I called Trinity Event center in a pure state of panic at 7 at night after losing our original venue. Lori called me back immediately and put me at ease. Lori, Kelley and everyone at Trinity welcomed us with opened arms and we had the most beautiful reception ever. Lori was super responsive, professional, kind, friendly….literally a wedding angel. The venue itself is GORGEOUS and belongs in a Disney movie. Our reception went sooo smoothy and the food was fantastic. Do yourself a favor and go for the upgraded lighting!! It makes the room even more beautiful!
Our wedding at Holy Trinity Center was nothing short of magical, and we owe so much of that to Kelley, Lori, Evan and their incredible team. Anyone who has been through a wedding knows that things can go wrong, but thanks to Kelley, everything ran seamlessly from start to finish. We had a traditional Greek wedding, and the reception featured all our favs, everything from a sagnaki station (flaming cheese!) to lemon potatoes and a horitaki salad. The food was exceptional—our guests are still raving about it! The cookie table was stunningly displayed, drinks were flowing all night, and the atmosphere was pure joy. We can’t thank the HTC team enough for making our special day so beautiful and stress-free!
Lori is actually the best. She answered every freak out call, answered every detailed question, and was amazing at follow up and being in contact. The venue is gorgeous, food was delicious, an all inclusive package at a reasonable price!
We would not have picked any other venue for our daughters wedding. Holy Trinity was the only venue on our list and would not have settled for any other venue. They exceeded our expectations. We will recommend them to everyone.
Do not hesitate to book the Grand Room at Holy Trinity Center for your wedding reception! Lori and Kelley are wonderful to work with as your planners. They will make sure that your day looks perfect. They are also always available to answer any questions that you may have. After booking the Grand Room, I knew that my wedding was in good hands. The food was amazing - people are still telling me how great the food tasted. There were many different options to customize your wedding to your preferences. Lori and her staff took care of every last detail on my wedding day. When I arrived at the reception after our ceremony, Lori immediately helped me with a plate of food and a drink, and I never had to lift a finger that day. The entire process was great, from the first meeting to the big day. The room is big enough to fit all of your guests, but intimate enough to make it still have your guests feel welcomed. The dance floor is also large enough to accommodate a dance party. Everything was included here, including linens, chairs, cake, DJ, bar, etc. I highly recommend the Grand Room at Holy Trinity Center for your wedding!
Let me start by saying, search no further, book your tour today!! We just had our wedding on June 29, 2024 and had around 220 guests. Lori was absolutely FABULOUS to work with! She was so helpful with planning and really did go above and beyond for us. She was so flexible and able to meet with us anytime we needed and was available via phone or email at any time. She took so much stress of planning off our shoulders and provided us with guidance in any way we needed it. Our wedding day went without any hiccups because of her! She made sure our wedding was perfect and everything we had planned. I can’t say enough good things about this venue and the coordinators. Our guests said our wedding was one of the best ones they had ever been to. Never had to wait for drinks, the food was great and good portions. The ballroom is large (we had 25 tables) and has a great dance floor. There is a large gallery room for cocktail hour and use of outdoor patio space which was awesome. There is also the bridal suite which we had an attendant that served us drinks and appetizers between us coming back from the ceremony and entrance for the recpetion. It is a great area to relax and decompress between.
If choosing a nondenominational ceremony, they are affiliated with the sisters of Divine Providence which is right across the street on La Roche’s campus. This chapel is GORGEOUS. It has high ceilings and beautiful stained glass. We took our pictures here after the ceremony. There are also two large rooms to hang out/ get ready in if needed in the front.
They have their own in-house catering so you don't have to worry about that and a dj highly recommended through them which we used (DJ Jimmy Mac) who was great! This was so convenient when it came to booking other vendors. Beautiful space for pictures and FIRST LOOK!
Overall the staff were amazing and very professional, I can’t say enough great things about this venue. I would book again in a heartbeat.
Having our wedding at the Holy Trinity Center was THE BEST decision we made in our entire wedding planning process. We worked closely with Lori and she made the entire process so easy and fun. I truly had no worries the entire wedding day because I knew Lori would handle everything. I would highly recommend working with the Holy Trinity Center to anyone who is looking for a stress free and fun wedding experience.
