We got married on September. All our guests loved our venue. They love the food and couldn't get enough of the food. Some of our guests said they've never had that much food at a wedding. Arlene and the staff was very wonderful and catered to our every need. One thing I wish is that we could take more pictures in our venue.

Everyone at the Imperia was great to work with throughout the whole wedding planning process. Arlene, Brenda and Stephanie were awesome and made my day easy and allowed me to truly enjoy my wedding day. Everyone raved about the food and the atmosphere. They even accommodated my husband's classic car for pictures. I would highly recommend them as a venue for your wedding or any other party you might have.

BEST WEDDING VENUE IN NJ!!! My husband and I had a hard time deciding on a venue we both liked for our wedding but when we saw the Imperia and met Arlene...we booked everything that same day. Arlene was amazing and instrumental in everything throughout our planning to the day of our wedding 8/30/2015. The Imperia has different sized rooms and halls for every type of event. We wanted to have our entire wedding centralized and the Imperia did it all, perfectly. Our ceremony was done outside on their patio, our cocktail hour was done in their Regalia room and our reception was done in their Majestica room. Everything was expertly coordinated, from the food to the décor. Their garden with the gazebo was perfect for pictures as well. Even the bridal suite was great...it was spacious and comfortable. Our wedding guests are still praising us on how beautiful and well prepared everything was. Arlene is the best!!! Highly recommended venue and will definitely use them again!!!

Phil, Maureen and Daisy did everything we asked to make our wedding perfect. Our wedding went exactly the way we wished it to be because of them. The cocktail hour was amazing , all of our guest raved about it along with how beautiful the venue was. Highly recommend!

I would definitely recommend The Imperia to anyone who wants a stress-free wedding. Phil Mercado and his staff can make any dream happen. He was attentive and was flexible with ever decision we made. I wanted an outdoor wedding, however the rain did not allow this to happen. Phil was prepared with a perfect back-up plan and made it look beautiful. All my guests enjoyed the atomsphere, food and accommodating staff. I would definitely recommend this venue to any bride-to-be!

I cannot say enough good things about the Imperia! I couldn't imagine my wedding at any other venue. Arlene, specifically, was absolutely wonderful to work with. She always responded right away, and gave me a wedding that was above and beyond my dreams! We received endless compliments on how delicious the food was and I even had multiple people tell me it was the best wedding they've been too! I can't thank Arlene and the entire staff at The Imperia enough for providing us with a reception of a lifetime!!

Arlene did an outstanding job for my wedding. Every question i had for her was answered instantly if not no later than the day after, and if she couldn't answer because she was out then someone else would get back to you. The venue is beautiful with the open parallel staircase and beautiful chandelier in the lobby, i fell in love with it the first time i saw it that even after seeing other venues months after my husband and I were drawn back there. The price was perfect for me she suggested me the winter promo they had going on which brought our cost right to where we wanted it. The food was amazing, my guests were raving about the cocktail hour which I was hoping to attend myself but we got too busy with pictures lol! I highly suggest you brides and grooms make time to attend your cocktail hour at this place!! Overall amazing job, it was certainly a night to remember everything came together perfectly and my Maitre D really treated me like a queen!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

