We had our wedding here on July 1st, and unfortunately, the experience was far from what we had hoped. During the planning process, the event coordination team changed, and with that, the attention to detail and responsiveness significantly declined. Important details were still undecided just days before the wedding, which made the entire process unnecessarily stressful.
When we spoke with Amy, who had replaced Rachel as our coordinator, she assured us that she would oversee everything closely on the wedding day. However, that promise was not kept. We were largely ignored throughout the day, and to make matters worse, even though we had booked the venue from 5 PM to 11 PM, security showed up at 7 PM and attempted to close the bride and groom preparation rooms while our wedding was still in progress. This created an awkward and stressful situation for us, our family, and our guests.
If it weren’t for the external vendors I had personally arranged, the event could have been a complete disaster. The venue did not handle any of the details as expected. The cocktail hour was delayed, disrupting our entire schedule and adding to the stress.
In short, while the venue offers a beautiful view, the lack of attention and professionalism from the staff caused significant issues. If you’re considering having your wedding here, I would advise being cautious to avoid a similar experience.

Beautiful location, but the event planner and team is so disorganized and hard to work with. We are from out of state and Rachel scheduled our final meeting in which we flew in for and the team told us she was out on a planned PTO and her team didn’t know about our meeting. So we are just standing at the location waiting for someone to tell us something since this is the final meeting, a month before the wedding !
We then tried to get in contact with her when we flew back home. We didn’t hear back until about 3/4 days later requesting to schedule a new time to chat over the phone regarding the FINAL details of our wedding since we weren’t going to book a new flight out there. The day of the final meeting call comes around, she doesn’t call us and doesn’t pick up our call after waiting 15 minutes past our scheduled time. This is the second no call no show from Rachel.
Once it was 30 minutes after our scheduled time, we found the event team’s general email and the general managers email and emailed them trying to get in contact with anybody. She didn’t call until an hour later.
During the call I asked how involved they were during the wedding day and she said they are there for whatever I needed, so I asked if they can tie flowers to the aisle chairs and that’s all I needed, nothing else. The flowers are already made and her team just needs to tie them on. In which she confidently assured me it was something easy they can do. She also mentions that we can have a Golf Cart to help us go around for photos.
Day of the wedding, I arrive with the flowers in hand ready to give to the team to tie to the chairs… no one is there. So I am running around, hair and makeup already done, trying to find Rachel before the wedding and she is giving a tour to another couple. I asked her about her team that she said will help put up the flowers and she grabbed a man who was nice but he seemed to not know that he was suppose to do, so my cousin ended up putting up the flowers herself. We also did not get the golf cart that was promised and we planned for.
To be honest, mistakes happen and I can look past it as human error, but she didn’t genuinely apologize once, it was just a quick “hi, sorry I was [insert excuse]” and moved on as if we didn’t fly all the way there for a meeting or waited an hour for a call…
Overall my wedding was good, but was too stressed out to fully enjoy it.

We had the most beautiful wedding at the Huntington Club. Our guests love the food and the venue. Everything was prepared to perfection, communication was good, staff are nice and professional. I highly recommend it.

My husband and I had our wedding at SeaCliff Country club in November 2020 and want to highly recommend this venue! This is such a beautiful country club that offers indoor and outdoor areas, many great locations for photographs, and plenty of space for guests. We toured many venues in Orange County and this one was an easy choice. Don't be fooled by the affordable price; SeaCliff provides everything you could want for your wedding (catering and kitchen staff, full bar and bartenders, linens, Chiavari chairs, chargers, TV to use for a slideshow, indoor/outdoor areas, heaters, a large parking lot, and more). SeaCliff's menu is not your typical wedding food! They have a very wide variety to choose from and include a tasting session for you to try out some of the options.
The staff at SeaCliff was incredibly helpful, even when we had to rebook the whole event twice due to COVID. They were flexible, supportive, and reassuring that we could still make our wedding happen while maintaining the proper restrictions to ensure a safe event for our guests. I want to specifically thank Robin Shelton, the general manager, who stepped in when the event planning department was furloughed to the pandemic. He took the time to meet with us twice and responded to many emails as we had to rework the entire set-up and timing of our event more than once. He was incredibly flexible and helpful during a very stressful time for a bride!
Our wedding turned out to be a beautiful day and we could not have asked for a better venue. Our guests had an unforgettable time and we ended up with so many beautiful photographs to remember our day.

