Just had our wedding there and let me say this place was beautiful and so easy to work with! Daisy was our coordinator and she was extremely helpful. Answered all my questions and concerns that I had. The price was well worth it and they set up everything you just have to fill in a bit of blanks. Everything went smoothly on day of the wedding. Literally everything I could’ve dreamed of. I just had 2 complaints about it. One was the air conditioning, boy was it hot inside the room I even asked a couple of times to the bartender and dj if the air was on because it was honestly warm . Second thing was the food, during the dinner tasting everything was delicious we made up our final decisions but day of the wedding our Honduran beef was so dry I was really disappointed other than that it was great. The cake was soo good regretted not getting an extra layer that way I could’ve taken some to go lol.
If you are looking for a beautiful place that will make wedding planning easy and fun then The Grove is the venue for you! I told our wedding coordinator that I wanted to have a stress free day where all details were taken care of so that I could just show up and have an amazing party. This is exactly what I received! (With a little work on my part but not much 😃) They are budget friendly; just another upside to this beautiful venue. Plus, they made us feel as if we were the only event that day even though we know there was another.
The staff was so great. They executed everything flawlessly. The food was amazing. The cake was not only beautiful but delicious. They energy of the DJ was on point. She matched our vibe perfectly. I could not have asked for a more perfect day.
Any questions?
This venue is incredible, especially worth the price paid! My husband and I booked this venue without ever seeing it in person because it looked nice online, and it was within our price point for an all inclusive venue. We were blown away by how beautiful the space was. Our guests loved it, WE loved it. The food was incredible, the drinks were great and our DJ was Reese (Reece?) and he was ON POINT with the music. All of my photos are ridiculous because you couldn't get me off the dance floor. Jacqueline was our coordinator, and she truly did such a wonderful job creating a beautiful space and keeping me calm when I felt overwhelmed. I can't thank her enough. 10/10 will recommend to anyone looking for a venue space in the future!
I loved the vibe of these venue. It was the perfect size for our small wedding. The whole staff was wonderful and very helpful. With my wedding being destination, this was the easiest way to book a wedding. I highly recommend it!!!
We had our wedding in October at The Grove and it was perfect! We had a horrible time with an outside wedding planner, and our coordinator at the venue, Hannah, helped us work around it for a wonderful day that we will never forget! She was so incredibly sweet and helpful. There was a snafu with a communication issue, but Hannah found a way to get everything fixed. Our families loved Hannah's personality while we did our rehearsal and she made everyone laugh throughout. We got married in the almond orchard and it was gorgeous! You don't need much to decorate the space. We had a floral arch piece from Wild Meadows Floral who works at the venue and had an arch draping and that was it. Everything else that comes with the space looked great. Food was amazing, management was so helpful, and so many people commented on how gorgeous the venue was! The price was also so great for everything that was included. For our reception space we decided to not have coverings on the chairs, went with the head table, and blush was our main color back lighting for the night. I cannot say enough kind words about The Grove's staff, preferred vendors, services, venue, and food!
Great venue and exceptional staff. We picked the right place. Karli, Luke and Madison made our day special. And many compliments on the food!!
They made me day amazing this is truly a magical place. I got great reviews from my guest. Clarissa and the DJ were great and the food was on point thank you again
Such a beautiful venue! The staff and everything at The Grove exceeded our best expectations. They made our special day one of the most beautiful and wonderful days of our lives. Everything was perfect from the food to the Dj. Thank you so much for making our wedding a fairy tale.
This venue exceeded my expectations!!! thank you so much for all of the hard work and effort that went into our special day. The Grove helped make my wedding day the best day of my life.
The Grove was the perfect wedding venue for my now husband and me! The grounds are beautiful, the Garden Terrace reception area was a great size for our smaller wedding of a little under 30 and the packages were fairly priced. They also were very accommodating when we unfortunately had to reschedule our original wedding date due to COVID.
Clarissa was our wedding coordinator and an absolute pleasure to work with. She was friendly, very responsive and helped ensure that everything went off without a hitch on our big day. Doug was our officiant and did a great job of making our ceremony romantic and fun. Ashley from Wild Meadows Floral did a fabulous job with all of our flowers, including the arch/sweetheart table arrangement, center pieces, bridal bouquet, toss bouquet and groom's boutonniere. Everything she created came out looking even more gorgeous than we were expecting. Couture Cakes created a beautiful and delicious cake for us. We also used them for some of our decor and rented their arch drapery, flower balls and table runners. The DJs kept the night going and made sure everyone had a good time, though they did not play all the music we requested. If we did it over, we would have provided them with a more limited list. The bartender and wait staff were also wonderful and kept the food and drinks coming throughout the reception. Everyone really enjoyed the food selections we made of asiago chicken and trip tip. We are glad we were able to attend the food tasting a few months prior to help us make that decision which was not an easy one as they had so many great options.
Our guests and us had a phenomenal time celebrating our wedding and are so thankful to The Grove and their vendors for making everything so special!

First of all I want to say what a wonderful venue . The staff is extremely accommodating. Some venues I would have to wait over a week for a reply I would email them all these random questions I had and I would get a response within a few hours. We did eventually hire them as our venue,
Unfortunately due to some circumstances we cannot go forward with our plans but again they were extremely accommodating and understanding. 10/10 ladies !!!
After searching for a year and a half in my own city (San Diego) for a wedding venue, my mom had suggested that I should try Vegas. When she mentioned that, I immediately thought “typical Vegas wedding” on the strip, in a little chapel.. mmm, no thanks. But upon further research, I came across the Grove, and I’m so incredibly glad I found this hidden gem! This venue is the complete opposite of your typical Vegas strip wedding! They have an almond orchard! Yes, an almond orchard! A couple days prior to our wedding, the trees were in full bloom with pretty white flowers! I was elated!! The Grove, their entire staff, the venue itself.. AMAZING!! MY husband and I were orginally supposed to get married here April 2020, but unfortunately a month prior, COVID hit and we had to postpone our wedding to Feb 2021. Planning a wedding is already stressful enough, that planning it during a pandemic was on another level! Our guest count went from 62 down to 32, (due to people not feeling comfortable to travel at that time, which was completely understandable). The Grove had spaced out the tables by household so that families were socially distanced. Even my sister who is a nurse that was feeling uneasy about traveling and being in a room with other people felt more than comfortable with the way everything was set up. They even had hand sanitizer everywhere! Throughout the entire process everyone at the Grove ENSURED us that we would have our dream wedding, and in all honestly, they went above and beyond in more ways than 1! They exceeded our expectations 10-fold!! They were VERY ACCOMODATING, I mean VERY!!!! They worked tirelessly to make sure such an important day for us went smoothly. Jacquelyn our coordinator was always quick to respond to my emails with any questions or concerns that we had. She was such a delight to work with and I know I couldn’t have done it without her! She handled all of the revisions on her end, which helped me out so much so that it allowed me to focus on things that I needed to take care of on my end. Doug, our minister was wonderful! Luke with lighting and I believe Prestige DJ was INCREDIBLE! The cake that we had chose with Ariel was beautiful and delicious, not to mention I’m glad I decided to do the overlay at the arch! Since this in an all-inclusive venue, it made planning a wedding (from out of town) much more easier. Their entire staff communicated so well with us! Our guests were absolutely blown away with the venue, the Grand Garden Room, the food, open bar?! Uh.. yes please! How could you not choose this place for your wedding?!!!! Because of how beautiful and magical everything was, at the reception, and even afterwards, family members from San Diego were already making plans to have their events at the Grove! Lol! The entire wedding from the ceremony to the reception was small and intimate, but filled with SO MUCH love, laughter and joy we wouldn’t have had it any other way. Real talk, had we not been forced to postpone our wedding due to Covid, we truly believe that our wedding wouldn’t have turned out as wonderful as it did if we had it back in April 2020.. period. Again, we cannot express how grateful we are to the entire staff at this amazing venue, and I will continue to refer this place to anyone asking for venue suggestions!! Thank you thank you!