Kelley Johnston along with the rest of the Hampton Banquet Hall team were nothing short of miracle workers. My wife and I celebrated our perfect wedding thanks to Kelley's collaborative vision and execution. The planning was simple, comprehensive, and easygoing. And the location was great! I could not recommend picking the Holy Trinity Center enough. The food, headed by Kelley's husband, Evan, was outstanding. The service was professional and elegant. And the decorations that they offered were absolutely beautiful. If you are looking for a venue that is collaborative, professional, and treats you like family, this should be your top choice.
The very best decision we made with regard to my daughter’s wedding, was to use the Grand Hall at Holy Trinity Center for her reception. From the initial meeting, to the wedding day, Kelley and her team insured that the day would be exactly as planned. Everything was easy and never a problem. Our guests continue to rave about the food, the service and the ambiance. Their pricing is transparent and fair. The package pricing makes it easy to plan a wedding that fits your budget. Bottom line: Kelley is truly invested in the success of your day, she treats you like family. You will truly feel like your wedding is the most important one they have ever been a part of because to them it really is!!
I wish I could relive my wedding all over again at Holy Trinity Center! From start to finish, our wedding was a dream. From the various spaces - patio, atrium, and grand ballroom - to the endless delicious food, the people at Holy Trinity hit it out of the park. Evan and Kelley were so attentive throughout the planning process, and really understood what we wanted our day to be. They went above and beyond to make sure every detail about our wedding reception was exactly what we wanted, if not better than what we asked for.
We have had countless people tell us our wedding was the best one they had been to, and that is thanks in major part to the staff, grounds, and overall energy from Holy Trinity Center.
I cannot say enough good things about the Holy Trinity Center. Lori Murphy was our Event Coordinator and her attention to detail is amazing!! She is very professional, offers great suggestions and responds to your inquiries quickly. The cocktail area is surrounded by windows and is very bright and spacious. The minute we walked into the venue we knew this was the place. We received nothing but compliments about the venue and the food from our 200 guests. If you need a church, Sisters of Divine Providence across from the Holy Trinity Center is a beautiful church filled with stained glass windows. Lori recommended the church and coordinated everything between the church and the venue. We could not have selected a better venue or and we highly recommend both. We had a perfect day thanks to the staff at the Holy Trinity Center!
The holy trinity center was everything I could’ve dreamed of for our wedding reception! The ballroom had a high ceiling and a ton of space for our 200 guests. Lori Murphy was our event coordinator and went above and beyond to make all our visions become reality. She was a huge help in the planning process and kept us on track. We did a buffet style dinner and we got a ton of compliments on the food. Not only do they do the food catering at the venue but they also do your cake as well. We did a 4 layered cake, half of it white almond with raspberry jam filling and the other half marble with cookies and cream filling. As for the cookie table, my mom made a ton of cookies and they plated all of them for us on the day of the wedding. All we had to do was bring them the day before in containers. The holy trinity center is also affiliated with the sisters of divine providence church across the street and that is where we had our ceremony thanks to Lori showing it to us when we went for our appointment. The church is absolutely beautiful inside. High ceilings, stain glass windows, and beautiful for pictures! The venue is in a great location for out of town guests as well since there is a hotel right behind the reception hall as well as a shopping center and restaurants. I can’t thank the staff and Lori Murphy enough for the great work they did on the day of our wedding! I would highly recommend this venue for your reception!
Everything was perfect! Lori Murphy's attention to detail is amazing. From the minute we walked in the door, we knew this was the venue. The Holy Trinity Center is beautiful and bright with all of the windows and the food was delicious! We had nothing but positive feedback of how great everything was. My daughter and her husband could not have picked a better venue. I highly recommend the Holy Trinity Center.

Highly recommend!! Delicious food, an amazing variety of decorations/color schemes/lighting, etc. The venue is spacious and immaculate. The hall manager, Kelly, was professional, friendly, extremely helpful and accommodating. I couldn’t imagine now having my daughter’s wedding anywhere else! It was everything we could have wished for!