We got married at Seacliff Country Club on 2/8/2020. Our venue was beautiful, romantic, and affordable. Our guests complimented how beautiful this place was and it was perfect for our 100 guests wedding.
Staffs are wonderful. They are responsive to all of my emails and made it very easy to work with them. I got to bring in some appetizers and additional desserts from outside vendors and the staff made the process simple. We even got to do a sparkler send off and again, no hassle from the team. They made it work. This venue is supportive and flexible to their client's request. I would highly recommend this venue.

We got married on 12/21/19 at Seacliff and it was the best decision we ever made! The whole process exceeded all of our expectations. All the staff in charge of our day really did such an amazing job for so many months leading up to the event and especially on the day of. We still get so many compliments to this day, were featured in Style Me Pretty and have been told by our friends and family it was the "Wedding of the Year." THANKS SEACLIFF!! Our beautiful wedding was held at SeaCliff Country Club on June 29th, 2019. My aunt and uncle live across the golf course from SeaCliff and when I got engaged, I was so excited to meet the team there. This is an absolutely gorgeous country club and I was elated to find out that my chosen date was available and we would be able to book the entire venue for that day so my wedding would be the only event there that day. I am very lucky that my cousin happens to be an Event Director at another venue from the same company as SeaCliff so she is personal friends with all of the team there. Victoria and Greg were so wonderful to work with and were always so helpful with the entire process. They were always available to answer any questions we had about the banquet event order and what they covered at the venue. Victoria got a new opportunity a few months before my wedding and her replacement Lindsey stepped right in without incident. I chose to hire the majority of their preferred vendors and they were all excellent and they also give you a discount for using those vendors. I live in Los Angeles and they were always so accommodating when I would come down to Orange County and would stop by to show friends or family members the venue. They also welcomed me to meet with my vendors right there and made sure we had a quiet and comfortable place to sit and discuss the details. Prior to the wedding my husband and I were able to choose the foods we may want to serve at the wedding, and then we enjoyed a wonderful tasting evening there with my parents. The banquet manager and the chef were so attentive and caring and we were treated to a beautiful dinner like we were at a Michelin star restaurant. My husband and father in law have a serious allergy to rosemary and they were very sensitive to that when they prepared the food. They were very excited to hear our opinions on the food we chose to serve and we left feeling very excited knowing our guests would have a wonderful meal. All of our guests gave us plenty of compliments of the food at our wedding. The best event my mother and I attended pre-wedding was an expo at the venue where they had the whole place all set up as if an actual wedding was going on and they were showcasing all of their preferred vendors. Because we were having a future event at SeaCliff we got a VIP invitation and had a wonderful day meeting all of our vendors, some in person for the first time and enjoying samples of their work. It was so exciting to see the venue set up so beautifully and got us very excited for our wedding. In the end, our wedding day was magical. The outside patio was perfect for our outside ceremony and had beautiful views overlooking the gold course. The Pacific Room was spacious, light and airy for our cocktail hour. The ballroom looked absolutely gorgeous and we had access to the outdoor patio as well which was wonderful for a nice summer night. The valet service was great and it was also nice to have our own private bar outside the ballroom for our guests. All of the staff and servers were wonderful. I credit my amazing wedding coordinator with this as well as the staff at SeaCliff but everything seemed to go very smoothly and the wedding was a huge success. We cannot recommend SeaCliff highly enough.

I'm so glad we went with Seacliff. We were lucky enough to have rain on our wedding day, but the entire staff at Seacliff went out of their way to make sure our entire day was still perfect. Everything went great without any hiccups! The entire staff is extremely flexible with all requests and very thorough when it comes to all parts of the set up.
In addition, many of our guests made a comment on how delicious dinner and the hors d'oeuvre were (the cranberry gorgonzola puffs were amazing). I'd go back to Seacliff just to eat!