The Grove was a beautiful piece of garden paradise in the midst of the desert. The team made my day seamless and special in so many ways. We had an absolute wonderful time, and all their partners work together to make the day special.
If I could give this company zero starts I would! They an absolute disgrace to all wedding venues! Long story short, they tried suing me for the entire amount for our wedding because we wanted to cancel due to Covid! They wouldn’t answer the phone or return phone calls! They ignore the fact that I wanted to cancel and tried flipping it on me. I was past the 90 day cancellation because they told me just to wait a couple weeks longer cause they were told it was going to open back up to full capacity! Well they tricked me I did and then that’s when they wanted to sue me! They then wrote me an email stating if I signed a letter THEY WROTE they would give me all my money but the deposit. This letter stated that I lied about everything I wrote I emails to them and in the complaint I made to the BBB. We did end up sign for simple fact it would cost to much to fight against them. We no doubt would have won but it still would have been a waste when we could have just gotten the same about by signing. They don’t even deserve to keep there doors open. I researched all complaints against them and sense Covid we are not the first couple they have done this too! I hope that there is someone out there that can fight the battle against them and close there doors! This not only has been happening during Covid but way before this! I hope this helps all future brides! Be warned! DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM, the beautiful venue does mean you settle for being treated like trash!
My husband and I got married at The Grove on November 10th, 2020. The Grove is such a beautiful venue, and the team is awesome. Nancy was our Coordinator throughout the entire planning process, and she is INCREDIBLE. Getting married during a pandemic was extremely stressful, but Nancy made everything so much easier. She worked with us tirelessly via phone and email, and she was able to work with us on everything that we wanted, even down to the smallest details like us wanting to bring sweet tea and Mountain Dew for the reception! She is such a kind and organized person, that we never had to worry about what could go wrong… because she handled it all. The entire wedding ran so smoothly from ceremony to reception, and she made sure that not even a hair was out of place! We couldn’t have done it without her!
Luke at The Grove Entertainment worked with us nonstop to make our evening special. Even during a pandemic, the planning went super smoothly! With everything being visual, Luke worked with us via email and sent us pictures of everything he had put together so that we could see it in the room without having to actually be there. Luke created a specific color combination for the lighting behind the Head Table that used our wedding colors, which made the entire room look stunning. He also put together an absolutely gorgeous custom monogram for us to fit our theme (video games). Our friends and family cannot stop raving about how beautiful everything was, and we can’t thank Luke enough!
Doug was our DJ/MC and Officiant. (talk about doing it all!) We chose to have a visual ceremony (meaning that we chose to have my husband’s father give the verbal proceedings during the ceremony, and Doug was present to make sure that the ceremony was official), and that went so smoothly, we had no idea it would be so easy. He also was in charge of the music for the ceremony, and he definitely got a kick out of our song choices. (Being gamers, we had some video game-inspired selections for the Procession and Bridal March). At the reception, Doug was an incredible host, and he made sure that there was never a dull moment! The whole night went so smoothly, and we know it would not have been that way if it weren’t for Doug and the rest of The Grove team!
Huge thanks to the entire team at The Grove!!
Let me start off by saying, I was SO excited at the opportunity to have my wedding here. The venue was the best I'd seen (for what i was looking for) in Las Vegas and the staff was great at communicating with me, on all my questions before making my final decision to actually book with them.
My wedding was scheduled for 3.28.21 in their grand room for 75+ people and my deposit was $1,500. Full disclaimer, I completely understood the deposit was non-refundable at the time of signing and paying and was ok with that!
Fast forward, our world is hit with a global pandemic that's taken thousands of lives and put a record millions out of work - including my fiancé and I with a brand new baby. While I tried to stay optimistic about everything. Truth was, my family and friends were cancelling on me quicker than i could blink, as everyone was fearful of traveling due to sickness, old age, or just fear in general. This brought my list down to not even 20 people, from 75 plus!! No longer able to meet my guest count, or afford a $10k wedding anymore i called the Grove at the end of June to cancel.
They seemed very understanding when telling them my reasons to needing to cancel. Although every vendor I worked with (all very small, less than 10 people businesses), i wasn't expecting a refund per the contract. To my surprise they offered to refund me, BUT only if someone booked my same date and size party. Then they'd refund me my $1,500 (less $100) AFTER the event date of 3.28.21. However, during this time Las Vegas Governor put a restriction of no more than 50 people at an event, until further notice. So how are you trying to rebook my date/ event for 75 plus people? Seems completely fair right (sarcasm)? I reach out via email for an update and am literally told i need to reach back out AFTER the date of 3.28.21. Pretty much then telling me I'm bothering them! I refuse and tell them I'd appreciate staying up to date with what's going on with my refund and not wait I'm limbo.
So after months of still not hearing anything, I reach out again and am told they still have not found anyone to book my date/package, that they're now going to open it up for a smaller package that's SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper than mine and if someone books that one my refund would be much much less than what i paid. Our Governor didn't
lift the mandate of no public gatherings of more than 50 people, until September 29th, which would have actually ONLY allowed 37 days (as of today) for someone to re-book my package. Again... seems fair right? I told them they were better off telling me i couldn't have a refund, then giving me all the back and forth and literally making it IMPOSSIBLE to get anything back.
I asked to speak with management on 11.5.2020 and as of today 11.13.2020, i still have not heard from anyone. When i email the coordinators again, they tell me their Management doesn't work in the office, which apparently is a good enough reason for not calling a customer back in a timely fashion?
