The food and the service was incredible our guest was very impressed and taste buds satisfied. Hannah and Carol were a big stress reliever for me on the day of keeping everything on track. Making sure I the bride had everything I needed looked my best at all times, that day was suppose to be a stressful day I thought but those two ladies were on top of everything and made it so I would be able to enjoy my day from start to end. I would definitely recommend this venue and all the services it provides

close to 200 guests. My husband planned our entire wedding from start to finish with assistance from Regan, our wedding coordinator. She made the planning process extremely easy and stress free. Regan helped fill me in a few weeks before the wedding and demonstrated extreme professionalism before, during and after our big day. I was really impressed with Chef Lee, the catering manager. One of our guests had a black pepper allergy and was hand delivered an allergy-friendly meal during the reception. We had 10 tables with 20 guests at each. I can’t imagine it was easy to find her with the chaos however, they made it work and she said it was delicious! We received a lot of compliments on the food and how fast his clean up crew was able to clear the tables. As hiccups are to be expected in every wedding, ours were small and unique to us. I appreciate Regan and Shauna making time to discuss my concerns after the wedding.

the ceremony, cocktail hour & reception were in one place. The staff, and especially our coordinator Ashley, were courteous, attentive, and brought every detail of our wedding vision to life. I was prepared for things to go wrong or run late, and thank to the entire GOB team, I can honestly say that I can’t think of one thing I wasn’t happy with or would have changed. One of the first things I said to my husband when we left the event was that if we had to start planning from scratch all over again, I would do everything exactly the same way. I cannot recommend the Grand Ol’ Barn enough. And one last note- my dad cannot stop raving about the men’s bathroom. He said it’s the nicest bathroom he’s ever been in hahaha. Absolutely 5 stars and beyond!

r, Ashley, was able to round up both of our large families to run a rehearsal day of. She also made sure everything ran smoothly and constantly checked in on us throughout the night. We were the third wedding in a row for the venue and I’m sure it was tough to do that, but no one showed it! Many of our families members and friends said they want a wedding like ours, which was such a huge compliment for not only for us, but also for the staff and the venue! Okay and don’t even get me started on the mashed potatoes!! We had the cheesy mashed potatoes for our buffet and they were so delicious! If you’re looking for a venue you have to check them out because they are truly amazing and this place is downright gorgeous!

e for the money was amazing! It was truly our fairytale wedding! Regan, our event planner, was amazing to work with both prior to the wedding and especially the night of. She was always quick to communicate during the planning stages. I also worked with Lyric from Catering and she was so responsive and on it- we added some new items the barn hasn’t done before (Mix your own Martini station with an ice luge and Oyster bar) and they knocked it out of the park! All of our guests RAVED about the food and offerings! The barn offered us the perfect setting to make our fairytale wedding come to life and it more than delivered! Having the flexibility of the spaces let us host a completely air conditioned wedding from ceremony to reception in unique spaces and kept our guests cool (important in Florida in July!!). I couldn’t recommend the Barn more. Amazing venue, amazing staff, and a fantastic facility with the ability to truly make it unique to you.

Their staff was a dream to work with from start to finish and almost a week after our wedding friends and family are still raving about the amazing time they had celebrating with us at the Grand Ol' Barn.

The food was DELICIOUS, very, very good, just a tad bit expensive. You must hire their caterer, which they do an amazing job, but it can get expensive with the more guests you have attending. Overall, this venue was beautiful and perfect for my husband and I! We were very pleased!