The Event Staff at SeaCliff is amazing from walking through their packages with you, imagining how your wedding day will be like, to putting everything in place the day of so everything that you dreamed of will come true. Apart from having a beautiful venue that overlooks the golf course, with a grand terrace that is so versatile, and not to mention being only half a mile away from the ocean, the staff at the SeaCliff really sets them apart from every other venue in Orange County. We live in San Francisco and planning a wedding 400 miles away seemed like it would be a challenge, but once we picked the SeaCliff they were with me every step of the way. From the planning services to dining services, and through all the months of planning and days leading up to the big day, Victoria, Renee, and Chris became like a second family I could rely on. They helped answer all my questions and everything I wanted, they met me with a "yes we can do that!" We requested a roasted pig and they were able to provide one that all our guest kept complimenting how delicious it was. Upon knowing that the groom's favorite beer was Grapefruit Sculpin, they said they could get us a keg of that. We had our first dance on the terrace and the pictures look amazing. We even used most of their preferred vendors who were equally amazing! Words can't express enough how thankful we are to have chosen the SeaCliff as the venue to have or dream wedding! Thanks for making our wedding the best day ever!

If you are in need of a place to have a wedding ceremony! Look no more Seacliff Country Club is your venue! It wasn't easy looking for wedding venues. 1) We live out of state, 2) not every location had all the amenities we need, like having our dogs in out wedding, and having a food truck. 3) TIME! Seriously, you think 1 year was enough time to secure a venue, nope! I seriously would have booked this place for ceremony and reception, but reception was already booked. Everything still worked out! Along the way I was communicating with different people from Sarah, to Victoria, to Renee. Let me tell you, they are all great and amazing! After touring there facility, I just knew that's our place! Planning a wedding is stressful but Victoria and Renee me everything would work out. Towards finalization of the wedding Renee took over towards the end from making sure she would accommodate our dogs in the wedding, to having live string quartets, and directing where our food truck, which by the way was an IN N OUT food truck. Even though the truck didn't fit on the tennis lawn where our luncheon was held, they found other means to feed people. I cant thank the team enough at Seacliff making our wedding simply once in a lifetime. I know weddings can be quite the distraction and I understand they are paying 1000s of dollars per year to golf here, but I really appreciate there patience also. The weather was quite warm for a July wedding but with that beach ocean breeze it cooled down a bit. Seacliff will go above and beyond to meet your needs. Our ceremony was quite affordable with us having all our amenities and budget met. Renee and her team even sent us a wedding gift via email and like an idiot I deleted it. She went above and beyond to retrieve it for us. Cant thank her enough. She truly was a rockstar in helping directing our wedding! We had about 150 people at our ceremony and in the end, not one person was complaining! We truly got raves from a beautiful wedding ceremony with our cinderella arch (Seacliff provided), live string quartets, to our amazing IN N OUT luncheon. I swear I will keep thanking these ladies and there team over and over again. They are just amazing making clients happy. Thank you again Seacliff!! For making our day so special and making our pictures look so beautiful thanks to your amazing venue to last a lifetime!! - Garvy & Henry

We had the best day, and can’t say enough wonderful things about SeaCliff and the team. Renee went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up and looked perfect, and she kept everything running smoothly. Our day could not have been better. Danny as the banquets lead was the absolute best as well, and his staff made all of our guests feel comfortable and welcome. One compliment we heard from almost every guest - the brussel sprouts were AMAZING. Top to bottom, we had the best day. Wonderful service and a beautiful venue. Thank you!

I was very hesitant choosing a country club as my ceremony and reception location because I wanted an outdoor wedding. However, we had access to the patio all evening after the outdoor ceremony. It was perfect. The staff at SeaCliff was very flexible. They worked within my budget and with my vision for my wedding. I was very pleased after each meeting, phone conference, and email exchange with the staff. They were very helpful and made my wedding better than expected. They really worked with me! The packet of information they provide to interested brides and grooms broke down the process for me and allowed me to follow a much needed check list. Many of my guests loved the location. Also, the food was delicious. I usually feel so hungry at weddings and I was full. I couldn't even enjoy my overpriced smore's bar.

