The Grand 721

than expected. Staffed had a quick response when there were questions and were there for us every step of the way. I'm a procrastinator and it really didn't hit me how fast everything was happening until we were 5 weeks out. The staff Carolina, Hanna, Lyric, and the Chef were there and helped every step of the way. Carolina the wedding coordinator was amazing. Created our timeline and kept everything organized and on track. Hanna helped my thoughts come alive for how we dreamed for our wedding to look. The food was amazing, all of the family loved it. Carolina was by myside (or a text away) the whole time on wedding day. When she noticed we needed anything she was right there reducing stress and keeping things organized. I would have been a mess without her. I would recommend this place for other couples looking to get married. The bride suite and grooms suite were roomy and comfortable, the a/c works great, and all together just a beautiful place. Thank you all for making our special day more special!

usive black & white package, had ~160 guests at my wedding, and worked closely with Carolina (Wedding Coordinator), Hannah (Venue Manager), Lyric (Catering Manager), and Mia (Venue Florist) at this venue. I can not say enough how competent, professional, customer-oriented and flexible this team was. They worked together, they helped us coordinate with all of the multiple vendors that were a part of the package, were absolutely wonderful to work with every step of the way, were communicative and accessible, and embodied true hospitality and joy. I have organized and been a part of numerous weddings and events, and this team was TOP - NOTCH and ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE to work with. The fact that catering and florals were part of the venue team was a huge help. VENDORS FOR ALL-INCLUSIVE PACKAGE: One one hand, as someone who lives out of state, I appreciated having the vendors selected to work with as part of the all-inclusive package. It helped me dive right into planning the wedding. On the other hand, I would have also liked having several options of vendors to choose from as part of the package. I would have liked to compare at least a few different vendors to see what other companies had to offer. - R&M Cakes = was excellent to work with. - DJ Complete = I would say are more emcees than DJs but if you know what music you want played, they will play it, bring great energy, and professional. - Gloss Beauty Bar = were good stylists, but very slow in their communication and only communicate via email THE VENUE ITSELF: The venue does not have curb appeal, but is beautiful and as accurate as its pictures on the inside. The reception hall was extremely comfortable, clean, well lit, and spacious. Parking valet is not an option at this venue. The venue has plenty of bathrooms, which was important for us for our guests. They had plenty of bars and bartender options. OTHER CONSIDERATIONS: They had recommendations of other businesses to work with to help us manage guest experiences, and their lighting and decor options matched the venue perfectly. We would have preferred louder speakers, but this is something to coordinate with the DJ company. SPECIAL RECOGNITION A HUGE shout-out to Carolina (Wedding Coordinator) and Hannah (Venue Manager). There is no way that things would have been as beautiful and well-organized without them. Thank you!!

ring team and day of coordinator. Best decision we could of made. The day of the wedding the decor was everything we expected and more. The food and the service was incredible our guest was very impressed and taste buds satisfied. Hannah and Carol were a big stress reliever for me on the day of keeping everything on track. Making sure I the bride had everything I needed looked my best at all times, that day was suppose to be a stressful day I thought but those two ladies were on top of everything and made it so I would be able to enjoy my day from start to end. I would definitely recommend this venue and all the services it provides

really helped me make my vision come true. I would highly recommend hosting your event at this venue!

and an onsite backup indoor ceremony location just in case, to all of the decor that was included!! Most of all, Ashley was nothing short of amazing! She was responsive, paid attention to details, and made sure our wedding and reception was perfect!! I highly recommend the venue and Ashley for your special day!!

k on communication, also the catering is a plus best wedding food hands down!!!! Still dreaming about our wedding day and all they did for us 💓

Regan enough for how everything turned out! We are still in awe of the perfection that was our wedding day! Thank you so much for making our day truly amazing!!!

close to 200 guests. My husband planned our entire wedding from start to finish with assistance from Regan, our wedding coordinator. She made the planning process extremely easy and stress free. Regan helped fill me in a few weeks before the wedding and demonstrated extreme professionalism before, during and after our big day. I was really impressed with Chef Lee, the catering manager. One of our guests had a black pepper allergy and was hand delivered an allergy-friendly meal during the reception. We had 10 tables with 20 guests at each. I can’t imagine it was easy to find her with the chaos however, they made it work and she said it was delicious! We received a lot of compliments on the food and how fast his clean up crew was able to clear the tables. As hiccups are to be expected in every wedding, ours were small and unique to us. I appreciate Regan and Shauna making time to discuss my concerns after the wedding.

handlers in the reception, I loved the history of the building & I loved the location. Ashley b was incredible the entire process leading up to the day, the entire staff were amazing. Our guest loved the food & service. The bridal suite was beautiful & so easy to get ready in especially if you have more than 5 people in your wedding party. I can’t recommend the grand ol barn enough. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience coming from them. I also cant rave enough about my florals.

