We planned our wedding in less than 6 months. Katlyn at The Grand Hotel was absolutely amazing! She walked us through every detail including recommending wonderful vendors. Ultimately our wedding was an absolutely perfect day/weekend. Every detail was perfect. We were not stressed at all during planning and wedding. Our guests raved about everything. The food was awesome! We plan to come back for a getaway, maybe an anniversary celebration, and our guests all want to return as well!

My son & daughter-in-law got married 6/3/2023. Life got very busy and can’t believe how fast time flew since then. Thank God for Katlyn the wedding coordinator! She helped us every step of the way & our kids had an amazing wedding from the ceremony, food, desserts cocktail hour, flowers, ice sculpture & band she recommended! We asked and she delivered everything we wanted!! It was perfect!! She made it very easy and fun!! Our friends and family still talk about how it was one of the best weddings! The guests raved about the food at both cocktail hour and dinner! I have to give a shoutout to the band Chicos Vibe!! We hired them without ever seeing them, but wanted a horn section I believe 9 or 10 band members!! The dance floor was packed from beginning till end!! Thank you Katlyn for the best wedding ever!! You will not regret getting married at the Grand Hotel! We tied the knot in May 2024 and our wedding was everything we were hoping for and more! The wedding coordinator, Katlyn, is attentive, super communicative, and brings a burst of positive energy that sets the mood of the wedding from day one of meeting her all the way up to and through the big day. Getting married on the beach is a dream - but many places require permits. The GH takes care of that and has breath-taking views from its 5th floor ballroom. All the guests complimented the amazing food and said there was SO much of it too. The banquet staff were wonderful and the ballroom looked awesome. On the day of our wedding, the entire staff at the Grand Hotel went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Katlyn was there to help us since the beginning (answering all of our emails) and even provided a detailed list of what is needed for the big day. We had a room block for our guests and everyone was happy with their rooms. Overall, our experience at the Grand Hotel surpassed all expectations. We got married at the Grand in April of 2024 and our wedding was a spring dream! Katlyn is absolutely the best to work with and is super friendly, organized and responsive. We absolutely loved working with her and the other friendly staff at the Grand. I knew I wanted to get married at the Grand after seeing the amazing views from 5th floor ballroom and the sundeck and it did not disappoint. All the guests complimented the food and I particularly loved the lobster mac and cheese. The banquet staff were wonderful and the ballroom looked awesome. Partying at Hemingways afterwards was also a guest favorite. Amazing venue all around!

My husband and I got married at The Grand Hotel on August 26, 2023. The venue was everything we were looking for. It had a beautiful view, the food was delicious and the hotel itself was so clean and had very friendly staff. From the day we met the wedding coordinator, Katlyn, she was absolutely fabulous to work with! She was one of the main reasons we chose The Grand as our wedding venue. Everything you read about her online is so true! She is so personable and paid attention to every detail. She made the wedding planning process so easy. She is so organized, and she provided us with so much helpful information and ideas. She was very responsive to all of our emails, no matter what time of day or week it was. She would respond to us very quickly. She helped make or wedding day everything we could have envisioned it to be. The Grand in Cape May was absolutely amazing! From planning the wedding to day of, we felt very comfortable. Katlyn, their wedding coordinator, was very professional, kind, and made sure the day and process went smoothly. The Grand is definitely a one stop shop - everything for our wedding was hosted right onsite - the ceremony, cocktail hour, reception and hotel rooms. The Grand Hotel in Cape May was the PERFECT reception venue for our wedding at the beach! The staff were all extremely professional and kind. Katlyn Mogavero, the venue wedding coordinator, was AMAZING and helped us throughout the planning process from the minute we booked our date until the final song of our wedding night:) We could not have asked for a more wonderful person to have as our day of coordinator!! The food was amazing, drinks were flowing, and the decor set up was everything we could have dreamed of and more! Katlyn, the wedding coordinator for the hotel, will become your best friend! Not only is she a coordinator, but she is also a certified wedding planner. She makes herself readily available via email, and overall makes the wedding planning process way easier than usual! All the little details that brides usually worry about, Katlyn always does her best to make sure those things are handled and resolved. Our guests were very impressed regarding how smoothly everything transitioned throughout the day. Staff made sure that leftovers were brought to our room at the end of the evening, decor was properly packed up, and made sure our guests were satisfied. This venue is the perfect location for a classic Jersey Shore style wedding!

