ng was in June, the flowers and garden areas were in full bloom and looked incredible in our photos. The entire venue was clean, lush, and had such a magical atmosphere. Our guests were blown away by the beauty of the space.
From our very first tour, we fell in love with the Inn and everything immediately. Tiffany was an absolute dream to work with throughout the entire planning process. She was incredibly reliable, always responsive, and answered every single one of our questions thoroughly. She gave us fantastic recommendations and made the entire planning experience feel easy and fun, which we appreciated so much.
On the day of the wedding, the staff was so kind and helpful, ensuring everything ran smoothly. It was everything we hoped for and truly the wedding of our dreams. We highly recommend The Heirloom Inn to anyone looking for a beautiful, stress-free garden wedding.

When we first toured the space, it wasn’t fully set up yet. Tiffany, the coordinator, kept saying, “It’ll look even better,” and I honestly couldn’t imagine how, because it was already so beautiful. But on our wedding day, she had the entire venue sparkling. It was cleaner, brighter, and more magical than I ever expected.
It was also so much more affordable than anything else we looked at, which was a huge bonus. Tiffany was AMAZING. For a small additional fee, she handled all of our centerpieces, and we rented all our plates and napkins through her. Her staff was incredibly kind, professional, and all local, which we loved.
I truly cannot recommend this venue enough. It exceeded every expectation.

tand. I recognize that smell to be rat urine so this venue definitely has an infestation issiue. Honestly one of the worst first impressions I’ve ever had.
On top of that, the staff was shockingly rude and dismissive. Any question I asked was met with attitude, like I was inconveniencing them by simply existing. It’s hard to enjoy a space when the people running it treat guests so poorly.
Overall, between the smell and the unprofessional staff, I wouldn’t recommend this venue to anyone. There are plenty of better options out there.

ngel guiding you through every step of your wedding journey from planning through to the big day itself. Tiffany met with my now husband and I to show us all the beauty her venue had to offer and was more than willing to meet another time with my mom and I to plan decor and day of details. Come the big day, Tiffany and her team decorated the venue to look straight out of a fairytale. We were told by many of our guests that ours was the most beautiful wedding they had ever attended, and I didn't have to lift a finger. She took care of me in ways I never expected. She fixed/secured my loose veil, carried my train and veil behind me as my dads walked me toward the isle and then fluffed them both to perfection before I walked to my husband. She secured the boutonnieres on both my dads once I realized they were missing moments before we walked down the isle. She even fixed my bustle after it broke shortly into the evening. She made sure everything ran on time and that no detail was spared, even touching up the flowers I had frantically thrown onto our cake the day before to perfection. As the day turned to evening the lighting throughout the lush greenery added to the elegance of the venue and made for stunning photos. I can't thank Tiffany and her team enough, but I will recommend The Heirloom Inn to everyone planning their wedding.

to spend so much money on flowers/ decor because the whole venue is basically a beautiful garden. The price of this venue is fair and affordable for all the services you are getting. Most importantly the day of coordinator/venue owner Tiffany is EVERYTHING! She decorates, coordinates, organizes, YOU NAME IT- she probably does it. Our wedding day went by so smoothly. Tiffany and her staff are professional and kind. Something that was important to my now husband and me prior to booking a venue was the music restrictions. This venue allows your music to be played loud and you can play uncensored music! I am mentioning this because not all venues allow the DJ to crank up the music or play uncensored music. So if you want your wedding to be a vibe, beautiful, organized, and fun: pick Heirloom Inn.
Story time: Our wedding cake was two tiers and somehow the top tier was sliding off. Tiffany FIXED the cake the best she could and even added the flowers for us to decorate the cake. I (bride) didn’t even notice that the cake had complications prior to the cake cutting section of the wedding. Those little details in a day of coordinator are so important because Tiffany was reliable and made everything run smoothly, even if our cake had complications. Additionally, Tiffany tries her best to save you money by giving you ideas on how to save for your wedding day. We truly appreciated this because she genuinely is here to make your wedding as affordable as possible. She doesn’t judge your ideas and is open to them. If you want a venue that is beautiful and affordable with a day of coordinator who is organized, open minded, flexible, PROFESSIONAL, and kind: look no further! If you are reading this, this is a sign to book your wedding at the Heirloom Inn.

