We absolutely couldn’t have been happier with The Haight and all those who work there!! All the girls are amazing and so helpful! Nicole and Bree were fabulous when we first booked at answering ALL my questions!! Melissa, our assigned coordinator, was truly a godsend. She was amazing from the first point of contact until after the wedding was over! The venue itself is beautiful and offered so many great photo opportunities. All our guests raved about the venue and how well everything went. My husband and I are truly so thankful for Melissa and The Haight for helping make the best day ever for us and our friends and family.

We had been eyeing The Haight long before we were engaged. The venue itself is beautiful. We received SO many compliments about the entire team from our AMAZING coordinator, Melissa, the security officers, the bar, and to the design coordinator, Bree. The Haight includes a coordinator that not only helps you with your wedding day, but throughout the entire process. Melissa kept me at ease. She knew exactly what she was doing, she was flexible, understanding and kind. The Haight made going home so easy, with packing up all our belongings. We cannot recommend The Haight, and especially, Melissa. You made our day so amazing. <3

Nicole was the best wedding coordinator we could ask for, and venue is completely gorgeous!!! It's warm and homey, beautifully lit, and spacious. You get the venue for 12 hours so you're not sharing the space with any other parties, and the set-up and take-down help provided by the venue was so helpful. I can't recommend it enough!

My husband and I got married at the Haight this last October & it was everything we could have dreamed of! We spent so much time looking for the perfect venue & when we visited the Haight, we knew right away that it was the one. From the very beginning, everyone was so helpful & communicative. On the day of our wedding, we had Lauren as our coordinator & she did amazing! If there were any issues, I didn’t know about them & she figured it out! She even helped with my bustle when my sisters were having a hard time figuring it out. They go above and beyond to ensure that everything goes smoothly! Thank you all for all of your help!

The absolute best venue! When Kyle and I first looked at The Haight we knew it was the perfect venue for us! The venue itself is absolutely beautiful and the staff is incredible for the venue and The Bar! We attended some of the Open House events they held and that helped tremendously with planning our wedding! My family and friends keep saying how impressed they were with the venue and the staff!! We couldn’t of asked for a better day! We highly recommend The Haight for your wedding!

My wife and I used the haight for our wedding! We loved the beautiful venue. We originally talked to Nicole and she was amazing! Then we got our day of coordinator who was Lauren! We were so happy with the communication! We were only saddened slightly that we didn’t get a social media post (that they usually do for weddings) and we wanted to preserve as much of our wedding cake as possible but we DID at least get our top tier. Lauren was fantastic and as far as we know we didn’t have any major hiccups (if we did, Lauren handled them AMAZINGLY)

The best venue! The atmosphere is perfect and the staff were amazing! They were so helpful throughout the planning process and day of they were so attentive and supportive.

Our wedding day was literal perfection, and that is in large part due to the beautiful venue and the amazing staff that came along with it. We got married at The Haight's sister venue, The Ashbury in September 2023. The space has such an amazing atmosphere with the high lofted ceilings and warm exposed brick and an abundance of natural light - and it all went perfectly with our décor. We received so many compliments on the venue from our guests. I loved loved loved the adorable get ready suites we were provided and the upstairs game lounge was a huge plus. Honestly, the best part though was the staff. My initial communication was with Nicole and after her tour and guidance, I immediately knew this venue was the one for us. Bree was my day-of coordinator, but she quickly became so much more than that. She guided me every step of the way and helped me keep track of all the details, big and small in the months leading up to the wedding. I loved working with her and was fully confident in her ability to help me pull this wedding off. The day of the wedding, she and Tamira were rockstars. I didn't have to worry about a single thing. We handed over all our decorations and they took it from there. I was so pleased to see how they brought my vision to life. Everything ran so smoothly and I cannot thank them enough for making my wedding day as remarkable as it was.

I CANNOT RECOMMEND THE HAIGHT ENOUGH! I worked with Nicole in the beginning and then was assigned Shannon Tennant as my day of coordinator. Nicole was very helpful in the beginning processes, but Shannon was the show stopper. I had absolutely no worries from the set up, ceremony, and reception because she did ALL of the work. When questions did arise on the day of the wedding, she contacted my maid of honor and made sure everything was absolutely perfect. From the bottom of my heart, this place and the people that run it are amazing! If you want a wedding that runs smoothly from start to finish, without the headache of dealing with every problem yourself, THIS IS THE PLACE! My day was so beautiful and it's all because of the people of the Haight.

