Tyger and her staff did a fantastic job. She was never too far away when there was a question and when there was a question, she always had the answer. The venue was nice and clean and set up perfectly. I would recommend is there any friend who decided they wanted to get married in Columbus. Amy ( mother of the groom)

My daughters wedding was at Little Turtle on 9/23/23. It was an amazing experience. Tyger and her team were top notch and professional. We could not have asked for a better venue, staff or day. I wish we could do it all over again. If you are considering Little Turtle, have no qualms about having your event here. You will not be disappointed.

They handled everything! I was immediately at ease when I met Sara and knew my event would be executed with the highest level of professionalism. Tyger helped create a beautiful evening and covered all the little details that made it so special. They truly care about provided a night to remember and I never felt like it came with the giant price tag, a rarity I found. They had straightforward pricing, clear organized tasks and timeline, and wonderful space that everyone felt at ease to enjoy.

I will never run out of great things to say about The Golf Club at Little Turtle and their staff! My husband and I had the PERFECT wedding day because of this venue. Sara, Tyger, and the staff were a dream to work with. From start to finish, we didn't have one bad experience. The venue itself is beautiful but I especially love the updated ballroom with the wooden beams, natural fireplace, and the perfect outdoor patio with the wooden arches. Sara Carter did an amazing job at communicating, she was organized, and so helpful. I thought it couldn't get better and then I met Tyger, the Venue Coordinator. The week leading up to the wedding and the day of, Tyger executed everything perfectly and helped me with whatever I needed. She was also very calm, organized, and made me feel as ease the entire time. The wait staff was excellent, friendly, and even danced with us at one point. I appreciated that we never felt rushed at any part during our wedding day. Even the security guard at the end of the night helped make sure we left safely. Beyond all of that, the venue was very affordable! This space would be perfect for any size wedding. The food was also amazing! I highly, highly recommend this venue!!

Sara Carter & Tiger at the Gold Club at Little Turtle were wonderful to work with and made themselves available according to our schedule. As Mother-of-the-Bride, I lived in Kentucky & drove to Columbus for all the planning. We were easily able to work out all the details and the club was flexible with our plans. The venue was a perfect combination or indoor & out door spaces. We held our cocktail party on the lovely patio. When the band started playing, dancers were quite happy on the dance floor while those that wanted to visit outside could do so at great tables the club set-up. Sara & Tiger also worked exceptionally well with Valerie Slaven of Limelight Event Planning, our amazing wedding planner. They made spaces available to Valerie in a timely fashion to create our gorgeous Cookie Table, set-up gift & family displays, plus other unique needs. Valerie was even allowed to store our personal items in the boardroom overnight for Sunday pick-up. The venue was easy for Columbus Coach to access from the the Hilton at Easton where many guests were ensconced. Petals & Leaves, our florist also worked well with the Little Turtle team. We rented a stage for the Naked Karate Girls, our energetic band and Sara took care of all those details for us. Overall, just a great wedding experience!

Brenna and I had a great experience working with Little Turtle for our wedding. Between our booking date and the wedding day, there was a change in event coordinators. We thought this would lead to some issues that can typically happen during such hand-offs. Instead, we were delightfully taken under the care of Sara who worked with us extensively throughout the last few months to make sure everything was buttoned up. With all of the planning and details that go into organizing the big day, we figured at least 1 thing would go differently than planned. I'm happy to say that wasn't the case. Sara and her team made several flexible accommodations to make sure the special day was smooth and unencumbering. The venue was gorgeous and had multiple amenities we could utilize throughout the day, including a golf-simulator for the groom suite and a private getting-ready suite for the bridal party that was detached from the venue itself. We couldn't have picked a better venue!

The staff and management at Little Turtle made my wedding so fun and easy, I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an event venue in central Ohio! There were some staffing adjustments throughout our booking/planning and execution process (nearly two years, thanks Covid...) but they never once dropped the ball. I always felt like they had open and honest communication and definitely prioritized me as a client. All of our guests raved about how beautiful the ceremony and reception were and some relatives are still talking about the food! The whole day ran incredibly smoothly and I give all of the credit to their team, I can't imagine having married my best friend anywhere else!