and made our big day go off without a hitch! The Grand Ol Barn is beautiful inside and outside!

the ceremony, cocktail hour & reception were in one place. The staff, and especially our coordinator Ashley, were courteous, attentive, and brought every detail of our wedding vision to life. I was prepared for things to go wrong or run late, and thank to the entire GOB team, I can honestly say that I can’t think of one thing I wasn’t happy with or would have changed. One of the first things I said to my husband when we left the event was that if we had to start planning from scratch all over again, I would do everything exactly the same way. I cannot recommend the Grand Ol’ Barn enough. And one last note- my dad cannot stop raving about the men’s bathroom. He said it’s the nicest bathroom he’s ever been in hahaha. Absolutely 5 stars and beyond!

r, Ashley, was able to round up both of our large families to run a rehearsal day of. She also made sure everything ran smoothly and constantly checked in on us throughout the night. We were the third wedding in a row for the venue and I’m sure it was tough to do that, but no one showed it! Many of our families members and friends said they want a wedding like ours, which was such a huge compliment for not only for us, but also for the staff and the venue! Okay and don’t even get me started on the mashed potatoes!! We had the cheesy mashed potatoes for our buffet and they were so delicious! If you’re looking for a venue you have to check them out because they are truly amazing and this place is downright gorgeous!

e for the money was amazing! It was truly our fairytale wedding! Regan, our event planner, was amazing to work with both prior to the wedding and especially the night of. She was always quick to communicate during the planning stages. I also worked with Lyric from Catering and she was so responsive and on it- we added some new items the barn hasn’t done before (Mix your own Martini station with an ice luge and Oyster bar) and they knocked it out of the park! All of our guests RAVED about the food and offerings! The barn offered us the perfect setting to make our fairytale wedding come to life and it more than delivered! Having the flexibility of the spaces let us host a completely air conditioned wedding from ceremony to reception in unique spaces and kept our guests cool (important in Florida in July!!). I couldn’t recommend the Barn more. Amazing venue, amazing staff, and a fantastic facility with the ability to truly make it unique to you.

sed with stage 4 cancer. She died a week before our wedding. Thankfully, she was able to tour this venue with me and have a role in it all. We rushed and planned a wedding from her bedside and everyone at the venue was accommodating, went above and beyond, and was so gracious to our situation. WE PLANNED A WHOLE WEDDING WITHIN 3 MONTHS. If you are looking for an all-inclusive wedding venue-this is it. We didn't have the mental or physical real estate to spend time managing all of the details and they made this painfully beautiful day come to life! I want to thank everyone there from catering to floral to planning all of it for making it seem as if we had it all together.

lso, because I had a June wedding it was also hot outside so it felt nice that my guests somewhere cool to sit while they were waiting for the wedding to start.

utiful, rustic, elegant, and is one-stop shopping with catering and florals all offered in-house! Not to mention their suite of decor that's included--yes decor that's included. Their staff was a dream to work with from start to finish and almost a week after our wedding friends and family are still raving about the amazing time they had celebrating with us at the Grand Ol' Barn.

ay went by so fast and so amazing. Beautiful venue and a professional staff, highly recommended!

our day was absolutely perfect. I would a 100% recommend this venue.

r bride” to them. Everything was beautiful and seamlessly executed. I am forever thankful to the entire staff for all their hard work and dedication to the best day of my life.

as also amazing, and the bridal and groom suites were very nice! Our coordinator was super helpful and professional. Shauna, the venue owner, was so sweet and kind to us! The food was DELICIOUS, very, very good, just a tad bit expensive. You must hire their caterer, which they do an amazing job, but it can get expensive with the more guests you have attending. Overall, this venue was beautiful and perfect for my husband and I! We were very pleased!

t the food was. Our guest were pleased. Our day of coordinator, Melinda went above and beyond for us and we cant appreciate her more! Thank you so much for a magical and great day/night! The wrights

t was GAME ON! We got married on Friday, November 18th 2022, and we are still receiving texts and phone calls about how great the wedding was and how beautiful the wedding was! Shauna, the owner of The Grand Ol’ Barn, is simply amazing and is literally a friend for life. It all started when we came into town for our tasting back in July. We were lost in the parking lot, and Shauna happened to be coming into work and she helped us inside, and that’s where the customer experience started. We truly believe that it all starts with customer service and the customer’s experience. And man did we get that and MORE!! Shauna took the time to share her vision and the reason why she decided to start The Grand Ol’ Barn. We got a taste of the story behind the bull in the groomsmen suite, to the history of the antiques, to the elegance of the reception area, all the way to the indoor swings. Each detail had a unique story behind it. Ashley, Shauna’s sister, assisted my wife with her floral ideas and was very nice and professional. Chef Conway!!!! The food was so great, that we were upset taking pictures with the guest because we wanted to eat more. We had several compliments from our guest about how good the food was. The brisket was sooooooo good. We’d recommend the brisket LOL. Our overall experience was just great that we would love to live that night all over again. Our wedding was outside, and the cocktail hour was inside. For the most part, there was enough room, but we did have a lot of guest attend. Getting married outside was a last-minute decision for us, but it truly worked out great and the weather warmed up for us. Yes, we said warmed up in Florida, we had a cold front come through that weekend lol. If we could give this venue 10 stars we would, but unfortunately, we are only aloud to give 5 stars. Customer service is really big for us and the overall service was just great! We hope that more newly-weds can enjoy their wedding at The Grand Ol’ Barn just as we did!!! - Skip and Moya

