Olivia and the team at The Hotel Salem were so amazing to work with. One of the main reasons we chose The Hotel Salem for our wedding was because of Olivia. She always got back to us ASAP if we had any questions and was so easy to talk to and with work. On the day of the wedding, Olivia and her team made it less stressful and made sure the final details were perfect. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and we’re so appreciative of all the effort she put in to make sure our wedding day was awesome. She was kind, courteous, approachable, and had a great sense of humor. We strongly recommend working with Olivia and her entire team! We can’t wait to go back to The Hotel Salem and visit her again soon!
The Hotel Salem was the absolute best wedding venue I could have ever dreamed of! It was everything I dreamed of and more. Olivia the hotel coordinator is absolutely amazing to work with and made everything so seamless. They are so welcoming and made my vision come to life. The food was perfect - we did a cocktail style with passed app and stations on the roof and it was perfect! I would recommend anyone looking for a unique venue to come here! We had about 55 people on the roof and it was perfect! The most amazing day!
We got married here 9.14.24 and what a dream! Olivia made the entire process from beginning to end nothing but easy. The location is beautiful the staff made everything so special and the food which is often not the greatest at weddings was delicious. We had some celiac allergies in the family and Olivia made sure everyone was taken care of. I really can’t say enough if you love Salem this is the place to get married and Olivia is the girl to make it happen I would get married here over and over if it could! Thank you again.

The mid-century modern décor throughout the venue provided a stunning backdrop for our celebration, and the attention to detail was evident in every corner. From the modern lighting, design and elements with sleek lines of the lobby, to the nod to a speakeasy feel in the cellar, the venue was a no-brainer for our art deco inspired wedding. The coup glasses for our cocktails were a lovely touch that added an elegant flair to our reception.
A tip of the hat to the incomparable Olivia Keefe, whose dedication and enthusiasm truly made our wedding vision come to life. We cannot thank her enough for all she did behind the scenes. Olivia worked tirelessly with us for over a year, ensuring every detail was meticulously planned and executed. Her ability to not only see our vision, but to troubleshoot concerns that never even occurred to us make her premier in the wedding league. Every recommendation for vendors was top notch. Her passion for her work and her genuine care for us made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. We are endlessly grateful for her expertise and support.
The food was another highlight of our day—absolutely delicious! From the delectable offerings during the cocktail hour: the raw bar, Mediterranean board, arancini, etc...to the mouthwatering dishes of salmon and steak served at dinner, every bite was a delight. We love Olivia at the Hotel Salem and her team!!! Olivia is one of the most friendly people we have met and her team was so fun and helpful. The Hotel Salem is a fun and vibrant venue. We had our first look on the roof and the pictures are beautiful with the city in the background. After having our wedding ceremony off site, we had our cocktail hour at The Hotel Salem's Counter restaurant (essentially in the hotel's lobby) which has beautiful big windows and it was amazing appetizers/drinks. Then we had our reception in The Cellar (the hotel's basement) which was perfect for dinner and dancing. It has a long beautiful bar that our guests enjoyed. Olivia helped us to set things up exactly as we wanted and stay on schedule throughout the event. We had the most magical wedding day!
Highly recommend The Hotel Salem! We had our wedding block here for our wedding party, did our rehearsal dinner, and got ready with the bridal and groom party morning of our wedding. We worked with Olivia and she was amazing!!!! Prior to arriving she was super helpful in making sure all our accommodations and rehearsal dinner arrangements were made. She even gave us a peak at some of the rooms our guests would be staying in and where I’d be getting ready with the bridal party. She made everything very little stress and well organized ahead of time. When we arrived the front desk was so friendly! We had a lot of luggage to bring in and they helped make it a lot easier. We even got to our room with a complimentary champagne and wine glasses, so nice!
For the rest of our wedding party we had welcome bags. The front desk delivered them all during check-in.
For the rehearsal dinner, we originally had it planned on the roof but due to weather ended up having it in the Lounge (which was perfect for 30 guests and the were able to close the doors for speeches). Food and service was great! We then made our way to the counter as more guests from our wedding arrived for a drink before. The staff and bartenders were so accommodating and friendly and made our welcome party a lot of fun to kick off the weekend.
On the morning of, the room we got ready in was perfect! Olivia helped to make sure there was a full length mirror, extra table for makeup and hair people, extra chairs to get ready in and champagne glasses for everyone! It was perfect and the r comfortable fit 9 people + 3 makeup and hair artists.

