I am so glad I decided to hire Hipstr for my daughters grad party. It was the best decision I made that day. It was so easy and I was able to enjoy the guests and my daughter without worrying about photos. It was so easy and fun!!

Hipstr had good communication and follow up. One of the things that I was most excited about was the scrapbook that guests could put pictures in and write a message as they had their pics taken. I also liked that they had the 4x6 pics and my daughter and son in law enjoyed creating their Bitmoji. Well...there was no scrapbook at the wedding reception. The guy acted like he didn’t know what I was talking about and then said he would make sure we got it. Kind of defeats the purpose when your guests can’t write their messages. Big disappointment in that area. We did receive a scrapbook and pictures a week or so later, but now my daughter has to tape the pictures in it. It’s not the kind where you slide the 4x6 pic in as advertised. 🙄🙄Also, the props ...there weren’t that many and they weren’t that great. For a company that promotes themselves as well as hipstr does, they should make sure they show up with what was offered. Our guests did have a good time. I was disappointed in the props and no scrapbook...the main reason for booking them in the first place.

Don't expect good service and to get what you paid for or to have good communication with this company. We booked well in advance and paid for everything upfront at booking, got the upgraded package with the gifs and guest photobook and were looking forward to them doing a great job. The rep shows up late on the wedding day and does not bring wedding props but brings props with cop hats and Mario cartoon costume hats (wth?!!), then proceeds to tell me that he "forgot" the guest photo book we paid for so none of the guests can write in it. He said he would get one for us in 2 days though, weeks later we still don't have it. He never showed the guests all of the cool features we paid for like gifs, or being able to send the photos direct to social media, text or email. Luckily I at least remembered to tell a few people myself about the photo sharing options. He was not mean or rude, he just did not care that this was a very important day for the bride and groom and try to make it special or try and make up for screwing up the props and forgetting to bring the photo book, he just didn't care much about any of it. I thought this issue might be isolated to the rep, so I contacted the company (which you can only do by email apparently unless you are booking an event), to let them know, get an explanation and in hopes of getting the book we paid for. Good luck talking to a real human being! All I got each time is a standard email saying it has been escalated and will be responded to in 24-48 hours, it has been weeks and no response, I hate giving bad reviews, I know they can hurt, but I really would not recommend them at all if they can screw up this bad and do not respond when something goes wrong. Anyone can screw up, but holy moly, call the person back and try and make it right when it does.

These guys are AMAZING! Their photobooth was excellent and they gave us a great deal. Sometimes I feel like some photobooths can look cheesy or have too many props...their equipment and props were "top of the line" and looked really classy! Our attendant for the day, Fawaz S., was super friendly and helpful and communicative. We loved you guys being part of our night - thank you for everything!

I was hesitant to use HIPSTR photobooth at first because I thought it was a little over my budget, but I knew how awesome it was after having experienced it at a friend's wedding. I talked to sales and the good people at Hipstr were able to meet me halfway with my budget in mind. I'm so glad I was able to have them at my wedding as it turned out to be super popular with all my guests (young and old). I saw people who did not know each other previously connect through the photobooth, employees at the reception having a good time goofing off at the end of the night, family members, old friends- it was really great seeing everyone enjoying themselves in the photos when the night just flew by. I would recommend this to everyone! The service was great- our photobooth operator Joseph was super cool and patient with us taking multiple stupid pictures. Overall I'm glad I picked Hipstr.

I'm glad that I convinced my husband to get a photo booth for our wedding. The Hipstr team is SO responsive to your requests and highly professional. One of my favorite parts of the wedding was seeing my guests' photos from the photo booth. I know everyone enjoyed having Hipstr there, and it added so much fun!