ng was taken care of! Thank you to Shauna and all of her staff for making the perfect day!

catering was delicious and had excellent service. The florist and bartender were professional and I highly recommend the month of coordinator. Regan helped us planning the small details prior to the wedding and ensuring the guest knew where to go (and of course the bridal party and ourselves too). She was always checking on us to ensure we had everything we needed. At the venue the bridal suite and grooms room to get ready were well stocked with supplies and items you may need the day of or possibly forgot to bring with you. We loved all the signs and included rentals that came with the venue too. We honestly, don't have anything negative to say about the venue, the staff, catering, floral or the month of coordinator at ALL! Wonderful experience and we cannot thank you enough for helping make our day a dream come true!! <3

se this venue specifically because catering and florals were offered on site- this really helps to simplify your vendor search! Also so many of the decorations are already available so I didn't have to purchase much on my own. All of my guests raved about how beautiful the venue was. It was everything I dreamed for and more. I wish could relive this day over and over again!

d stress free. We couldn’t have pick a better venue. Thank you for making our wedding extra special! ❤️

e itself is gorgeous alone. So nice to get ready in the gorgeous bridal suite and not have to worry about anything. They set everything up for you and the food is absolutely amazing! Wonderful catering staff.

rything went. It was perfect!

stress free. The venue came with so many amenities and we only had to provide the minor details to fit our theme just a bit more. I could redo this day 100 more times because working with this venue was easy and the amount of love and support the staff provide truly made our day beyond special. Our guests were all raving about this beautiful venue.

gs that go a long with wedding planning. Absolutely stunning venue which made for some beautiful photos that well cherish for a lifetime. The indoor swings that they recently added was a huge hit with our guests, no photo booth necessary! all of our questions were answered in a timely manner and the fact that I didn't have to worry about buying or making a lot of decor was a huge help. I ended doing Diy flowers just because of our own budget but I spoke to Ashley there florist and she was so sweet and still offered to help with the floating candles. The food was delicious, we went with the burger/pulled bbq buffet and left everyone full and satisfied. I've been to weddings previously where the serving sizes were on the small side but chef Lee and his staff accommodated all our requests. I had to change our head count quite a few times and we had 11 kids with a kids table set up! Huge success especially with keeping our 4 year old daughter busy so we could relax. And then there is Melinda, there day of coordinator. At first I wasn't going to add the extra expense but I am SO glad I did. She is worth it and I can honestly say that my wedding would have never gone so smoothly without her! She knows what she is doing, and is so genuinely kind and devoted to making sure everything is perfect. I trusted her with making my vision come to life and she succeeded my expectations on every level. She went above and beyond to set everything up for me while we're getting ready and starting photos, she helped make sure we didn't lose track of time and was still able to have all the moments and picture opportunities that were important to us. She even helped me make sure my girls looked great in my dress in the most professional way!! So grateful for this chick and would recommend her to any upcoming brides for a stress free day of! I truly can't say enough about how absolutely perfect our day was, I'm still in shock that it all just went the way I had hoped for!! The location of the barn is also perfect for if you have a lot of family traveling from outside of Florida like we did, we're locals but most of our families came from other states and turned it into a vacation as well with plenty of places to stay beach side only ten minutes from the venue. Shawna was the first person we met when we went to do our tour and was very informative, gave us great vendor recommendations and didn't pressure us into anything she was more so just like the guiding light in the huge world of wedding venues. Everyone at the barn was great to work with and you can tell that they all make a good team so Thank you Thank you Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everyone that helped our day turn out so perfectly. If you are just starting your own journey into planning your wedding, go check out the barn in person and all that they have to offer you won't be disappointed!!

were amazing to work with. Ashley took my floral vision and made it perfect and Chef Lee and the team were a hit with the food!

id the Florida extremes! Also accommodating to big weddings! We had the venue for the entirety of the day and used the included decorations which made everything an absolute dream. Can't recommend this venue enough! Shauna & Caley were a breeze to work with!

venue with the best staff to work with all the way around. We were lucky enough to be with them from the beginning of their journey as a venue all the way to supporting them after our big day. The Barn made our wedding so easy and beautiful. I couldn’t have asked for a better wedding day!