If we could give Katlyn and the team more than 5 stars we would! We booked this venue 2 years ahead of time because we knew it would be the perfect spot for our dream beach wedding! She was so responsive with all of our questions even if we sent them outside business hours! We had everything planned for an outdoor on the beach ceremony and the morning of IT WAS POURING DOWN RAIN right when set up needed to happen. Katlyn was so positive and flexible through the whole stressful few hours and the weather broke and her faith in the “Cape May weather bubble “ got us married on the beach! The food was amazing, service was great and the hotel accommodations are beautiful there as well. Every guest only had the best things to say and had the best time. The Grand Hotel was absolutely amazing! We met with Katlyn and immediatey fell in love with the hotel and all that it could provide for our dream beach wedding. Katlyn was so helpful and felt like family. She wanted to make sure my day was special and I felt special. Leading up to the day Katlyn kept in touch and emailed me a detailed list of things that needed to be done. I felt like it was so easy! Wedding weekend arrived and Katlyn was in control and everything was soo smooth. Our rehearsal was flawless and the day of the wedding was absolutely amazing. Katlyn made me feel so comfortable and that no question was silly. We still have people telling us today how amazing the wedding was all we hear is how good the food was, wait staff and atmosphere. We are beyond happy that we chose The Grand Hotel in Cape May as our wedding venue.

The Grand Hotel was a perfect venue for our destination wedding! Katlyn was great at helping us through the entire planning process! Absolute perfection!! My husband and I got married here October 2022 and we couldn't be happier with the turn out. Everything went flawless. We received countless compliments about the venue, food, staff, and accommodations. I can't say enough about Katlyn...she is a wedding planner god send. She was incredible from day one. We had a 200 person wedding and I can honestly say I’ve never heard more compliments from our guests about the venue. We got married here on Oct 29,2022. Everything was amazing. From the first time we spoke to Katlyn we knew we were in good hands. Over the months of planning she answered every question we had, and there were many. She gave us a large list of vendors for everything we could need and they were fantastic. The weekend of our wedding she had everything handled so that we could just relax and enjoy our special time. The venue itself, ceremony areas, as well as banquet rooms are beautiful. The food and drinks were amazing. All of our guests loved their rooms. The staff truly went above and beyond to take care of us. My husband and I got married here October 1st, despite a hurricane this weekend everything was perfect! Although we wanted to get married out on the sundeck, the contingency plan for having our ceremony indoors couldn't have been any more amazing. I got married here in May and throughout the entire process Kaitlyn made it an easy process. She made sure from the moment we signed our contract until the day after our wedding that we were comfortable, had all we needed and was beyond organized. I couldn’t recommend the Grand Hotel any more for a wedding! It was absolutely unfortunate that it rained but Kaitlyn made sure I was happy with having the indoor ceremony.

I cannot recommend the Grand Hotel more for everyone's wedding day! From the moment my husband and I walked in to speak with Katlyn in December 2020 as we were venue hunting to July 17, 2022 when we got married everything was perfect! Katlyn and her staff go above and beyond to ensure that your day goes as best and amazing as possible! The Grand was our first venue stop and I was hooked on the view, Katlyn’s attention to detail and the fact I didn’t need to ask her one question off of my list as she answered most just getting on the elevator before looking at the ballrooms. When we left I told Brian I think this is it and it was, even though we looked a few places also! If we were to get married again we would be back at the Grand and no other looking needed! (But, hey, there is ALWAYS vow renewal) Thank you for making our day the best ever!!

