I had a great experience at Gown Gallery! Their consultants made the process of choosing a dress stress-free and fun. I appreciated how they listened to what I was looking for and provided me multiple options that fit the style and budget I wanted. My seamstress was also fantastic and made sure the dress fit perfectly.

Gown Gallery was amazing and I had such a great experience! My dress was absolutely gorgeous, and Consultant Nicole was so helpful and patient. The mother of the bride and the mother of the groom both also purchased their dresses from Gown Gallery. If you are looking for a place that has it all this is definitely the gown shop!

I worked with Robin to find my dress and she was amazing! I felt the most comfortable with her and when I was not sure between two dresses she told me to sleep on it and text her with questions. She came in on her day off to have me come back and try the two on again and helped me choose the one. Great expereince!

I cannot say enough positive things about the gown gallery. Every bridal consultant and seamstress were so friendly and welcoming. This was the only bridal salon I ended up going to because I was in awe of their selection and how well they worked with me. The alterations they did on my dress were simply unbelievable and made me feel so beautiful. My mom also got her MOB dress through the gown gallery and had just of an amazing experience as I did. I HAD to write a review for Robin Sweet, an employee of Gown Gallery. She was personable, honest and easy to work with. She wasn’t pushing a sale or saying whatever she thought I wanted to hear. I had a specific dress style in mind and she went above and beyond to call the designer and ask about customization and modifications. I ended up getting my dream dress, within my budget and she made the process easy. I truly trusted her judgement and advice during the process and really enjoyed my experience! I found my dream wedding dress at the Gown Gallery! The stylist I worked with picked the most perfect dress based on our consultation and was exactly what I was looking for while staying within budget. They were very accommodating and friendly. I’m so glad I made an appointment with them!

I purchased my dress in June of 2019 for my wedding in May of 2020. I had to postpone my wedding until 2021. I went to gown gallery strictly because they were the closest bridal shop that carried Hayley Paige. I had my heart set on a Hayley Paige dress. The consultant who worked with us made it very clear she wasn't excited to be there. The first thing she said when she sat down with us was a complaint about her period craps. During the appointment my mom and I got frustrated with each other and I began to cry. The consultant completely ignored me being upset. At one point she left me in just my shape wear (no bra) crying, in the fitting room while she went to get more dresses. I somewhat regret buying from here now that I know more about other bridal shops in KC that are AMAZING!

Horrible experience with the Gown Gallery. They did an amazing job of sabotaging, what should have been a wonderful experience getting our daughters wedding dress. Customer service totally changes after you buy the dress. Multiple bad experiences!!!

I found the perfect dress at the Gown Gallery thanks to Eboni! I was very nervous, because I had not been dress shopping before, and I am a plus sized bride (you never know if there will be something in your size) but Eboni was absolutely perfect from the moment we shook hands. She was patient, kind, and asked all the right questions. She got a good feel for what my day was going to be like, and pulled some AMAZING dresses for me to try on (and they had plenty in my size!). The first few were exactly like the photos I had showed her. They were stunning, but I think she could tell I was not as excited about them as I imagined I would be. She told me she thought she knew the perfect dress and asked if I would be willing to try on something a little different than what I thought I wanted. I am SO GLAD I did, because Eboni's pick ended up being my dress! And one of the best parts about my experience, is that I felt there was no pressure to buy a dress that day. It was 100% my choice, and Eboni made sure I tried on plenty of options before we finally went back for one last try on of her pick. Would recommend the Gown Gallery to anyone and everyone, and I am so happy I found my dress here.

She wasn't trying to push a sale, and I truly valued her opinion in what styles looked best on me. Wedding dress shopping can be a bit stressful and overwhelming, but I didn't feel that at all here, it was so fun and easy! Highly recommend.

I found my WEDDING DRESS at the Gown Gallery. I went on two seperate occasions. I had such a great time with my consultant Robin the first time, I specifically requested her for the second appointment! I couldn't have done it without her! Everyone was so uplifting and positive. Settled on the corner of 19th and Main, it couldn't be a more beautiful spot if they tried!