didn't flinch at all my weird ideas and non-traditional plans! We had to reschedule due to the pandemic, and I've never been more happy to have a good partner. Tiffany somehow made that easy and stress-free, too. Once we finally got to the day of, I really didn't know if my vision was going to come together (again, I wanted strange and specific things), but when we arrived for photos, I almost burst into tears. It was beyond perfect. All our guests raved about how beautiful it was and I just kept saying, "It was all Tiffany!" Seriously, everything with her was just so easy: vendors, booze, planning, dealing with our wedding party and parents. She's a total pro! 1 month prior to the wedding we went to pick out linens and go over final details of the decor. When we arrived there had been a few changes since we last saw the venue. I will not lie, we were a little stressed out that it was different than what we saw before. Tiffany the owner was very understanding and accommodating to us. She made sure everything was set up and put back the way it was when we booked the venue. The venue is beautiful during the day but at night it is magic! I use the word magic because I had guest come to me that night and say that it was magical and they have never been to a wedding that was as beautiful as this one. If your looking for a venue that is special and that you and your guests will never forget book the Heirloom Inn. Work with Tiffany , tell her your vision and bring pictures ! ns, since Sherri has so many that we can use at no charge. Tiffany was our day of coordinator and worked quickly and efficiently, and was available for any questions I had. Sherri always responded quickly to my emails, and was happy to meet with us whenever we needed to. They arranged the flowers I brought for my cake (which looked fantastic), and it was such a relief to have them taking care of everything so I could enjoy my day! Would highly recommend, especially if you're looking to save money but still have your wedding look they way you want.

stop shop in terms of venue, catering, DJ, etc., because Sheri is connected with each vendor. My job as a bride was incredibly easy and care free. I planned my wedding of 115 guests in 7 months time but was actually done in one month due to Sheri and her connections. I can't recommend this place enough, not to mention the amazing price to rent it. Highly recommend to anyone!!

d not have been more perfect! The venue is breath-taking and has a very laid back atmosphere. It's truly a hidden gem tucked away in Ione. I can't even begin to describe how amazing Sherry is! She helped our wedding be absolutely wonderful! She has a list of preferred vendors (which we used pretty much all of them) and makes sure that we had everything we needed. When we showed up at 12pm the day of the wedding, everything was already set up. We did not have to do anything but relax and get ready. Our guests could not stop telling us how beautiful everything was (beautiful gardens, beautiful lights, beautiful atmosphere, etc) I love Sherry because she is so blunt, tells it how it is and won't take shit from no one! I am seriously going to miss working with her! The Heirloom inn is such an amazing place and we are so glad we got to spend our special day there!

space, the privacy and the character. The Inn is definitely old, 1863 to be exact, and it shows. The inside could definitely use lots of updates but the garden is where Sherry (the owner) sparkles. Sherry is loving and firm at the same time. You don't just book your wedding with her and never contact her again, she will help you with budget and planning, as well as answer any questions you may have. She's a pro! I would get married a thousand times at this venue if I could. My entire day was perfect.

ions on vendors/what works well, without ever seeming pushy! The grounds looked amazing. She helped with all the day of set-up and made the day run so smoothly it was almost unreal. She also took extra steps to make sure things were what I wanted, replanting parts of the garden that had been affected by a recent heat wave, bought more flowers for the alter - she really blew me away with her kindness and attention to detail. She and her staff also set my centerpieces and flowers up to perfection, in fact better than I had planned them!
It was an amazing day and I will be forever greatful to her and her staff for making things so perfect!

We toured several venues before we saw the Heirloom-- when we saw it we loved it, and when we talked to Sherry, I was sold. From what we saw, you usually get two options with venue...
s: 1, have complete control over vendors, decor, etc, but do it all yourself. Or 2, give control to the venue and they'll take care of it all. With the Heirloom, you get the best of both worlds. Sherry let us bring it all of our stuff (including alcohol!! HUGE $$ saver!), but she and her staff totally executed our vision down to the last detail without us, or our friends and family, having to do a thing. She was a dream to work with.
The venue itself is incredibly beautiful and unique-- we live in Roseville so the drive was a bit of a pain, but 100% worth it when we saw how beautiful our wedding was. All of our guests raved about how amazing it was and how different from weddings they've been to (the usual golf clubs, vineyards, ballrooms, etc). It feels intimate but spacious, and the lush gardens were to die for. Our photographers adored it, every backdrop inside and out is stunning. I would recommend this venue to ANYONE, we just loved it.

the best for you. She provides a wealth of knowledge from weddings past and works to help provide a seamless, stressfree day to be enjoyed by all. She can come off as opinionated but if you communicate with her she will accomidate most anything you wish. The property is beautiful, feels warm and inviting. The vendors she recommends are all wonderful and affordably priced. Once we booked with her everything fell into place. The compliments from our guests were plentiful. We could have asked for a more wonderful day or experience.