The best part of having your wedding here is hands down Katlyn, the wedding coordinator. She is the most amazing person to work with and will answer you in record time. We can't say enough about The Grand Hotel. It was more beautiful and special than we imagined. The food was excellent, the reception room was perfect, the service was on top of every request, the rooms were comfortable and the ceremony was perfect. The most important detail of our wedding was Katlyn Mogavero, the Grand’s Wedding Planner. Katlyn was available for every question along the way, no request was too much for her. We were supposed to have a beach wedding and at the last minute the rain pushed us inside. Katlyn quickly created a beautiful ceremony space inside and I never missed the beach. Our families loved the event from Friday through Sunday. We would recommend the Grand to anyone looking for a beautiful memorable event in Cape May.

Katlyn and the staff at the Grand Hotel made our day absolutely perfect. We had our ceremony on the Sundeck and there were dolphins jumping behind us as we got married. Our cocktail hour and reception were on the 5th floor penthouse. Many of our guests shared that it was the nicest venue they have been to. There are views of the ocean throughout the space. We had the most amazing day and Katlyn was key in making it happen!

Katlyn and her team at The Grand Hotel are simply the BEST! From our first meeting to our special day, Katlyn was with us every step of the way to ensure the wedding reception of our dreams. Her quick communication and enthusiasm made planning the reception a joy. We never experienced any stress when it came to The Grand, and it really helped us to keep our "eye on the prize" when wedding stress, in other areas, invariably came along. The staff are fantastic as well. We felt completely spoiled during our tasting, and when the big day came along, the members of the waitstaff were attentive and friendly. Our signature cocktails were delicious and the food was a huge hit with our guests. Management was also kind and solicitous and made us feel so very special. They executed the reception flawlessly, checking in with us throughout the evening and guiding us along. If there were any fires to put out, we were not aware of them! We cannot overstate how wonderful it was to work with Katlyn, and how meaningful it was that every single member of staff showed us sincere warmth. Everyone involved was so very lovely that I feel this review will not fully do them justice and wish I could thank each and every person individually. They made us feel like family. We chose the Grand Hotel for both our ceremony and reception and are so happy we did! Katlyn was the best. She helped every step of the way, made sure all emails and phone calls were answered immediately and was there the day of to make sure everything ran smoothly. The Grand Hotel was wonderful place for my daughter's wedding. Katlyn was soooo very accommodating, attentive, very easy to work with and her staff did a wonderful job with everything. We celebrated our wedding on October 30th, 2021 at The Grand Hotel. The planning process with Katlyn was a breeze. We used a majority of their recommended vendors to which we owe each of them their own 5 star review. Through our planning process Katlyn was always quick to respond to our inquiries and requests. Katlyn and her team helped make our big day run so smooth. The Grand Ballroom was so elegant and the food and service from the wait staff and bartenders was fantastic. We loved that we could have all of our events at the same location from rehearsal dinner to the after party at Hemingways. Katlyn was incredibly organized without it being overwhelming or stressful. The day of our wedding we didnt have to worry about anything!! It really couldn't have been a more perfect day!!

We had our wedding at another location, but had our overnight accommodation room block set up at the Grand Hotel and they were wonderful to work with - specifically Katlyn! She was extremely responsive and helpful with both our room block for the wedding weekend and other stays we needed for wedding planning appointments throughout the year. Easily one of the largest hotels in the area with great prices for a great location. You can't beat this at the shore!