We had our wedding ceremony and reception at The Hotel Salem cellar. The food was incredible, the staff was awesome. Our wedding coordinator Olivia was so communicative and flexible - we loved her! We had our cocktail style reception at The Hotel Salem on 11/11, and working with Olivia and her team was an absolute DREAM. She was so attentive and friendly. The Hotel Salem exceeded every expectation I had, it’s such a great venue if you’re looking for something a little outside the box. The food was excellent and there was so much all night. Olivia made sure all of our questions were answered promptly and that our night went exactly as we wanted it to. I really wouldn’t recommend anyone as highly as Olivia, her team and The Hotel Salem!
We used the Hotel Salem for our farewell brunch after our wedding and booked suites to get ready in. Working with Olivia was so easy. She was always there to answer our questions and was very responsive. The rooms we got ready in were big and beautiful. The bridal suite is perfect for hair and makeup with the best natural light. The staff at this hotel are incredible and so helpful. Our guests loved staying here and the food at our brunch was delish!
Olivia and her team were a breeze to work with! We had our reception in November following the Halloween rush. Everyone was friendly, responsive, and accommodating. We dropped off the decor the night before and were so impressed with their ability to share our vision. The food was great, drinks flowed smoothly all night with our large party, and everyone had a great time on the dance floor. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
The Hotel Salem is a lovely place to get married. Olivia is absolutely wonderful and was so helpful through the whole experience. She was always prompt to answer any questions and made the process very easy. We had planned to hold our ceremony on the Rooftop but unfortunately we were rained out. Olivia was so accommodating, and the setup that was moved down to the Cellar was beautiful. The food was great, and the staff were friendly. It was a perfect day!
Parking in Salem is tight, and we found it difficult to unload all of our wedding supplies. Some of our older guests also struggled with the walk required to get to the hotel. On the flip side, the hotel is surrounded by fun shops and restaurants, and it was great being able to pop in and out to explore Salem by foot.
Overall, I would definitely recommend, especially if you love the atmosphere of Salem!
We stayed at The Hotel Salem for our wedding weekend. Although we had our wedding ceremony off-site in Beverly MA, we hosted a welcome reception the night before and a farewell brunch the morning after our wedding at the Hotel Salem.
We worked with Olivia Keefe and she could not have been easier or better to work with! She was always thinking of the little details that we could easily overlook, like making sure the bride and groom (and families) had early check-in, and delivering all of our welcome gift bags directly into the rooms in our room block. Olivia made everything a breeze and was always available to help or offer recommendations in the area, like where our transportation should do pick-up and drop-off, bar recommendations for the after-party, etc.
The spaces we utilized in The Hotel Salem were great (we used the basement for our welcome reception and the lobby space for our farewell brunch), and the food was delicious! Our guests are still talking about the cinnamon buns from our farewell brunch!
If you are having an event in the area and need a place for you and your guests to stay, or are in need of event space, definitely check out The Hotel Salem! And be sure to ask for Olivia- she is the best!

I can't speak highly enough about our whole experience, from the initial walkthrough to the tasting and coordination throughout the year to the event itself. Olivia is highly skilled at anticipating needs, helping estimate meal planning, and adding sweet touches that make the event feel special. As an LGBTQ+ couple, we felt safe, represented, and celebrated. The food and cocktails were incredible, our guests loved their stay in the hotel and we felt very relaxed and calm about the whole event. Any 'hiccups' that came up were handled swiftly and gracefully, like true professionals. We've received so many compliments from our friends and family, everyone had a great time! The Hotel Salem exceeded every expectation we could have imagined for our special day. Every single staff member at the Hotel Salem was beyond welcoming and accommodating to us and our entire family. We are from the west coast, so our whole family traveled in for the whole week. No one had to stress about anything because it was all taken care of. The entire wedding planning process was as stress free as possible because Olivia took care of EVERYTHING. She gave all of the best preferred vendors and we lucked out with every single one. I am so happy we chose to get married on The Roof. It was a breathtaking view and an incredible night filled with so much happiness and the best service. Our bartender, Andrew had his hands full that night but handled it with such grace and did such an amazing job. I would recommend this venue to anyone and everyone. I wish we could relive this day over and over. We can’t wait to be back and visit everyone at the Hotel Salem!!! Thank you Olivia for being a gem of a human and to the entire staff for being apart of our special week!
