The Holly Vault

- they answered all of our questions, gave killer recommendations for other vendors, and helped to make everything run smoothly on our wedding day. Booking your wedding with The Holly Vault Collection means you’re going to be taken care of. They’ve thought of everything. Their team is incredible, the food is great, the bridal & grooms suites are cute and comfortable, there are plenty of areas to take gorgeous photos, and the housing you can book along with the venue is the icing on the cake of the most perfect wedding weekend you could imagine. Samantha was such a thoughtful, patient, detail-oriented, and responsive coordinator. These qualities embody the professionalism that you’ll get when you work with The Holly Vault!

day she was very attentive and make sure me and my husband were taken care off. She made the morning of so much more relaxing for us. Definitely recommend!! I loved every second of our wedding. The team at holly vault truly make the whole process so much easier and overall amazing.

t the greatest people .

a lovely entrance for our guests.    There were many areas for amazing photos.  The food provided by the venue was delicious and accommodating for all dietary needs.  Our coordinator (Samantha) was the best!   Not only did she help immensely by being available to answer any questions and give suggestions for the big day, she made the wedding day run so smoothly!   Our experience with the Holly Vault was fantastic.   Between the gorgeous venue and professional staff we couldn’t have had a better place for our special day.

s incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of. Their support made the entire day feel effortless and special. I'd give a special shout out to Hannah Metzger, for everything! The food was delicious, and our guests couldn’t stop raving about it! From start to finish, the experience with The Holly Vault team was wonderful. Everyone had a fantastic time, and we couldn’t have asked for a better setting for such a special occasion. It was a perfect celebration, and I’m so grateful to everyone who helped make it happen.

many options to enjoy throughout the evening. It has something for everyone. Purchasing the coordination package is a must! Our coordinator, Jessica was nothing short of amazing. Her response time was immediate, to the many emails that we sent. She and her team decorated the venue just as we asked. We could not have asked for anything better. She was attentive to every detail and every special request that we made. She is truly a gem and wonderful at her job! I am so happy that we decided on the Holly Vault Collection for the Frederick/LaPlante wedding! The day was perfect!

ortive venue team to bring our vision to life. Our day-of coordinator, Samantha, was truly exceptional. She exceeded every expectation, walking me through every detail with calm, confidence, and care. She made the planning process feel significantly less overwhelming, and on the big day, she ensured everything ran smoothly, allowing us to enjoy every moment truly. I can't thank her enough! We were married in the stunning Garden and held our reception in the Pavilion. Both spaces were picture-perfect and flowed beautifully. From the setup crew to the bartenders, every member of the Holly Vault team was kind, professional, and on top of it all. Our guests are still raving about the venue and how seamless everything felt. If you’re looking for a venue that’s not only gorgeous but staffed by people who genuinely care about your experience, I can’t recommend The Holly Vault enough. They made our dream day a reality!

ue staff was amazing but I would highly highly recommend the day of coordinator, we had Hannah and she truly made the event and was so helpful I could not imagine the wedding without her!!

ldn't have been more professional or seamless. We met with Alisa for our initial site visit and she was so kind and helpful walking us through each venue. She listened and answered the several questions we had and never made us feel like we were asking too much. Our day of coordinator Hannah deserves a raise! The sweetest human who ensured our day went off without a single hiccup. Her coordination of vendors allowed me to enjoy the morning and as a Type A person, that alone was worth every penny. She was so good about anticipating needs and taking care of them before we even noticed. I cannot thank her enough for everything she did to make our day so perfect!! Not only is she great at her job, but she was just a kind, genuine person who made our day so much better! The food was the best wedding food I've ever had (even without my bride bias). I was so surprised that the buffet tasted the exact same as our tasting and the quality of food can't be matched. Our guests couldn't get over how delicious the food was and almost a month later, I still have people raving to me about it. They were also able to easily accommodate the few guests we had who had food allergies which eased my mind. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous. Having different spaces for guests to go heightened the experience as people could find where they were most comfortable and no one felt trapped. Our May wedding was made more beautiful by the gorgeous patio which was filled with flowers and greenery. We utilized the getting ready rooms and it was the perfect space for both sides of the bridal party. We had almost 10 girls getting ready at once and never did we feel like there wasn't enough room. They didn't miss a single need. The entire staff was beyond professional from beginning to end - wait staff, bartenders, coordinators, and setup/teardown. As a bride who had an endless amount of boxes for decor, they brought my vision to life better than I even imagined it. No part of our day was missed, down to the smallest of details and I can't say enough good things about Venue One Eleven and it's staff. Our day was perfect and I couldn't be more grateful!