After getting engaged at the Grand, we knew it was one of our first options as a wedding venue, and working with their wedding planner, Katlyn Mogavero, assured us that we made the right decision. Katlyn was always responsive even on her days off from work. She was the voice of calm and reason during a few stressful times due to still planning a wedding during the pandemic. She was always positive and made sure to communicate any updates immediately. Our experience with our food tasting prior to the wedding was so personalized, and on our wedding day, guests raved about the food. They also loved the bartenders who were so friendly the entire evening! Katlyn and her team handled every detail on our wedding day allowing us to relax and take in all of the moments knowing we were in great hands. We would definitely recommend the Grand to anyone looking for a shore wedding. From the ocean views of our cocktail hour on the sundeck and at our reception in the penthouse ballroom, to the hotel accommodations that allowed so many of our guests to make an entire weekend out of the wedding, and the Grand’s staff, especially Katlyn, it truly was the best day ever. WOW! Wedding of our dreams is an understatement!!! From the hotel providing anything we could ever ask for, to the BEST BEST BEST wedding coordinator ever! Katlyn could not have been MORE than helpful through our entire wedding planning, despite a pandemic and everything else in between! Katlyn had an answer for everything and a positive outlook for our whole day! From meeting with us to give us some background of The Grand to teaching me how to cut a piece of cake for our first slice as Mr and Mrs, Katlyn was there for it all and I couldn’t have thought of anyone else I wanted to be with me through every tear and exciting moment!! I walked away with not only the best experience, but someone to cheer us on for life! As for the hotel itself, we could not have had more of an accommodating situation!! Originally going to the 5th floor penthouse for our reception to the outdoor Sundeck, I couldn’t have asked for more! The Sundeck, covered in twinkle lights for the night time (my dream), could not have made for a better wedding! From the servers to the food, everything was perfection!! The hotel rooms were the cleanest rooms I’ve ever stayed in and the front desk was so helpful anytime I called or went to ask a question. COVID or not, our experience was the best we could have possibly asked for! When thinking of somewhere to stay or somewhere to hold the best night of your life, The Grand Hotel will be there for anything!!

I would hands down recommend the Grand to ANYONE who has ears. Not only are the views of the beach perfect, but the event planning process was so easy! Katlyn and her assistant Danielle were helpful, encouraging, and honestly- the best feature of the hotel!! The beach ceramony was all taken care of (set up and take down) by the grand, which relieved a lot of stress. katlyn was organized, and her experience in the industry showed. plus, it helps that all of my guests raved about our food (flounder and filet). words cant describe how happy I am that we celebrated at the grand of cape may!

The Grand Hotel was the perfect place for our wedding. This is something you can’t know until your wedding is underway, so please take my review to heart. All the unknown of the impending wedding can be stressful, so once you pick the right venue and pick it with confidence, the rest of the details can be very fun. All night and for days after, guests told us how it was such a great wedding, best they’ve ever been to. We looked at 6 venues in Cape May before we met with the best wedding coordinator, Katlyn Mogavero. When we walked in, we had a good feeling. 10 minutes into talking to Katlyn, we had no doubt. She is so good at her job that I felt a weight lift. The Grand has their packages and price option on their website. You know exactly how much you can optionally add on. We wanted the beach and the town of Cape May. The Grand Hotel gave us both those things, plus a full ballroom for a formal wedding setting AT the beach and IN the Victorian town of CM. The views are the best. The Penthouse Ballroom for the cocktail and reception has almost panoramic beach view. It is gorgeous. The ballroom creates a glamorous vibe at the beach. You get the option of a beach, sundeck or inside ceremony. If you choose a beach wedding, it is directly across the street. It is so close to the cocktail hour and reception, that guests who may be traveling a distance could not be more thrilled. They also have a tiki bar outside by the pool and a full restaurant on the main floor. All this makes the guests experience so convenient. Another guest convenience is the room block. They offered an unbeatable price for our guests. The Grand is one of the nicest hotels in a town full of hotels and they make it a no brainer for your guests to stay close. Cape May is a destination so approx. half of our guests stayed 2-4 nights. There is so much to do before and after the wedding. This helped extend our amazing day. We met friends for brunch. Then met more friends on the beach for the day. Then we met everyone at a restaurant down the street for Saturday night. People took their own time to go sightseeing. Cape May is the best and The Grand Hotel is the best venue. Katlyn is immediately is likable, which is a nice quality in the person orchestrating your whole wedding. More importantly, Katlyn executes. She runs the whole thing from the minute we visited the venue. She has all the expert advice. It was like a fairy god mother with all the answers. I assume years of experience have helped her to iron any potential pitfalls and leave no open-ended questions. She has a huge list. As you make decisions on ceremony details, cocktail and reception details, vendors, she marks each thing off your list and sends an updated one so the bride and groom can refocus and not feel overwhelmed. Katlyn makes herself available to answer all your questions. She has a solid trusted vendor list. In the end, I picked almost every single of her top preferred vendor. Trust her judgment! It will make your experience even more enjoyable. The week of the wedding is still a lot of details. That is when I was talking to her even more frequently. She is always in touch. Katlyn and her assistant, Danielle Muratore, run the wedding rehearsal on your schedule too. She walks the whole family through the rehearsal even if your minister can’t make it. The day of both Katlyn and Danielle are on top of everything.

