Bridget started in the Big Apple working for the #1 fashion magazine in the world. Her passion for event planning was validated by being behind the scenes on a production level & gaining experience in creating high fashion runway shows, galas, etc. From the Big Apple to the Big Easy, Bridget continued her education & became a graduate of Tulane University. She has continued working in the event planning industry starting her own company specializing in high profile weddings & we are excited to have her partner with The Greystone, bringing her talents and creativity to set us apart from others

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this wedding venue and the girls who work there and especially to the Young’s who went above and beyond for my wedding. The venue is stunning itself and the staff make everything such a breeze. The food is also delicious and I’ve had so many guests tell me weeks after our wedding how great everything was and raved about the food!
Highly recommend The Greystone to any bride!

The Greystone was the most perfect venue for our reception! The staff at The Greystone was accommodating, professional, organized, and detail-oriented. We did not have to worry about one thing. They took care of us from the minute we arrived until the minute we left. The food was delicious. The grounds are beautiful and such a great place for wedding photos. We definitely recommend The Greystone!

The Greystone was the most perfect place for my wedding and reception. Lindsey was my wedding coordinator and Bridget also helped coordinate. These ladies killed it! They made sure every detail was perfect and I did not have to worry about anything. They organized a private dinner for my husband and I before our big entrance, they bustled my dress, and made sure our parents/grandparents were tended to. The food was absolutely delicious, I got so many compliments from my guests saying how the food was the best food they’ve ever had at any wedding. They were very accommodating, making sure that all my requests and small details were addressed. Also, the grounds at the Greystone are taken care of so beautifully. There is so much greenery and flowers everywhere, it made all of my wedding photos look absolutely stunning. The entire ceremony was breath taking! Bridget also coordinated all of the decor, and it was gorgeous. She took all my ideas and made them come to life so perfectly. Overall I highly recommend having your wedding at the Greystone

The Greystone is such a wonderful venue! The food is ALWAYS spot on- seriously, they never miss and it's never inconsistent. Bridget and Lindsey were beyond helpful. Weddings can get super overwhelming and they will make sure that everything is perfect and you aren't worried about a thing. I cannot say good enough things about them! They truly went above and beyond for me and I am so grateful for them. They made my exact visions come to life and everything was perfect. THANK YOU!!!

We cannot say enough good things about The Greystone. The food was incredible, drinks were great, and the whole process went so smoothly. They were available and so helpful throughout the planning process. The day of the wedding, we did not have to worry about a thing! They made decisions for me when I was overwhelmed, and they were extremely attentive from the second we walked in the door. We were completely taken care of as the bride and groom, and they even took care of our parents the entire night. Highly recommend The Greystone!

I booked the Greystone for my daughter's wedding. I had been looking at places online for awhile and had this one at the top of my list even before the big proposal. Once that happened I did still go view a few different venues but always came back to the Greystone. Our ceremony was at a nearby church, and reception followed at the venue. We evened booked the bride's room for our bridesmaids to dress and early pictures before heading to the church. Bridget and Lindsey were great, we could not ask for better coordinators. The room looked warm and inviting and the food was delicious. We had the best day ever!!!

The staff (Jessica, Lindsey, and Jennifer) were fantastic to work with on our wedding day. They ensured our entire day ran smoothly from the minute we checked in to the bridal suite until we left in the limo. From the brunch provided while we got hair and makeup, to our sweetheart dinner, the food was phenomenal. Our guests all said it was the most beautiful venue they had ever been to and that they had never tasted such great food and been offered so much food. Our families were taken care of throughout the night and the staff catered to any need we had throughout the day. They even helped in a small crisis when I had a veil malfunction while walking down the aisle. I could not recommend a better place and a more helpful staff. They take care of making sure every detail is absolutely perfect and will for sure make your special day amazing.

The most beautiful venue, inside and out!! The food was so delicious!! We received so many compliments from our guests. We rented the bridal room the whole day which was a great idea. The staff totally catered to us the whole day through until we left that night. I would highly recommend the Greystone for the perfect wedding reception!!

Book The Greystone and you will not be disappointed! The Greystone was the only venue that I toured that I could envision my wedding from the moment I walked in. It is stunning, spacious and perfectly priced. Bridget is the best coordinator and you will not regret booking her or the venue. She went above an beyond for me, my groom, and our parents to make sure that the day ran smoothly. I wish I could have another wedding just so I can spend another day here! Also, the food was delicious and they make sure to give you and your groom a moment to enjoy everything before going out to party with everyone. The bridal suite was definitely worth it! I cannot recommend this place enough! Our big day was absolutely beautiful with big thanks to The Greystone being the center of it all!

The Greystone had it all. The food was amazing, the bar service was great, and the event coordinator was awesome. Bridget helped coordinate all the events the night of our wedding with such ease. Our photographer was from out of town and didn’t know all the traditional Louisiana events that happen at weddings, and Bridget was right there with her helping her capture every special moment. She also helped calm me down before I had to walk down the aisle, haha! We used the bridal suite to get ready, and it was perfect! The brunch that they served us was super yummy too. The Greystone is just an overall perfect venue for any type of wedding.

