeup artist & guest at a wedding on March 27, 2021. I have worked and attended MANY weddings and I have never seen a day of coordinator/planner be so absent and hands-off as Reagon was. I found myself, the DJ, the bride and the bridal party completing many of the tasks she was contracted and hired to do. Her efforts, or lack of, were very disappointing and I am grateful that my bride & friend was surrounded by other great vendors that could step up when the Planner/Coordinator did not. I definitely do not recommend.
I would absolutely never recommend Reagon to anyone.
First and foremost, she FAILED to show up to the rehearsal for the bridal party! She didn’t even let the bride know ahead of time she wasn’t going to make it, the bride had to reach out to her after 20 minutes after it started to see if she was going to show up. You guessed it, she DIDNT SHOW!!
Secondly, you couldn’t find her even if you wanted to!! The bride was scrambling around doing everything herself and from the help of her DJ and makeup artist! I look up and she is upstairs in the corner on her phone not attending to anything or anyone. She completely bustled the brides dress wrong to where the underskirt of the dress was showing, i have zero experience in bustling a dress and managed to successfully bustle a wedding gown... it was 3 simple buttons.
Third of all, The groomsmen were herded to the wrong side of the room by her ( had she been at the rehearsal) causing chaos while guests were seated. Cueing the bridesmaids to “go whenever they wanted” while the groomsmen were still getting situated. The flower girls were not held back in a timely manner. Just complete chaos. AND LASTLY THE MOST IMPORTANT PART DID NOT CUE ANY GUESTS TO STAND FOR THE BRIDE. DISBELIEF.
Also, SHE LEFT DURING THE EVENT!!!! I was absolutely in awe with her lack of professionalism.
Everything that could have went wrong, did.

Reagon never introduced herself to the bridal party. The bridesmaids had no idea who she was, considering she did not show up to the rehearsal, nor was present for the reception. One of the bridesmaids required a feminine product, to which the makeup artist had to supply because Reagan did not have one available. There was a dress malfunction that required safety pins. Reagan offered a safety pin when there was only an hour left at the reception. If Reagan had been involved at all with the bridal party, she would have known the safety pin was needed before we even took pictures with the photographer. The bride was strict on not letting guests in after doors closed for the ceremony. Reagon let around 5 guests enter after the ceremony started, causing loud distractions that took away from the beauty of the moment. At the end of the night, the maid of honor spent at least 20 minutes hunting down the marriage license for the officiant to sign, which was Reagan’s job to keep track of. Overall, Reagan did not perform the responsibilities wedding planners should, causing confusion and awkwardness throughout the wedding. Thankfully the wedding was amazing due to the help from the wonderful vendors and maid of honor. Please look elsewhere for a professional and reliable wedding planner.
Reagon was the worst vendor I have ever had to work with. She did a decent job up until the day before my wedding at the rehearsal. Reagon didn’t show up to the rehearsal at all (which was the main reason I hired her). She texted me after the rehearsal was done telling me her brother needed her car and she couldn’t make it. I was so disappointed she didn’t even try to make other arrangements to be there for me during a stressful time. My sister had to conduct the rehearsal since Reagon failed to show up and do her job. She refunded me only $50 which was not equivalent to the services she failed to do. If that wasn’t bad enough, when she got to the wedding, she didn’t pass out the corsages for the women (I had to do it last minute). She instructed my husband and his groomsmen to the WRONG side of the alter, and told my bridesmaids they “could go whenever” instead of queuing each individual girl. During the reception, there were many times I needed something or had a question and she was upstairs (where no guests are) in a corner on her phone. I had to leave the dance floor and my guests so I could go find my garter since she was not helping me. In her contract, she mentions a “bridal emergency kit” but failed to try to fix the broken belt on my wedding dress or help a bridesmaid with a small dress malfunction. She bustled my dress incorrectly and even left and came back during the reception. My photographer, DJ, and make up artist had to do many of the jobs that Reagon should have done. My venue told me they wouldn’t allow Reagon back because of what they saw at my wedding.
Even after reaching out about my disappointment with her unprofessionalism, she refused to refund my money for her failed services.
I hope no other bride has to deal with Reagon’s lack of effort on the best day of their lives.

There are no amount of words that can summarize our experience with The Glamour Planner. Everything from pricing, to event coordination, to professionalism were beyond our standards, and we could not have chosen a better, more comforting company to execute it all!
Reagon was very professional in assisting us, with everything from start to finish. In a very short amount of time, they were able to execute everything, exactly as intended. I would highly recommend their prices and services to anyone looking forward to their special day