I cannot say enough good things about the Holy Trinity Center. Kelley was our event coordinator and she was unbelievably helpful, sweet, timely, etc. The night went without a single issue. Truly, I would pick Holy Trinity over and over again. The food was INCREDIBLE, the bar service was fast and polite, and there was plenty of food for my 200 people wedding. They know exactly what they’re doing to make your day perfect. Kelley knew timing to make the day seamless. If you’re on the fence about venues, you won’t regret picking Holy Trinity!!!!
I cannot recommend The Holy Trinity enough! Do you want a stress free, unforgettable night? I had the most incredible reception that I will not forget! They helped make everything so easy. From the initial tour walk- through, to actual event, to pick up the following day. It was all so incredible and I couldn't be more happy. I worked with Lori as my coordinator and I cannot recommend her enough! 100/10 would recommend her to anybody! She was absolutely amazing! The communication could not have been better, she was always quick to respond. I had no idea what I was doing since I've never planned a wedding before, but she was more than happy to walk me through all the steps, make sure we got everything, and was always so nice when doing it. She even checked in on me numerous times during the event to make sure everything was going smoothly. The food was absolutely incredible! I am still getting compliments on how good the food was. I cannot stop thinking about the Swedish meatballs. It was all so delicious. AND the CAKE!! It was so good! We got our top tier for our first anniversary but I don't think I can wait, it was THAT good! Everybody that works there was so kind and nice to work with. We provided the decorations but they did the set up and they exceeded my expectations. Everything looked amazing and I was so happy with how it all turned out. It ended up being the most stress free event that I always dreamed of!
The venue spaces alone are stunning, we used the newly acquired ceremony space - Mother of Providence chapel which is just directly across the street from Holy Trinity. Holy Trinity Event Center’s Grand Ballroom is perfect too, enough of a blank canvas that you can really make it your own. I cannot begin to say enough praises about Kelley and Lori. They’re absolutely fantastic! Lori helped with a lot of our planning for the event, Kelley was there for the final details and our day of. Kelley was absolutely amazing, she really made sure every detail was perfect. She came up with the idea to do a bubble send off after the ceremony, the pictures we have from that moment are some of my favorites of the day. Our day was perfect and everything went so smoothly because of her!
**Holy Trinity Event Center also does their own in house catering and cakes! They are an all inclusive venue with set up and clean up with centerpieces included. The food and cake were fantastic! Our families are trying to plan more events just to eat there again!
We got married in October of 2023, and are so glad we chose Holy Trinity for our reception! It was very affordable compared to other locations we looked at, and the Grand Room is big, open, and beautiful. The food was delicious, and the venue takes care of a lot (the cake, the chairs/tables, linens, and more are all included). The in-house DJ (Jimmy Mac) did a great job and, while he has an extra fee, is reasonably priced. There is a hotel within walking distance, so we didn't have to worry about getting a shuttle for our guests. The coordinators, Kelley and Lori, were great to work with, helped make the day run smoothly, and are very accommodating to requests. The only 'room for improvement' would be the response time on certain questions/concerns we had for them. Sometimes, it would take several days before we got a response or an answer on questions, which felt like an eternity to this impatient bride. In the grand scheme of things, though, that is a very minor complaint. Overall, we would highly recommend Holy Trinity to any engaged couple looking for a venue. Our reception was so much fun, and we couldn't have asked for a better day!