The venue is gorgeous and the food was good but it did not feel like the pandemic was really taken seriously at the venue. They need more sanitizer in easily accessible places. The coordinators (3 of them) were not wearing masks at any times. The ceremony had seats crammed together. Not at all socially distanced or spaced. I think this venue would be lovely under different circumstances.

Thank you for your review! We just wanted to respond by saying that we have...
6 sanitation stations at every door and bar area at The Greystone and 4 bottles of hand sanitizer on the bar as well. We also have a dedicated staff member that her only job is to walk around every 30 minutes to wipe down every highly trafficked surface (bathroom handles, locks, push bars on all doors, bar edge, etc). The 3 coordinators do wear masks while handling food at the very beginning of the night and receive the approval from the client to take them off when having to communicate with them all throughout the night because they cannot hear. As far as the ceremony chairs, the guests are more than welcome to social distance themselves by moving chairs to our grassy area that is wide open. The bride and groom approve and request the setup 3 weeks prior to their wedding and we abide by their wishes for their very special day! We are so happy that you enjoyed the food and hope you will be back to see us!

Bridget & the rest of the Greystone staff went above & beyond to make our big day perfect! They’re so professional and easy to work with. The Greystone has it all.. amazing food, great drinks, and a beautiful courtyard and reception area. All of my guests have also reached out and complemented the staff & every detail that went into our wedding!

Planning a wedding during a pandemic is super stressful to say the least. But with Bridget West and the entire staff at The Greystone It turned out perfect. As my daughter (The Bride) said “She is miracle worker”. Can’t thank them enough for making this wedding happen. I knew this was my wedding venue the second I walked through the doors. Bridget worked so closely with me throughout my wedding season to help me create a perfect wedding with personalized touches sprinkled throughout. On the day of the wedding, the Greystone team worked so diligently to make sure my day went smoothly and fulfilled ALL my wedding hopes and dreams. From the absolutely beautiful venue with the most delicious food to the most amazing staff, our wedding day absolutely magical (and stress-free)!!! Our guests are still complimenting us on the food, venue, and professional staff. I am looking forward to celebrating our anniversaries at Keith Young’s Steakhouse to relive our special day. I HIGHLY recommend booking with The Greystone, you will be so happy that you did!

The Greystone was amazing for our October wedding! Such a nice big venue for the Northshore! We have gotten multiple compliments about how "perfect" everything was! Everybody RAVED about the food! The night was truly a dream. Wedding coordinator and attendants were very accommodating and neither one of us ever had an empty drink in our hand!

What an excellent place to have a wedding! The food that Keith Young's crew prepared was beyond exceptional!! Everyone said they've never tasted food so good, (I told them all they need to try his Restaurant, Keith Young's Steakhouse).
The venue itself was amazing, so pretty and perfect, the lighting was awesome, and speaking of awesome, the staff went above and beyond!!
The person who helped us so much, Emily Barton, was a serious Rock Star!!! You just do not get personalized service from someone like Emily gave us. She truly made the night so special for myself, my wife, my daughter and new son-in-law, that it took us by surprise. She literally was there every step of the way, and made the night amazing!!!

Literally the best venue!! Amazing food, perfect ballroom setup, and beautiful decor! Bridget was so easy to work with and answered all my questions throughout the whole wedding planning process. She even let us visit the venue several times to get an idea of decoration setup and layout. Our reception was so much fun and so special!!

The Greystone was nothing short of amazing. The staff takes care of every single detail taking away all of the wedding day stress. We received brunch for me and my bridesmaids, I never had to go to the bar to refill my drink, and Bridget drove our “getaway car” for pictures. The Greystone is worth every penny. We recently had our wedding reception at The Greystone, and I can genuinely say it was THE absolute best night of my life. Everything ran so smoothly, and Bridget and her assistant, Emily, truly were the best of the best! They worked the entire night to ensure that myself, my groom, and both of our parents were tended to. I am not kidding when I say they did not let our drinks get empty! And oh my goodness, the FOOD! Every guest I have spoken to has said that it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding, and I have to agree. I cannot even count the amount of compliments I have received on this venue. If you are a bride looking for a beautiful, spacious venue, look no further! I am so glad that we chose The Greystone to celebrate the best day of our life.

My husband and I had the best night of our lives at our wedding at The Greystone. They did everything they could to make sure we did not have a bit of stress. As soon as we got there after the ceremony, we sat down privately and they gave us a taste of everything they served. It was all delicious! Throughout the night, we were consistently brought drinks and checked on. When it was time to go, they loaded our bags, gifts, and to-go food into our limo for us. We didn’t have to worry about a thing. We have not stopped hearing from our guests about how beautiful everything was and how much fun everyone had. There is no place like The Greystone.