all of the venues (that included answering the millions of questions we had), and truly made us feel like she cared about us and our wedding. I want to start by giving a shoutout to our wedding coordinator, Meredith. This woman was an actual angel. From having sit down meetings with us, quickly responding to any questions we had over email, to reaching out to our vendors before the wedding - she truly helped me keep my sanity in the midst of wedding planning! I would highly recommend her to anyone. If it wasn't for her I'm not sure our wedding would have went as smooth as it did. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! Now onto the venue, we chose the Nova Room and Pavilion and it did NOT disappoint. Guests were raving not only about the beautiful space, but also the food. I have been to my fair share of weddings and I know how the food can be sometimes. But the food at our venue was AMAZING. Thank you so much to everyone over at the Holly Vault Collection, we could not recommend you enough!

THING was amazing. We were welcomed and given every opportunity to make the event our very own vision. The food, the staff, the genie was top notch. BOOK IT!

to the Pavilion with Carri, we were in love. The space is incredibly gorgeous, and is unique in the sense that it was a bank or a school prior to now. We've yet to attend a wedding in a space that is as beautiful and special as any of the Holly Vault locations. Special shoutout to Carri who gave us a tour of all that they offer you for your big day, as well as Alisa Sherwood and especially Kaitlin Pattee. Kaitlin was our day of coordinator and also did our 30 day meeting with us. Leading up to the 30 day meeting, we had an invoice we had been working off of and we didn't take into account that fees and taxes still needed to be added on. Once that happened, in all honesty I PANICKED. But then we got on the phone with Kaitlyn, and she helped us make some adjustments so that we were in a better spot with the final balance. Without Kaitlyn, I might've had a full panic attack! The day of our wedding she was so helpful, and checked with me a couple of times to view how they had set up to ensure we loved the decor. She was amazing the entire night and even the next day! If you're considering the Holly Vault, go visit, you'll see. :) I'm SO glad we decided to use the Holly Vault and would recommend it to anyone looking for venues. Our pictures are absolutely stunning and we will love Holly and the staff at the Holly Vault eternally for the experience we had!

nd the staff’s work during the big day were noticed by our guests and so appreciated by us! They set everything up better than I could’ve imagined and packed it back up with so much care and organization. They were amazing and made our wedding feel seamless!

ss. They answered all of my questions usually within 24 hours. I appreciated the care and dedication that they took to making our big day a success. Our coordinator Jessica, our day of coordinator, was fantastic. She was great at offering advice and providing suggestions. We were able to schedule calls or visits with her when we needed it. Our day ran so smoothly thanks to their team. They did an amazing job following my instructions to set up the space exactly how I wanted. Also the venue space was amazing. There was so much light during the day and at dinner time. Everything was so clean and well organized. I loved everything about my wedding and would highly recommend the Holly Vault for anyone getting married. *Photos taken by Michele Maloney*

is amazing so friendly and always willing to help if anything goes wrong they’ve got it ! Highly recommend!!

