Great hotel! Fast check in, friendly staff. Rooms were clean and modern. They also have a full kitchen/bar. We will stay here again if in Kirkland.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in quite a long time. While the decor is bog standard, the casual events held in the lobby, the restaurant, and the staff are amazing! I’ll definitely be staying here in the future.

We stayed here for our wedding and got a block of 26 rooms. The service was exceptional and it’s all you need for a big group. Highly recommend working with their events team! They catered to all our needs with Brittany leading the charge!

I live in downtown Kirkland and have been dealing with the power outage issues the past week.
Willow helped me at the front desk and was able to book me a room for a last minute walk-in. :) She made my experience so special before I even got to...
my room! She was so friendly and informative. She gave me a 5 star experience :)
Despite the Heathman being close to home, I truly feel like I'm on a vacation!

Stayed at the Heathman to visit family for the holidays. Was in from another state and had booked for three nights. The first night I booked separate from the second part of the stay but went to check in early (around 2pm instead of the usual 4...
pm) and they said they’ll get me a room for all three nights so I don’t have to change it up & that they’ll shoot me a text as soon as my room is ready. 9pm rolls around and I have no text but get a call confirming that I do not need my room which was never the case. They had overbooked the hotel and were in a frantic trying to figure out how to accommodate my stay. Thankfully I had family nearby so we were able to stay with them for one night. Coming back the next day to check in, I came just before the 4pm check in time and was provided with a room after a comment something like “it is 10 minutes before check in as stated on the website but I will see what we can do” - extremely snippy and rude front desk staff especially given the circumstances of the night before.
The room itself was very nice, bed was comfortable, and had all of the amenities including coffee and tea. There is a restaurant downstairs with great food and they have a fitness center but we were unable to use it during our stay. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants as well as the waterfront in Kirkland.
Rooms, lovely. Staff, subpar.