From the first time we met up to and including the wedding day every detail that was discussed was in place. Note that even with a nut allergy the wonderful and amazing Chef tried many cakes to fit the diet and extra attention to a “nut free” kitchen was also in place

The day after we got engaged, I started looking for halls that we could have our wedding within 6 months. Kelley from the Holy Trinity Center / Hampton Event Center was the first one to call me back. Which was awesome because Holy Trinity Center was my favorite of all of them. From the first time I talked to Kelley, I loved her. Not only was she fun & interactive, but she was also very prepared, knowledgeable, & helpful. She really made us feel comfortable & welcome. She took us on a tour of the location & told us of all the options we had as far as number of guests, to seating arrangements, colors, lighting, dancing, menu, & cake options. We told her what our initial ideas were & she guided us through our decisions. She spent a lot of time explaining the different package levels, & what we would get in each package, answered all our questions, & gave us helpful feedback from her vast experience of previous weddings. In one day, we had met talked through all our initial items, decided on the date, high-level schedule for all the events, picked out colors, table settings, center pieces, set up of tables/bars/cookies, a cake (flavors & design), an entire menu (appetizers, entrees, & drinks). We left there after our first meeting very confident we made a great decision about the venue, the food, & the person in charge of it all. From that day on if we ever needed Kelley for anything she was always available & very responsive. She worked with our other vendors to ensure our day was perfect. It really made our life easier. There was not a single day that I felt stressed about any aspect of our Wedding Ceremony or Reception.
The day of the wedding she was there & ran the show like clockwork. Kelley had everybody (Staff, Vendors, & Bridal Party) ready for where they had to be & when they needed to be there. All the staff at the Holy Trinity Center were very professional & friendly. The Bartenders were very pleasant the entire evening & the Wait staff were very attentive & helpful. All our guest had amazing things to say about the food, drinks, & staff at Holy Trinity Center. We could not have asked for a better person or place to host our wedding. We loved every second of it, we had so much fun, & every guest I have talked to has told me “That was the most fun I have ever had at a wedding”. I thought for sure that at some point something was going to go wrong, that some where we would have a problem, but it never happened. I think a very big part of that is because of Kelley’s planning, professionalism, & attention to detail. Kelley & her team made our wedding day exactly what we wanted. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a great venue for their wedding to check out the Holy Trinity Center & the Hampton Event Center.

This place is the best! After looking at many, many venues and all the different prices we attended an open house at The Grand Room at Holy Trinity & we were sold! We were looking for a venue that is " all inclusive" due to the fact my daughters husband was in the military stationed 1800 miles away and his family are all from New York. This place definitely scores a 100% in ALL categories for a wedding. From the beginning, not having a clue what we were doing, Kelley & Lori took us by the hand and guided us throughout the whole wedding planning process and trust me at times I was a crazy mother of the bride the closer we got to the wedding day but they had so much patience with me. With this venue basically the bride decides what decorations she wants, how she wants the room set up, what color table linens, napkins, chairs she wants, the food menu, cake, drinks etc and EVERYTHING is taken care of from the first meeting until wedding day. I mean they provide it ALL and they help you every step of the way. They provide the linens, chairs, food, beautiful centerpieces ( or bring your own & they will put them on the table for you) a beautiful card box to use, So many choices for the cocktail hour in a beautiful gallery and outside on a patio ( weather permitting). The dinner choices were the best. The food was some of the best tasting food we have had at weddings & we received so many compliments. The cake, which also is included was delicious! My daughter opted for a very popular sangria fountain which was a big hit. The bar was open the entire reception starting with cocktail hour & it did not close for dinner hour like at most weddings. Kelley and Lori will do almost anything you want or ask. If they can do it or get it, they will! Oh and I didn't mention, they tray all of your cookies for you and display them in the gallery ( a great perk). They truly give each bride & family personal attention and make you feel so special on your wedding day. They show how much they love their job and have fun doing it. The bridal suite was another great feature. When the bridal party arrives at the venue they get ushered in the back doors to a private room where they can enjoy their own private bar and appetizers and re-group before they get announced into the reception room. This venue won by far for us. To show up a day before your wedding and drop off some decorations, briefly show Kelley & Lori where you want everything, drop the cookies off then go enjoy your rehearsal & dinner without any worries. The day of the wedding you arrive and these two phenomenal women do it all! They are there as your own private bridal coordinators and make sure you have the wedding of your dreams! EVERYTHING is done! The place is decorated, centerpieces, favors, table numbers are on tables, all your signs & seating charts are put up, the cookies are trayed and BEAUTIFULLY displayed. Kick back and enjoy the best day of your life! The best part is after the wedding you walk right out the door! You do NOTHING! These ladies and their wonderful staff clean up , put ALL the left over food and cookies in boxes and you show up the next afternoon and they even bring it all to your car. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING VENUE!!! GREAT LADIES, BEST FOOD!