Finding The Haight to host our wedding ceremony and reception was a dream come true. The exposed brick, twinkle lights, one-of-a-kind sculptures and art decor are just outside details that make this venue magical. However, it was really the organization and hardworking team behind it all that made our wedding the perfect day. It was such a breath of fresh air when we signed with The Haight. Their expertise and attention to deals were key for me. I highly suggest utilizing their list of vendors. Many of my vendors knew and worked with each other, creating an even happier and friendly vibe. Could not rave more about this outstanding team and venue!

Would give 0/5 stars if I could. I truly never give bad reviews but we had the most horrific experience with The Haight. The Haight breached basic confidentiality and disclosed financial amounts, vendor information, and expected guest count without my consent to someone that was not on the event contract. They have refused to take accountability for breaching the basic confidentiality, disclosed financial amounts, vendor information, and expected guest count without my consent. After canceling with The Haight, they continued to break confidentiality by obtaining information from a vendor when I had a password-protected agreement with that vendor after I had specifically stated I had confidentiality issues with The Haight. The Haight tried to offer options such as reselling the date (which we asked them to do and they did not provide documentation to us that they did so, they just stated they tried and the date did not resell), changing locations to their venue down the street from The Haight (which would not make a difference to the situation as it was confidentiality concern), change the date (that does not resolve the issue as it is a confidentiality concern), and add security (adding security still would’ve not addressed the concern as they broke confidentiality). I had to cancel with The Haight because I could not trust that they would hold any of my information as confidential. They stated in the contract that the retainer and other fees are non-refundable, and when asked to refund us regardless because of their breach of confidentiality, they stated that they still could not refund us due to The Haight using retainers and fees for other business expenses. Since we did not feel that the options offered could resolve their actions we wanted a refund despite their contract, due to the several breaches in confidentiality, for what we had paid for and an apology directly from the owner, both of which they did not give. The Haight provided general apologies but did not take accountability specifically for breaching basic confidentiality, disclosing financial amounts, vendor information, and expected guest count without my consent. Truly such bad business and I would never recommend anyone to them. They ruined our wedding experience. Again, we tried numerous times to ask for direct contact with the owner and they did not connect with us for their team breaching basic confidentiality, disclosing financial amounts, vendor information, and expected guest count without my consent. Horrendous experience.

My husband I couldn’t have asked for a better place to have our wedding! Everyone was so welcoming and the staff was great! Both of us haven’t been to many weddings so planning our own we didn’t really know what to do and everything went flawlessly and we didn’t have to worry about anything the day of the wedding! I couldn’t have asked for a better wedding! It was perfect thanks to the Haight!

When my husband and I were going through the planning process of finding a venue I had my heart set on a different location and the Haight was our last venue tour. Boy am I glad we made the trip that day because we both left falling in love with the venue and the staff! They were always timely in responses and were so helpful with the whole planning process. We chose all of our vendors off their preferred vendor list and weren’t upset with any choices. When it came to the big day Melissa was our day of coordinator (which comes with booking the venue and is an amazing amenity!) Melissa knocked it out of the park for us. She was easy to communicate with and made it so neither of us had to worry about a think the day of. The staff is so organized it truly made for the most perfect day and best day of our lives. We couldn’t be anymore grateful for the Haight and we are so happy we chose this absolutely breathtakingly beautiful venue to be the home to our wedding day. Thank you guys again! Our wedding at the HAIGHT was absolutely perfect. From all of our vendors to every detail our wedding coordinator, Shannon, put together. She took my vision and turned it into reality. The rooftop deck was probably my favorite part, as the music plays outside through their sound system. It is perfect for an intimate wedding of 125 people. You don't need much decor because the industrial design and hanging lights make the ambiance MAGICAL.