I'd highly suggest anyone looking into this venue PROCEED WITH CAUTION!!!
Beautiful property! They make planning everything so easy!
Our original wedding date was scheduled for 9/6/2020. We booked our date back in June of 2019. We were so excited as we thought a holiday weekend was going to work out for our family and friends. Then COVID-19 came and turned everything upside down.
At first I had to tell myself to be ok with not having over 65 guests, then I had to tell myself to be prepared in possibly having 50 guests. Then I had to mentally prepare myself that my Wedding may not happen, as our governor continues to make changes .
The coordinators have been straightforward and honest with me the whole time. However, you need to be the one that reaches out about questions/concerns. Time is of the essence. When our governor decided to make weekly changes and possibly cut down gathering size to 25 or 10, I immediately reached out to Nancy who gave me wedding dates that were earlier in the month, and we talked options.
I pushed my wedding date from September 6th, 2020 to August, 22nd, 2020. I now only had two weeks to make it happen. Luckily my family and friends were all able to make the accommodations, flight changes to come.
The most stressful part about it all is the unknown. I will say that Nancy did an AMAZING job taking control with only two weeks out and keeping me on schedule of what is needed, and what is not needed. She knows what she is doing, is straight to the point, and just fun to talk to and have around.
Wedding day comes and it was a dream. I was only able to have 50 guests but it seemed to work out better this way. We had such an intimate wedding full of love. Everything was perfect. The setup was how I wanted, the food, the drinks. DJ Francisco was amazing!!!!! He kept everyone entertained. We had mostly Spanish speaking guests, so if you want a Spanish music DJ, BOOK HIM!!!!! Nancy and Ariel were both there that day and kept everyone rocking and rolling. I could not have done it without them there!!!
There was absolutely no complaint I would give to the Grove for my Wedding Day. It was magical. I felt like I was in a different world despite all that is going on. I still feel blessed to have been able to have it. My OCD walls came down. I only wish i would have booked more time!!!!!!
To brides that are booked and are unsure of what to do, just hang on. The coordinators cannot control guest size by the governors mandates. Be sure to reach out and have those conversations with the coordinators to prepare yourselves ahead of time as well as discuss cancellation policies, rebooking, etc. Be ok with a smaller guest size. It actually is really beautiful!!!
To brides considering booking, BOOK. Plan ahead. Hopefully things will change with covid by next year.
LAST NOTE::If you are wondering about social distancing, yes you have to follow their guidelines. Yes, masks are required. But I would rather be safe than sorry. The social distancing and mask requirement did not stop my guests from having fun, and it did not stop our wedding. Now we have a story to tell our grandkids!!!!!
My fiance and I are planning our wedding for two years from now to avoid all of the Coronavirus wedding issues that have come up everywhere. So we started touring places now to lock in a date for October 2022 (the busiest month for weddings here).
This venue is absolutely stunning! The outside wedding ceremony options are just breathtaking, especially the almond orchard. The outside has so many picture perfect options for a wedding.
Ariel was Amazing!! And so is everyone else! Anytime I email or call with a question (I'm probably being annoying at this point), they respond within a day and are extremely nice and accommodating!
Pricing is extremely affordable, and honestly the best we've found after viewing other venues. For 150 people, we are going to be under $15,000. Which is exactly the price range we were looking for.
We waned a garden wedding, and this is exactly that. We cannot wait to have our wedding here in 2 years. If you choose this venue, I do not think you will be disappointed. I will review again in 2 years once we have our wedding :)
Buyer Beware! We had booked our wedding last fall for a July 10 date. Two weeks prior to the wedding we were told we couldn't have more than 50 people, which is less than half our final wedding guest count. The only thing we were offered was to pick a left over date, since pretty much everything was picked over. We did not get any of our deposit back. Instead The Grove gets to pocket $1500 for not doing any work. Very disappointing.
We just had our wedding on November 1st at The Grove and it was absolutely amazing. Erin, our coordinator, made everything so simple and smooth. Ariel did a fantastic job with our cake. And Luke with The Grove Entertainment did a wonderful job DJ-ing our wedding! We could not have asked for a better day. The grounds are so beautiful and I am beyond happy we chose to have our wedding here. I am not a crafty person, and did not want to spend a ton of time and money trying to piece together a whole wedding. The team at the Grove made everything so easy . I highly suggest upgrading the entertainment package. Having the lights, monogram and photo booth for our wedding made it even more fun and beautiful.
The ceremony and reception could not have been more perfect! Everything was very organized and arranged. All we had to do was show up and have the best time! The venue was gorgeous and very private. The food was delicious and the cake was beautiful! I definitely recommend the shuttle for your guests. I am extremely happy with my decision!
My husband and I just got married at the Grove last month, and I am so glad we chose to go with this venue. Our coordinator was Ariel, and she was awesome with reaching out, keeping in contact regularly, answering any questions that I had right away, and she was especially amazing the day of. I did not stress at all on my wedding night because she had everything under control.
The venue also included buffet, open bar, DJ, cake, and flowers in the package. The only thing we didnt use that they offered was flowers, because what was included was pretty little (2 bouquets and 2 boutaneers) and to get anything else was much more pricey. However, I think since my wedding they have actually stopped including flowers and instead refer out for them. Everything else was absolutely perfect. Xena was amazing at making the planning process fun and easy! My sister is actually considering getting married here next year because she saw what a great experience we had. Highly recommend!
This review is long overdue, but worth writing. As soon as you walk into The Grove, it’s a secret garden in the middle of the desert. So beautiful with the multi-location wedding backdrops. My husband loved the Almond Orchard (because he ate almonds straight from the tree). It was absolutely breathtaking. The twinkle lights wraps around the almond trees, the white lace swag hanging and giving a nice archway down the aisle, and the beautiful wooden arch at the end of the aisle. The reception room was exactly the space we needed. We loved the all the lighting inside, from the bistro lights hanging from the ceiling to the twinkle lights and white lace swag hanging on the walls. It was also set-up very convenient and we loved the wooden dance floor right in the center of the room. We fell in love. This venue comes with all the bells and whistles. Everyone says there’s always going to be something that does wrong on the day of your wedding. Our coordinator Zina ensured our day was flawless! Our day was perfect. Zina is exceptional at her job and we were completely satisfied and happy with all the decisions prior to the big day. She was an absolute pleasure to work with! I would also like to add the Grove Entertainment (lighting), the Grove Cake designers (Couture Cakes), the Grove florist (Sherry), the Grove officiant, the Grove DJ, and bartender and wait staff were all amazing. This venue is top notch! Mahalo nui loa (Thank you very much) for being apart of our special day!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about this venue! Not only was Zena 1000% on top of all our requests, she made sure my husband and I were completely taken care of! From food to scenery, it was a beyond perfect day at an incredible venue!!