My daughter found her gown at the Gown Gallery yesterday. Our gown specialist was Eboni and she was fantastic. She listened to the style that my daughter was looking for and found fabulous gowns that matched her desire and our budget. Would definitely recommend. It was a great experience.

I scheduled an appointment to try on some wedding dresses I found on the Gown Galleries website, I was greeted with a warm welcome and Nicole Weston assisted me the entire time with a friendly demeanor and it was a fun and pleasant experience. The first dress I found on their website was the dress I said yes to! I am very happy with my dress although it will need a few alterations, its exactly what I dreamed my wedding dress would be.

The GG is amazing. Sharon was so patient, helpful, and kind. And Nicole helped me with my veil. The staff overall was great. Great selection and pricing!

I found my dress at the Gown Gallery and had an incredible experience. I worked with Robin, who was kind, patient, and just really fun to spend the day with. We were greeted with smiles and kindness, and found the 'loft' venue of the business to be really bright and inviting. I went to The Gown Gallery (pre-COVID) and had an amazing experience with Robin! She was extremely helpful from start to finish and helped me find the dress of my dreams. I truly appreciated all her opinions and tips she gave to me throughout my appointment. I had another appointment at another bridal salon right afterwards and I was transparent with her that I wasn’t ready to commit until after I went there and made sure this was my final decision. She told me that I could come back afterwards if I decided this was my dress and that’s exactly what I did! My dress was ready to be picked up within 4 months. When I went in to pick up my dress, try on, and pick out a veil (during Covid) Robin was working with me and another customer (prom dress), which was kind of frustrating considering I had made an appointment and would have preferred to have been her only customer during the time, but their system had went down that day, so maybe that had something to do with it. Overall, I enjoyed my time at Gown Gallery and I am looking forward to wearing the beautiful dress that Robin helped me pick out! Thank you, Robin!!!

I had a fabulous experience shopping (and finding!!) my dress at the gown gallery! The selection is wide and fabulous. They accommodated ADA needs of my family. I had a general idea of what I was looking for and Robin worked with me so patiently, remained excited for me, made several trips to bring me back accessories she thought I would like. Robin is amazing, she immediately understood my vision for my dress, she could adapt quickly to every whim and change of mind and style I had, and never tried to push me to decide, gave me and my family space to discuss, made me feel so comfortable even when something didn't fit me, or I didn't like something. After I chose my dress, she remained invested in the process, helping with several photo-ops and was so enjoyable to celebrate with. I recommend the Gown Gallery and Robin specifically very highly.

I cannot scream my praises for these ladies loud enough! They are professional, kind, accommodating, and competent. I drove 5 hours for every fitting and it was well worth it. The fitting department is absolutely amazing. And they were the only bridal salon, beside Kleinfeld, that had the designers and dresses I loved. If you are able, go to these ladies!

I had a fantastic experience at The Gown Gallery! They were incredibly welcoming and kind. I am a plus-size bride; I don't know if this was intentional, but it seemed like they placed brides with stylists who were a similar size to me, and it made me feel SO much more comfortable. My consultant knew exactly which dresses would fit my personality and it seemed like she could read my mind. I ultimately didn't get my dress from here because I found one at a different shop, but I would (and have) absolutely recommend The Gown Gallery to any bride, especially plus-size brides.

Robyn was the best! She helped me in so many ways! She was so relatable, stuck to my budget and did not push me into buying but told me to look around before making a decision which shows me that they actually care about my day and what I am wearing! Go to this store and ask for Robyn! She is so great to work with and remembers your budget in every aspect and doesn’t go over it!

I was able to squeeze in a last minute appointment with the gown gallery this past weekend while I was back in Kansas visiting my parents. Due to this, only my mother was able to attend the appointment with me, but our consultant Robin did an amazing job of making me feel like I had all the entourage I needed! She was so helpful and personable the entire time. She was also not afraid to tell you her honest opinion and help you find what would truly make you feel like a bride on your big day. I would recommend the gown gallery and Robin to any friend who asked!!