Review for Holy Trinity Banquet Hall 8/12/23,
Ceremony: Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church. I truly could not have had a more perfect wedding day. Weddings are very stressful and it was important to my husband and I that we had an “all-inclusive” type event center. We did not want to worry about our family and friends decorating, worry about tablecloths/silverware/catering/cake- and this is why we chose Holy Trinity. We were lucky enough being Orthodox to have a Serbian Priest marry us right there at the church that is connected to the banquet hall and the Fairfield Marriott is pretty much in the backyard where the room-block was. It was truly awesome to drop-off the decor and cookies a few days before and on the wedding day, seeing everything put together was unbelievable. To make it an even better experience, Holy Trinity is equipped with the most knowledgeable, supportive wedding coordinators, Kelley and Lori. From day 1, Kelley and I just clicked. I wouldn’t have made it through the “bad days” I had wedding planning without her. At one point during the rehearsal, I realized I forgot my needed items for the church, and Kelley helped me figure out what to do. Kelley and Lori were available to answer any question I had leading up to the big day. We had a few meetings to discuss our vision and it’s awesome that this center has an Open House yearly where you can bring a few family members or friends to view the facility, vendors, and try the awesome food/desserts. Kelley worked with my vendors before the wedding to make sure all organization was in-place. Kelley and Lori both were at the ceremony and reception, guided the guests on where to go after the ceremony, helped the wedding party stay in-line ( we had a big wedding party of 19) and made sure all went smooth. I wanted to make sure we had time to do everything on the drafted timeline. It did rain on the day but our photographers were quick to brainstorm cute pictures outside of the church. DJ Jimmy Mac is the house DJ and he was wonderful. He really knows how to get the party started! He announced the wedding party, speeches and said a few words that I requested to be said. The catering, which is also included in the price, was better than expected. The chef was attentive to my pescatarian diet and some friends vegan diet, while the rest of the family/friends enjoyed all of the meat options. I swear, people still talk about the lamb chop appetizer and how delicious they were. The baker is also in-house and I can’t wait for the 1year anniversary so we can defrost our wedding cake and enjoy it all over again! We even had a sparkler send-off after a private husband and wife dance while everyone lined-up. The day after, we were able to meet Kelley at the hall to pick-up the gifts, leftover food/desserts, decor, etc. I truly have nothing negative to say about our wedding day because it was the best day ever!! Kelley is truly the best and really went out of her way to make sure the Bride felt special. The whole experience is 10/10! Dont walk, run to Holy Trinity for your wedding!
I have nothing but positive things to say about this venue! Lori made everything perfect for us! The food was amazing and everyone loved it, the staff was friendly, and they accommodated our every need to fit our style. My husband and I know absolutely nothing about weddings, but Lori helped us plan everything perfectly and we had the best day. I recommend this venue to anyone who wants a stress-free and fun wedding day!
I had my wedding here this past month; there was not one complaint, only complements! Between the food service making taste food and the bar being able to make any drink my guests wanted. All my guests can still not stop talking about how amazing it was! Kelley and Lori was not only there to help when needed, but also eliminated any stress that could had even emerge. They were able to answer any questions myself or husband had. The day of my wedding, they made sure the wedding ran so smooth and easy for how stressful it could had been. When I recommend a venue to anyone, this is and will be the only one I recommend! Kelley and Lori truly made all of my visions come to life!! ☺️

We had the BEST experience at The Holy Trinity center! Our wedding was perfect and we had so much fun. We had so many compliments; from the food and drinks to the DJ. HTC is the best value for your money of any venue out there. It includes EVERYTHING!! It has centerpieces, linen, food, alcohol, cake, cookie set up, set up and tear down all included for you. All you do the day of your wedding day is show up. You have your own coordinator for day of. Kelley and Lori are the best. They go above and beyond and treat you like family. They do so much to make you feel special and make your day perfect. They go out of their way to give you the wedding of your dreams. They think of everything and handle everything to make your day stress free. They even recommended doing a sparkler exit, which was something I hadn’t even heard of, but was so glad we did. They made our wedding truly unique. The food was delicious! We had 2 signature drinks and even added on a late night snack before everything was over. We used the in house DJ, Jimmy Mac, and everyone had so much fun!