The best wedding weekend ever!
We had a large group staying at the hotel and everyone loved their rooms. We stayed in the Lark Suite and groomsmen got ready in there for the wedding day. I and the bridesmaids got ready in the deluxe suite and it was perfect.
Friday night, we had welcome appetizers and drinks for our guests at The Counter. It was perfect for mingling with everyone staying at the hotel the night before. The food was delicious and our guests had a fun kick off to the wedding weekend. Saturday, we did our ceremony and reception in The Cellar. The assistant general manager of the hotel, Olivia, did all the set up with her team for us. We just had to bring all the decor, centerpieces, photo booth, etc. to them, so super easy. Olivia was the best to work with! She made sure the event was right on schedule for each moment and that we had the best time. The food was amazing! So many people complimented how delicious all the appetizers and meals were.
My florist, Little Blooms, was wonderful. We had a white pipping background with twinkle lights that was gorgeous. This was from Consider It Done Special Events. We got married in front of it and had our sweet heart in front of it for the reception so it was worth it.
We had about 130 guests which I would recommend no more than that. We decided to break down two tables to make the dance floor bigger after dinner but it was worth because we had people on the dance floor all night! We used C-Zone for our DJ and Paul was great. Played a variety for our guest but still kept the vibe we wanted all night.
So many of our guest the next day said it was one of the best weddings they have ever been to. We had a blast and love The Hotel Salem! We will definitely be back!
The Hotel Salem met our expectations in every way possible and beyond for our wedding day. Their staff is amazing-accommodating, friendly and welcoming. Olivia was so professional and knows her wedding stuff, but she went the extra mile for us; answering every silly question and helping us find vendors! She is so talented and sweet, on the day of she helped calm my nerves and all our guests have been raving about the amazing venue, staff, food (in house), and that they coordinated it all without a hitch! Plus its the funkiest hotel so if you’re staying there its that much better! We will definitely be going back for dinner or to stay for a weekend! Love love love it there!!
We got married at the Hotel Salem and I can’t recommend it enough! The location was great, the hotel aspect was amazing for my family that traveled out of state. The venue was beautiful. It was my dream venue and I couldn't have asked for a better wedding day! Not only was the venue amazing but the entire Hotel Salem Staff was wonderful. The general manager, Olivia was amazing. Any bride would be lucky to work with her! She was very organized, very responsive and most importantly always made sure I was happy and well taken care of. She truly made my vision of a winter wonderland come to life and I cant thank her enough. I highly recommend this place, and I hope I get the chance to work with them again.

We had our wedding at The Hotel Salem in Salem, MA. It was such a great experience for us! They were amazing to work with and answered our questions in a timely manner as well. The cellar, which is where we had our wedding and reception was beautifully decorated and it was nice that they offered the linens and lanterns for the center pieces!

Where do we even begin?! The venue is absolutely beautiful and sells itself. The moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm and inviting smile from the front desk staff. The team over at The Hotel Salem were a dream to deal with. Olivia and Caroline were able to bring our vision to life and totally transform the Cellar into the perfect wedding space. The communication was spot on and no grey area or questions were left unanswered. They were incredibly accommodating to any and all requests. Our guests absolutely loved the food. They keep telling us they would have has a second or third helping if they could. the chef's choice of dessert was delicious as well. All of our vendors raved about how well and organized Olivia and Caroline were. Honestly, look no further. The Hotel Salem has it all and is the perfect wedding venue any time of the year.
I recently hosted a rehearsal dinner at The Cellar in the The Hotel Salem. The Venue was a perfect setting for a warm, intimate and fun event for all our guests that had arrived for the weekend wedding festivities. Olivia Keefe (event manager for The Hotel Salem) is absolutely amazing to work with. She goes above and beyond what is required and takes care of every detail - from the room lighting, candles, cocktails, menu planning and table seating- to every last minute detail. She is so responsive to emails and phone calls and beyond this, she manages stress well and is and absolute pleasure to work with!! The food was incredible (big shout out to John the chef) - he is so creative and worked with us to devise a menu that was fun and versatile for all our guests. I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Olivia and her entire staff for this event. I highly recommend this venue and the incredible staff will make sure that your event an unprecedented success!
