From start to finish, the experience with The Holly Vault team was wonderful. Everyone had a fantastic time, and we couldn’t have asked for a better setting for such a special occasion. It was a perfect celebration, and I’m so grateful to everyone who helped make it happen.

Her response time was immediate, to the many emails that we sent. She and her team decorated the venue just as we asked. We could not have asked for anything better. I am so happy that we decided on the Holly Vault Collection for the Frederick/LaPlante wedding! The day was perfect!

We were married in the stunning Garden and held our reception in the Pavilion. Both spaces were picture-perfect and flowed beautifully. From the setup crew to the bartenders, every member of the Holly Vault team was kind, professional, and on top of it all. Our guests are still raving about the venue and how seamless everything felt. If you’re looking for a venue that’s not only gorgeous but staffed by people who genuinely care about your experience, I can’t recommend The Holly Vault enough. They made our dream day a reality!

ue that could have carried that same vision better than the Holly Vault. From the set up and floor plan to the attention to detail, the space was perfect for everyone. I have had so many guests tell me how wonderful a time they had spending the wedding in very different areas: some on a packed dance floor in the banquet room, others enjoying the amazing patio, the desserts in between the bar and the banquet room (not to mention the gorgeous bar with amazingly quick service), and the more quiet couches and tables away from the usual wedding chaos for older relatives. Truly everyone enjoyed themselves wherever they were. Our main goal was to provide our guests with food, drinks, and a good time and the Holly Vault staff came through. The food was really wonderful (so much so that people are still commenting with surprise on how delicious everything was – compared to wedding food expectations!). We were able to really customize the menu for cocktail hour and dinner and I appreciated that. I had loved the lasagna roll – would it be okay if I made that the pasta dish? What if we subbed another potato dish in place of a vegetable? Could we do a s’mores bar on the patio? All accomplished with such ease. The care and thought put into special food requests also had my guests feeling seen enough to comment on. The bar packages and customizations were straightforward. Signature drinks? Provide any outside ingredients and directions, done. From the initial tour through to post wedding communication, the staff of the Holly Vault has been top notch. I have truly felt like I am working in collaboration with our coordinator to plan a special event for me and not just another event in an event space on a defined date. We had consistent communication and knew what we needed to do and when, greatly relieving the wedding planning stress. With such insight into the local wedding industry, the Holly Vault was able to provide vendor recommendations, which also eased planning stress because the vendors regularly work events there. Not to mention all recommendations were excellent! I do not know that I can say enough about our coordinator, Hannah. She answered all of my questions (and there were a lot) with such expertise. Any thought or suggestion I threw out, she came back with updates, more information, etc. She made everything so incredibly simple. On the day of the wedding, she was amazing. She helped make my vision come to life better than I could have imagined alongside those helping set up. I was in no way worried or stressed on the day of my wedding and as a bride, I don’t know what more you could ask for. The Holly Vault stands as a love letter to the community of Holly the surrounds it. During my wedding weekend of October 25-27, 2024, I felt like a part of that community. My guests and I were able to make a home away from home here and experience a wedding for the books.

Everyone truly cares about your experience and making your day special. Hannah, our wedding coordinator, was AMAZING! She was the sweetest person and allowed us to be stress-free on wedding day and made the months leading up to wedding day so much easier. We could relax knowing Hannah was working her magic!! Also, our guests could not say enough good things about how yummy the food was! Overall, could not have asked for a better experience and we were so happy with the Holly Vault + team!

done up on the day of was magical. When you book with them you know you’re in good hands. The owner Cari is wonderful. Our coordinators Kaitlyn and Samantha were amazing! We truly did not have a single worry because of them. They are so great at what they do. They handled every minor detail so we were left to just simply enjoy our day. The food at this venue was also amazing! Like I said, I can go on and on with compliments. Everything about this venue and the people was amazing. I highly recommend!

so spacious & beautiful. It’s pre-decorated which made our lives so much easier and saved us a lot of money in the long run. The courtyard is filled with flowers & was a good place to step away from the dance floor for some fresh air. The stage was perfect for our band & made it feel like we were at a concert! We rented the townhouse about 10 steps across the road from the venue for our wedding parties. It was AMAZING to be so close to the venue for the entire weekend & it is decorated SO cute. It sleeps about 16 guests so our wedding parties didn’t have to worry about driving the night of the wedding & my bridesmaids & I used the top floor to get ready together the morning of. Our coordinator, Alisa, was the biggest blessing we could have asked for. That woman went above and beyond to make our lives as easy as possible. She has worked with many vendors in the area in the past so it made planning the day of timeline much easier for us! Wedding planning can be stressful & expensive, but Alisa managed every stressor & helped to save us money too. We trusted her completely & welcomed any & all of her advice.