Little Turtle was great to work with when planning our wedding. The event coordinator Sara is so sweet and always responded back to my emails quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend Little Turtle for your wedding venue. We wish we could go back a relive our wedding day over and over again!!!

We booked this venue after meeting the coordinator that was included, Christine. She was fantastic. About 2 months before our wedding, she took another job and left the GM of the club, in charge of our wedding. He was hard to get ahold of, made it clear that he felt he was above coordinating a wedding and was not pleasant to work with. The day of the wedding, he was supposed to be checking in on us throughout the day to make sure we had enough food and drink, he did not check on us once. We had to track him down and he was less than helpful. He began cleaning the bridal and grooms suites around 9pm even though we were told we didn’t need to do anything and could come back the following day to do so. He threw away multiple things we still needed and wanted, threw away the box to renturn the groom and groomsmens suits, he even almost threw away our marriage license which was in a sealed Manila envelope. He came up to my husband while we were trying to enjoy our reception asking if he still needed things in the grooms suite. Overall, the club was great and it was a beautiful venue but the GM made our wedding experience less than ideal.

The venue was gorgeous and the staff was outstanding! The space was perfect and was able to fit everything we wanted inside it because it was so large. The patio was a great space for cocktail hour and some place for our guests to go during the reception. Christine was amazing to work with and she made the day perfect! We can't say anything bad about our experience!!!

My husband and I just got married in June. The Golf Club at Little Turtle was a beautiful spot for our wedding. We got married on the patio and had our reception inside. We did little decorating but the place looked gorgeous! Our guests gave many compliments on how wonderful the food tasted. Rebecca was very patient and helpful through the constant changes due to COVID.

The Golf Club at Little Turtle was absolutely amazing for my wedding. Rebecca and her team were the best!!! The venue was affordable, flexible and beyond accommodating. It was a wonderful experience. The entire team jumped in and helped when Mother Nature jumped in and changed my plans for an outdoor ceremony. The worked hard and diligently to ensure I had a beautiful wedding. Little Turtle was everything I could have ever wanted/needed from a venue. Picking a venue was one of the most looming parts of planning our wedding, but as soon as we saw Little Turtle, we knew it was perfect. Their prices we’re reasonable and it included so much that other places did not. The spaces was beautiful and fresh feeling. The space we had to get ready in was huge and comfortable. The course and interior were perfect for pictures. Rebecca, our coordinator, was so helpful through every step, email, or panicked phone call. The food was amazing (we had the Pork tenderloin and the salmon and I’m usually not a fish person). My wedding went perfectly, It is was my dream come true. I can’t recommend this venue enough.

The Golf Club at Little Turtle was the best surprise went looking for our wedding venue. We had looked all over Columbus and hadn’t found something we loved in our budget until coming here. The renovations were beautiful and fit my modern taste. Rebecca was wonderful to work with. She answered every question I had (which was plenty believe me), and let me know when she was going to be out of the office so that I wasn’t worried if she didn’t get back right away which I appreciated. We had an outdoor ceremony with an indoor reception, both spaces worked perfectly for our 200 person wedding. Sound outdoors was great and our DJ has no issues, Rebecca also planned a back up plan that we would use if it rained on our day which eased my nerves. Our guests loved their food and the day ended up exactly how I pictured it. Rebecca knows what she is doing she even reached out to all of our vendors so they knew what the plan was for the day. As an out of town bride, she made my experience incredible. I highly suggest little Turtle for your wedding. We found the amount we got for our money was amazing and it made our wedding day perfect, better than we could have imagined.