The Grand Hotel was the first venue we looked at for our wedding and we instantly knew it was where we wanted to hold our wedding. Not only is the venue amazing (great location, breathtaking views, and gorgeous options for ceremony and reception), but Katlyn, their wedding planner, was exceptional in making sure everything was exactly what we wanted (actually, it went beyond our expectations!). She and the rest of the team made my wedding perfect and stress-free. I cannot thank them enough for everything they did for us to make our day extra special. The Grand Hotel was fabulous! Event planner Katlyn Molgavero and her crew were the BEST! We held my daughter's wedding there on 10.5.19. Katlyn allowed me to create the look I wanted and the Grand embellished it. All the guests raved about the food and the ambiance. Katlyn handled all the tough stuff which allowed my daughter and son-in-law to shine. The sundeck was the perfect location for a beachfront wedding. Everyone at the Grand made the weekend very special. Katlyn is the best event planner I have ever worked with.

The Grand Hotel was a great selection for our wedding day. We were originally drawn to it because of their penthouse ballroom (with it’s gorgeous panoramic view) and their beachfront property. It only gets better from there. Their event coordinator Katlyn is very knowledgeable and is a huge asset during the planning process. She keeps you on track and makes sure you have everything set to have a stress free experience the day of. The food is absolutely wonderful, we got so many compliments from our guests. The rooms of the hotel are very comfortable making it a great one stop shop for a full wedding weekend. I would recommend the Grand Hotel to anyone planning a beach front wedding!

My husband and I could not have chosen a more perfect venue for our wedding. The Grand Hotel not only has a perfect ocean front view, a beautiful pent house ballroom and amazing food but also incredible service. The Grand Hotel is a dream venue for a wedding. The views from the sundeck and ballroom are stunning. The best part of the Grand however is hands down Katlyn and her team. From the moment we toured the Grand from our wedding day she put me at ease and made us feel like family. The Grand Hotel in Cape May is not only a beautiful venue, but a true destination! The location is fantastic, as it’s just off of the beach. The food was delicious, and the reception ballroom has the most incredible view in Cape May! My guests are still raving about the experience. Katlyn, the wedding coordinator, was an absolute pleasure to work with and helped us put together the wedding of our dreams. We are so happy that we chose The Grand Hotel for our wedding, and we would recommend this spot for anyone with a beachy wedding in mind!

My daughter's wedding took place at the Grand this past weekend. We could not have asked for anything better! The hotel is all redone, the second floor balcony (where the ceremony took place) has amazing views of the beach/ocean and the fifth floor ballroom is beautiful! However, the best thing about the Grand is Katlyn, the wedding planner. She took care of everything!! She returned calls, texts & emails prior to the wedding immediately. She is helpful, kind, pleasant and makes you feel like you are part of her family. The wedding was beautiful and the food was delicious (and there was plenty of food!). It was the perfect night!!

We couldn't be happier with the decision to have our wedding reception at The Grand Hotel. It's a beautiful venue, both inside, as well as outside, with the breathtaking views of the Atlantic ocean from the 5th floor ballroom. From the early planning stages through the reception, the staff was so accommodating, friendly, and efficient. Every detail and special request was noted and executed perfectly. The food was fantastic and the presentation was great. Everyone LOVED the cheesesteak station at the afterparty downstairs at Hemingways. Leading up to the wedding day, we had complete trust in Katlyn and her team. They really made sure that the day was exactly how we had imagined. We would definitely recommend The Grand for any couple looking to get married in Cape May.