ue that could have carried that same vision better than the Holly Vault. From the set up and floor plan to the attention to detail, the space was perfect for everyone. I have had so many guests tell me how wonderful a time they had spending the wedding in very different areas: some on a packed dance floor in the banquet room, others enjoying the amazing patio, the desserts in between the bar and the banquet room (not to mention the gorgeous bar with amazingly quick service), and the more quiet couches and tables away from the usual wedding chaos for older relatives. Truly everyone enjoyed themselves wherever they were. Our main goal was to provide our guests with food, drinks, and a good time and the Holly Vault staff came through. The food was really wonderful (so much so that people are still commenting with surprise on how delicious everything was – compared to wedding food expectations!). We were able to really customize the menu for cocktail hour and dinner and I appreciated that. I had loved the lasagna roll – would it be okay if I made that the pasta dish? What if we subbed another potato dish in place of a vegetable? Could we do a s’mores bar on the patio? All accomplished with such ease. The care and thought put into special food requests also had my guests feeling seen enough to comment on. The bar packages and customizations were straightforward. Signature drinks? Provide any outside ingredients and directions, done. From the initial tour through to post wedding communication, the staff of the Holly Vault has been top notch. I have truly felt like I am working in collaboration with our coordinator to plan a special event for me and not just another event in an event space on a defined date. We had consistent communication and knew what we needed to do and when, greatly relieving the wedding planning stress. With such insight into the local wedding industry, the Holly Vault was able to provide vendor recommendations, which also eased planning stress because the vendors regularly work events there. Not to mention all recommendations were excellent! I do not know that I can say enough about our coordinator, Hannah. She answered all of my questions (and there were a lot) with such expertise. Any thought or suggestion I threw out, she came back with updates, more information, etc. She made everything so incredibly simple. On the day of the wedding, she was amazing. She helped make my vision come to life better than I could have imagined alongside those helping set up. I was in no way worried or stressed on the day of my wedding and as a bride, I don’t know what more you could ask for. The Holly Vault stands as a love letter to the community of Holly the surrounds it. During my wedding weekend of October 25-27, 2024, I felt like a part of that community. My guests and I were able to make a home away from home here and experience a wedding for the books.

h has so much character and is so unique. Aside from their beautiful venue, the staff are some of the kindest people we have ever met! Everyone truly cares about your experience and making your day special. Hannah, our wedding coordinator, was AMAZING! She was the sweetest person and allowed us to be stress-free on wedding day and made the months leading up to wedding day so much easier. We could relax knowing Hannah was working her magic!! Also, our guests could not say enough good things about how yummy the food was! Overall, could not have asked for a better experience and we were so happy with the Holly Vault + team!

her enough. She was absolutely amazing, answered all of our questions, thought about everything we would’ve forgotten- i cannot emphasize enough how wonderful it was to have her and have our wedding here. 10000% recommend. I wouldn’t have changed a single thing about our experience.

job with our wedding, everything was perfect!

truly made our wedding the most amazing day of our lives. Her attention to detail and ability to bring a vision to life are incredible! I could not recommend her or Venue One eleven enough.

as above and beyond expected. Alisa was our wedding coordinator, and she was the best! She kept everyone on top of things and ran a tight ship.

mmend the Holly Vault and Sam!!!

done up on the day of was magical. When you book with them you know you’re in good hands. The owner Cari is wonderful. Our coordinators Kaitlyn and Samantha were amazing! We truly did not have a single worry because of them. They are so great at what they do. They handled every minor detail so we were left to just simply enjoy our day. The food at this venue was also amazing! Like I said, I can go on and on with compliments. Everything about this venue and the people was amazing. I highly recommend!

so spacious & beautiful. It’s pre-decorated which made our lives so much easier and saved us a lot of money in the long run. The courtyard is filled with flowers & was a good place to step away from the dance floor for some fresh air. The stage was perfect for our band & made it feel like we were at a concert! We rented the townhouse about 10 steps across the road from the venue for our wedding parties. It was AMAZING to be so close to the venue for the entire weekend & it is decorated SO cute. It sleeps about 16 guests so our wedding parties didn’t have to worry about driving the night of the wedding & my bridesmaids & I used the top floor to get ready together the morning of. Our coordinator, Alisa, was the biggest blessing we could have asked for. That woman went above and beyond to make our lives as easy as possible. She has worked with many vendors in the area in the past so it made planning the day of timeline much easier for us! Wedding planning can be stressful & expensive, but Alisa managed every stressor & helped to save us money too. We trusted her completely & welcomed any & all of her advice.