Our wedding would not have been as amazing or as beautiful as it was if we didn't have it at The Haight. The venue is absolutely stunning, and the event team has the process down to absolute science. They were extremely helpful during planning, and Shannon and her team made sure everything went smoothly during the rehearsal and the event. We got so many compliments on the venue and how well our wedding was managed. We highly recommend The Haight!

Our wedding at The Haight was absolutely perfect. We looked at one wedding venue before our tour at The Haight and then we cancelled our 3rd option because the decision to do it at The Haight was so easy. I'm so happy we went with our gut feeling. The venue really has the whole package - exposed brick, greenery, and a modern-industrial look make it so beautiful and unique that it really doesn't require a lot of decorating work. Outside of some pictures and a memorial table, the only decorations we really had for our day were the flowers and everything still looked so beautiful. Another HUGE plus is the wedding coordinator that comes with your booking. It was so wonderful to have someone there several weeks up to & during the wedding to make sure everything ran smoothly. We had the pleasure of working with Shannon and she knocked every curve ball we through at her out of the park. Lots of people say that your wedding day feels like such a blur because of how busy you are, but I feel like we really got to relax and soak everything in because Shannon was there to help us with every little thing we or our guests needed. My wife and I can't speak enough about how perfect everything went. I would highly recommend this venue and Shannon to anyone who wants to have a beautiful and successful wedding day!

First, the pros: we absolutely loved this venue, and our guests are still raving about it two months later. The atmosphere is gorgeous, the convenience of having the ceremony and reception in the same space was great for our out-of-town guests, and the two suites for the wedding party were perfect. Another huge sell for us was that the space is incredibly LGBTQ+ friendly. All in all, we would absolutely use the Haight if we were doing this all over again. There were, however, a few cons that we encountered closer to the date and on the day itself. One of the things we were most excited about was the way the Haight talked about their personally assigned wedding coordinator to help us plan and make sure things went smoothly on the day. While Bree was fantastic and incredibly helpful, what that actual service looked like wasn't what we were expecting based on initial conversations that led to us booking with them in the first place. We also wish we would have listened to our photographer and our guts and booked the extra hour at the start of the day, but we were assured that the base time would be more than enough time (it was not). The other thing that ended up being an issue for some of our guests was handicap accessibility. While there is an elevator for guest use, the guests that needed that accommodation shared with us how incredibly frustrating it was to find their way to where they were going. We had guests accidentally finding their way to our suite then getting yelled at by staff, and they all said they just wished there was clear signage or directions from the elevator upstairs to the ceremony and reception space.

We got married at The Haight 10/01/22 and it was perfect! The building is so gorgeous it needs minimal decor (in our opinion) and it was exactly what we envisioned for our wedding day. The staff was great to work with and always so helpful. Our coordinator Shannon would respond to my ridiculous emails (even on the weekends when she really didn’t need to) and always reassured me every step of the way. I truly do not know where to begin on this review. We booked The Haight back in June 2020 for our October 8th 2022 wedding. Even with a longer engagement The Haight and its staff made us feel like our planning was just as important as the weddings who were coming up soon! From working with Lauren to create our perfect bar menu to being paired with Shannon as our day of coordinator, everything was perfect. Each planner gave their all to every detail and truly made our vision come to life. Not only is the staff the sweetest group to work with, but the quality of their venue is second to none. Coordinating decor was so simple as the Haight is already so naturally stunning we really only needed minimal decor. This truly took so much weight off of my shoulders. In addition, the outdoor patio space upstairs is an absolutely perfect space to utilize for your guests but also for wedding party photos. It was so nice not having to find a photography location because a perfect one was just up the stairs. The bridal suite is also perfect for larger bridal parties. I had 10 bridesmaids in addition to my mother, MIL, three hairstylists, two makeup artists, and my photo/video vendors and we NEVER felt crowded or overwhelmed. My vendors even had ample amount of space to get all of us ready! It was truly the most perfect space. The venue also worked really well for our wedding of 200 people. We never once felt crowded or like there wasn't enough space! I cannot recommend this venue enough to anyone even thinking about booking here, just do it you won't regret it!