We could not have been more happy with Samantha’s vendor recommendations. They were all amazing. In addition, The Vault looked stunning and the food tasted very good. We got so many compliments from family and friends about the staff and venue. I highly recommend getting married at The Holly Vault, you won’t be disappointed!!

was SO amazing. I was so thankful for her. The day of the wedding, they were so much help. I had mentioned I was hungry at cocktail hour, but was not able to get around to eating for some reason. Word got around to the employees, and they made sure I got a plate from the charcuterie board (highly recommended). Throughout the entire night they were SO thoughtful. There were many more positive experiences that I can think of!! We thank them so much for the wedding of our dreams!!!

The staff: Aside from how beautiful it is, the staff could not be better. 100% recommend hiring a day of coordinator through the venue. Alisa S. was our coordinator, and we could not have asked for a better person. Alisa was so on top of everything! She had everything running smoothly, went above and beyond in everything, was incredible during the planning process, and helped add special touches that were personal. Alisa and Cari (the owner) know how to run a business, make everyone happy, and ensure their staff is on top of everything. They are always 10 steps ahead. The venue: The Vault and the chapel are stunning, spacious, cozy, and elegant. The chapel has audio set up so you can play your own music. We had a friend do it from his phone, which saved us a lot of money on a DJ. The food was delicious. So many of our guests said how great the food was. We stayed in the cottage suites (a house you can rent from the venue) and that was a lot of fun, too. It is super nice and fits so many people and cars in case you want to stay there with your bridal party or if you have a lot of out of town guests. Cannot recommend The Vault enough!

The fact we were able to have our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception all in different areas was amazing since none of the events were held outside since we had a winter wedding. Many positive notes - The staff was extremely accommodating as far as tours and walk throughs went! Kerri, the Sales Manager who held our tour was what helped ‘sell’ the venue to us, she was a very positive and pleasant person! We even saw her on our wedding day and she assisted where needed, which definitely was a huge help that she stepped in and was involved in our wedding day even though that wasn’t planned or expected. Alisa, the Venue Director was extremely prompt throughout the entire experience. Responding to emails/calls/texts, at all hours, on any day (weekends/holidays included). I never expected to have immediate replies but the fact we got such prompt turn around, made many aspects of wedding planning easy. In addition, there was a hiccup during our actual wedding day and Alisa went out of her way to help solve the problem. Thank you, Alisa! Ashlyn, who was on site the day of our wedding was very sweet, kind and helpful. The staff overall were very hands on, even serving us our food even though we had buffet style. Food was AMAZING, especially for a buffet. We received many compliments on the food. Everything that was planned, was executed exactly the way we needed it to be. There was a few ‘cons’ but the pros definitely out weighed them significantly. There was multiple instances with miscommunication between staff members. We would be told one thing by one person, and then we would speak to a different person and they would tell us a completely different thing. This happened leading up to the wedding and even the day of. It was definitely confusing at times that not everyone on the team was on the same page. More concise and clear communication would have been a huge help to keep everything running seamlessly. More salt maintenance would have gone a long way too, we had multiple guests fall walking in the parking lot and on the sidewalks. Overall, our wedding day was truly magical. A lot of factors go into a wedding to make it beautiful but the aesthetic of this venue is ‘picture perfect’ and one of the many reasons we chose the venue. Cari and Cash have a wonderful design eye!

Every step of the way they were so accommodating, from random days when we would be in downtown Holly and pop in to see the venue or last minute additions to tasting events. We would definitely recommend looking into the bridal suite/loft and the team of day of wedding coordinators. After being bumped around between a few coordinators (we missed you Miranda!!), we landed with the team of Alisa, Samantha and Ashlyn. I can’t send enough praise to Samantha. When we met Samantha the month before the wedding, we knew right away she was amazing. She put in so much work and time to bring my vision to life, and oh my did she execute. Samantha quickly became a household name in our family, and we can’t stop talking about how great she is. If you’re wanting a wedding venue in the Holly area, The Holly Vault Collection is the best place to look. ALL AROUND AMAZING!

The absolute best wedding coordinator to work with was Samantha Breckenridge...she was so professional, knowledgeable and wanted it to be perfect for us. There was no limit to what she was willing to do for us. Not only was the space beautiful, but the people were incredible to work with. They made us feel like the most important family and it was clear they wanted what we wanted...an experience of a lifetime! The food was awesome, the servers were professional, the advice was spot on. The guests who came were so impressed and kept commenting on what an awesome place The Holly Vault is. I can't say enough positive things about our family's experience. We are so grateful to all the people from The Vault, who helped us. They are an incredible team...every single person.

The day of the food was great and timed perfectly. I could go on and on. Overall, the Holly Vault was a good mix between the elegant industrial flare I was going for, while also keeping things slightly traditional with the ability to use the Chapel for the ceremony. I am VERY pleased and happy with how our day turned out.
