The venue was beautiful and Halea did a great job managing and coordinating our vision. She was very easy to work with and very timely. The food was amazing and we were very happy for them to host our big day.

Halea was an absolute angel on our wedding day. She was so attentive to my bridesmaids and I throughout the day. By the time the ceremony was starting, she lined everyone up and sent them on their way. The venue was absolutely stunning!! We didn’t need very much decorations because the venue stands beautifully on its own. The banquet staff was on point with cleanliness, and food service. I’m so happy I was able to spend my special day with a crew like them. Thank you Fossil Creek!

Halea and the Fossil Creek team made our wedding planning process a breeze! The value for this venue can't be beat -- to have ceremony/reception/catering/bar covered all in one contract was so convenient. The food and drinks were phenomenal, and they were very accommodating to our special requests, creating custom signature cocktails and putting together a phenomenal brownie sundae bar for dessert! The bridal suite was very comfortable for getting ready, and the facilities/grounds are absolutely beautiful. Everything on the day of the wedding went off without a hitch, and we had the absolute BEST time! I'd highly recommend this venue and team to anyone else looking to plan a wedding in the Fort Worth area!! Thank you for everything!

We are so glad we chose this venue for our big day. The outside ceremony was beautiful, and shaded. For our reception in the ballroom we had about 125 people and it fit us perfectly including the dancefloor & a photo booth. We enjoyed the outside patio for happy hour, and liked that they also had the bar/restaurant area inside for people to sit at too. From start to finish the staff here was very professional and easy to work with. Halea was a HUGE help with everything from wedding planning to the day of. She continued to check in on my husband and I throughout the whole evening which we really appreciated, and even helped fluff my dress before I walked down the aisle!! Her and her staff were kind to our family and friends and did an amazing job helping set up as well. We are thankful this venue had a lot included food (which was delicious), bar, ceremony and reception space. It made planning a lot less stressful. Especially the fact that any questions/requests we did have, Halea was very quick to respond to. I would highly recommend! Thanks again Halea and team for all your help!

Fossil Creek was such a great place to have my bridal shower! It’s a beautiful location, truly a hidden gem. The food options and drink options were great, and the staff was awesome to work with leading up to my event. I worked with Halea, and she was very knowledgeable and was able to take so much stress off of my shoulders throughout the planning process!! I highly recommend!!

Amazing venue and experience I can't say enough about the Golf Club at Fossil Creek. We had so many complements about the yummy food and picturesque location for my daughter's wedding reception. Halea and the rest of the staff were so easy to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

My husband and I found this venue through Zola and instantly feel in love with the ballroom, ivy wall and gorgeous trees. It captured such a beautiful memory of light and soft shade. We toured around decided to pursue securing it. The package description was very comprehensive and gave a lot of options for you to select with food, bar, and help with placements of seats. We connected with Halea their on site coordinator and began to plan. It was very easy to change options and add options on whenever we needed to. They helped us with the seating arrangements, and personalized bar drinks. The day of we received a beautiful carved charcuterie board. The staff were very professional and kind. They worked very flexibly with all of our vendors. The price point was a little more than we expected and there were some more fees that we didn't always agree with but we overall saved a lot of money in a very expensive wedding industry today in 2024. We had the best day and Halea helped us so much in all our prep and day of. She was so kind and sweet and always answered our questions! It is a beautiful venue and we had it on a Sunday and there was no holiday weekend fees!!!

We loved everything from the beginning of our journey when we took a tour we loved how the venue will be handling everything from food to dinner playing set up, & had a lot of extra add ons to personalize everything! We loved everything from the calmness of the venue to the services they offer, & wonderful quality of food as well! Halea has been nothing but accommodating & wonderful during the entire process helping us navigate our new journey! I would recommend to anyone who’s looking for a venue that is accommodating from the ceremony space, to the reception, food tastings, & through to the day of the wedding! 🤍🤍🤍

My husband and I loved our experience at The Golf Club at Fossil Creek. From touring, to wedding planning, to doing a tasting with them, to rehearsal, and wedding day their team was very communicative, accommodating, and comforting. Halea Humke (Private Event Services Manager) was especially personable, professional, and did everything possible to ensure we had the best day. Their chef and team prepared a wonderful meal for our guests and even made individual meals for guests that had specific dietary restrictions. I've been a bridesmaid in eight weddings and attended many others, and the food was the best I've had at any of them. We chose the venue's holiday menu with the cheese balls and bacon wrapped jalapenos for the appetizers, and a mashed potato bar, Caesar salad, herb-encrusted chicken, ham, glazed carrots, and green beans for the primary entrée. It took off so much stress to have a venue where the food and alcohol goes through them. The staff even surprised my bridesmaids and me with a gorgeous charcuterie board filled with cheeses, meats, crackers, and champagne. The bartenders worked quickly, were lively and fun, and were comfortable making any drinks guests wished for. The venue in one word: Gorgeous! We had our ceremony in their outside space which is covered by beautiful huge trees onlooking their golf course. The venue can hold 180 guests max. We ended up having around 160 guests and inside at the reception it still felt spacious but gave a warm cozy feel. We loved that there is a separate bar room and a huge deck with many places for guests to have private moments in while still being close to the primary dining/dance area. We also appreciated that because the parking lot is a public space guests could leave their vehicles there if they needed to catch an Uber or Lyft home. We wanted guests to have a blast during the reception but safety was a priority for us, and a lot of other venues we visited are private property so they will tow vehicles if left overnight. The location: the venue is easily accessible, off a primary highway and surrounded by hotels for guests to stay at. There is even a hotel within walking distance to the venue if guests need. There are many restaurants and entertainment facilities in the area if people have guests coming in from out of town.