My husband and I had our wedding reception at SeaCliff Country Club on 1/20/18 and we were so happy with how everything turned out. The whole wedding and events team was by far, the best we met in our search for a reception venue. From day one, when we went to tour the venue, Keely made us feel welcome and comfortable. She and her team actually cared about what WE wanted and were always open to our ideas on how we wanted to personalize our event. She was always very on top of things, responding to my endless emails as the big day was approaching, and very good at remembering and following up with things we had previously talked about. Their pricing is comparable and affordable compared to the other venues we looked at; and they don't charge you extra for every little thing that we wanted to do. The venue and the team will make you feel comfortable and at ease before and during your event. We can't thank Keely enough for being so kind, accommodating, and awesome at her job!

My husband and I recently got married at Seacliff and were absolutely thrilled with everything! Compared to other venues in Orange County/LA area, they were affordable and the service was exemplary. I would like to give a shout out to Ashley and Keely for working tirelessly with us to get every detail perfect and another shout out to Tara for executing so well on our special day. 5/5 would recommend.

I highly recommend Sea Cliff to any couple looking for a wedding reception venue!
My husband and I recently held our wedding reception at this venue.
Everything was perfect!
Keely Brooks, our wedding coordinator , was exceptional! Her level of customer service is exemplary!
She provided answers and solutions to all questions I had concerning every detail regarding our reception.
Keely was always kind. :)
I would also like to thank Tara, another member of the staff who helped coordinate all the set up of the details on the day of the reception.

SeaCliff is AMAZING!!! We just had our wedding there and it was everything I could've wanted and more. Everything ran so smoothly and on time and there wasn't any mishaps or issues at all. The food was amazing, the service was fantastic, and the girls coordinating did a great job. So many people came up to us after commenting on what a beautiful venue it was and how great the food was. We also got so many compliments on how great the service was - everyone was served at the same time and their food tasted great. I cannot thank Ashley and Tara and the whole team enough for all their help with the planning the past nine months and for making our day so special.
I couldn't imagine our wedding and reception anywhere else, it really was perfect!

We had my daughter's wedding at Seacliff. Ashley and Tara did a fantastic job at organizing her wedding. Everything was set up in the banquet room as we requested, the food was delicious, and the wedding outside was perfect.

We had such a wonderful experience at Seacliff, that we would whole-heartedly recommend it. The site is beautiful, and we were very excited to be able to book the venue. Our coordinator initially was Emma, and Victoria took over the wedding. We really appreciated how thoughtful everyone at Seacliff was in taking into account our needs, budget, etc. We were so lucky to have the event coordinators that we did. Victoria was a rock for me throughout the planning, and also the day of (she coordinated the ceremony). Everyone we worked with, including Chelsea (the events director), is stellar and know the ins and outs of everything that can happen during a wedding.
I don't think anyone can say that any wedding can ever go without a glitch or two, but we were lucky that we found a great venue with great staff that we could rely on. We felt everyone went out of their way, they are just very nice people. We feel very lucky we found Seacliff, it was my dream wedding!

Seacliff Country Club was the perfect venue for my wedding, My husband and I were so happy with the entire experience. Victoria and Sara were my coordinators and they made everything so easy, I planned my wedding in 1 month and it still was very easy and affordable. SeaCliff had wonderful packages to pick from to fit our budget. Emma was our wedding coordinator and she was absolutely amazing!!! She was extremely attentive to our needs throughout the entire process. The food was great and the waitstaff was exceptional! We could not be happier with how the day turned out! My husband and I are so happy that we chose Seacliff as our wedding venue. The whole process leading up to our big day was smooth and really enjoyable. We were invited to tastings and other events that helped us a lot with our decisions and the staff was so helpful with everything. If I ever had a question or just needed advice on something, they made sure to give me just enough input.
They day of was perfect! We couldn't believe the transformation that Seacliff made. The ballroom was incredible and was even more than I could imagine. We had a very large wedding but they made it seem so personal. Our guests haven't stopped talking about the decorations and food since our big day! Thank you Seacliff and the wonderful staff!!

