Service staff is required at this property, with one team member needed per 25 guests and a minimum of one obligatory bartender, depending on your needs. Also included in the rental price is on-site coordination and a two-hour rehearsal the day before the ceremony. Tiffany was absolutely fantastic to work with. She did SO much leading up to the wedding and day of to make it absolutely perfect. She knows what she’s doing and I can’t imagine how the day would have been if we didn’t have her and all her hard work to make our wedding possible. My husband and I are so grateful that we got married at the Heirloom Inn. It was the perfect venue, a lush and magical garden, a hidden gem!! The Heirloom Inn is beautiful and let me tell you, you are not going to find a place this magical and affordable!! Seriously!!! 5 stars ⭐️ 💕

Tiffany, the venue owner, was incredible. She made things flow beautifully both leading up to the wedding, as well as on the day. I had boxes of decor/misc. items I wanted laid out and she did SUCH a beautiful job, far exceeded my expectations. She was also just so nice and such a fun personality. Tiffany will help make sure your day is amazing. Cannot recommend her enough.

There is literally not enough good things I can say about Tiffany and the rest of the staff at The Heirloom Inn. We knew immediately that this was the perfect place because Tiffany didn't flinch at all my weird ideas and non-traditional plans! We had to reschedule due to the pandemic, and I've never been more happy to have a good partner. Tiffany somehow made that easy and stress-free, too. Once we finally got to the day of, I really didn't know if my vision was going to come together (again, I wanted strange and specific things), but when we arrived for photos, I almost burst into tears. It was beyond perfect. All our guests raved about how beautiful it was and I just kept saying, "It was all Tiffany!" Seriously, everything with her was just so easy: vendors, booze, planning, dealing with our wedding party and parents. She's a total pro! There isn't a wedding without this team and certainly not my dream wedding. THANK YOU ALL.

My Sons wedding was at the Heirloom Inn September 14, 2019. We booked the venue well over a year in advance . It was beautiful very lush and green and very vintage. It was perfect! 1 month prior to the wedding we went to pick out linens and go over final details of the decor. When we arrived there had been a few changes since we last saw the venue. I will not lie, we were a little stressed out that it was different than what we saw before. Tiffany the owner was very understanding and accommodating to us. She made sure everything was set up and put back the way it was when we booked the venue. The venue is beautiful during the day but at night it is magic! I use the word magic because I had guest come to me that night and say that it was magical and they have never been to a wedding that was as beautiful as this one. If your looking for a venue that is special and that you and your guests will never forget book the Heirloom Inn. Work with Tiffany , tell her your vision and bring pictures ! Pictures help a lot ... sometimes words get lost in translation . Zero regrets

Amazing venue and staff! Sherri goes above and beyond to help your wedding day flow perfectly, and she also does her best to help you save money! We barely had to buy any decorations, since Sherri has so many that we can use at no charge. Tiffany was our day of coordinator and worked quickly and efficiently, and was available for any questions I had. Sherri always responded quickly to my emails, and was happy to meet with us whenever we needed to. They arranged the flowers I brought for my cake (which looked fantastic), and it was such a relief to have them taking care of everything so I could enjoy my day! Would highly recommend, especially if you're looking to save money but still have your wedding look they way you want.

The venue is beautiful. The Inn is set back in a lush, well-maintained garden that is unexpected for the little town. Sherry and the staff are great about making sure you don’t worry about a thing on your special day. Our family left saying it was one of the best weddings they’ve attended.

Absolutely gorgeous setting. Our May 27, 2018 wedding was an absolute dream. Sherry and her team do a wonderful job coordinating the event day of and helping run things seamlessly. All our guests adored the setting.

My husband and I got married here one year ago in June. After all of this time, I still feel this was the absolute best venue we could have ever found! Sheri is AMAZING! It's a one stop shop in terms of venue, catering, DJ, etc., because Sheri is connected with each vendor. My job as a bride was incredibly easy and care free. I planned my wedding of 115 guests in 7 months time but was actually done in one month due to Sheri and her connections. I can't recommend this place enough, not to mention the amazing price to rent it. Highly recommend to anyone!!