I worked with Eboni and had the best experience. She right away found a theme among the different styles of dresses I liked and brought so many different options for me to try on. If I liked a dress, she had a similar one that was even better. If a dress was out of my price range, she made sure that I knew it before she brought it out. I would highly recommend her to anyone

I was so disappointed with my appointment at Gown Gallery. Let me start by saying I understand the new rules and regulations with COVID are difficult for everyone, but Gown Gallery was the only bridal shop I went to (out of 5) that was extremely unhelpful during my appointment and didn’t allow a stylist in the fitting room with me. When we arrived the stylist sat down with me for 60 seconds (literally) and asked a question or two about my dream dress. She then brought a rack of dresses out and put them in a fitting room. I was left to take the dresses out of the bags and get them on by myself. She would zip/button the back once I was finished. Once I walked out of the dressing room my stylist walked away. She didn’t help to fluff the dress, listen to what I liked/didn’t like about the dress, make suggestions, etc. At one point we asked for a belt to go with a dress. She said she “couldn’t find the silver belt, so here was a gold one.” So, do they only have one belt in silver and one belt in gold in their inventory? The gold obviously didn’t match so I just took it off and sat it to the side. I spotted the silver belt in the showroom, so we grabbed it and put it on. I asked for a vail in a specific length and she brought me the vail in the length but it didn’t match the dress whatsoever. The A/C wasn’t turned on and it was a hot day. The windows were open, I was wearing a mask, plus I was having to take the dresses out/put back in the bags and get the gown on myself. Needless to say it was HOT and I was miserable which took away all of the fun of trying on dresses. I just wanted to leave. I made a comment that I was so hot I felt like I was going to pass out. The stylist said well I don’t want you passing out on me and she brought me a paper fan. That’s when she made the comment that the A/C wasn’t turned on. I ended up leaving after trying on a handful of dresses and took my business elsewhere.

Robin was amazing to work with! She listens to what you want and helps you to find the perfect dress!! She is also very personable.

Let me start off by saying that I did not have a bad experience at the gown gallery. With that being said, I am a plus size bride, and therefore a lot of their collection did not fit me properly. I think only 2 of the gowns I tried on actually zipped all the way up. Also, the people there are not very personable. The whole time I was trying on dresses (1 1/2+ hours) my consultant did not say very much, and she was just handing me dresses to step into, instead of helping me get them on. I think this store is more geared towards people in a higher income class, and with a smaller frame.

The gown gallery was the most professional place I looked at after going to 6 different stores. I truly felt they wanted me to find the right gown for me, and because of that, they were never pushy, trying to get me to buy a dress. Everyone working made my entire party feel welcomed, and they also were all very knowledgable about the gowns they had. I went twice and worked with Shania and Eboni. They were both really great, and in the end, helped me find the dress!

This was my third visit to a bridal salon. I had experienced both ends of the spectrum as far a consultants - one too personal, one too professional. I was absolutely amazed with the level of professionalism that my consultant, Robin was able to provide to me while simultaneously making me feel comfortable with her. She achieved an ability I had not yet witnessed - the ability to listen and react to my energy. Robin shared things with me regarding her personal life that allowed me to relax with regard to my emotion, insecurities, and decision. Robin is truly one of a kind in this industry. I have complete confidence that she could make every bride she sees, of all shapes, sizes, and personalities, feel comfortable and confident. This is something very rare, in my experience. Robin shatters the necessity to matching a consultant with a personality. She can simply do it all. Robin is absolutely phenomenal.

I visited Gown Gallery on February 1, 2020 and it was the second bridal salon I had visited since becoming engaged. During my appointment, I worked with Robin and she was an absolute DREAM. I showed her a couple of pictures of dresses that I liked and she nailed my vision. She had me try on dresses that I LOVED and that were my exact vision. Thank you Robin for a wonderful experience!

I went to the gown gallery in early January. The gown gallery was my first stop of dress shopping, however the time spent there was not idea. My consultant was not very helpful, and frankly appeared pissed throughout the session. Yes everyone has slow or bad days at work, however it put a damper on what should have been a very exciting day. The group I came with and I tried making small talk or something but she just was not having any of it. She also brought in dresses that were over the discussed budget, she listened to what I wanted but was very hit or miss if she showed me gowns I was dscribing. I fortunately wen to other boutiques and had wonderful experiences elsewhere, and I am happy to have gotten a gown somewhere else!