My husband and I live in Colorado, and planned our entire wedding from across the country. We booked The Grand site unseen and couldn't be happier with our selection. Everything was above and beyond what we expected. The ocean views were breathtaking. The details in decorating were more than what we ever could have asked for. Katlyn was fantastic to work with and made the day go by so smoothly. She was there every single step of the way (from fixing my hair right before the ceremony to an emergency coffee delivery for a wedding guest). The bartenders were so fun and personable, that our guests are still talking about them! The waitstaff was one step ahead of us the entire time delivering us our own plate of all the apps, and keeping not only our food warm while we made rounds, but kept my families food warm while they brought my one year old nephew home back to the Villas. I couldn't recommend this venue and its amazing team enough for anyone looking for a beautiful Cape May wedding!

One of our top priorities for our wedding was to have it in Cape May! But having our wedding at the Grand Hotel made this beautiful beach location even more special than we could have ever imagined. The view of the ocean from the banquet hall is breathtaking, no matter what the weather is. Also Katlyn, the wedding planner, welcomed us with open arms right when we met her! Her support lasted all the way through the big day. All the food was amazing and they really took into account any notes we had from the tasting. I would highly recommend this venue for anyone who wants an outdoor ceremony option, a venue close to the beach, and a trustworthy team behind you! We could not have asked for a more perfect venue.

We would like to take a moment to commend The Grand Hotel of Cape May, and especially Katlyn and Danielle for their hard work and attention to detail in coordinating our wedding day. We had our wedding in September in the Grand Hotel. The ceremony was on the beach, cocktail hour and dinner reception in Grand Hotel 5th floor ballroom. Everything was perfect. Katlyn and Danielle made the day extremely smooth and easy for us. We didn't need to worry about anything. We cannot express our gratitude enough for both of them. Thank you!

We had our wedding on 8/18/18 at the Grand Hotel. We used them for both our ceremony location (across the street on the beach), as well as our reception location. Katlyn went above and beyond with helping us every step of the way. She always answered our questions quickly and was so easy to get in contact with. The food was amazing! Our guests still rave about how much they loved the food and how beautiful the location was. My husband and I were especially impressed with how well Katlyn and her team took care of us on our wedding day. We had heard tons of stories about how the bride and groom usually go hungry on their wedding day due to trying to visit everyone and their food getting cold. My husband and I were greeted at our reception with drinks of our choice, as well as hot food and appetizers. I can't praise Katlyn or the team at The Grand Hotel enough! I highly recommend!

We had our wedding at the Grand Hotel in Cape May, NJ, on July 7, 2018. We did our site visit a few months prior and knew the venue was special. We met with Katlyn, whose personality won us over immediately. Both her knowledge and experience were definitely comforting for two people who weren’t sure what to expect from the wedding planning process. We loved the whole package deal: with food, drink, and venue covered in one cost, it required fewer details for us to manage – definitely a good thing, considering everything else that needs attending to. As soon as we entered the 5th floor ballroom, we knew we had found the right venue. It’s very spacious, with gorgeous views to boot! We were extremely fortunate that the weather cleared and we were able to do the outdoor ceremony on the sun deck. Friends and family loved the cocktail hour and hors d’oerves, and the dinner itself blew everyone away. The food was exceptional! Many of our guests said that it was the best wedding food they had ever eaten. The salmon and prime rib were particularly delicious. Katlyn is very experienced and is extremely easy to work with. She was available for our questions and was quick to respond, which is amazing considering how busy she is. Thankfully, she kept tabs on us and worked with us on our schedule, as we responded to her questions one by one, slowly knocking down the list of items that needed to be addressed before the big day. Working with Katlyn was like working with a friend. Our big day was absolutely wonderful, and it never would have happened without Katlyn.