I had an amazing wedding!! I’m really thankful for all the support we were given. Our wedding coordinator Rebbeca was amazing, very professional, super helpful. She answered all of our questions in a timely manner. The venue staff provided excellent service and made us feel well taken care of. My wife and I worked directly with The Little Turtle's event coordinator Rebecca Toflinski. The event was perfect. Rebecca is a very organised professional and very dedicated to her job, which is to make sure your day is flawless. The Little Turtle recently had a renovation and completed and we couldn't have been happier with the ball room. All of our guests were very pleased with the environment at Little Turtle and the golf club employees were all very nice as well. I would highly recommend this place for a wedding if you're looking to stay close to the Columbus, and looking for a beautiful venue and reception!

We loved having our reception at The Golf Club at little Turtle. The staff was friendly and accommodating during the planning process and especially the day of! I was able to provide my decor early for set up and pop in to see the venue the day of. My bridal party and I got ready in the women’s locker room which was so nice and clean and comfortable. We felt very relaxed and pampered that morning! Our guests still rave about the food—three months after the wedding. This was the perfect venue for us and our budget. Rebecca was incredibly responsive during the planning process and made sure things met my standards the day of. She made our day so relaxed and effortless! We are so grateful for Little Turtle and how they made our day even more special!!

Little Turtle Golf Club was an amazing venue for our June wedding. The wedding coordinator Rebecca was amazing and very accommodating! She made the preplanning a breeze and made my dream come a reality the day of our wedding. The golf course served a great place for pictures and the bridal suite was amazing! Do not overlook this place, so much more accommodating then some of the larger venues we checked out , and very flexible with fitting into you budget! Go check them out!!

This venue was absolutely amazing in every way possible. The staff were extremely helpful, especially with day of activities. They set up all my decorations for me as well as tables and ceremony items during the week. The food was awesome and the flow of the evening was exactly as planned. The golf course has a lot of space for photos and they offer a golf cart for the couple if you'd like to go take pictures somewhere on the course. Would highly recommend.

We loved our experience with The Golf Club at Little Turtle for our wedding reception. Overall, it was a great value with amazing service for a fabulous evening with our family and friends. Rebecca and the team continued to meet our needs and our budget. The dining room has been newly renovated and fit well with our classic rustic elegance theme. For 150 guests, we had plenty of room, inlcuding adding a photo booth. Additionally, consider the outdoor space. We have some beautiful pictures on the golf course and our guests enjoyed being able to take pictures outside on the patio by the lake. Our guests also gave us many compliments on the food, including requests for the sweet potato hash recipe (delicious!). The women's locker room was spacious and helpful for a change of clothes for a special ceremony during our reception. I would highly recommend considering The Golf Club at Little Turtle for your wedding reception.

AMAZING!!!! Hands down the Golf Club at Little Turtle exceeded my expectations for our wedding NYE18. From the time I booked the venue, until the day of the wedding ,Rebecca made my wedding planning easy! I was probably an over organized Bride and wanted a million meetings and Rebecca was more then accommodating. The price point for the any package is very AFFORDABLE! Leading up to our wedding everything seemed to be perfect. The lady assisting us with our wedding planning seemed to be very helpful and friendly. We didn't run into problems until over a month before when we began to ask about our wedding rehearsal. No one responded back for a couple weeks and finally responded saying they were holding a wedding the day before ours so we had to change our dinner plans and do an early rehearsal. We were fine with the changes but felt very rushed the day of the rehearsal. Apparently they had double booked a golf outing and wedding on the same day. We had to ask/remind them that the flower girls needed to practice etc. We were told repeatedly that as part of the services we paid for that they would set up the entire ceremony and my floral arrangement above the arch. One of the reasons we chose this venue was because we weren't responsible for setup and tear-down. Rebecca ensured me that she would be there at 9 am (10am at the latest) to set up for our early evening wedding. By 11:45pm (day of our wedding) there was still no sign of anyone setting up for the wedding. Instead of getting ready with my bridesmaids (we had been there since 9am) I had made an emergency call to family members and had them helping me set up. As I finally got ready Rebecca had my bridesmaids (whom should had been relaxing with me) putting out my centerpieces, and setting up tables etc. I had hired someone for my treat table and cake table. She then had my PREGNANT bridesmaid on a ladder putting the floral arrangement above the arch. My MOH freaked out and then had to get the groom and groomsmen (while getting ready) so they could finish putting it up. So she virtually did nothing but delegate things to my wedding party and husband. I'm kind of confused what I paid her for that day and it has taken me months to settle my thoughts enough to write a review. If she knew she wouldn't have time to do what I had paid for then she should have A)Set up the night before or B)Been on time. Not to mention, there wasn't direction when the guests showed up to be seated so they all stood crammed in the hallway waiting at the door to go outside and when the ceremony started my dad had to ask her.....where's the bride and bridesmaids? She responded to my dad (father of the bride) "oh yeah, can you go get them?" All in all, prepare to have your bridal party put to work the day of, to not have ceremony ques, bring plenty of votive candles...although they say they are included they used most what I brought (just in case), also bring a hand held steamer to steam out how wrinkled some of the linens are on display tables. I promise you I am not a bridezilla, I just don't think its acceptable to pay for a venue and have set expectations, only for them to fall very short without any remorse or explanation.