I was a bride that worked with the Gown Gallery for my June 2019 wedding. Robin was my consultant at my first appointment at Gown Gallery and an absolute DREAM to work with. She looked at two pictures of two dresses that I liked and somehow pulled out a dress that was a perfect combination of the two. She absolutely nailed my vision and made the process so easy. This was a start contrast to experiences that I had at other bridal salons in Kansas City. Robin is a talent and so great at what she does and the Gown Gallery is very lucky to have her. Unfortunately, I walked away with a bad taste in my mouth due to the fact that at my last fitting a rip occurred in the back of my dress. The seamstress assured me that it would be fixed when she made the final last adjustments, however that was not the case. I trusted that when I picked up my dress the day before my wedding that I wouldn’t have to look it over and inspect every inch, but apparently I should have. I now have so many photos of the back of my dress where the rip and the ribbon that was supposed to not show is now blatantly looping out of my dress. I think you would have a great experience if you chose to go with Gown Gallery for your special day, but I would recommend taking alterations into your own hands and double checking EVERYTHING so you don't wind up very disappointed like me.

I'm. Blown. Away. My experience at the Gown Gallery was second to none. My consultant was Eboni, and I cannot even begin to speak to what she brought to this day. This was my first appointment, and I had 2 more scheduled. I can without a doubt say The Gown Gallery was the best experience. She was able to listen to all the things I liked and did not like about wedding dresses I had seen and pull dresses that truly represented me. I felt heard, celebrated, and cared for. I could not have asked for a greater experience! I cannot say enough good things.

I was most excited about dress shopping so I booked a weekend full of 3 dress shop appointments. The Gown Gallery was our first stop and our favorite of the 3. We went to the other spots as well but decided to come back to the gown gallery to get my dream dress, they even squeezed us in last minute just so I could try the dress on again to make sure my decision was final! I felt like the gown gallery had the largest selection of dresses and you tell them what you like and the price range and they show you dresses in that range! So easy and it is in a beautiful location downtown. I then got all my alterations and veil here as well and everything was so easy! I loved my dress and it fit perfect on the big day. I worked with Robin Sweet and she was absolutely amazing! I had gone to another bridal salon earlier that day and was very underwhelmed with the selections I was given, and then I came to Gown Gallery and within 5 minutes of meeting Robin she had a full rack of gowns that were so me, and I ended up finding my dress with the second gown I tried on. We had a great experience while at the Gown Gallery! I was very fortunate and had Robin as my wonderful bridal consultant. Before trying on the gowns, we had a great conversation about what I was looking for and that I wanted her to pull a few wildcard dresses (because I’m not an expert in dresses like she is!) She pulled amazing dresses for me to try on and focused on how I felt in the dresses. I tried on one of the wildcard dresses and absolutely loved it. I didn’t want to decide in the moment so I took some time to think and see other dresses that day. However, unknown to me, my dad made an appointment at GG that late afternoon because he had a feeling this would be THE dress. At the end of the day I was a nervous wreck because I wanted to go back to GG and try on my dress. Luckily for me my dad made that appointment. A MAJOR thank you to Robin for allowing my dad to make the second late in the day appointment, staying late with us so I could have all the dress moments that every girl dreams of, showing me how different colors for a wedding party outfit would look with my dress, making me feel extremely comfortable, and so much more! Robin is a genuine person/breath of fresh air in the bridal industry and I couldn’t imagine having anyone else help me find my dress. Highly recommend going to the Gown Gallery for all of your bridal needs!

After 6 bridal shops, countless dresses and two handfuls of sale associates there to help me by pressuring me into choosing one of the dresses I pulled off rack.. dress shopping was becoming a “to-do” that was surrounded with feelings of anxiety, stress and the dreadful feeling of what the associate would say or think if I didn’t buy a dress right then. I WISH I HAD CAME HERE FIRST, and met MONIECE!!! She is truly gifted at what she does. Five minutes of actually listening to me, she left and returned with a rack of the most perfect dresses. Each one fitting perfect, THATS HOW GOOD SHE IS! I’m a very insecure person and here I was PRACTICALLY NAKED WITH A STRANGER I MET NOT EVEN AN HOUR AGO, talking and laughing as if she was my best friend. I had the best experience here. Found the perfect dress, and didn't feel pushed to go outside of my budget. The alterations were spot on, and they had to take a solid 10" off the hem for my 5' frame. Could not be happier!