I don't even know how to begin expressing in words how much we loved having our wedding at The Haight and how impressive and professional the entire team is. I thought wedding planning was going to be so hard, but the entire team at The Haight made it a truly seamless process. A special shout out for Nicole; she was a blessing to our day. Every step of the way, whenever I had a question or inquiry, she responded and answered my questions within HOURS - truly spectacular. Another special shout out to Lauren from The Bar for making sure our party was supplied with all the cocktails needed to get our guests out on the dance floor all night long! I could go on and on about everyone and everything about our wedding day, but they turned our wedding dream into a remarkable reality. Thank you for everything, and I proudly and highly recommend them for your special day!

The Haight was the most perfect wedding venue we could've ever asked for! We worked with Shannon and she was a DREAM. I was clueless going into this planning process and from the first tour I had, The Haight was SO helpful while planning the entire thing. They have so many great recommendations for vendors they work with and everyone is so friendly and excited to help. I wish I could do the wedding day over and over and over again. It was the most special day!

The Haight was the absolute perfect loft-style venue for our wedding last June! Our wedding day coordinator, Lauren, was super helpful in planning and ensuring that our special day ran smoothly. Having the bridal suite to get ready in, the flexible reception floor plan and the ability to choose our own vendors to make our day affordable was truly amazing. Lastly, The Haight staff ensured that all was taken care of when one of our guests had a medical emergency. Their professionalism was astounding and they handled it so well! Thank you to Lauren and the entire Haight staff for making our wedding a night we will never forget!

My husband and I cannot recommend the Haight enough!! From the very beginning of process to the end, everything was so smooth! Everyone we worked with on the team was so helpful and kind. They truly are there for you every step of the way and want your day to be special. They are so on top of everything and so organized. The spreadsheet they share during the planning process helped a ton as well! When it came to day of our wedding, our coordinator Lauren, did AMAZING! She kept everything running smoothly and on time! We truly did not have to worry about a single thing day of other than enjoying our day! They did everything from setup to take down. Our families and friends raved about how awesome and unique the venue was for months after! They have plenty of space inside to mingle and their rooftop deck was great to hangout on during the reception. There is no better place for your big day than The Haight!!

From the minute we stepped foot into the Haight, my husband and I knew we wanted to get married there. It was built in the late 1800s (same time period as our apartment) and it immediately felt warm and homey. The space is full of vintage beauty with hard wood floors and exposed brick throughout the venue. It required minimal decoration. Our family and friends raved about how beautiful the space was. Additionally the staff at the Haight was so supportive and responsive throughout our engagement. They gave us a folder of recommended vendors which helped us book our dream team without a wedding planner. On the day of my wedding, I had nothing to worry about because our event coordinator Lauren took care of everything. When we had issues with hotel transportation, Lauren handled it discretely and I hardly knew it was an issue. We felt taken care of and we were able to focus on enjoying our wedding day. I am eternally grateful for Lauren and the entire Haight staff for creating the wedding of our dreams.

Our wedding day was honestly a dream come true. We have always dreamed of having our wedding at the Haight and were so happy we could make it happen. I don't even know where to begin or how to express just how AMAZING The Haight is! My husband and I got married at The Haight June, 2022 after a 2 year engagement and worked with Bree as our event manager from the very start. She was truly amazing- letting me bounce all of my ideas off of her, getting recommendations and suggestions based on her experience on how to do things, just being a sounding board while I rambled & the list goes on and on. The venue itself deserves 10 stars. The space is so flexible, with opportunities to utilize the downstairs, upstairs ceremony & meal space, or the beautiful and spacious outdoor deck. Our guests RAVED about the brick walls & built in accents that came with the facility (photo ops galore). They have a rental program so you can rent décor, furniture, games (giant jenga and bags were a hit with our guests) which makes it so much easier to plan vs. having to outsource. Every single staff person was great to work with- Lauren at the Bar was super helpful leading up and day of security & bartenders were so lovely. We partnered with Cuisine America for our food because they have a long lasting partnership with the venue and it was so seamless (and delicious!). I am an event planner and there are always things that happen day of out of your control so I was bracing myself for something to happen but it truly was the most stress-free and perfect day of our lives. I felt so comfortable and confident knowing that our wedding day was in the hands of Bree & the Haight staff! They were not just venue staff, they were truly our guests/friends that day and we had such a great time at our wedding with them! I CANNOT recommend them enough!!