We had our wedding 9/22/18 on the sundeck along with cocktail hour, this was all arranged beautifully by Katlyn and her staff. Katlyn was able to assist us with everything that we needed and didn't make us feel uncomfortable for asking too many questions. I needed assistance with linens and Katlyn's idea was right on and made our day so much better. Katlyn was always available (in any capacity) when we needed her which made our day the best that it could be and all that I had envisioned.

Beautiful ocean views from the second floor terrace and the fifth floor ballroom. Delicious food. And most of all, Katlyn Mogavero is a superstar that just makes it happen (Danielle is great too!).

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my wedding at The Grand Hotel in Cape May, NJ so bear with me on this long post! Katlyn Mogavero, the day of coordinator, is truly AMAZING at her job! From the first meeting with her months before our wedding she had our full trust! Her energetic and positive personality had us so excited about our big day that we were 100% confident it would be the best day ever and it really really was! Katlyn was extremely responsive to our many many emails, phone calls, and requests for meetings not to mention being available whenever we had the slightest question or concern. I don’t pride myself at being the best at decorations or having an eye for design but Katlyn was able to guide me along the way with picking linens and napkins and when it came to the big day she blew me away with the way she was able to decorate the room - it was everything I wanted and more! I have been to many weddings at gorgeous venues where the food was lacking, however this was NOT the case at The Grand! At our tasting we really couldn’t believe how delicious everything tasted and the day of was just as good! All of our guests raved about their meals and hor’ devours and the staff (which were so kind and attentive to myself and our guests) made sure my husband and I went home full which I know is a rarity for a bride and groom! We were lucky enough to have incredible weather the day of which made for fantastic pictures of our ceremony on the sundeck, but with the inside of the venue looking as incredible as it was I think it would have been beautiful to have the ceremony inside as well. I just want to end with thanking Katlyn and the rest of the staff at The Grand Hotel again! I’d highly highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for the perfect seashore wedding - you will not be disappointed!

We couldn't have asked for a better venue! Katlyn, the wedding coordinator, was by our side guiding us every step of the way. Her friendly personality and attention to detail put us at ease and ensured that our wedding was everything we dreamed of (and more!). Our guests enjoyed every aspect starting with the ceremony on the sundeck, to the cocktail hour drinks and hors d'oeuvres, all the way to the delicious dinner and dancing. Danielle, Katlyn's assistant, also helped the wedding day run smoothly and was there to answer any questions we had throughout the night. Lastly, the event staff was extremely professional and helped to oversee the details of the reception so we could sit back and enjoy our night. From the first time we met with Katlyn to view The Grand we know we had found our place. We immediately made a connection with Katlyn and knew our wedding day would be Perfect with her in charge! She was ALWAYS available to answer even the smallest, silliest questions! She made us feel at ease throughout the whole wedding planning process! The Grand Hotel's Certified Professional Wedding Planner, Katelyn, and her Assistant, Danielle, are super professional. I knew nothing going into this and Katelyn patiently walked me through it every step of the way. Katelyn responds quickly to every e-mail and phone call. What I liked best about The Grand Hotel was that Katelyn was very honest about the pricing from the beginning. We looked at other venues in Cape May and I cannot tell you how many times I was told, "Well, we can discuss that if you decide to do that". Who wants to enter a venue contract without knowing exactly how much it's going to cost you? That is not the case with The Grand Hotel. The Grand Hotel staff are also friendly and exceptional from the front desk staff, to the wait staff, to the housekeeping staff. And the food! I got married about two weeks ago and my family and friends are still telling me how great the food was. Getting married is a wonderful experience and The Grand Hotel made that experience so much more wonderful.

Simply put, Katlyn was amazing and our big day could not have happened without her! We met with Katlyn a year prior to our date and stayed in contact with us the whole time. She was patient (I can be annoying), she was thorough (I can get overwhelmed), but most of all she was trustworthy (I can be suspicious). While Katlyn, "the Queen of Cape May" as far as I'm concerned, was with us every step of the way, she was one of many wonderful people at the hotel who made our day even more memorable. Choosing Katlyn by way of The Grand Hotel was one of the best wedding-related decisions we made.
