We are a husband and wife who love our peaceful farm property and want to share it with you on your special day! We offer a 7,200 square foot Morton Building, a mezzanine for seating or enjoying the view from above, tables and chairs for 400 guests, tulle and lights hung across the ceiling, a bar for alcohol or other beverages ALL surrounded by gorgeous scenery including historical Kansas landmark, Coronado Heights! We offer an outdoor space for wedding ceremonies as well as indoor space for receptions, ceremonies, or both!

Absolutely perfect place to get married! We loved it and highly recommend it to everyone!!
Super easy to work with and also very reasonably priced! They made everything super easy, including adding in clean up instructions to ensure we would get our full deposit back! Loved this venue so much!
My husband and I rented the Heights for our wedding & reception. BrookeAnn & Greg were outstanding at communicating with us. If we had any questions they would respond back in a timely manner all while being completely professional. The venue was absolutely gorgeous and fit our theme very nicely. We had a few minor issues regarding time, but we got that squared away rather quickly after our event. Absolute gorgeous location & great prices, we had an absolute blast! We highly recommend them for any event in your future!
This is a gorgeous venue for anyone looking for something affordable, simple, and rustic. The owner was very communicative, friendly, and super accommodating! Definitely recommend this venue based on the professionalism of the owners alone!
The Heights was just everything we hoped it would be! It took so much less stressful with the tables and chairs being included with the venue. Also they have some awesome pallet walls to use for decoration. There was plenty of space for all guest. The views were beautiful!! Also BrookeAnna is great to work with and super understand and flexible. If I had the chance to do it all over again, I would still choose The Heights!!
We had a wonderful experience using the Heights Venue for our wedding! Working with Greg and BrookeAnna was great and they were very helpful and friendly.
The place was very spacious and the shed worked great for the wedding as well as the reception. Because of weather we did the wedding indoors but having those great big doors open made it seem almost like it was outdoors. We appreciated having the ample supply of tables and chairs available for our use as well as the lights and tulle on the rafters.
Also the apartment space was a neat place for the bride and whole wedding party to hang out and relax. It was a wonderful experience and we definitely recommend it to anyone.
The Heights is a great place for a wedding! BrookeAnna and Greg were great to work with and are always updating you on things they are doing at their place! It is a great place to have an our door wedding but if needed you can have an indoor wedding and it is still beautiful (we had to change ours to an indoor wedding). Their price is very reasonable and the best price we have found for the size and items you get with it!!
They were more than gracious with the available space. They went above and beyond and our expectations! The space is so beautiful and easy to work with. The Heights is an awesome space! The vendors did so much to make sure our reception went smoothly.
Could not have asked for a better venue for our day! BrookeAnna and Greg were very accommodating and easy to contact for any of our needs during the planning process, including being available for us to go out during the work week to meet with our vendors. We had plenty of time the day before and the day after the wedding to get everything ready and set up and also cleaned up. One thing I would recommend is take time to clean the tables and chairs while you're setting up. Because it is in a farm shed, they were covered in dirt and cobwebs and it took time to clean that we did not account for. We rented out the basement the day of the wedding for the bridal party to get ready and it was so nice to just be there all day without having to go from one place to the next to get ready. The venue was large enough to accommodate our guest list and there was still plenty of room so our guests felt comfortable and not crowded. There was no issue with serving liquor or beer as long as bottles/cans were not left outside. We received several comments about how beautiful the scenery was for our ceremony. That is one of the reasons we chose this venue. Our ceremony was outside but if needed, it would've been very easy to move everything inside with no trouble. Would recommend this venue to ANYONE!!!! It was the best day we could've asked for and we couldn't be more grateful for Greg and BrookeAnna for meeting all of our wedding needs!
We loved using The Heights for our wedding! The location is so beautiful, and easy to get to! We got married outside and had the most beautiful view of the crops in the background. We used the building for the reception and wow its HUGE!!! and absolutely beautiful! We were able to fit around 200 people, had a dance floor, a bar (which was provided!!!) and a buffet line and it was very comfortable!!!
It’s in the country, but it’s definitely a versatile location that can fit any theme! Ours was a boho fairtytale and it fit perfect!
The owners are very helpful and easy to communicate with!
We had an AMAZING experience, and recommend this location to EVERYONE!!!
We loved the flexibility of this venue. We were able to set up a few days early which took a lot of pressure off for the big day. We also loved the size. We knew we would have a lot of people attend and wanted them to all fit and be comfortable in one room. The Peterson's were very accommodating and allowed us to decorate as we wished. We don't think there would have been a better venue that would have suited us. It fit the rustic feel that we wanted.