HTC has the best location with a hotel and Mccandless crossing right there for guests. We also saved money on not needing a shuttle to the hotel because you can walk. There are also so many great places for photo opportunities nearby.
We are so happy with our decision to use HTC. Our day was better than I could have imagined. It exceeded every expectation and I can’t say enough about how amazing it is.

I cannot recommend Lori and the staff at Holy Trinity Center enough. The venue is absolutely beautiful, spacious, and conveniently located. The staff is top notch. Our dance studio holds our formal end-of-year banquet here each year and it’s always perfect. The food is delicious and the room is decorated beautifully. We couldn’t ask for a better location to hold our celebration. If you’re looking for a gorgeous venue in a convenient location, with a super attentive staff - The Grand Room at Holy Trinity Center should be at the top of your list!
We had a beautiful wedding reception at Holy Trinity. Everything went off without a hitch, and it was the perfect evening. Lori and Kelley did an exceptional job throughout the process; from showing us the event centers to the wedding day itself, they provided us so much comfort. They were always available to answer questions, and they truly showed us they cared about our wedding day as much as we did. There was a lot included in booking this venue, which made the planning a lot easier. Lori and Kelley also reached out to our vendors to help ensure everything was set. You get a lot with booking this venue, and will have an incredible experience!
When planning your wedding, Venue shopping can be tough. It can be especially hard to find a venue that has everything you want without the large price tag. The Holy Trinity Center was a wonderful place to celebrate with our friends and family. Our reception went off seamlessly and we were able to enjoy our night without worrying about a detail. It was also reasonably priced without having to account for every single add-on. Plus, the food was amazing!
This place is AMAZING! Kelley and Lori are so wonderful to work with! They are so professional and make your wedding run perfectly. At each meeting with Kelley, I would show her my ideas and she would make it work beautifully. She was so responsive and I didn't feel like I had anything to worry about on my wedding day because she made sure everything was taken care of. Highly recommend!!
This place was AMAZING. we got soooo many compliments on everything. From the venue itself, to the food, the cake, the drinks, truly everything. It's been over 2 months now and people still talk about the chicken picatta! Lori and Kelley were very helpful through the entire 2 year process of getting everything ready. I think my only complaint would be the week of the wedding, due to reasons outside of their control, we didn't have the Coordinator that was actually going to be at our wedding there with us through the set up. Due to this, our guest book (which was very expensive) was not turned on for our entire cocktail hour when MOST people left messages. With that being said, we lost over half of our messages and I am very upset about this because I had explained how to turn the phone on and off/left the directions. Honestly, if I could give them 4.75 I would. Truly, everything was amazing. It was one thing that upset us and it was due to communication, but everything else was FANTASTIC.
Our reception was absolutely perfect and it was all thanks to Lori at the Holy Trinity Center. I am going to be honest, when searching for the right venue I looked and looked for the perfect venue that was equally beautiful and didn't break the bank. Never did I imagine to be as amazed with the Grand Room as I was! It's a Gorgeous wedding dream come true! The coordinators, caterers, cake, bar, and all of the basic necessities are all included in the package. The coordinators are Amazing and work through every detail of your day down to what color centerpiece pebble looks best. There's also a wonderful hotel directly behind the center..bonus! The only slight downfall is that you can't have the ceremony at the center unless you're Greek Orthodox but I had a simple ceremony at North Park nearby and it was beautiful as well!
i have nothing but good things to say about this venue! lori and kelly were amazing and so professional. i showed them my pinterest board and they were able to put together all the decor i wanted. everything we would discuss in meetings, they immediately began to try and make it work. they decorated the venue beautifully. they put tables outside during cocktail hour because it was such a nice day and everybody loved it. the tables and centerpieces were exactly what i envisioned. the food was amazing, I had so many compliments from my guests about their meals. staff was so kind and worked so hard throughout our entire wedding night! truly such an amazing night and i cannot thank everyone enough for the amazing job they did!