My husband and I started looking for our wedding venue about a year ago and when we came across The Hotel Salem we found our perfect venue. Not only is it a beautiful modern, sleek, and classy venue but it is also accompanied by the most amazing wedding coordinator, Olivia. The Hotel Salem team really made our wedding day/night something that we and our guests will never forget. From recognizing us when we enjoyed lunch on the roof top, helping us celebrate our dating anniversary during our wedding food tasting, and making sure we ate and had drinks in our hands on your wedding day, Olivia could have not been more personable and kind to us. We were able to be stress free and truly enjoy our wedding day because of Olivia. We cannot say it enough, book The Hotel Salem for an amazing wedding, you will not regret it.
Couldn't have asked for a more perfect, special, intimate wedding at The Hotel Salem. Olivia and the team took care of EVERYTHING (and I mean everything -- Olivia even held my dress for me when I went to the bathroom because that's just the saint that she is). We first reached out to her in January to see if they had availability for a March micro wedding (about 20 people). She didn't bat an eye at a less than 2 month turnaround and got right to work and helped us schedule a visit to check out Counter, answered our 1000s of questions, recommended vendors, and helped guide us all the decisions that come with planning a wedding. She really is the most responsive, patient, and accommodating person I've ever met in my life -- I feel so lucky we got to work with her. The venue is amazing, so open and airy, updated guest rooms, and just oozes style. The food + drink were delicious and the packages were all very straightforward with no hidden costs. Almost all of our guests stayed at the hotel and the booking and check-in process was super smooth. By far the best part of the experience was having Olivia though. She is so good at what she does and cares so much about making it special for the couple and their guests. I can confidently say I had a stress-free wedding day thanks to her. And that's saying a lot because we had to change our ceremony plans the morning of because of rain/snow. Olivia had already set up a ceremony space in the lounge area as a back up. Just one example of how she and the team went above and beyond for us. So incredibly grateful to Olivia and the whole crew at The Hotel Salem and cannot recommend it highly enough.

The Hotel Salem and its staff are incredible!! My husband, wedding party, and extended families all stayed at The Hotel Salem for our wedding weekend (we got married at Willowdale Estate). Olivia could not have been more wonderful! We had several events at the hotel -- welcome drinks in the basement bar, hair and makeup the morning of, and a goodbye brunch. All were perfect thanks to Olivia and her staff. They were all so organized, communicative, accessible, and kind. Could not have been more pleased with our stay. We will definitely be back!
We had the most amazing experience celebrating our love at The Hotel Salem. Olivia helped us execute our celestial disco dance party vision. I originally sent my bridal party to help set up day of, but Olivia and the staff took charge and set up the space better than I had imagined.

We loved our wedding at The Hotel Salem. It's definitely not a cookie cutter venue, and that was our favorite part! It has a modern feel, but was made cozy for our winter wedding, complete with the candles and lanterns that they supplied.
From the beginning, working with them was a breeze. Our friends were shocked at how quickly we were able to plan! Olivia helped us to book the venue, set up a room block, and choose food/beverage options that made sense for us. We never felt pressured to do more or to go above our budget.
As the day approached, Cristina helped us to get the final details in order, including a walk through of the space the day before the wedding. It was clear to us that everything was under control! She was really communicative, and made suggestions to our timeline and seating plans that made the day run so much more smoothly.
The wedding day went off without a hitch! We were able to enjoy the day since all of the details were taken care of. They made menus to put at each place setting which were a nice touch! Everything looked beautiful, and we had incredible service during dinner.
Another note- the FOOD! Our entrees were the steak (with chimichurri sauce) and roasted cauliflower (with pappardelle pasta and cream sauce) . It was probably the only wedding we've been to where people were actually stealing their friend's food while they were in the bathroom!
The guests also really enjoyed staying in the hotel. The rooms are beautifully decorated and comfortable.

We had the most magical wedding day! Not only did Olivia take care of us and make sure we had nothing to worry about, she made sure to get to know us personally (down to the horror themed donuts!). We couldn’t of asked for a better day. The roof was gorgeous (so many awesome pics!) and the view of Salem. We wanted non traditional and a nice intimate space where our family and friends could celebrate love. That’s exactly what we got!