The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, and we loved that by booking with them we got personal access to the entire building on our wedding day. Not only is the space very versatile to make your day exactly what you want, but the team working behind the scenes is absolutely invaluable leading up to and on your special day. We worked with both Bree and Rachael to coordinate our ceremony and reception, and it’s only with their help, organization, and guidance that our wedding went as smooth as it did! They were communicative and helpful from when we first toured the facility and booked them over a year and a half before our date all the way through the end of our celebration. They provided us with fantastic vendor recommendations, of which we used many, coordinated with our vendors directly leading up to and on our wedding day so we didn’t have to worry, and even put together a highly detailed spreadsheet with us to nail down each and every detail to guarantee our vision came to life! We would absolutely recommend The Haight, not only for the gorgeous venue but also for the incredible team behind it that really makes them far and above the best venue in the area!

Wow, there aren't enough good things I can say about The Haight! From the moment we stepped into the venue we knew it was perfect for us. The Haight is absolutely breathtaking from top to bottom. It has an adorable bridal suite, a beautiful outdoor deck, and the downstairs and upstairs are just gorgeous. One of the best things about The Haight is that you don't have to share the building with anyone else during your wedding - you will have the entire building to yourselves. The Haight was reasonably priced and the staff, especially Sarah who was our coordinator, was beyond wonderful. Sarah was so amazing at keeping in touch with us, answering my million questions, ensuring the day ran smoothly, helping me iron out final touches, and just being there for us from start to finish. I really couldn't have asked for someone better than Sarah. Lauren was also so wonderful and helped us create our ideal bar package. We had our ceremony inside upstairs, our cocktail hour on the main floor, and reception upstairs as well. Everything was set up so beautifully and perfectly and the transitions from each part of the wedding were flawless and done so smoothly. Our guests commented on how unique and beautiful the venue was and how nice it was to be able to use the outdoor deck for an extra place to hangout when it got too hot on the dance floor. I can't recommend The Haight and their staff enough! Best. Decision. Ever.

The Haight is such an outstanding, beautiful wedding venue. Warm, modern, and incredible for pictures. I love all the different areas - lower level for a great first impression and cocktail hour, rooftop for ceremony & pictures at sundown, and main level for reception, dinner, entertainment, etc. The space worked beautifully. Everyone commented on what a great venue it was. I worked with Brett for the initial tour & contract and worked with Melissa for the heavy logistics and she was our day-of wedding coordinator. Can't recommend them enough.

We absolutely loved planning our wedding with The Haight! We felt so comfortable knowing they had every detail sorted out for us, and they were very easy to communicate with. Bree and Sarah were amazing to work with- they were so friendly and helpful and gave great advice throughout the process! Also, the venue is beautiful, and it was perfect for our wedding vision! All our guests were in awe at the wedding and made so many positive comments about how great the setup was. We’re so happy we chose The Haight and highly recommend it for future couples!

We are beyond happy with this venue! From start to finish, they were so helpful and organized ensuring our wedding flowed so smoothly! The staff was all so positive and lovely to chat with/bounce ideas off of! Extra big shout out to Nicole for everything she did! We received so many compliments from our guests about the venue! We were so happy with our experience with the Haight! I didn't have to worry about a single thing with them because they had it all handled. They worked with me to customize our wedding day and make it unique and fit for us. We primarily worked with Bree who was fantastic! Though everyone we dealt with either leading up to our wedding day, or the day of, was kind, professional, and so helpful. They know what they're doing over there and I couldn't be happier with my experience! Not to mention the venue is absolutely stunning. It doesn't even need a lot of extra decoration because it's beautiful on its own! The ambiance was perfect and our guests could not stop talking about how amazing it was! Could not recommend more! Also the bar packages were great and they worked so well with all of our vendors. Would give more than 5 stars if I could.