Happily married here in August, 2018. I was beyond impressed with the venue and the staff. The staff is very experienced when it comes to wedding. They were on task, professional, and made the process easy.
They offer very affordable wedding packages, that are straightforward. The garden is a small oasis in the middle of Las Vegas, NV. Guests loved the venue and the food. My flowers and cake turned out amazing, which were all done onsite through their vendors.
It was a nice venue but they didn’t have the correct centerpieces for the reception and I forgot my shoes there. I followed up to go back for them but they said they weren’t there which was quite disappointing because I know I left them behind. Otherwise, the food and cake were amazing and it was a night we will never forget!
We were incredibly happy with our wedding at The Grove!! Zina (sp?) was amazing and very sweet. She was on top of every detail and had an answer for all of our questions. She took care of us in so many ways and even accommodated a couple special requests we had. The customer service was excellent and I would definitely recommend The Grove. We had a sunset ceremony in the almond orchard and the grounds were beautiful, which made for spectacular photos. The day of the wedding was a total dream and it honestly couldn't have went any smoother. Thank you Zina and The Grove for making our special day perfect! ☺️
I had my wedding here on 1/2/18. First, the space is just beautiful. Beyond the space, the rest of our experience was either just okay or frustrating. We had a ceremony only, so I'm not sure if that had something to do with the level of service we received. There was little-to-no communication or involvement by the venue after we signed the contract. Around December 21, having not heard from anyone, I finally emailed a bunch of questions to the coordinator. The response was that we needed to have a call that day to go over everything. My husband had the call where the coordinator asked many, many questions and said that she needed the answers by 4:30 that day because they were closing for the holidays (essentially until the day of our wedding). I'm glad I reached out and am curious whether (or when) they would have touched base with me. Everyone was very nice, but the communication was not great. I pulled up to the ceremony not even knowing where I needed to go or how the actual wedding would proceed. I understand not having a formal rehearsal, but a discussion would have been nice.
Similar situation with the officiant. We filled out a questionnaire with preferences , which he acknowledged receiving. Then, nothing. Finally, I asked what he was going to say at the wedding and when would we meet him. He emailed me a basic outline that didn't include anything specific to us and said we would meet him a couple of minutes before the wedding. Again, this was not super comforting to me. I didn't need something elaborate, but a little more advance communication and direction would be appreciated. The ceremony itself was beautiful and the officiant was fine, which is what matters at the end of the day.
We also used The Grove's preferred vendors because their pricing was the most reasonable we found. Cake Couture was very easy to work with and was fine with communication. Very reasonable pricing and we were happy with the end result.
We also used Natures Florist. Again, pricing was comparatively reasonable, but communication was not great. Just a week before the ceremony, the florist emailed me to confirm our order and totally omitted the bouquet and boutonniere from the order - was strange and frustrating in light of our overall experience, but could have just been an oversight. Our centerpieces came out gorgeous. My bouquet was on par with what I wanted, however some of the flowers were wilting from the moment I received it. The Grove also forgot to give the groom his boutonniere until after the ceremony. My bouquet was falling apart and in pretty bad shape by the time we ended up at dinner about 3 hours after the florist handed over the bouquet. It included succulents, which apparently were glued to the rest of the flowers. It didn't hold and a quarter of my bouquet bent over away from the rest of the flowers, which was pretty disappointing for $175.
Overall, no significant problems or issues, but I would have given a much higher rating if there was better communication and care with the wedding. It certainly would have given me better piece of mind and lessened my stress.
If you're looking for something straightforward, affordable with all the bells and whistles and no fuss, The Grove is the perfect choice.
We booked the Grove in July of 2016 for our Oct 2017 wedding. My husband and I were looking for something all inclusive. We looked up two other all inclusive venues before booking with the Grove. The venue is beautiful and all their preferred vendors were great to work with. Zina was our coordinator; professional and kept things completely stress free for us. I can't recommend the Grove enough, they were great to work with.
Very affordable. It’s an outdoor ceremony and all 3 options outside are beautiful. I like that they had packages that included a lot. My coordinator was Kim and she was great. She was very organized and so helpful on my wedding day!
We booked our venue about 14 months out and we were so happy to find the Grove. We were searching the Knot and came across this venue and booked a tour within the week. They include their own florist, cake designer, catering, DJ, bartender, and decor! The cake designer was wonderful as was the food! Everyone LOVED the bartender. Our flowers turned out beautifully aside from a minor mishap that was quickly fixed by Zina, our wonderful planner! The only critique we have is about the DJ. I was told by a friend who had a wedding here earlier in the year that the DJ was her only problem as she constantly came up to the two of them throughout the night to make confirm each and every event. So to avoid that I wrote a list for the DJ to ensure all events (first dance, father/daughter dance, mother/son dance, etc) and if there were any questions I had my fathers name and set him as my point of contact. That didn't make a difference however, she continually came up to my new husband and I to let us know "we will do the cake cutting next," "soon we well do the toasts." I would have rather just had her announce what was coming with the mic (which was another slight issue, she was not very loud so the guests often had to ask her to repeat things). My only MAIN issue that I still cry about to this day is that she decided to cut off the father/daughter dance off early....???? For no reason! I NEVER requested that. She let the "cupid shuffle" play for like 6 minutes as it repeated itself over and over but cut off "Butterfly Kisses," which my dad has dreamed of dancing with me to since I was 5 years old, she cut off the entire verse about "walk me down the aisle daddy, daddy don't cry." EVERYTHING. Literally the whole point of us playing that song. I didn't want to make a scene in front of everyone but I literally break down in tears still thinking of how that went wrong. I want to just put my dress on again and go there so my dad and I can dance together again. He even had "little white flowers," from my moms veil to put in my hair...and we didn't get to. Truly though we LOVE the venue and are so incredibly happy that we chose the Grove and we would do it over and over. Our guests had a great time. Just maybe hire your own DJ.
We absolutely loved our wedding last night, and the entire time preparing for the big day way stress free. Major props to our coordinator Kim, DJ Fransisco, and photographer Matt from M Place productions for making the night move seamlessly and magically. It could not have been more perfect.