Kelly and Lori are wonderful to work with. They understood what we were envisioning for the reception and did everything possible to get us there! The food is absolutely delicious- I am still getting compliments on all of it. Highly recommend at least talking to them- you won’t be disappointed!
Our wedding day was everything we could have imagined and MORE…especially the reception. Kelley and Lori were so great to work with. They were extremely responsive, organized, and made sure we had the perfect day. All of our guests were raving about the food, drinks, music, etc.

I am beyond happy with our wedding we had at the Holy Trinity Center! We were initially interested in this venue after our first meeting because of all the services they provided, it was also a bonus that there was a hotel walking distance. The Holy Trinity Center provided us with booze, food, the cake, center pieces, and set up/clean up. We met with Kelley several times and she was very helpful when we were picking out our food, booze, colors, decor, ect. We got SO many compliments on how amazing the food was, how great the cake was, how beautiful the center pieces were. Couldn't have asked for a better (and easier) night. If you want a place that is classy, beautiful, all inclusive, and not stressful, book this place!
We couldn't have picked a more perfect venue to have our reception! Kelley and Lori were amazing to work with! They always answered any questions we had very quickly and took care of everything! All we had to do was drop off any materials we wanted included the day before and they took care of the rest. It's a beautiful venue and we had so many guest compliment how well organized everything was, how beautiful thw venue was and how great the food tasted! We highly recommend Holy Trinity Center! Kelley and Lori, the coordinators, made the experience so easy, they were constantly in touch with me and answered all my questions and were a pleasure to work with. I loved the fact that almost everything was included and all we did was write a check. The hall and lobby are spacious and was beautifully decorated. I can’t say enough about the food, cake, and bar. All of our guests enjoyed themselves and we received so many compliments on our reception. This is definitely a first class hall!

My daughter Kristina and her husband Gage evening was magnificent. It was absolutely amazing and the perfect day. The coordination of Kelly and Lori working together along with their staff was high quality and exactly what Kristina and I envisioned. The setup of the room the fine details was an absolute elegance. The amazing food, cocktail hour was over the top. My guests were enchanted by a beautiful venue and professional service. We could not be happier and so glad that we chose this venue.

We absolutely loved working with Lori at the Holy Trinity Center! She made everything run so smoothly. They handled so many details for us and it made the planning process so much less stressful. On the day, they did all the set up and tear down (with no hidden charges!), which freed us up to enjoy our wedding weekend without stressing about any of it.
The space is beautiful, and they handled all our special requests to bring our vision to life. The food was great, the service was amazing, and it was cost effective to boot! I would highly recommend hosting your event at Holy Trinity. You'll be glad you did!
The entire experience with Kelley and Staff was incredible. The venue and set up were stunning. The food was delicious. Guests commented that the appetizers, dinner, and cake were spectacular and portions were more than generous. Kelley and Lori both attended the event and along with their staff were beyond kind and accommodating. They provided an evening we will never forget!
The Holy Trinity Center was FANTASTIC. They accommodated many changes on our end with the most pleasant service. Their food was exceeded what we had hoped for, and were very reasonably priced. Overall they were a joy to work with with we would hire them again in a heartbeat.
I honestly can’t say enough good things about our experience! Kelley and Lori are literally AMAZING. They made sure the whole wedding reception and prior planning went so smoothly. We had so many complements about the food, drinks, and even all the staff! They are all inclusive (food, drinks, cake, linens, centerpieces, and more!) which was exactly what I was looking for. We dropped off our personal decorations the day before and picked them up the day after. We did absolutely NO setting up or taking down. The staff did it all for us and they did an AMAZING job with both. One of the most unique things is that they held an open house in February where we were able to see examples of set up AND sample food and drinks. I honestly can’t wait to have any of my future events there because the whole night was above and beyond my expectations all due to Kelly, Lori, and the rest of the staff! Words don’t even begin to express how thankful we are that we chose Kelley and Lori to help us on our special day!