This review is WELL OVERDUE! OMG WHERE TO BEGIN! The Haight and all staff were amazing! My wife and I are so thankful we chose The Haight (thanks to our photographer The Still Life Photography). I first saw photos of The Haight on The Still Life Photography Instagram account, and after viewing the photos I knew that I wanted to get married there-thankfully my wife felt the same! My wife and I planned our entire wedding apart internationally, and our first contact with The Haight was with Nicole Patterson-she is FABULOUS! Let me tell you- this woman answered all of our emails/questions (we had many haha), went above and beyond to accommodate the time difference, and honestly my wife and I could genuinely feel how much she cared to ensure our day was special. If she-or any other Haight staff end up bring your coordinator rest assured you’re in great hands! The Haight itself is truly beautiful! If you’re wanting a rustic, chic, industrial, romantic venue THIS IS IT! The building itself is bigger than it looks, and each room is so pretty! From the planning process to the day of the wedding The Haight staff were exceptional. The money that you put into this venue, and all of the services that they offer IS TOTALLY WORTH IT! My wife and I cannot thank The Haight and Nicole enough for making our day truly stunning!

The Haight was the best decision we could have made for a venue. It was beautiful and everything we dreamed of. We had Lauren as our coordinator and we could have not been more thankful. She was helpful throughout the whole day and made the entire wedding and rehearsal go smoothly. Anything and everything I needed for the wedding I would email and within the same day or even hours I was getting a reply on assistance from Lauren. I would highly suggest this venue, staff, coordinators and bartenders were amazing. 100%

We just had our wedding at the Haight last weekend and it was perfect! I’m not a huge planner, but they were there every step of the way from vendor recommendations to day of. Shannon, our wedding coordinator at the Haight was there every minute of the day to make everything run seamlessly- I didn’t have to do anything and got to have a carefree and fun day. I’ve been to a lot of weddings this year, and I might be biased, but the Haight was the absolute best for a one-stop wedding. The layout of the building is perfect for separate but cohesive ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, and the atmosphere and decor is the perfect classic, but modern vibe for a diverse range of couples.

I had the absolute best experience hosting my daughter's wedding at The Haight. Shannon, Nicole and the rest of the team went above and beyond to make the day the beautiful event it turned out to be. While my biggest regret overall was not hiring a wedding planner to keep me sane, the day of the wedding the team at The Haight did everything they could to make the day run smoothly and almost seemed to know what I needed right as I needed it. I gave very little direction and everything was set up perfectly, I didn't have to change a thing. I got non stop compliments about how cool the venue was and how beautiful everything turned out. I booked all of my vendors based on The Haight's recommendations and they all went above and beyond my expectations. Shannon, you guys did an amazing job and I will be forever grateful for helping make my daughter's big day so magical.

Best wedding venue ever! When my (now) husband and I first walked into the Haight, I knew that it was going to be our wedding venue. The building is absolutely beautiful and you can tell that every detail in the building is extremely well thought out. You really can feel that the venue is family owned and that meant a lot to my husband and I. From the exposed brick to the twinkle lights and reclaimed wood, being in the building feels like being in a fairytale. Once we booked the venue, everyone there was so kind and organized. I planned my wedding myself in less than 5 months and the Haight team made this so easy! When it came to the actual wedding day, Sarah and the rest of the team at the Haight were amazing. They made everything run so smoothly and ensured that my husband and I's only job was to enjoy our wedding and not worry about the small details. Sarah and everyone at the Haight, we cannot possibly thank you enough for truly making our wedding day our best day ever!

The Haight was the best choice we made when planning for our wedding. It matched our personalities to a T and had a lot of class, and cool vibes. We were lucky enough to have Bree as our wedding coordinator and she was amazing. She was easy to get ahold of and great at answering all and any of our questions we needed. On the day of, she made sure every bit of our dreams and ideas came true. It was the perfect day and something we will always cherish. Our family and friends were very impressed with the beautiful venue and are still raving about how awesome it was. I highly recommend using The Haight for your wedding or any special event you might have!