We just celebrated our wedding at the Hotel Salem and really cannot believe how great everything came together! We decided to host a micro-wedding back when capacity limits were still tight due to Covid and were looking for an outdoor space to keep our guests safe and comfortable. As soon as I had my first email interaction with Olivia, the hotel's event manager, I knew everything would be amazing. I can confidently say that she is the reason we booked this venue and that she single-handedly made the planning process as enjoyable and stress-free as possible!! As someone who felt completely out of my depth planning even a small wedding, it was such a relief to have her guidance. She is without a doubt the most responsive, organized vendor I've worked with and is unreal at her job.
The hotel itself is beautiful and right in the middle of historic Salem, so our guests had a great time walking around town throughout weekend, especially since Halloween season was already in full swing.
We held our ceremony and reception of 38 up on The Roof and lucked out with a gorgeous, sunny afternoon. The food was great, and the staff was extremely friendly and attentive- I seriously had zero worries throughout the entire day and trusted that we were in good hands.
The morning after, we hosted a farewell brunch in the Counter space at the front of the hotel, and all of our decorations and flowers from the night before had been neatly packed up and piled for us to take home (BIG thank you to Olivia's assistant Christina for getting that taken care of even though it started POURING the minute our event ended). It really made checking out/being able to spend the morning with our guests/clearing out so easy and was an amazing way to end the weekend.
I'll recommend working with Olivia and her staff to anyone who will listen, and my husband(!) and I can't wait to go back again!!
We had our bridal party stay here as well as hosted our Rehearsal Dinner at The Roof. We could seriously not be happier with everything here! Olivia went above and beyond for us and helped make our weekend so special. The space on the roof was beautiful, the food delicious, and the staff were super attentive. Olivia was by us every step of the way, between helping with room blocks, creating a perfect evening, and everything in between! We are so grateful for her and for The Hotel Salem!
The Hotel Salem and Olivia were fantastic in helping us plan our rehearsal dinner and welcome party. We had the hardest time finding a space that would fit our 140 person guest list, especially because we were booking in March during capacity limits. The Cellar space at Hotel Salem was absolutely perfect and worked so well for doing both our rehearsal and Welcome Party! They also had the rooftop option which was beautiful but just didn't work for our counts. Olivia was so sweet, providing lights, tables, chairs, and any decorations they had for us to use and very responsive to all of our millions of questions and helping make the space so beautiful!
We could not be happier with our wedding at The Roof at the Hotel Salem. Olivia and the entire staff went above and beyond to make every part of our day absolutely magical. They accommodated our special food and drink requests and they turned the Roof into the most beautiful rooftop reception I have ever seen. All of our guests commented on how gorgeous the space was, how delicious the food was, and how nice all of the staff were. We worked with Olivia before and during COVID and she is an absolute professional who made wedding planning, even in a pandemic, fun and enjoyable. I would highly recommend the Hotel Salem for your wedding.
My fiance and I decided to host our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour at The Hotel Salem and it was the best decision we made. From the first time we toured the space up until the morning after our wedding, Olivia (the event coordinator) and the whole staff at the hotel were absolutely amazing.
Leading up to our wedding throughout the planning stages, Olivia was always there to answer any phone calls or emails right away, which was huge for us as we had MANY questions.
Our guests and I stayed at The Hotel Salem for the whole wedding weekend. The rooms were wonderful and very clean. The front desk associates were extremely friendly and helpful.
The rooftop area where our event took place, had amazing views. The food served was top notch and the staff passing appetizers were friendly, fun, and professional.
Our guests loved the unique atmosphere the venue provided and still to this day say they love the hotel's modern decor.
I would highly recommend this venue to anyone who is looking for a wedding venue in the north shore area. We can not wait to go back on our one-year anniversary and celebrate all over again!
The Hotel Salem is absolutely incredible and you should get married there!! Olivia and her team took amazing care of us and made our wedding planning experience so easy and stress-free. My fiance and I had alternative plans for a large traditional wedding at another venue, but when COVID hit and those plans needed to be changed, we found the Hotel Salem, who was offering incredible and thoughtful plans for micro-weddings. We truly believe now that our micro-wedding was the wedding we were always intended to have, and I am so grateful that the universe brought us and Olivia together! She made me feel like I was in the best of hands from the second we met her, and was SO MUCH easier to work with and more helpful than our original vendors. Olivia is quick to respond, offers super helpful recommendations, doesn't pressure you into increasing your budget, and puts her personal love and care into the entire event. It was so wonderful knowing that I didn't need to worry about any little detail because Olivia would make sure everything was perfect. When the weather forecast was looking idyllic, the team allowed us to move our ceremony to the roof only 48 hours before the event-- something I will be forever grateful for. They were so flexible and really cared about making our day special. The food was delicious, the venue itself is beautiful, and holding the entire event at the hotel we were staying at was unbelievably convenient. Everything was so sweet and personal-- truly a magical experience for me, my husband, and our guests. I cannot speak more highly of my experience and would strongly encourage you to have your wedding at the Hotel Salem.