to the HVC by a friend, I immediately booked a tour and that same day said yes to this venue. Due to our anticipated guest count, we fell in love with the Nova Room and Pavilion (which was still newly under construction when we toured). We decided to add on their Day of Coordinator (which is a MUST) and we were thankful to have Samantha as ours. As much as the venue itself is beautiful and just what I wanted, we wouldn’t have been able to bring my vision to life without the help of Samantha. Not only was she helpful & communicative during all of the planning, her attentiveness the day of is what really stuck out to us. From helping us set up our backdrop we brought in, to making sure we had drinks at our table before grand entrances, to giving her bar staff a break and helping behind the bar, Samantha really deserves so much credit and we are so thankful for her. During our tasting, our family raved about the food. We ended up picking 3 different protein options (sirloin, chicken marsala, blackened seasoned salmon) for our guests to choose from as the food was phenomenal. Oh, and their charcuterie board for cocktail hour is MASSIVE! We have been given so many compliments on our venue. Our venue was probably a 45 minute drive for most of our guests and they all raved about the different spaces - dining room AKA nova room, the outdoor space by the fountain, the “library” bar, and of course the Pavilion where our dancing took place. I could continue to highlight many more things about this venue but you have to see it for yourself. Thank you Cari, Alisa, Samantha & everyone else at the HVC. We appreciate you all!! - Marisa & Nick 7.27.24

absolutely amazing. She responded to emails quickly, executed our vision perfectly, and always made sure we had a drink at our reception. We could not have been more happy with Samantha’s vendor recommendations. They were all amazing. In addition, The Vault looked stunning and the food tasted very good. We got so many compliments from family and friends about the staff and venue. I highly recommend getting married at The Holly Vault, you won’t be disappointed!!

nd it showed. Be prepared for all of your guests, the young and more mature, to be on the dance floor for the duration of their performance. The music perfectly flowed to keep the event moving. Still can t get over how fast the evening went by, A very rememberable performance. Thank You, BWKB!

was SO amazing. I was so thankful for her. The day of the wedding, they were so much help. I had mentioned I was hungry at cocktail hour, but was not able to get around to eating for some reason. Word got around to the employees, and they made sure I got a plate from the charcuterie board (highly recommended). Throughout the entire night they were SO thoughtful. There were many more positive experiences that I can think of!! We thank them so much for the wedding of our dreams!!!

n I could have ever imagined. I was so calm the morning of knowing that the day was in her hands, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Her creative eye took my breathe away when I saw what she brought to life. Couldn’t recommend her and this venue enough!

lped our day run so smoothly!! The staff on our day of were fantastic and professional as well and took great care of us and all the guests and keeping everything tidy. All our guests were impressed and it was super convenient to have lodging right across the street for our out of town bridal party and family members. What a perfect day. Thank you Hannah and Holly Vault staff for turning our dream day into reality!!

g was missed.. until we got to the Holly Vault! As soon as we toured it my husband and I knew it was the perfect venue. The getting ready loft is absolutely beautiful and so spacious. The Chapel is simple and gorgeous. And the vault was the perfect mix of intimate and warm but rustic as well! The food was great, especially the salmon, so many positive comments from our guests! The planning team is absolutely amazing and our coordinator Samantha was my actual lifeline during the planning process, she is a must!! Everything went so smooth on the day of. If I could do it all again, I would choose the Holly Vault a million times!