***Highly recommend their number 1 recommended photographer M Place productions***
Our wedding turned out beautiful at The Grove. The food was fantastic, the DJ was awesome the whole night. The cake tasted wonderful. M Place productions did a great job getting everyone together for pictures. Everyone had a great time. We did alot of the decorations and flowers ourselves (just because I'm picky no other reason). The only thing I wish was done earlier was the ceremony and reception setup. We arrived at 6 as scheduled and the ceremony wasnt set up. I didnt get a chance to even see the ceremony site before we walked down the isle. I did alot of extra work on the decorations. Married 8/16/2017
My daughter got married at the Grove on 5/16/17. From the first contact to the last good by our experience was wonderful. The limo for the bridal party and the two buses for the guests were on time. The ceremony ran very smooth and the reception was perfect. The decorations were exactly what we requested and the food was very good. A special shout out to the DJ, he did magic tricks for our guests during dinner and kept the party going all night. If you are considering the Grove for your Vegas wedding I highly recommend it. The photographer from Vegas Lights took all the right pictures, even the one's we didn't know we wanted.
The best wedding experience a couple in love could have! Everyone here is so friendly and helpful! Zina was just a blast to work with even with some kinks that we had to workout regarding my increased number of people who wanted to attend.
What I love most about this place is the convinience of having everything in one place. Our ceremony, our area to sign the Katubah, and our reception all in one spot. They made everything work.
Everything was really well organized, property is just breath taking and everything was included. Just to give you an idea for pricing. I had almost 100 people and our wedding came out to about 9k. This included the ceremony, the floral decorations, personalized Bouqet for myself and my bridesmaids I wasn't a fan of roses so I paid extra for large Cala Lily's , dj, boutinerres, an amazing three tiered cake, open bar, full menu with two meat dishes, pasta, salad, and a cheese and fruit display.
I mean this place had everything ready and available. I didn't have to worry about vendors showing up late or anything, everything was right there!
We couldn't of had a better experience then we did with The Grove!! From the coordinator to the flowers and the amazing game dj!! The venue was breathtaking!! Absolutely beautiful! The almond grove was decorated beautifully as well as the recaption room!! We have received so many compliments and all of our guests absolutely loved everything about our wedding! We had the time of our lives!! Thank you!
So beautiful! We had our wedding here on May 4th, 2016 and the entire process was great! The staff were all so nice to work with, they have excellent vendors who are all on top of their game, and the venue is really gorgeous. We chose this as a destination wedding location and booked everything sight unseen so we were a little nervous but trusted the online reviews. I was NOT disappointed! This place was everything we hoped for and more at a very reasonable price.
I want a huge Las Vegas wedding with lots of star power! I want 2 tall leggy blond teen girls to turn me inside out. Spank me for the bad boy I was and time to change. Just cars work bitjail etc. I want the champagne of sex to run down my face bill jordan
The Grove ended up being exactly what we wanted. We didn't want typical Vegas. The orchard where the ceremony took place, with gorgeous lights strung in the trees & a lovely stone/brick aisle, was picturesque. The reception room was one of the nicest we looked at, and even with a modest amount of decorating it looked wonderful. I did not want to spend every moment of the engagement stressing and handling wedding details, and I didn't have to. I would recommend being proactive about handling details as they tend not to reach out a lot until close to the wedding date, but they always responded promptly when I had questions. Zina, the coordinator, always gave us plenty of time and made absolutely sure we were on the same page and happy at the end of each meeting. We brought in our own centerpieces and got the supplies for a hot chocolate bar, and the staff had everything set up perfectly on the day of. The base price was extremely reasonable. With a full bar and meal, our base price was less than $80 a person. We had to have a minimum of 75 and I think the pricing goes up a little yearly, but still, it was a lot less than other places & that price included everything for the ceremony & reception except for the photographer. There were upgrades available for linens, and you can bring in your own centerpieces & decorations if you want more than the silk ones available, but I thought the linens that came included were fine. Also, & I really appreciated this, they didn't include worn folding chairs in the basic price & then charge you $15 a chair to upgrade to something nicer. Nice chairs were already included. We went to a lot of other places that were more and less inclusive, and this was definitely the best price. At the tasting, most of the chicken dishes were pretty dry, but at the tasting the beef and pork dishes were great. I honestly don't really remember how things tasted at our wedding because I was so caught up in everything, but I asked some people later and they said dinner was good, and I don't remember anything tasting bad or substandard. I'd say the biggest drawback is it is pretty far outside of town. There is a resort hotel pretty close, as well as some less expensive hotel options near it, but it's at least a half hour drive from the Strip in good traffic. The baker they use was fantastic. She was incredibly nice and easy to work with, and the cake was exactly what we asked for and delicious. The DJ was excellent. We liked all of the songs he played and he kept the party going. He checked in every so often to make sure we were happy with the music selection and to ask if we wanted any modifications or requests. I would say the only person who was a touch off-putting at first was the florist. I'm not much of an assertive person, and she wasn't the friendliest or easiest person to talk to. She wasn't rude, just sort of short and didn't volunteer a lot of information. That being said, I showed her a picture of what I wanted for the bouquets, and on the day of she had exactly what I wanted. She was somewhat intimidating, but I was perfectly pleased with her product. Overall, my husband and I were thoroughly impressed with The Grove. More than any other venue we looked at, we felt like they were focused on making our wedding what we wanted & that we were comfortable with all of the decisions, all while making it very low stress on me & my fiance. I would highly recommend them.
Had our wedding here yesterday and honestly cannot say enough amazing things about the entire experience!
Our coordinator was Heather and she was FABULOUS. She made everything so easy and we really didn't have to worry about a single thing. By the time we arrived to get ready for our wedding almost everything we'd brought to setup in the reception hall was done already. She was so patient with our large family at the rehearsal and made sure everyone knew exactly what was needed of them. Then during the wedding day she walked us through everything and was there for anything we needed..brought us water and food at the reception to make sure we were okay. She's seriously amazing!
Our flowers were PERFECT. Their florist really knows what she's doing, couldn't have asked for pretty bouquets.
The cake was beautiful, and delicious! It was exactly what we wanted.
The grounds alone are so nice and require very little decorating.
The DJ (Adam) was super friendly and on top of everything. He kept the party going, really god at reading the room for what music to play and when to switch it up. Also communicated a lot with us to make sure we were happy at all times.
Our wedding at The Grove was absolutely perfect and I highly recommend this place to any couple! One more thing... it is SO AFFORDABLE! Truly is a one stop shop for am easy, beautiful, memorable wedding!
My husband and I were married at The Grove on April 14, 2015. We had a destination wedding and we are incredibly happy with how it all turned out. after visiting The Grove, we made all the arrangements through email and over the phone. Zina and the staff were helpful and quick to respond to questions. Upon arrival on our wedding day, everything was setup just as planned. The food was amazing, including the cake and the flowers were beautiful. Our DJ was awesome and kept us dancing all night! Thank you to everyone at The Grove who helped make our wedding unforgettable!