I just had my wedding here 3 days ago, it was such a wonderful experience! The SeaCliff Country Club was the last venue we visited, my husband and I fell in love with it! We booked it 2 days later, almost a year before our wedding! The country club includes so many things in their packages, and there are so many options to pick from, it really allows you to customize your wedding. I loved the different things that almost every package included, such as: valet parking, champagne and wine greeting, hosted bar, butler passed hors d'oeuvres, and the ceremony package even included the cake! Also, the event coordinators were so helpful! Mine was Shelby, she really helped me out, I was so clueless on so many things! She put up with my almost weekly emails with a million questions. And she really helped keep things together with my other vendors and guests on the day of, (she even brought me and my girls a bottle of champagne before the ceremony!) She was one of my many life-savers that day.
All in all, everything was perfect. The price could SEEM expensive, but when you look at all the things the package includes, it is such a great deal! All the options create such a classy and unforgettable day!

SeaCliff Country Club was the perfect venue for my wedding!! The event staff holds a beautiful personal group tasting event where they provide you with a full list of all the food options including appetizers and desserts. The event staff does a wonderful job of keeping everything organized and although we were running behind schedule (our hair and makeup took much longer than expected) the event staff made sure that all of our guest were happy and that the schedule adjusted according to our new timeline.

SeaCliff was the second to last venue I checked out and I had pretty much given up trying to find a reasonably priced, interesting space. I met with Sharen and she showed us the two rooms they host events in; one was a typical rectangle shape which seemed nice but didn't grab my attention and then she showed us the Pacific Room which blew me away. Now only was it connected to the patio where the ceremony would be held but the views were fantastic. The dining area was separated from the bar/dancevfloor which I loved. Not only was the staffing incredible leading up the wedding (Shelby is a godsend) but they also had different wedding packages that included many extras which would normally cost extra. The package I chose included chiavari chairs, the wedding cake from Great Dane Bakery, an extensive menu, linens, and market lighting.
Everyone loved the set up of the reception, there was plenty of room for a DJ booth, photobooth, cigar rolling booth, lots of seating and a dance floor. Also if you use the Pacific Room you have direct access to the patio which had even more seating, fire pits, and we even set up karaoke!
I can't recommend SeaCliff enough. Well worth the money even though it was the cheapest of the seven venues I looked at. And with the additional help of the on-staff coordinators everything went so smoothly I couldn't be happier.

Seacliff was wonderful. Everything was handled for us. Going to their Spring Bridal Show helped with meeting vendors who were familiar with the venue which made things just run smoothly. We were able to sample the food to decide which meals we like. Great value for the price.

We got married here in August and it was beautiful. We had some reservations about the venue when our coordinator changed multiple times throughout the planning process but the day went off perfectly. They kept great records and made it their priority to know exactly what we wanted.

SeaCliff Country Club was a pleasure to work with. The Venue was beautiful and affordable. The staff was dedicated and was so easy to work with. They followed through on everything and made is so effortless. Many of my wedding guest loved the food, saying it was the best wedding food they ever had! We had such a great experience and was so grateful and happy to have found them. I would highly recommend using them!

I loved all of the women in the events department. While Kelly was who I signed my contract with, I corresponded with at least 3 women who knew all my details and were all very friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all.
On the day of, everything was executed professionally and without error, and without me needing to do anything or worry about anything.
I signed with one of the all-inclusive contracts which cost less and included much more than several all-inclusive packages that other venues offer. The "extras" that were included were the cake, additional alcohol, day-of planner assistance, and free valet just to name a few.
My husband and I were immensely pleased with our final product and would definitely recommend SeaCliff to anyone.

I love seacliff and the staff they are so good they made my wedding such a magical day we will never forget. thanks to chalsea who always took care or me and realy cared about what i wanted. There chefs are great the food was so good all my guests loved the food, venue and the service at sea cliff. i couldnt find i better place to take care of the most imporante day of my life they are the best anyone that wants their day to be as percious as my was seacliff is the way to go

We looked all over Orange County, we ended up here and were really glad we did! The service was excellent and the price was great. It was all inclusive so to speak and the vendor for cake and dj servies were great as well. We got married at sunset and was a beautiful backdrop.

THE CEREMONY TOOK PLACE ON THE LARGE OVAN TERRACE WHICH HAD PLENTY OF ROOM FOR MY 100 GUESTS. THE RECEPTION ROOM WAS LARGE ENOUGH FOR THE BUFFETT BUT THE DANCING ROOM WAS A LITTLE SMALL.