g just that. We did have some issues with the staff working that day, but I did talk to Alisa about it right away to bring it to their attention. Alisa called me from her personal cell and wanted to discuss with me the issues I had and apologized. The food was excellent!

y really brought our vision to life. The staff has so much experience and great suggestions to help plan your day! We are so happy we chose to host our special day here!

g I didn’t have to worry about a thing, they took care of it all and made our vision, our dream wedding!!! I highly suggest booking your wedding with the Holly Vault collection. My husband & I are truly Grateful and full of love. A special shout out to Alisa who I worked very closely with & her team for EVERYTHING! It was truly an amazing day we will remember forever.

the on the day coordinating (HIGHLY RECOMMEND). If you are looking around for a beautiful venue you trust to make you day special, please consider the Holly Vault and Holly Chapel! ❤️

" anything when they're giving tours, because the venue sells itself. The staff: Aside from how beautiful it is, the staff could not be better. 100% recommend hiring a day of coordinator through the venue. Alisa S. was our coordinator, and we could not have asked for a better person. Alisa was so on top of everything! She had everything running smoothly, went above and beyond in everything, was incredible during the planning process, and helped add special touches that were personal. Alisa and Cari (the owner) know how to run a business, make everyone happy, and ensure their staff is on top of everything. They are always 10 steps ahead. The venue: The Vault and the chapel are stunning, spacious, cozy, and elegant. The chapel has audio set up so you can play your own music. We had a friend do it from his phone, which saved us a lot of money on a DJ. The food was delicious. So many of our guests said how great the food was. We stayed in the cottage suites (a house you can rent from the venue) and that was a lot of fun, too. It is super nice and fits so many people and cars in case you want to stay there with your bridal party or if you have a lot of out of town guests. Cannot recommend The Vault enough!

credibly excited when we found the Holly Vault. They were super easy to work with and accommodating. It was a great price for just renting the space for the ceremony only.

om room to room and not be stuck in one room the entire day, especially with almost 200 guests. The fact we were able to have our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception all in different areas was amazing since none of the events were held outside since we had a winter wedding. Many positive notes - The staff was extremely accommodating as far as tours and walk throughs went! Kerri, the Sales Manager who held our tour was what helped ‘sell’ the venue to us, she was a very positive and pleasant person! We even saw her on our wedding day and she assisted where needed, which definitely was a huge help that she stepped in and was involved in our wedding day even though that wasn’t planned or expected. Alisa, the Venue Director was extremely prompt throughout the entire experience. Responding to emails/calls/texts, at all hours, on any day (weekends/holidays included). I never expected to have immediate replies but the fact we got such prompt turn around, made many aspects of wedding planning easy. In addition, there was a hiccup during our actual wedding day and Alisa went out of her way to help solve the problem. Thank you, Alisa! Ashlyn, who was on site the day of our wedding was very sweet, kind and helpful. The staff overall were very hands on, even serving us our food even though we had buffet style. Food was AMAZING, especially for a buffet. We received many compliments on the food. Everything that was planned, was executed exactly the way we needed it to be. There was a few ‘cons’ but the pros definitely out weighed them significantly. There was multiple instances with miscommunication between staff members. We would be told one thing by one person, and then we would speak to a different person and they would tell us a completely different thing. This happened leading up to the wedding and even the day of. It was definitely confusing at times that not everyone on the team was on the same page. More concise and clear communication would have been a huge help to keep everything running seamlessly. More salt maintenance would have gone a long way too, we had multiple guests fall walking in the parking lot and on the sidewalks. Overall, our wedding day was truly magical. A lot of factors go into a wedding to make it beautiful but the aesthetic of this venue is ‘picture perfect’ and one of the many reasons we chose the venue. Cari and Cash have a wonderful design eye!

accommodate us and captured our vision for everything perfectly. The day was completely stress free for us and everyone was great to work with. We received so many compliments on how beautiful the space was, how great Samantha did coordinating, and how amazing the food was. Would highly recommend!