Overall we really liked working with Rebecca and having our ceremony and reception at The Golf Club at Little Turtle. It's a beautiful spot and taking pictures out on the golf course was a huge plus. I loved being able to get ready on-sight and have everything in one convenient spot. Rebecca was very professional about meeting and keeping me on track (as I was all over the place). Shes great at her job! We did have a few problems - the first being a beer cart rolling away and heavily damaging 2 of our wedding guests cars. Clearly that was out of our hands and I really do feel the club did a great job in handling the matter. Our second issue was how horrible several of the golfers were while we were taking pictures. One group said, "we don't have all day. Finish up and move." Not the clubs fault at all - but it was still a bummer on the day. Moving to what they did have control over, my family had to come in and decorate the arch that came with the location and tear it down. Something you would assume would be included since it's their archway? I do believe we were required to put it up but not take it down. They then packed up dinner before everyone was finished eating. I know this because, although I was too anxious to eat, my flower girl asked me why they took the food away when she hadn't eaten yet. I mentioned it to Rebecca and she quickly fixed the problem. They also began cleaning up from the reception an hour and a half before it ended. This caused our guests to think the party was over and left when cleanup started. Finally, when it was time to leave and we ask for the leftovers we were told that they had to be thrown away due to being left out too long. I brought up to Rebecca that had mentioned we would get to take them home and she sincerely apologized. It may sound like we had a lot of problems at this location, but for a wedding it was nothing! Everything looked great and Rebecca did an amazing job. I would definitely recommend them!

The venue space was very nice and perfect for a wedding ceremony and reception, including locker rooms and outdoor space. The food was also fantastic and the venue staff were responsive and professional in the days leading up to the wedding. I highly recommend this venue and will certainly use them again for any other function!

Absolutely amazing wedding venue in central Ohio! As a wedding photographer, it was such a pleasure to work with them at a 2018 wedding. Rebecca was on top of every detail and helped the day run SO smoothly. She is definitely someone you want on your team for the day-of! The venue itself has a beautiful ballroom that has windows all along two walls, which gives it a light and airy feel! It's an absolutely amazing venue that I would highly recommend to any couple!

We spent a lot of time looking for wedding venues in Columbus and it all became worth it as soon as we found Little Turtle. Rebecca Toflinski was the best part of the experience. She is a joy to work with and went above and beyond accommodating us. By the end of the process, you will become friends. She truly cares about making sure you get what you want over making the most money. There is not another location in Columbus with a better value. The ballroom has newly finished renovations and is the perfect place to host a wedding. The food is amazing and all guests will leave more than happy. We had many asking us how we found such a hidden gem and we cannot recommend Little Turtle enough. They work to tailor the experience to you and your needs over holding you to strict guidelines. You will not regret booking here if you are lucky enough for them to be available for your event!