The Golf Club at Fossil Creek made our big day incredibly special. It was a beautiful venue and the staff was attentive and helpful the entire night! I highly recommend this venue to future couples looking to tie the knot.

They were AWESOME! The food was delicious, and the drinks were great. I was a very indecisive bride; Halea and her team were so gracious with me and helped me through this process. I recommend this venue to anyone, especially if you want the venue to manage the catering and bar. Not to mention the value you get compared to other venue sites in the area is the best.

The Golf Club was very accommodating and I really appreciate them working so well with my planner. They were very responsive and flexible with us from the start. Even the day of the wedding I could not have asked for more work ethic and attention to detail. I tried to thank some of the staff and wish I could’ve made it around to thank more. Halea was absolutely amazing and she and our planner absolutely made our dreams come true. We could not have asked for a day more perfect. Thank you all so much for everything.

I Highly recommend Fossil Creek golf Club with a 10 +.. Halea and Staff was very personal to everything I needed and more. Food, drinks, Staff was Perfect. My guest really enjoyed Our event and the fossil Creek Hosts. Halea was there to meet everything I changed and she was there from the beginning to the end(Food Taste, Décor Arrangements, Wedding rehearsal & Wedding Day) . This was the Best day Every Thanks to the Fossil Creek Golf club and Staff.

We got married at The Golf Club at Fossil Creek in May 2023, and it was a perfect wedding venue. The spaces were all gorgeous: outdoor ceremony space, multi-level patio for cocktail hour, and reception space. Halea and Linley were both fantastic to work with, from vendor assistance to the tasting to excellent day-of coordination. Communication was prompt and service was top-notch. So many things were included which made things a lot easier. The food and drink packages were very reasonable, and in general all the costs seemed like a great value compared to most venues we looked at. The food was fantastic too - we got lots of compliments. It feels like this venue is bound to get really popular over the next few years as people realize how amazing the renovation was. Overall, we are so happy we got married at The Golf Club at Fossil Creek and would recommend it to anyone!

We held our son & daughter-in-law's rehearsal dinner at Fossil Creek... it was nothing short of spectacular! From the planning process to the actual evening, the staff made things extremely easy. For the majority of the process, we worked with the Event Coordinator Halea. She was fantastic... her attention to detail was tremendous! She was extremely helpful in the customization of the buffet menu to accommodate requests from the bride and groom AND dietary restrictions. Halea also helped with ideas for setting up the room and really made our visions come to fruition. The staff was incredibly attentive the evening of the event, down to adjusting the AC for us as the evening progressed! The food was amazing... so many compliments from attendees. I requested that we do a dessert buffet rather than just one dessert selection and so glad I went that route. Everyone was passing desserts around to try and that just added to the fun! A/V was so easy because it was all there! And far less expensive than I'd thought it would be (and far less than outside vendors I'd gotten quotes from). All in all Fossil Creek hit it out of the park. Tremendous value, beautiful setting, attentive staff. HIGHLY recommend!!!

Our family fell in love with this place the moment we walked in: high ceiling with modern chandelier and rustic styles. and spacious backyard area (it's worth noting that during sunset and evening, the lighting in the backyard was amazing). Our guests also loved this venue, from the service, location, and food. We're also very happy to work with Halea, the event manager, who was so helpful and professional and trying her best to accommodate our requests. Overall, we had a wonderful experience hosting our wedding here.

I fell in love with this gorgeous venue the moment I stepped a foot in! One of the many reasons my Spouse & I chose this venue wasn't just for the look but for it's incredible staff who provided outstanding service especially Halea who was a fantastic coordinator. We definitely couldn't have wished for a better coordinator than Halea as she was polite, attentive, patient, professional and paid attention to all the details of our requests. She was also reliable and quick in responding to emails or returning phone calls when needed. We couldn't imagine a better venue than The Golf Club at Fossil Creek! The great views, service, and price were all the things that made it a perfect choice for us. The ceremony site was so beautiful and well maintained. The patio was the perfect atmosphere for cocktail hour. We loved having the option for an outside bar too and the inside bar was always filled with our happy guests. Halea, the event services manager, was incredibly helpful and accommodating to our requests and she answered all my questions so promptly and thoroughly. I always felt taken care of with her. We also were extremely appreciative of them allowing us to bring in our own cultural food. From start to finish, planning the wedding with them was great and I would recommend the venue and team to anyone! You get a lot for the price (pretty much everything you need is included) and you just cannot go wrong picking this place for your wedding or other events.