Our micro-wedding at Hotel Salem was better than we could have ever imagined. The hotel's Events Manager, Olivia Keefe, was extremely responsive from the second we sent our first inquiry email. Since our initial wedding plans were out of the country, Olivia provided names of local vendors and options to help us make our wedding feel extra special.
Thanks to the team at Hotel Salem, the room was set up the night before, and we could see it and make any changes right after we checked in. The Cellar has somewhat of an industrial look but is super versatile. We didn't bring in any extra decorations besides our ceremony backdrop, but the team placed lanterns and votives through the room to give it a super romantic feel. And, while the space is huge, the set-up and layout still felt intimate.
Olivia met with us in the morning to go over any last-minute details from lighting to the playlist and put us both at ease. Olivia is incredible to work with; she answered all of my hundred questions, came up with creative solutions, and was super flexible when I changed my mind while also handling all of our families' questions.
The wedding itself was perfect. The Hotel Salem team ensured everyone was safe and followed guidelines while still creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The servers were super attentive and helpful, and went the extra mile to make sure everyone had what they needed.
We didn't have a tasting, so we were putting a lot of trust in the chef. The food was INCREDIBLE. We had a few guests with food allergies (myself included); the team not only proactively talked to guests with allergies to make sure they knew what they could and could not eat, but, where possible, the chef made personal allergen-free apps. I'm pretty sure every single person cleared their plate when the salad and entrees came out, and the desert was unbelievable.
I can't recommend Hotel Salem enough. The hotel itself is unique, in an awesome location, and has fun areas to take photos. After canceling our original wedding plans twice, Olivia and her team thought of every last detail and helped us pull off an intimate, beautiful, perfect wedding.
We hosted the reception of our micro-wedding at The Hotel Salem on 10/16/20. Olivia Keefe and her staff were absolutely incredible throughout the entire process of planning (and replanning). Obviously the pandemic has been challenging for couples who had planned weddings during this time - Olivia and her staff made our day feel so special, from coordinating our first dance songs to leaving champagne in our upgraded suite. We couldn't be happier with our night at THS and we'll definitely be back there when we have our vow renewal next year!
We had our room block through The Hotel Salem and also hosted our welcome dinner at The Roof. Olivia was great in organizing everything - especially the welcome dinner which was pretty last minute. My (now) husband doesn't drink and at the welcome dinner, Olivia and the other servers were very tentative in getting him some great mocktails from the bartender. The setup on the roof was beautiful, food was good, great view.. no complaints here! On the day of the wedding, they came up and set up some stuff for mimosas and breakfast items - muffins, bagels, etc. She also brought up a full-length mirror and a bar stool for our makeup artist.
I had my wedding on the roof. All of the staff were amazing. Olivia and Joe were fantastic. If your looking to have a unique wedding, this is the place. We had a wonderful time and Olivia truly is an asset for anyone planning a wedding. My big day could not have been more perfect thanks to all the lovely people that work there. Not to mention the food was delicious. All the guests had an awesome time and we will definitely be staying here again

We chose The Hotel Salem’s rooftop for our wedding because it is an absolutely beautiful space, and we could not be happier! We had a small wedding with only 35 people, and it was the perfect size for the space. We got super lucky with perfect weather, but even if we hadn’t, it would have been a magnificent night because the team at The Hotel Salem is stellar. We worked with Olivia to plan our perfect event, and she was patient, encouraging, and flexible with all of our requests, plus always very quick to respond. Olivia was there for the entirety of our wedding and always made sure that every little detail was going according to plan. The staff for our event, Danielle and Kevin, were wonderfully kind and made sure we always had everything we needed. All of our guests told us the roof was beautiful and the food was delicious, so we are thrilled that everyone had a fantastic time. We can’t thank Olivia and the team at The Hotel Salem enough for making our wedding day everything we wanted it to be. So happy we got to work with them!