We had a wonderful wedding reception at the Golf Club at Little Turtle. The venue is newly renovated and also has a lot of natural lighting, which was very important to us. The patio is renovated as well, and was such a great addition to have, as many of our guests were able to enjoy the outdoor space. It really gives people an alternative location if they want a quieter place for conversations! Truly though, the entire golf club is very nice - even the bathrooms! We were also amazed by how organized, friendly and helpful all the staff were! Rebecca was very kind, accommodating and were quick with responses to our e-mails! And lastly, the food was delicious! The lemon rosemary chicken and salmon dishes were amazing as well as the bacon wrapped shrimp! But everything was really good! And not only was it delicious, but everything was beautifully plated as well (we had plated meals). We received a lot of compliments on the food, and the venue. So happy with our decision to have our reception here!

My wedding is upcoming in October of this year. I am so excited to get married here. They just finished up with more renovations, which expanded the ballroom in a gorgeous manner. Additionally, they revamped the outdoor wedding space. There is now a large brick paver area to set up the chairs, and it is just outside the ballroom. Perfect! The star of Little Turtle is really their wedding coordinator--Rebecca Toflinski--though the whole staff is friendly. I have had numerous questions during the planning (I'm sure I will have a ton more in the upcoming months) and Rebecca has always had an answer. She is amazing to work with. I will be happy to update my review once we've been married here. Just couldn't contain my excitement regarding my experience so far!

We recommend the Lemon Chicken as a main course and the Barbecue Meatballs as starters. They are to die for. All in all the experience with Little Turtle was top notch and a tremendous value. We couldn't have asked for a better experience for our son's wedding. Rebecca was amazing! The food was outstanding, and the staff was top notch. You won't regret a decision to book at Little Turtle.

Little turtle turned out to be the perfect location for our December wedding. The inside of the clubhouse was gorgeous along with the grounds of the greens around the building. The staff were professional and anticipated our needs. Each meeting we had prior to the wedding was informative and a great use of time. The staff made planning a breeze!! Thank you so much!

We are feeling very cheated by Little Turtle Country Club. We scheduled our ceremony and wedding at Little Turtle. We put down our $500.00 deposit, in December 2015, after meeting with Molly, who was the event planner, at the time. We felt very comfortable with her, as she had assured us that all of the work at the venue would be completed for our wedding day, on July 3rd, 2016. The club was doing some remodeling, but we did not know how extensive it was going to be. We were told that the new entry way would be complete, the locker rooms (for changing areas), new blinds in the ball room, and an outdoor ceremony space. A couple of months later, Molly, the event planner quit, and we were referred to another planner from Creekside Event Center in Gahanna. That is their sister company, from what we were told. She was very nice. In April, I took my mom over to Little Turtle to look at the venue. They were under full blown construction on one wing of the building, whereas, it did not look like much had been done to the areas that we needed for the wedding. I emailed Karlie from Creekside to see what the time line was, and she referred me to the manager at Little Turtle. He told me that he needed more time to let me know what would be completed for the wedding. With our wedding being 2 months away, this made us very nervous. After no response, and getting the run around, we decided to cancel. We felt that we could not wait until the last minute to see what would be completed for our wedding date. We have since been trying to get our deposit back. They do not feel that we deserve our deposit back, even when we did nothing wrong. They have been leading us on, and have been very unprofessional. We will continue to try to get our full deposit returned. If you are smart, you will look else where!

My husband and I loved having our reception at Little Turtle Golf Club - Garth was very accomodating and respectful, and the service was fantastic! The food was incredible, especially the Chicken Pecan. Little Turtle was also a lot less expensive that a lot of other venues in the city, and we feel like we got a great value. Everyone said our wedding was beautiful and the food was great!

Kim, the Event Coordinator, was fabulous to work with. She offered her expertise, passion, and fun to every part of our wedding experience. The staff at Little Turtle was very accommodating and experienced. We were planning on an outdoor wedding; however, due to weather, Kim suggested changing it to indoor. Kim's suggestion and ability to transform our outdoor wedding into an indoor wedding in less than a day was incredible. Definitely loved this venue!