We chose Fossil Creek because of the beauty of the indoor/outdoor venue. We also liked the idea of a golf course because they could provide us with the wedding/rehearsal location, food, beverages, tables, chairs, etc. Halea was our primary contact for everything and she was "Wonderful" in every sense of the word! Very professional, very gracious, always available and made sure everything worked out as planned. Our big surprise was the quality of the food! We had a tasting prior to the wedding and it was excellent! We thought it may have been because we had so few people doing the tasting. However, at the reception, everyone commented on the wonderful meal served! I can not imagine anything being better than our experience at Fossil Creek!

My wife and I were married here in December of 2021. The venue and the team behind it did an incredible job! We worked with Linley Overbey who was very professional, timely in her responses, and did everything she could to make our big day even better. We are so grateful that we were able to fully rely on her and not have to stress about surprise wedding day issues popping up. The venue was beautiful and the food was great as well! Highly recommend using this venue if you are considering it!

We loved having our wedding at Fossil Creek! Julie was absolutely wonderful to work with, promptly and kindly answering all our questions and offering valued advice. The venue itself was gorgeous inside and out with lovely views, giant outdoor patios and beautiful trees. I especially appreciated not having to worry about the weather, because we could decide the morning of the wedding whether to have the ceremony inside or out. It also was a relief not to have to labor over all the little details like table set up, napkin and tablecloth rentals, sound systems, dance floors and catering. All of this was included in our package! The food was delicious and the staff was so gracious and helpful the whole day. Overall we would highly recommend Fossil Creek as a wedding venue. From the helpful people to the beautiful setting to the delicious food, we had a joyous, easy experience!

So happy we chose The Golf Club Fossil Creek as our wedding venue. From day one Julie was easy to work with, always answered my questions (even when I prob asked her 20 times already) and always very helpful. This venue is the perfect size for us and absolutley stunning. I fell in love instantly when we saw it because of how green and beautiful everything was. The food was AMAZING, we kept getting compliments all night and still tot his day. We originally planned for an outdoor wedding, but unfortunately due to weather had to move it inside which Julie and the staff made it very east todo and a quick turn around into a reception space. Everything on the wedding day went smoothly and perfect. It also made for beautiful wedding photos and i can't wait to get the rest of them back! Highly recommend!

The Golf Club Fossil Creek is amazingly beautiful. My wedding on 1/20/18 was perfect. The staff set up my decor beautifully. The buffet food catered by the country club was delicious. All my guests loved it and half went back for second and third plates. My ceremony was outside in view of the 18th hole. It was the perfect backdrop. The weather was 70 degrees and the sun was shining everything was perfect. Thank you Julie for making my day stress free and extra special. You and your staff are wonderful people.

Definitely a gem! This place is absolutely beautiful during the spring/summer season and the ballroom is gorgeous for a nice intimate reception! It holds best about 120-130 comfortably for a formal sit-down event, but 180 for a casual event. The food is tasty and Julie is amazing to work with! She consistent responds to any questions you have and is very accessible!

The Golf Club at Fossil Creek was the perfect location for our October wedding! We had the ceremony and pictures outside under the gorgeous (shady!) trees, and the reception was in the beautiful ballroom. The Coordinator, Julie, worked extremely hard to make sure that everything was perfect for our day. The food was great, all of the staff members are very friendly and helpful, and the spaces were beautiful. I could not have asked for anything more!

I am giving the country club 5 stars simply based on my experience with Bianca Cooks. The evening and time around my wedding was flawless and beautiful. The food was better than I anticipated as far as their menu options and taste (I am a food snob and I will admit it). There were a few things that I was not a fan of however! 1-Not one time did I speak with the head coordinator for the complex which really blows my mind! 2-the bartenders at my reception were less than professional wearing see-through leggings (like seriously?) 3-the last thing is that do not completely close the club house while the bridal parties are there getting ready The benefits were -Absolutely gorgeous -Bianca was great -The price for what you receive -The dinner staff and clean up crew (minus the bartenders) -The food -The leniency on letting you use your own vendors (this is a big one)!!!!!!!!!!

The Golf Club was beautiful and perfect even though there had been a wedding the night before. The grass was perfect. Whitney Earley who works at another Iron Horse Golf Club filled in for the previous planner when she left half way through the planning. I was very worried but Whitney did an amazing job and kept everyone on track. I didn't notice one thing that went wrong or any confusion at all. I actually showed up to venue about 20 minutes before the ceremony and she had perfectly used all of my personal decorations and arranged everything just as I had hoped she would. I would definitely recommend this place and Whitney.

The Golf Club at Fossill Creek was the perfect location for our ceremony and reception. We said our vows under the gorgeous oaks on the 18th hole and then went to the club house to dance the evening away. Everything about the day was perfect, even the weather cooperated. The staff was incredibly helpful and we received compliments about the food the entire evening. I highly recommend the Golf Club at Fossill Creek.