t was GAME ON! We got married on Friday, November 18th 2022, and we are still receiving texts and phone calls about how great the wedding was and how beautiful the wedding was! Shauna, the owner of The Grand Ol’ Barn, is simply amazing and is literally a friend for life. It all started when we came into town for our tasting back in July. We were lost in the parking lot, and Shauna happened to be coming into work and she helped us inside, and that’s where the customer experience started. We truly believe that it all starts with customer service and the customer’s experience. And man did we get that and MORE!! Shauna took the time to share her vision and the reason why she decided to start The Grand Ol’ Barn. We got a taste of the story behind the bull in the groomsmen suite, to the history of the antiques, to the elegance of the reception area, all the way to the indoor swings. Each detail had a unique story behind it. Ashley, Shauna’s sister, assisted my wife with her floral ideas and was very nice and professional. Chef Conway!!!! The food was so great, that we were upset taking pictures with the guest because we wanted to eat more. We had several compliments from our guest about how good the food was. The brisket was sooooooo good. We’d recommend the brisket LOL. Our overall experience was just great that we would love to live that night all over again. Our wedding was outside, and the cocktail hour was inside. For the most part, there was enough room, but we did have a lot of guest attend. Getting married outside was a last-minute decision for us, but it truly worked out great and the weather warmed up for us. Yes, we said warmed up in Florida, we had a cold front come through that weekend lol. If we could give this venue 10 stars we would, but unfortunately, we are only aloud to give 5 stars. Customer service is really big for us and the overall service was just great! We hope that more newly-weds can enjoy their wedding at The Grand Ol’ Barn just as we did!!! - Skip and Moya

catering was delicious and had excellent service. The florist and bartender were professional and I highly recommend the month of coordinator. Regan helped us planning the small details prior to the wedding and ensuring the guest knew where to go (and of course the bridal party and ourselves too). She was always checking on us to ensure we had everything we needed. At the venue the bridal suite and grooms room to get ready were well stocked with supplies and items you may need the day of or possibly forgot to bring with you. We loved all the signs and included rentals that came with the venue too. We honestly, don't have anything negative to say about the venue, the staff, catering, floral or the month of coordinator at ALL! Wonderful experience and we cannot thank you enough for helping make our day a dream come true!! <3

se this venue specifically because catering and florals were offered on site- this really helps to simplify your vendor search! Also so many of the decorations are already available so I didn't have to purchase much on my own. All of my guests raved about how beautiful the venue was. It was everything I dreamed for and more. I wish could relive this day over and over again!

The indoor swings that they recently added was a huge hit with our guests, no photo booth necessary! all of our questions were answered in a timely manner and the fact that I didn't have to worry about buying or making a lot of decor was a huge help. I ended doing Diy flowers just because of our own budget but I spoke to Ashley there florist and she was so sweet and still offered to help with the floating candles. The food was delicious, we went with the burger/pulled bbq buffet and left everyone full and satisfied. I've been to weddings previously where the serving sizes were on the small side but chef Lee and his staff accommodated all our requests. I had to change our head count quite a few times and we had 11 kids with a kids table set up! Huge success especially with keeping our 4 year old daughter busy so we could relax. And then there is Melinda, there day of coordinator. At first I wasn't going to add the extra expense but I am SO glad I did. She is worth it and I can honestly say that my wedding would have never gone so smoothly without her! She knows what she is doing, and is so genuinely kind and devoted to making sure everything is perfect. I trusted her with making my vision come to life and she succeeded my expectations on every level. She went above and beyond to set everything up for me while we're getting ready and starting photos, she helped make sure we didn't lose track of time and was still able to have all the moments and picture opportunities that were important to us. She even helped me make sure my girls looked great in my dress in the most professional way!! So grateful for this chick and would recommend her to any upcoming brides for a stress free day of! I truly can't say enough about how absolutely perfect our day was, I'm still in shock that it all just went the way I had hoped for!! The location of the barn is also perfect for if you have a lot of family traveling from outside of Florida like we did, we're locals but most of our families came from other states and turned it into a vacation as well with plenty of places to stay beach side only ten minutes from the venue. Shawna was the first person we met when we went to do our tour and was very informative, gave us great vendor recommendations and didn't pressure us into anything she was more so just like the guiding light in the huge world of wedding venues. Everyone at the barn was great to work with and you can tell that they all make a good team so Thank you Thank you Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everyone that helped our day turn out so perfectly. If you are just starting your own journey into planning your wedding, go check out the barn in person and all that they have to offer you won't be disappointed!!