I cannot say enough amazing things about The Haight! The staff at The Haight made the entire wedding planning process go so smoothly and was always there to help and answer every question we had. They coordinated with all our vendors perfectly! Nicole was our day of coordinator and she was incredible. She made our wedding day perfect and completely stress free! We are SO happy we chose the Haight as our venue! After having our wedding postponed multiple times, due to Covid, Nicole helped us every step of the way! The staff responded to e-mails in a timely matter and were always so friendly and helpful! They coordinated so well with our other vendors! The day of, they made sure everything went smoothly and there was no stress! This venue is absolutely beautiful and so many great spots for photos! I would highly recommend to anyone! :)

My daughter was the wedding planner in her special day. She came upon the Haight and after visiting and meeting Lauren Schroeder we couldn't have been more happy. We are still flying high a month after our wedding at The Haight! The entire staff was nothing short of incredible from the first tour through the planning process, and Brett was an absolute ace coordinator on the big day. There are lots of beautiful venues out there, but feeling truly taken care of was priceless. They also have great relationships with some wonderful vendors, which made the hiring process SO easy despite the "wedding boom." Thanks Haight team!!

Our wedding was magical, relaxed, and most of all fun all thanks to Lauren S and the Haight team. We couldn’t have been happier with how things went. The bride get ready room is amazing and the space is great for both ceremony and reception. All of our guests told us what a fantastic space it is - we’re not from Elgin and it was worth the drive!

Ever since I saw this venue (I’d say about 5/6years ago) I wanted my wedding to be here. I was super happy we were able to book them as we booked during COVID. They are affordable and it’s just a beautiful place. Sarah and Nicole helped me out so much. They answered every question I had (which was a lot of emails). They were able to coordinate with my schedule as I was planning this wedding from out of state. The day of my wedding everything went smoothly and we had no issues! I literally can’t thank them enough and I’m super excited for our official photos to come in!

Our wedding coordinator, Lauren, and the whole team at The Haight made our day literally perfect. So many people have complimented our wedding with the venue (which was for both ceremony & reception) being part of the focal point in their comments! From the stunning scenery to the amazing staff to Lauren & all her help to... literally everything! I wanted to write this review asap so I wouldn't forget any details of the most perfect day! My husband and I looked at The Haight in March 2020 and booked it immediately. With covid thrown in the mix, our wedding coordinator Nicole provided the best wedding planning experience we could have asked for. She was there every step of the way down to the check-ins, quick email responses, and walking us through the processes step by step. When it came to day of she was able to set up our decor etc exactly how we had pictured and answered any questions we had as the day carried on. I have told family and friends how much we truly loved our venue. Nicole provided us with vendor recommendations list from the venue and we ended up using three of the vendors! This was just one way she made the wedding planning a breeze. I can't even think of one thing I would change about the day. The venue provides spreadsheets throughout your planning process to help you keep your details organized...more useful than any wedding binder I could have bought. The actual venue is gorgeous and well kept. Everything was clean and my husband and I received numerous comments about the venue. Its a great spot if you want to chance having an outdoor wedding with the ability to move indoors at the last moment. Luckily we had perfect weather which made the whole location enjoyable. The bartenders were very attentive and we had no complaints on the service they provided. They continuously made sure my husband and I had our preferred drinks and when mine started to run low ensured me I would be covered! They even made a point to make sure we had our last call. We really had no worries the whole day. Our timeline was pushed back a little but Nicole and the entire staff of our vendors were flexible and made everything run smoothly. I am being that emotional post wedding bride writing this review but our day was everything we dreamed of because of this wonderful venue. Thank you so much!

From the day that I first found The Haight online, I could not stop thinking about how beautiful the venue is and envisioned my wedding there. We had planned on touring a couple venues before making a final decision, but once we stepped into The Haight our minds were made and we were ready to book! Initially we were set to have our wedding August 2020, but decided to postpone due to the pandemic until August 2021. Throughout it all, Brett and everyone at The Haight has been great about communication, recommendations, and answering our many questions! With Brett's help, we knew exactly what we needed to get done ahead of time and what details to focus on which helped take the stress of wedding planning off of us as the wedding day got closer. Our wedding day was everything we imagined! The bridal and groom suites were perfect for getting ready and photos/videos, we loved being able to spend the entire day at the venue! The Haight staff took care of setting up our personal items that we brought (photos, photobooth props, guest book, etc.) exactly as we had envisioned. The entire venue is full of beautiful photo backdrops including the new deck! We cannot put into words how beautiful The Haight is and how lucky we are to be able to say we had our wedding at The Haight!