The Grand Room at Holy Trinity Center is an absolutely gorgeous venue. Kelley and Lori are so nice and easy to work with! Their packages are very customizable, which we loved. We were able to add signature drinks and other alcohol that is not on their regular menu for a small fee. In regards to decor, they offer candles, tall cylinders, and a glass mirror for centerpieces, but you can bring in outside decor for them to set up (they provide set up and clean up, which was great). They displayed our centerpieces even better than I pictured. The food was AMAZING! Multiple people told us it was the best wedding food they have ever had. We would recommend this venue to anyone!

The Holy Trinity Event Center in McCandless PA is the most wonder place to have a wedding. It is a beautiful venue and so conveniently located. The worlds best coordinators Lori and Kelly were a dream l to work with. They can do anything and grant every wish. Lori and Kelly were our" go to" people for guidance on all aspects of the wedding and the were so patient! My daughters wedding was absolutely beautiful! With all the difficulties of the pandemic Holy Trinity was very understanding and made our event perfect ! I can not say enough good things!! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!!!
Our day was absolutely amazing thanks to the wonderful coordinator that The Grand Room at Holy Trinity Center provides (Kelley Johnston). She truly was a blessing in disguise. She accommodated all of our needs and made our specific personalization's come to life. The ballroom was everything we could have imagined and more. We got so many compliments about the venue along with how great the food was for our day! Definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a venue!
This venue is absolutely amazing!! We postponed our reception a year later and Lori and Kelly were nothing but accommodating and super helpful! The venue has a huge, lovely indoor banquet space, and an incredible hallway for cocktail hour, and easy access to the beautiful patio outdoors. It has it all! Kelly and Lori planned our wedding and they were SUPER helpful and amazing. From planning to executing, everything went so smoothly even during crazy covid times.
Kelley and Lori are just amazing. We had our wedding reception at the Holy Trinity Center this summer, and I really cannot recommend them and this venue enough. Lori and Kelley are one dynamic duo, and they get the job done. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and supported. I knew we were in great hands the moment we met and that definitely rang true when our wedding actually happened. Every detail and moment of our wedding was perfect. In addition to the two of them being wonderful, this venue space is really something else. It's truly a hidden gem in Pittsburgh. I hope that I get the opportunity to work with Lori and Kelley again in the future.
Our daughter had her wedding reception here in June and everything was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Both Lori and Kelley were amazing to work with! They were incredibly friendly and so helpful throughout the entire process. We had a beautiful day weather-wise and guests loved being able to use the outside space as well as the inside space. It was decorated beautifully and the food and service was amazing. Multiple guests commented to us how impressed they were with this venue and also the helpfulness/attentiveness of every single person working that day. I would definitely highly recommend Holy Trinity Center!! We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Our guests are still raving about the beautiful grand room, the outdoor patio, and the friendly and helpful staff. We met and worked with both Kelley and Lori over the course of our planning and they were always extremely kind, trustworthy, and helpful. We feel that they went above and beyond to make our day perfect. I did not feel the need to worry about one detail during the reception, because I knew Kelley had everything handled. I helped to plan my wedding and I wasn't even living in the same state at the time. The planning was so easy and streamlined and the wedding was amazing!
Our wedding at Holy Trinity Center exceeded our expectations. When searching for a venue I wanted somewhere who would pretty much cover it all at a reasonable place. I also wanted more of a unique venue than just a hotel or banquet hall. Holy Trinity is a perfect combination of them all. It is beautiful and was able to make all of our wants possible. Not to mention, the food is amazing. Everything tasted so good. The cake that was provided was also one of the best tasting wedding cakes I've ever had. Also, having the hotel right next store made everything easy for our out of town guests. We also were able to have an amazing after party on the patio at the hotel. Thank you to Lori and Kelley for making everything run smooth! I would recommend Holy Trinity to anyone looking for the perfect wedding venue.