Wow! From the moment we arrived we had a fantastic experience. The bridal dresses are on the second floor of the building with no elevator. When they realized my grandmother wouldn’t be able to climb the stairs they quickly came up with a solution and couldn’t have been lovelier about it. This put us immediately at ease. As a plus size bride I was very anxious about dress shopping. Ebony was my consultant and let me tell you she was fantastic. She listened to me describe what I wanted and what I didn’t like and she pulled amazing dresses for me. They were not things I necessarily would have picked for myself but from the first dress I put on I knew she had a gift at this. They were classy and unique and I am obsessed with the dress I chose. I highly recommend the gown gallery and Ebony for everyone but especially if you are a plus size bride (trust me I know how hard it can be)

Moniece was my consultant. I felt like she really understood what I was looking for, and pulled the most amazing dresses. She helped me keep an open mind, and urged me to try on things that I wouldn’t normally try. Every dress I tried ended up looking good on me, and I ended up finding my perfect dress! Hannah was so fun, energetic and so, so sweet! Finding a dress was one of the things I had been stressing about the most and I did not feel stressed at all that day. I had not tried on gowns prior and she pulled a variety of styles with the majority being what I envisioned, helping me find my perfect gown! Could not be happier with my experience.

The Gown Gallery of Kansas City was SO amazing to work with. I worked with Gwen and she only pulled dresses that were what I wanted and within our price range. She knew how much I loved certain dresses from the Blush by Hayley Paige collection and pulled pretty much the whole collection for me to try on! I ended up choosing the Fleur De Lis gown and I felt so beautiful in it! The staff was always so welcoming and professional. Appointments were easy to make, and communication was never an issue. At my fittings, the alterations lady did a beautiful job. My journey with Gown Gallery has been a year long, from the very first try-on day until I picked up my dress for my wedding. And my experience every step of the way, was incredible. On my first visit I brought a slew of family and friends, some food, and we made a special day by trying on all kinds of wedding dresses. The amazing Ebony absolutely made the experience. She was fun and easy to work with, always listened to what I wanted, what I liked, and was both professional and easy to connect with! Once I tried on the dress of my dreams (literally I had a dream about this dress before I ever new it was real), I knew I had found the one. I then set up all the payment and waited patiently for my dress to arrive. 
Some time passed and I had some weight gain issue do to grieving a loved one who had passed. Everyone was so kind, including Ebony and Pam the seamstress, and they honestly, lovingly gave me all possible options. I decided to move forward to the basic alterations of the bottom and straps without any side alterations with the goal of losing weight. They were all there to encourage me and support my decision without ever making me feel bad (because I was already doing enough of that myself!!). Then when I came back and it fit perfectly, we all celebrated! Pam was wonderful to work with through all of the fittings and final stages, and everyone I spoke to on the phone or in person was always so kind, accommodating, friendly and helpful. They brought the dress out to my car the day I went to pick it up, after of course showing it to me to make sure everything looked great. I can not say enough wonderful things about my experience with Gown Gallery. They were wonderful to work with and made even the most difficult period easier to handle. Thank you for EVERYTHING!

As a mother of the bride, you want the best for your daughter. Robin at the Gown Gallery made our experience top notch. My daughter found the dress of her dreams surrounded by her closest friends and family. We had the best day ever ! Eboni was my bridal consultant and she was FABULOUS! I was looking for a dress for my destination beach ceremony and also a "party" dress for my reception back in KC. I had some ideas of what I was looking for in a ceremony dress, but left the reception dress ideas completely to Eboni. She absolutely nailed it with the choices she pulled for me to try and did an awesome job pinpointing what I was looking for. Both dresses were absolutely perfect for our celebrations!! Never during my appointment did I feel rushed, or that my vision or budget was in jeopardy. Not only was the experience at the gown gallery amazing for me, but the ladies who came with me were all impressed with the service/atmosphere/expertise as well! Could not recommend them enough!