Hipstr was hired by one of my couples for their July wedding. As a planner I appreciate any vendor who can come in to a venue space, set up and instill confidence that they are professional and able to get the job done. Hipstr did a fantastic job at our wedding. The glittery gold background looked wonderful, the props were great, photos were quickly available online after the wedding, and Tyler the attendant put together a great photo album for us to take home, with notes from our guests. I have to be honest, I was a little reluctant to use Hipstr just based on their name alone. But my fiance (now my wife! :)) and I kept on coming across all of these great reviews. So I finally broke down and reached out to them, and boy am I glad I did! They were so easy to work with- i had signed a contract with them before some other companies I reached out to even responded to my initial inquires. They made things so easy for us throughout the process. And they were great on the day of the wedding! Everything went smoothly, and Ryan the host we had from Hipstr was great! At the end of the night he handed us an album with all of the pictures (plus we have an online gallery) so now we have all of these fun pics of our friends/family from the wedding!

Our technician/host and the support team at Hipstr was great to work with from beginning to end. The props, photo quality, and backdrop were perfect. We would highly recommend our host, Joseph, to others as he was very friendly, accommodating, and great with the guests + kids. We also greatly appreciated his efforts to fill up the "guestbook" with the photostrips as the night went along. Likewise, prior to the event, the support team at Hipstr was very easy to work with and super fast to respond via email. We are very appreciative of Hipstr for making the photobooth at our wedding memorable and seamless!

Hipstr was really easy to work with. I was unsure about whether or not I wanted a photobooth at my wedding, so I just reached out for a quote. I got an immediate response, which was nice. A few months later, I decided I actually did want the photo booth, and Hipstr was kind enough to honor the original price that I was quoted, since their prices had gone up since I first inquired. The attendant working in the booth was helpful and sweet. I appreciated that they had electronic resources to choose your options as well - less room for error. Overall a very easy experience!

We used Hipstr for our wedding on April 19, 2019. They were amazing. There customer service was great and also responded when needed. They were also in contact with the vendor when asked. For the wedding, Johnny was our photo booth attendant and he was great! Only downside was that we asked for a specific prop (floatie) and it was not brought to the wedding. We highly recommend Hipstr!

Our hipstr representative was timely, professional, thorough! Our guests had a blast. 20-somethings up through 85yr old guests had so much fun, gained many laughs, and gave us priceless photos. hipstr provided us our own album at the end of the event and an electronic album. We loved the services from the moment that I had booked their services to our actual event. The admin team is very responsive and answered all of my questions. Our guests had a great time with the photobooth and I’m so thankful that our photobooth specialist, Sean/Shawn kept recommending our guests to not only take photos but also do gifs and sign the photo album he had put together for us. We really appreciate the nice photo album that we got to take home and being able to see the gallery right away. No complaints whatsoever. My husband and I had an amazing experience with Hipster! We hired them for our wedding's photobooth. It was a huge hit. Joseph was our photobooth attendant. He was fun, kind, and passionate! He kept the party rolling and even jumped into some pictures with our guests. We love the album of all the photostrips. A fun and personal keepsake of our big day. Our Hipstr Photo Booth was incredibly popular with everyone at our daughter's wedding on 5/4/2019! We all had a blast and loved getting the print photos as well as an email with copies of all the images! Thank you for such a tremendous addition to our celebration! Our Hipstr Host was busy all evening!

We have used Hipstr for our nonprofit gala for the past 2 years. Both times they have been punctual, professional, and a delight to work with. Our guests love the photobooth and the ability to print their photos as well as e-mail or text them. This year Hipstr included Boomerangs and GIFs, which were a big hit! In my opinion, they are the most reasonably priced option in NYC and I would definitely recommend.

This is THE Photo Booth company to hire. The amount of props are amazing, they even made a photo album with our guests photos and notes that they wrote to us, that was such an awesome surprise!!! Our guests loved it and all of them used it! They let you print out the photos and let you download all the pics for free. I'm so happy we hired them! Our wedding was in LA and they luckily work out there too :) They are super professional and the attendant was awesome!!!