We were so excited to have our wedding at The Haight, upon booking we were working with Brianna which was absolutely wonderful. Once she left it all went down hill from there. Our wedding was scheduling for August 21 2021, we booked The Haight in 2019. Of course COVID hit & businesses were greatly impacted. We understood how difficult this was for businesses. We were hopeful for August. Once things got closer we met with the venue to begin to finalize some details. We soon realized that it might be better to reschedule for 2022 as The Haight suggested we did our wedding in waves. We were expecting 150 guests and they suggested we do 50 at a time, so 50 come for a bit then leave and then the next few come. It was very strange. We then received an email that if we would like to do 2022 we could do Monday - Thursday in Peak season (April - November) or Sunday - Thursday in off-peak season. Also a few Fridays in February 2022. Being business owners ourselves that was just not possible and we felt very hurt by the management responses. With our wedding date approaching in less then 5 months we were starting to get worried. We wanted to discuss with the owners. They called us during our business hours and stated that they have children and after 3 pm doesn’t work for them. Also very shocking as I could never imagine telling my customers something like that. Email communication was getting us nowhere as we were not given many options that made us feel confident spending the amount of money the venue charges for the suggestions given to us. We lost 6k, initial deposit we understand not to be refundable but a bar package that had not been purchased as well as additional payments towards the venue where services were never received.. I’ve never heard of such a thing. At the end it was a blessing in disguise as I could see they have a lot of work to do in the customer service department and would never wish this nightmare on any couple planning their special day.

For what you pay, you will thank yourself for investing in The Haight! The staff are what makes this place incredible. They provided outstanding communication even throughout the ever changing pandemic. When it came to our special day, they made sure to provide whatever we needed. I want to get married again!

My husband and I are so happy we went with The Haight, along with all our family and guests! We worked closely with Nicole and Brett and they did not disappoint! Putting together a wedding is a lot of work (especially during COVID) and their team was ready and available to help us out with any questions and concerns. We had meetings throughout the process and they provided us with excellent recommendations for catering and music. It's such a beautiful venue and I cannot tell you how nice it was to not worry about the little things on our day. A big big thanks to THE HAIGHT team and a special shoutout to Nicole and Brett for being so sweet and helpful through it all! Our wedding was just perfect!

Our experience with The Haight was nothing short of exceptional. The Haight met and over exceeded all of our expectations. Brett did a phenomenal job making the vision of our wedding come to life in a seamless fashion. Our family and friends could not say enough about the venue and its character. The Haight's unique and rustic feel had our guests in awe. We knew from the moment we walked in for our tour that the Haight was the perfect venue for us to get married at. It did not disappoint. My husband and I were one of the lucky couples to plan a wedding during the pandemic. We originally planned to have our wedding on 7/24/20, but had to change dates 2 times due to COVID! We ended up getting married on our original date at a small church where I grew up, but we couldn't wait to celebrate our reception safely with all of our family and friends this past July at the Haight! Brett was our lead, and he was a pleasure to work with! Super quick replies to all of my questions (and I had A LOT of questions!), easy to work with, and made my life easier the day of our reception. The venue was absolutely perfect. It had so much character and was exactly our style in a wedding venue. A beautiful space with wood floors, exposed ceilings, brick walls, and small accents that made the space just perfect. We had a small ceremony on the rooftop deck and it was amazing! Brett and the rest of the Haight staff made sure to think of every detail, and our long awaited reception couldn't have been more perfect. We know that the Haight works with so many couples, but Brett and his team really made us feel like our celebration wasn't just one of many. We are so happy that we were finally able to have our reception the way we originally planned, and we would highly recommend The Haight and their amazing staff to future couples planning their wedding!

We were of many couples affected by the pandemic and after 3 years of planning, and this being the 4th time we’ve replanned the original wedding, we were finally able to celebrate our special day! Lauren and her team were amazing, always open to communication, gave updates during everything, and supported us all the way through till the very end! All our guest made it a point to tell us how beautiful the venue was and that they were blown away by everything. We had our wedding at the end of May 2021, with a lot of uncertainty surrounding our final planning months. Brett was great at answering our questions and bringing everything together the day of. This venue is gorgeous, inside and out, and our guests raved about the location and bar service. We highly recommend The Haight to anyone considering a wedding with that industrial vintage feel.