Called to see if they were LGBT-friendly, they were. I worked with Eboni, she was very knowledgeable and easy going. She was fun to talk to and easy to work with. Other bridal shops I visited were extremely pushy and only cared about selling that “say yes to the dress” feeling. I found the gown gallery to be refreshing since they were actually interested in helping me find a well-fitting, within-budget dress. My only complaint is the form you fill out when you enter. A lot of unnecessary detail AND they start their price range at $1500-$2000, despite the fact that they sell dresses under that.

Robin was my dress guru and she was amazing! Throughout the entire process, she was so supportive and upbeat about all of the dresses. She genuinely took my ideas for dresses and she brought them to life with the gowns she pulled! She knew when I found the one, as well as she knew when the gown wasn’t the one. She was so happy when I found the one, she even got emotional with my family and I! Such an AMAZING time

My experience at Gown Gallery was everything I hoped it would be and more. The staff was very accommodating to my many guests, and we were even greeted with nice glasses for the champagne we brought. Moniece was my bridal consultant, and she was absolutely phenomenal. I was super excited and asking a million questions. Despite me acting like a spazz, Moniece stayed calm and answered all my questions. She had so much patience, and helped me keep an open mind. I was being very picky about the dresses, but Moniece encouraged me to try on all the dresses she brought out which made the experience SO much fun. She is very knowledgeable and creative, and gave great feedback with each dress I tried on. I am absolutely in love with the dress I bought and cannot wait for the fittings! I cannot thank you enough Moniece, you are amazing!!!

I would like to give the Gown Gallery 3-stars but I would like to give Robin with the Gown Gallery 5-stars so I'm settling on 4! We picked out the perfect Hayley Paige gown in August of 2018 and went for my first fitting in January-ish. I thought I was going to be able to pick out a veil then, but instead, they called people with Hayley Paige to try to get their veils in stock so I could see them with my dress. We made another appointment for my last fitting and to decide on a veil. I went back, had my last fitting and tried on veils, but they didn't have the Hayley Paige veils, so they said they would let us know when they came in. I never received an email letting me know that they came in, so I finally emailed and scheduled to FINALLY decide on a veil on May 1, with the wedding being on May 25, and they said it would be plenty of time. I ended up going with a different veil, but my mom and I didn't want to make a FIFTH trip to KC since we live in the Manhattan area, and they said no problem! We would love to be able to deliver the dress and veil to you. They were getting a little black speck off the dress and getting my veil ordered. About a week and a half before the wedding, my mom starts calling to try to get the delivery scheduled and they give her the run around! Even though they said it would be no problem during our last appointment. They told her they wanted to UPS it. I said absolutely NOT. If that dress got damaged or LOST in the mail system, 1. we would never have it in time and 2. UPS would take absolutely no responsibility for it. My mom was stressed and upset, and went back and forth with them for a few days. Finally, the week of the wedding, she decides she doesn't have much of a choice but to go to KC to pick it up. Now, here comes our saving grace! Robin called my mom back, I believe it was a Tuesday late morning, and said you know what, this is ridiculous. There's no reason for you to have to come back here when you should've been able to pick the dress up last time. I'm bringing it to Shelby where she works in Topeka. So she took it upon herself to take a mother-daughter day and bring my dress to me at my place of work, off the clock! She said she was more than happy to do it and it saved us from making another 4 hour round trip to get everything, which we would have done, but didn't necessarily want to the week of the wedding, especially when they had said it would be no problem to deliver it. This is just something you don't want to have to deal with the week of, when you were expecting it not to be a problem. I still recommend them, as they were very pleasant and my dress was perfect, but be prepared to make a few trips if you don't live in the KC area! And if you can, use ROBIN as your consultant! She was absolutely INCREDIBLE and saved me from giving them a worse review. I can't say enough great things about her!!