I've never been married before, so I can't compare this to another wedding venue, yet, but I can say this is the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Avoid this place like the plague. At first, Zina, the wedding coordinator was fine. Our wedding was planned for 75 guests and after shopping around we chose the Grove, but shortened our guest list to 50. When we signed the contract we assumed we we're getting the same reception hall since we we're never told or shown another, nor were we told it would be any different. It wasn't until months later, at the food tasting, just by chance of a question we asked Zina, did we find out about the smaller room. We asked to see it and it was dreadful. It has an L shaped so people on one side can't see the bride and groom or the dance floor, the roof hung very low, the walls had a cheesy design on it, basically a room we never would have agreed on. We expressed this to Zina and she seemed very forgiving. She said she can charge us $300 for the larger room as long as it isn't booked at that day and at that time. It was late Friday night and she said she can't check then, but would get back to us Monday morning at 9am. We still haven't heard from her a week later. Instead we called The Grove and spoke to Donna. She said they will not honor what Zina had told us and instead we will have to pay more money for the room and change our wedding to 1230pm from the 530pm we had agreed on; even though the room wasn't booked for our time they wanted to leave it open. Do they have two receptions going on at the same time? Anyway, I tried to ask her what they'd be willing to do for their mistake as they never told us we wouldn't be getting the room they showed us. I was okay with paying more for the big room at 530pm, or moving the time to 1230pm, but I didn't want to pay extra and move our time to 1230pm, I mean, we sent invites out and this incident was not our fault and that Monday Zina said she would get us 530pm as long as it wasn't booked. But Donna wouldn't listen. She kept yelling and talking over me and said either take what they offered or go someplace else, and then she hung up on me. I never yelled, or cursed, or lost my temper. This wasn't even a long call. Maybe 5 to 10 minutes. Also when asked to speak to her superior, well, that went ignored. After she hung up my fiance and I dicussed how rude she was and next thing you know my fiance gets an email. Donna had cancelled our wedding after months of planning, invites set up, contracts signed, downpayment made, and only because she wasn't willing to negotiate on a simple mistake that was made. If she had apologized for the inconvenience and showed us even a hint of respect i probably would have paid the money and changed the time, but there was no remorse or sympathy on their end. Do not use this company. Here you are just a number to be disposed of at their will. As I said, worst customer service experience ever. Well, time to find a new place to get married. We now have 3 months and have to start nearly from scratch. And that's my horror story from "The Grove". Kind of sounds like a horror film title, doesn't it?
What an amazing venue! Zina was an amazing coordinator and took care of absolutely everything for us. I felt like a princess. I could not have imagined a single thing being any better!
The Grove was an excellent choice. Donna and Zina were great. I loved the fact that it was pretty much a one stop shop. Food, Bar and DJ all included. I did use Woolard Porductions for lighting and centerpieces. That just made the venue look amazing. The Crystal package is well worth it. Thank you The Grove for helping me with my AMAZING DAY!!!!
This venue is so beautiful. The grounds make for a perfect setting and wonderful pictures. However, we did have trouble communicating with the staff commonly. We also had issues with their preferred vendors. We ended up only using their cake vendor (which she is absolutely incredible). If you plan to handle mostly everything on your own or if you're not very picky about how things are set up, etc., then this is a great venue for you.
Additional note: They have a great package that includes many of the services you will need. The 4 hour open bar was great too; our guests were very excited!
We recently were married at The Grove on August 9th. I cannot say enough wonderful things! Donna, our coordinator, was spectacular and kind and patient. We met with her in January when we went to Vegas for a weekend to view the grounds because I was too worried to just book via a website (in hindsight, the Grove is even more gorgeous in person) Our DJ/MC Francisco was THE BEST! He ran the reception and kept all our guests laughing and dancing and having a blast. Phil, the minister, was perfect. He added the perfect amount of comedy and laughter. The Food was delicious! Highly recommend the prime rib and asiago chicken. Amy at Cake Couture did a terrific job. I emailed her our colors and flavour choices and the cake was perfect and delicious. The flowers by Sherry was beautiful and exactly what I expected. We ordered shuttles and limos through The Grove and the drivers were on time and friendly and courteous. Our wedding far exceeded our expectations. Everything at the Grove was beautiful and perfect. Our guests are raving about our wedding and we are so happy we made the decision to have our wedding there!
I was married on 6/4/14, and the ceremony was perfect! All I wanted was 30 minutes, because my fiance wanted short and sweet. (He has anxiety in crowds.) The decorations and area were beautiful. Donna let me know everything I needed to bring on the phone, and explained the process. The day of the ceremony, everything was handled perfectly. Zena (?? sorry if the spelling is wrong) was the coordinator and she was wonderful. She even calmed my fiance. The minister was perfect and I had plenty of time for pictures after. Even though it was short, I felt special. I know if I would have paid for more time, they would have made me even happier!
We had our wedding at The Grove April 2014 and it was amazing!! Our wedding coordinator Zina was awesome. Everything was prefect! The grounds we're beautiful the reception room was really nice. The dj was great and the food was more than we expected! Our experience overall was amazing!!! We would definitely recommend The Grove.
The grove was a beautiful location to get married! The staff were okay. It was all very rushed but still enjoyable. Not enough time is allotted in there standard package. Their on site photographer was the WORST!
$599 for 1/2 time for ceremony is a joke!
everything we wanted
I can not say enough wonderful things about The Grove. Everything came in a packaged deal for about $5000 (minus the photographer). So it included the venue, the food, center pieces, flowers, cake, and DJ. It was too beautiful for words. My 3 older siblings spent about 3 times more on their weddings but feedback from family is that mine was the most beautiful and fun. GORGEOUS decor outside where we got married. Couldn't imagine a more picturesque view. I'm from Chicago so this and put my wedding together in only 2.5 months from my engagement. Getting married in Vegas not only gave my family a little get away but it didn't feel like we got married by a cheesy elvis impersonator. Things were still traditional and we had about 60 guests. The people at The Grove were so friendly and helpful and the vendors that they used were also wonderful. I particularly mostly worked with a woman named Zina who was a big part in making everything perfect. I do not have a bad things to say about any of it. I could't imagine having gotten married anywhere else.
Our wedding at the Grove was perfect! The venue is private, secluded, and the grounds are absolutely beautiful. Plus there is a bird sanctuary right next to the grove, and during the ceremony we had a rooster show up and politely entertain the guests. :)
Donna, our coordinator, and all the staff at the Grove did an excellent job. I did not have to worry about setting anything up during the wedding day - everything was ready by the time I arrived there. We are from out of state and we did our planning over a couple of short visits, phone and email. Everyone was responsive, I would get email answers within several hours.
I would definitely recommend the Grove if you want a cozy, yet refined, garden wedding.