I honestly wish I could get married again just so that I could work with Sherry and her team again! My husband and I got married on September 26th at the Heirloom Inn and it could not have been more perfect! The venue is breath-taking and has a very laid back atmosphere. It's truly a hidden gem tucked away in Ione. I can't even begin to describe how amazing Sherry is! She helped our wedding be absolutely wonderful! She has a list of preferred vendors (which we used pretty much all of them) and makes sure that we had everything we needed. When we showed up at 12pm the day of the wedding, everything was already set up. We did not have to do anything but relax and get ready. Our guests could not stop telling us how beautiful everything was (beautiful gardens, beautiful lights, beautiful atmosphere, etc) I love Sherry because she is so blunt, tells it how it is and won't take shit from no one! I am seriously going to miss working with her! The Heirloom inn is such an amazing place and we are so glad we got to spend our special day there!

I had my wedding here in June 2014 and absolutely LOVED it. The pictures do not do this place justice. This place is an absolute hidden gem. I love the greenery, the layout of the space, the privacy and the character. The Inn is definitely old, 1863 to be exact, and it shows. The inside could definitely use lots of updates but the garden is where Sherry (the owner) sparkles. Sherry is loving and firm at the same time. You don't just book your wedding with her and never contact her again, she will help you with budget and planning, as well as answer any questions you may have. She's a pro! I would get married a thousand times at this venue if I could. My entire day was perfect.

Sherry and her staff really went the extra mile to make the wedding beautiful and as stress free as possible. She does a great job coordinating day of and her staff is expert at maintaining minimum visibility at the event while getting their jobs done. The venue is beautiful, especially at night when the light strings and projectors are illuminating the trees.

We had our 7/20/2013 wedding at The Heirloom Inn and things could not have gone more smoothly! Sherry is AMAZING! She helped with all aspects of planning and provided great suggestions on vendors/what works well, without ever seeming pushy! The grounds looked amazing. She helped with all the day of set-up and made the day run so smoothly it was almost unreal. She also took extra steps to make sure things were what I wanted, replanting parts of the garden that had been affected by a recent heat wave, bought more flowers for the alter - she really blew me away with her kindness and attention to detail. She and her staff also set my centerpieces and flowers up to perfection, in fact better than I had planned them! It was an amazing day and I will be forever greatful to her and her staff for making things so perfect!

This location is amazing! The setting is picturesque, with lush greenery and beautiful flowers to make each photo uniquely special. The inside of the inn is equally unique, with old-school charm. Hands down, the coolest venue we checked out. Plus, the prices are more than reasonable, and the coordinator, Sherry, is awesome.

We toured several venues before we saw the Heirloom-- when we saw it we loved it, and when we talked to Sherry, I was sold. From what we saw, you usually get two options with venues: 1, have complete control over vendors, decor, etc, but do it all yourself. Or 2, give control to the venue and they'll take care of it all. With the Heirloom, you get the best of both worlds. Sherry let us bring it all of our stuff (including alcohol!! HUGE $$ saver!), but she and her staff totally executed our vision down to the last detail without us, or our friends and family, having to do a thing. She was a dream to work with. The venue itself is incredibly beautiful and unique-- we live in Roseville so the drive was a bit of a pain, but 100% worth it when we saw how beautiful our wedding was. All of our guests raved about how amazing it was and how different from weddings they've been to (the usual golf clubs, vineyards, ballrooms, etc). It feels intimate but spacious, and the lush gardens were to die for. Our photographers adored it, every backdrop inside and out is stunning. I would recommend this venue to ANYONE, we just loved it. THANK YOU SHERRY!! We would do it again here in a heartbeat.

The Heirloom Inn is a quaint location tucked back in California Gold Country. It used to operate as a B&B and is only a wedding and party venue. The proprietor, Sherry, wants the best for you. She provides a wealth of knowledge from weddings past and works to help provide a seamless, stressfree day to be enjoyed by all. She can come off as opinionated but if you communicate with her she will accomidate most anything you wish. The property is beautiful, feels warm and inviting. The vendors she recommends are all wonderful and affordably priced. Once we booked with her everything fell into place. The compliments from our guests were plentiful. We could have asked for a more wonderful day or experience.