I worked with Eboni who was absolutely amazing. I am still astonished how a quick conversation lead her to finding the dress on the first choice. She is fabulous. Never have I felt more trusted than in her hands. 100% recommend Eboni and the Gown Gallery for saying yes to the dress

I’m so excited to have bought my wedding dress from the Gown Gallery. I loved getting to work with Moniece who picked out my perfect dress. She took my thoughts and vision into consideration and worked with me to help me find what exactly I was looking for. Also, as a woman who is plus size, for most of the dresses I tried on the sample sizes did not fit me properly but I was so happy that Gown Gallery had my perfect dress in a sample size that ended up being in a size close to my own. The beautiful industrial chic loft located salon made for a great morning appointment and you have the option to dine from a limited menu from the connected German restaurant Affare. My guests and I loved sipping on mimosas and nibbling on a cheese plate while I tried on gowns. I would recommend brides check out this locally-owned salon and definitely would recommend trying on dresses with Gown Gallery’s Moniece.

Robin saved my life! By the time I arrived at the gown gallery for a wedding dress search, I had already looked in multiple other salons; I was beginning to feel disappointed. When I met Robin, she spent time getting to know me and asking about the vibe of our Montana mountain wedding. She was so intuitive and listened to me so well that at the very end of our session, she went in the back and brought out The One that made us all cry instantly! It was the dress I would've designed myself if I could, and I felt Whole as soon as I put it on. THANK YOU, ROBIN!! My dream wedding is a reality now, thanks to you!

She listened to my likes and dislikes and was able to pulled the most amazing dress! She was so kind, patient, and truly wanted to ensure her bride was happy. Our Gown Gallery experience was second to none! We were lucky to work with Gwen Berry who helped us through every step of the process. She listened carefully to our vision and delivered the perfect assortment of dresses for me to try on. Gwen was so knowledgeable about the dresses and the designers. When I found “the one” she took great care with my measurements to ensure I ordered the perfect size. We wanted to add several custom elements to the dress, and Gwen knew just how to make that happen as well. She got right on the phone to the designer rep and made my dress dreams a reality! Gwen was truly a joy to work with and such a professional. We will be forever grateful to her!

I had Hannah as a bridal consultant. It was my first time trying on wedding dresses. She made me feel so comfortable and she really listened to my vision for a wedding dress. She pulled absolutely beautiful dresses for me to try on. I even found my perfect dress. It was more stunning than I had imagined...it was absolutely perfect. I didn't want to take it off. I can't wait to go back for my accessory show. Thanks Hannah for making the appointment so special.

I had a wonderful experience at the gown gallery! Moniece was top-notch! I can honestly say she is amazing at her job and made picking out a gown a stress free, absolutely lovely experience.

Eboni was amazing! She took her time and made sure I had the dress of my dreams. Everyone there was wonderful to work with! When I found jewelry I loved but in silver instead of gold, they contacted the local artist and had it reset in gold! They were patient an kind and allowed me to come back for as many try ons as I felt comfortable with. Would absolutely use them again! Parking is TIGHT here, but there's a parking garage a few blocks away.

I tried on a lot of dresses at a lot of different bridal boutiques and Gown Gallery has the most expansive and unique selection by far! On top of that, the staff is friendly and attentive throughout the whole process! I felt very confident in getting my alterations done through gown gallery and also getting my bridesmaids dresses through them! I LOVED that she listened to what I was looking for, and then SHE went and found those dresses. It stressed me out going to places where I had to pull dresses to try on. Gown Gallery was my first bridal salon and I was so impressed working with Hannah! She was so sweet and really listened to what I wanted. She was able to find a gown very similar to the one I had found on pinterest and it ended up being my dress! I was a little hesitant to commit at first because it was the very first dress I had ever put on and Hannah did such a good job of finding other dresses similar to it, and a few different, to show me all my options. I ended up leaving and going to a different salon because I had another appointment scheduled, but it only made me realize I had already found my dress at Gown Gallery! We were able to get back in the same day and put it back on and commit! I had such a great experience! The salon itself is beautiful with lots of natural light. You get your own pedestal and don't have to share with a very large mirror. Great staff all around, beautiful salon, and a wonderful experience! I could not have asked for anything better!