Everything was perfect. The staff was awesome. The atmosphere was great. It was the most amazing day of our lives. And you can't beat the price :)
I booked The Grove 11 months ahead for my April wedding and they were extremely pleasant and professional, both on the telephone and by email. They promptly answered my questions and made sure I was aware of the restrictions of contract/package. I was able to use every piece of the package even though I didn't want the bouquets (used them on the sweetheart table & in extra boutonnieres).
The coordinator (Zina) was thorough and exceedingly capable. Zina even took the time after our rehearsal to show us the different roses in bloom and made sure we took a healthy whiff to 'smell the really good ones'.
Having worked with them primarily long distance (I only met Zina & her team the day before the wedding), I was provided with e-v-e-r-y bit of information that I wanted (including the distance of the walk down the aisle so I knew how much music I needed and a floor plan of the small reception room for table arrangements).
The vendors were wonderful to work with, especially Amy Ramsey at Cake Couture and both Nathan and Jane from Good Vibrations DJs. Our evening's playlist couldn't have been better, I mean, they found a great song from an obscure Canadian comedy band that my sisters & belted out inside the circle of guests!
We experienced a last minute demand for a shuttle from The Grove to the strip (most guests didn't check off this option on their RSVP cards, and confirmed by telephone two weeks prior that they didn't need a shuttle), which we were able to book at 10:00 a.m. on the day of the wedding!
The food was delicious, everyone raved but the highest compliment I received was from my cousin (who is slightly cynical) that said he "now understands what weddings are about".
Perfect day, perfect venue!
The grounds are beautiful. The staff took care of everything for a simple stress free weddding. Our consulant, Zina was great. We really liked Reverend Philip.
I got married at The Grove last month. We had a gorgeous wedding and I felt like I was very much taken care of by Zina and her team! Everything turned out beautiful! Zina worked closely with my minister before the ceremony to co-coordinate everything. I also loved that although there was a package involved for almost everything, you could pick and choose what you wanted to use!
The only downside I would say is that you can't work with the package to cut out expenses for the items you aren't using.
The Grove provided an exceptional value with its wedding packages, which made our wedding stress-free and affordable. The vendors included in the package were all professional and provided great service. The food and cake were done beautifully and tasted delicious. Our Wedding Coordinator kept everything on time and organized. The setting is so gorgeous, and our small guest list of 45 fit perfectly in the Garden Terrace setting. Would highly recommend The Grove.
The grove was the perfect venue for what we were looking for. We had about 40 guests. We got married in the gazebo and had our reception in the garden terrace room. The gazebo was decorated very nice. The prime rib buffet (and chicken) was the best wedding food I have ever had. The Arden terrace room was decorated well to where we didn't have to bring much of our own decorations. The only thing I was kind of disappointed about was being rushed off the main grounds after the ceremony when trying to get all of our pictures done.
The wedding package is a great deal and includes almost everything you need. The staff were really nice and all the vendors were great. The food was just okay but it wasn't horrible. Overall I would recommend to anyone looking for a package and who doesn't want to spent a lot of time coordinating.
The wedding was absolutely beautiful, best day of my life. So pretty, pictures don't do it justice. We choose the gazebo as our ceremony site. But one thing that did happen was I ordered the video and it was not done. That doesnt take away from the amazing day, dont get me wrong, still the best day of my life. but not having the video does bother me. It was a destination wedding, live in nebraska, and i wanted the video not only for myself but for others to be able to see that could not be there. Over all, I would still pick the grove for my wedding venue but I would definitely had a family memeber also do a video. We paid the extra money for the extra 30 minutues on teh ground, which i would recommend. i dont even understand how you could do it all in 30 minutues they provide. was able to take pictures ourselves after the photographer was done so that was really nice. Limo was early to pick us up so we had plenty of time to get ready. Got first look pictures done with me and the groom. Phil was our officiant and he was so great! Loved him. We had a friend sing during our sand ceremony, and that was beautiful. We were able to stop by the day before the wedding ot go over things and also leave our programs, sand ceremony, and guest book with them so a few less things to worry about on the wedding day.
So overall, loved it but did let me down with not remembering to do the video. Not sure how that even happened, so therefore its hard for my to recommend to others but i wouldnt change anything about it (minus making sure had that video done!) Oh also xina was our cordinator. Oh and the flowers were beautiful!! Sherri does a great job, i just wanted daisys. She sprayed white daisies purple for me and the groom to wear. Loved!
I had a really hard time choosing a place for my now husband and I to get married just cause there are so many place in Vegas to get married! I saw the The Grove online and looked at the pictures and just fell in love with the place! Everyone there was so helpful and sweet. I talked to Zina about a hundred times and she was so great!! When we got there on out wedding day it couldnt have been more perfect. Everyone was so thoughtful and made it just that much better. Ill never forget the Grove and how memorable they made our wedding day!!!
My husband and I were married June 16th, 2012 in the orchard area of the Grove. We did a ceremony only package for 50 people. We also paid for an extra 30 minutes use of the grounds. The ceremony itself was spectacular. I was very pleased with the way everything turned out. Even though my husband forgot the marriage license and the CD I wanted to have playing as I walked down the aisle, Donna my wedding coordinator and Reverend Phil Larimore the officiant were very accommodating. The weather was perfect for a June wedding in Vegas. This location is a few degrees cooler than the rest of the Vegas valley. My one complaint would be about the limo driver. We had the limo for 45min, but for some odd reason the driver assumed we were in a hurry and we arrived at our destination in 25min with my husband and I holding on for dear life in the back. His speeding was unnecessary and he rudely asked for gratuity. Overall my experience with the grove was great just not so much with the limo service.
I obviously can't speak for everyone who goes to the Grove, but I know that personally I had a beautiful wedding at the Grove! Our coordinator Donna was so sweet and helpful from our month out meeting to the day-of. She even let me cry on her shoulder when I was freaking out at the rehearsal! And on the wedding day, she got my husband and I a drink and a plate of food at the start of the night. Very good service. Everything just went so smoothly from the moment we got to the Grove up until the end of the night. There were some hiccups, but they were so minimal that they didn't matter in the end. The food was delicious, the staff pleasant to work with, the flowers were exactly what I wanted, and our cake looked (and tasted) GREAT. We had asked the in-house baker Amy to do something very complicated and I personally just expected something simple (we wanted an edible figurine of our cat), but it was very well done. She had even added texture so that it looked like fur! And yes, some things were kind of expensive, but all in all, we came in under budget! All in all, awesome job, Grove! I'd recommend them to anyone who was having a wedding in Las Vegas, but didn't want it to turn into a Las Vegas wedding!
The wedding process is a breeze at The Grove. Just let them know what you want, and they take care of everything! I litterally just showed up and got married :-) And the prices can't be beat for the beauty of the property where you get to have your wedding.
The grove was great looked just like the pictures only it was a lot smaller than we imagined. My flowers were beautifull just like I wanted! Overall we loved it and do did all of our friends and family!