HIPSTR was amazing. They called me to clarify details, and to make our own special design for the printed photos for guests. The host was amazing and kept the guests involved and made sure the groom and I took photos as well with family. The photos and gifs weren’t sending to guests the day of the event but they retroactively sent them on Monday to everyone! Which was an awesome surprise for guests and reminder of the fun they had over The Weekend. Worth every penny and they gave us an album to take home of everyone’s photo. I can’t rave enough they were perfect!

We absolutely enjoyed our experience with Hipstr from beginning to end! Their photo booth was clean and organized throughout our event. The attendant (wish we had his name so we could give him props) was dressed professionally and was super courteous to all our guests. The photo booth itself was awesome because it was open air so we were able to fit a bunch of people into the shot. We also got a lot of compliments on our emblem which Kristy was so helpful with. We couldn't decide how to color coordinate the emblem and the backdrop so Kristy took the time to help us out and gave us enough options to work with but not too many to overwhelm us. Contacting them was a breeze, their pricing is straight forward, and our expectations were blown away. We are recommending them to everyone we know. Thank you Hipstr for being outstanding at our wedding!

We had Evan an another associate at our wedding in September 2018. These two guys made the Photo Booth experience very fun with a lot of our wedding guest stating that that was the most fun Photo Booth experience they had. It was really nice as the attendants made sure that us as married couple to get in the Photo Booth at the beginning of the night to take our pictures before all the craziness happened. Overall we 100% recommend Hipstr Photo Booth and Evan was an excellent host. We really enjoyed their kindness and how fun they were. Thank you again.

Initial contact with this company was great. Everything was well organized and as promised. Day of wedding the photo booth attendant showed up without the photo printer. We didn't get our guests party favors because we thought photo strips would be the perfect touch. They also did not bring a back-drop and all the photos looked horrible with a shadow. Contacted Hipstr immediately after the wedding and they said they would print everything and mail them to me because they felt bad. They told me the pictures were posted on Facebook and they only put up 13. Also said they would provide a partial refund. It took weeks of back and fourth to get the money refunded that they promised. They asked me for my address twice and never sent any photos. $1500 literally down the drain. I don't recommend for a wedding.

We saw Hipstr Photobooth at a wedding expo that I was hesitant to go to, and it was fate because we found this gem! Hiring Hipstr was the easiest decision we made throughout the wedding process. They were extremely responsive, organized, easy to work with, communicative, and the value for what we got in return was amazing. Not only did all of our photos come out awesome, but they projected the photos in real time at our venue, provided unlimited printouts and digital versions, fun photobooth props, backdrops, helped us create our own unique look for the photo strips themselves with logos, etc., and best of all--gave us an amazing album/guest book to take away with us directly after the wedding. Since our wedding, we've recommended them to everyone we know and we had two friends hire them for their own weddings and love them. Hipstr will be an awesome addition to your wedding day and we highly recommend them!!

What a great team of people! The folks at Hipstr were so wonderful throughout our entire planning process. They answered all of our questions quickly and thoroughly and were so professional to work with. The day of our wedding they arrived on time, set up quickly, and were extremely fun and high energy all night long. Immediately following the event they surprised us with a photo album of everyone's pictures and sent us a link to an online gallery. Hipstr was a total *HIT* at our wedding on 9/1/2018! Everyone loved Josiah and had such a blast at the booth - the props were on point and we loved the classic gold sequin backdrop. People went on and on about how amazing out photobooth was. Perfection! Leading up to the wedding, the communication with Hipstr was clear, prompt and the custom design process was also very streamlined - this made wedding planning much easier for me! I didn't have to worry at all about Hipstr - they were professional, buttoned up and always positive in their communications. The best part was the album/guestbook that we get to keep forever - my husband and I had so much fun looking at all the photos from the night and reading our guests messages when it was all said and done. It was also awesome to see all the photos up on Facebook so quickly and everyone tagging one another - the memories live on. We definitely recommend Hipstr and would give them 6 stars if I could. We used hipstr photobooth at our wedding on November 3rd. Everyone loved the photobooth and it was so nice to get all of the pictures from the night after our wedding! We had Dan running our booth and he did an incredible job!