My wedding experience with The Grove was great. With hindsight being 20/20 there are a few things I would have done differently but I wouldn't have changed my choice of The Grove one bit.
My husband and I live about 3.5 hours from Las Vegas and coordinating with Tracy and Zina was so easy. They are quick to respond to email/phone messages. Everything we talked about during my initial meeting (from minor details regarding decorations to cost) was consistent all the way through the planning process, no hidden costs. We used all of their vendors and hired an additional photographer because our package did not include reception photography.
DJ-Good Vibeations: Very professional. We could tell that they were very experienced and new how to MC a wedding. He really kept the reception running smooth and made sure my husband and I both were on the same page as him. They played only the music genre's and artists we selected in addition to taking requests from our guests.
Florist: Overall her work was really nice. But, if you decide to use them through the Grove, make sure you know what you want. When I first met with her to discuss flowers, I assumed she would have brought a portfolio or atleast flowers in season for a September wedding. She showed up with a yellow notepad and paper... My flowers turned out very nice but I am not a hard to please person and flowers weren't my main focus.
Baker-The Grove's: Very nice and personable to work with, and her work was great! Our cake was just like we talked about in our meeting and it exceeded our expectations.
Officiant-Jimmy Mac: He came with our package through The Grove and he was great! I felt like he personalized our ceremony and it wasn't cookie cutter at all. He took time to get to know us a little and is very accomodating. He was more than happy to do a special reading for us. He is a really funny and laid back guy. I am happy that I called him a couple weeks before the wedding to introduce myself and get to know him a little better.
Photographer-The Grove's (Can't remember their name): I haven't received any pictures yet from the wedding and it's been 4 weeks :( The photographer seemed to have taken lots of photos...but we booked Bently and Wilson photography in addition and I was more focused on them.
Photographer2: Todd Wilson, Bently and Wilson photography-He was great to work with! I felt very comfortable being photographed with him and he was very easy to understand as far as what he needed from us to get a nice picture. He is very reasonably priced and very professional and punctual. His work is quality and I would work with him again in the future.
Food-The Grove's: The food was awesome...I only had a couple of bites because I was so busy meeting with guests but everyone was very pleased with the taste and amount of food that was served.
My husband and I received numerous compliments on how "beautiful" and "nice" the place was. If you are looking for a typical Vegas wedding, this is most likely not your place. It has an intimate feel to it and is far away We had a midmorning wedding and the weather was great.
I got married on October 22, 2011 and everything went PERFECTLY. I didn't want the traditional "chapel" las vegas wedding, and the Grove was the PERFECT choice, everyone was telling us how beautiful it was. Flowers were amazing, and our coordinator was AMAZING. Thank you are a wonderful wedding :) :)
I had my wedding, with about 45 guests, at the Grove and reception in the Garden Bistro. Our wedding was on a tight budget, but I didn't want it to seem like it... then I found The Grove, and I was sold! I was thrilled with Zina's service-- she took care of everything (which was such a relief as bride, and master-planner), the food was excellent (the guests loved the chicken stuffed with mushroom risotto and bistro salad!) and best of all, for my wallet, the prices were EXTREMELY fair. We had a wonderful, magical night with our family and friends, and I didn't break the bank!
If you are looking for a Las Vegas wedding without having it look like you "got-married-in-Vegas", the Grove is the place to go!!
My husband and I planed our wedding out of state due to conflict of interest with our parents. We had to deal with a lot of drama and wanted to pick a place that did not feel like we just skipped town to get married in Vegas.
After many days of research on the internet. I came across The Grove, and fell in love with it. I called and talked with Zina (who is amazing), and informed her of our situation, and she was very understanding and talked with me on the phone for quite a while, and she was very informative. My husband I talked with our families and decided this was the place for us.
They have many packages to chose from, at reasonable prices. More bang for your buck.
I would like to first state that things with family situation did not make life easy for my husband and I. As Zina(even through all of the ups and downs of planing our wedding with The Grove) she was very professional, and understanding of what was going on, and willing to work with us 100%.
We originally were going to have our wedding reception at The Grove; but our guest list kept growing even when we informed our parents that money was very tight, and we could not afford to pay for all the extra people. I called Zina upset and frustrated. She suggested that maybe we try to find a place that we could afford for all of the extra guests. I asked her if she new of anything. She made some suggestions and restated that it would probably cost the same if not more.
So I took her advise and called around and my husband and I decided to go with a different venue for our reception. Zina worked with us and was very understanding of our decision. We paid the fee for changing and everything was set. She could of been a lot different about what happened. But she was professional, and friendly, and very helpful.
As for a review of the property, I would highly recommend this venue to anyone who is looking for a beautiful outdoor venue on a budget. It is not only budget friendly, it is 5star elegance at a 2star price. The venue is more breath taking in person; the photos on the website don't all of its beauty.
Every on of our guest came up to us at the reception, and commented on how beautiful the grounds were. Most every one thought it was going to be a cheese Vegas wedding chapel.
The nice thing about the location is it is off the strip about 25 min drive. In a beautiful neighborhood, off the main road. It is quiet, and seclusive. When you have your wedding, you and your guests are the only ones there. No other weddings taking place, no other strange people watching your wedding.
The one and only complaint that my husband and I have is that we should of paid for more time on the grounds. The extra half hour we paid for was just not long enough to get all of the photos we wanted to get.
I would highly recommend if you have a large family like we did, to see if you can pay for a full hour of use on the grounds for family photos.
When my husband and I decided to get married, we knew we wanted it to be unique, intimate and in a place where everyone was sure to have a great time. We chose Vegas! I found The Grove online and, honestly, chose them because of the incredible bargain price tag. I had no idea I was signing up for my dream wedding. They were so attentive every step of the way. I got everything I asked for. Their coordinators were outstanding in communicating my vision to the vendors whom I would never have the chance to meet. You can imagine that under these circumstances I had to keep my expectations low. But every girl dreams of the perfect day. Our wedding day EXCEEDED my expectations. The orchard proved to be the most incredible back drop for the decor I chose and my photographer was able to capture GORGEOUS photos on this property! I have had so many compliments on the food, the gorgeous cake (in taste AND in decor), the flowers, the excellent DJ, the lighting. All things I had only discussed OVER THE PHONE. They even have shuttles and limos to get you and your guests back and forth from the strip with ease. The day was flawless. Get the most for your money here.
My New York/L.A. guests were impressed and had a great time. Yours will, too.
We learned about this venue from a high school friend. The pictures do not do the place justice! The staff is friendly, helpful and made our special day perfect! Everyone was from out of town, so it was nice to have all the setup and take down covered by staff! I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to get married in Vegas but not wanting the "traditional Vegas wedding"