We fell in love with the venue when we walked in and saw the staircase and then we fell in love again when we walked out onto the Majestica patio. We never wanted an outside wedding until we walked outside and saw that patio! The rooms were amazing and the layout for the majestica room was perfect and private.
We originally had Stephanie helping us and she was amazing to work with. She moved up to corporate and then we had Jaci and Phil working with us on our wedding and both were so nice and helpful. They worked with us on pricing and fit an amazing reception into our budget and Phil even threw in the ice cream sundae bar which made my husband THRILLED!!! Phil really is the best asset the Imperia has he was awesome!! They set up all the items we made and all the things we did for our day. They set up tables for our baskets of blankets for the ceremony along with hot chocolate station, they set up all the signs we made to put around. They made sure all the details we dropped off were out and set up perfectly! I mean we dropped off a ton (more than 500!) of votive candles to line outside and inside and they set them all up and lite them all for us and made sure they all looked great!! It was a ridiculous amount of candles and they didn't bat an eye!!
They helped walk us thru every step and were so helpful responding to all my pain in the butt emails I sent!! They set us up with great vendors, and the centerpieces are included in the cost of the venue and the choices were still beautiful!!!
Our Maitre D Maureen was so awesome and wonderful! Daisy our personal waitress was so attentive and made sure she was always floating around us to get us another drink, bring our food when we sat, I didn't even realize all the times she was following behind me carrying my train!!!
The food was so amazing and tasted so good!! All of our guests and family couldn't believe how much food there was!! Plus everyone LOVED the he-man station, including my husband! It was so unique and different to have comfort type foods along with the more exotic options!! The cocktail hour was so abundant that most of our guests thought it was the actual dinner!! Then getting to choose table side for your entrée was sooo nice and added a bit of elegance to the night! Plus saved us from having to get everyones orders ahead of time and risk changing their mind that night. I just really cannot tell you how amazing and perfect our night was because of Phil and his staff at the Imperia!! They made us feel like their only event and all the food and set up was amazing!! Really the BEST VENUE out there we could not have asked for anything more perfect than the Imperia on Easton!! Thank you Imperia for making our night PERFECT!!!

My wedding was held Friday November 7th 2014 in the Majestica ballroom at The Imperia. I have to say that every experience I had with the staff from start to finish has been a great one! After studying local venues on this site, we decided to check out The Imperia first. We met with Arlene in October 2013 and were immediately impressed with the grounds and the amenities that they had to offer us. Arlene was a doll and worked with us to stay within our means and still give us what we were looking for.
The quality of the food was outstanding considering the price we paid. I don't think I've ever experienced "wedding food" as tasty as the Imperia's. During the tasting our parents were floored with the quality and quantity of the food. It was definitely hard to pick out our menu to say the least! The day of, as to be expected, our guests complimented us on both the cocktail hour food and the reception food stating they were equally delicious!
The grounds at The Imperia are simply breathtaking. From the beautiful gazebo in the front to the amazingly stunning patio in the back and the gorgeous staircase in between, my husband and I are confident that we will have the most gorgeous wedding photos!! Perhaps the most beautiful (and our favorite) part of The Imperia was our Viennese gala which was held outside on the patio. They had magnificent blue uplighting with fire pits and heaters and an amazing assortment of sweet treats! As soon as they lifted the curtains inside the Majestica, my guests were stunned in amazement.
The staff at The Imperia treated us like royalty. Arlene is very dedicated to her brides and grooms. She was always prompt to return our phone calls or emails and always did so in a professional but personable manner. She graciously moved our cocktail hour into another ballroom as the weather was too cold and windy at the time to have it outside, as opposed to having it in the pre-event area (hallway leading into the Majestica) as previously planned. I feel I cannot thank her enough for that! She really was a pleasure to work with! Our Maitre'd Maureen was fantastic. She coordinated and took care of everything so we did not have to worry. She was very attentive to our needs the entire evening. At the end of the night, she quickly and carefully packed up all our items such as toasting flutes, cake cutters, picture frames and bouquets. My bridal attendant (her name escapes me) was also very sweet and looked after me lovingly. She was there to cater to my every need, making sure I had another drink before I even had a chance to ask.
My husband and I are both extremely happy with the way our wedding turned out. Our guests complimented us numerous times about what a great wedding it was. I highly recommend this venue to any bride looking for a beautiful venue with professional and caring staff, delicious food and a great price!

Our daughter got married on Friday, October 24th at the Imperia. The ceremony was held outside and everything was perfect. When the cocktail hour started and I saw how beautiful everything was and my guests were coming up to my husband and I telling us how great the food was and that they couldn't believe just how much food there was. The dinner food was just as great! Arlene, from the Imperia, helped Kelley organize every detail for her wedding. Whenever Kelley emailed or called Arlene, if she wasn't at her desk then, she got back to Kelley very soon there after. Arlene was awesome! The entire experience on Kelley's wedding day was perfect, everything was perfect. As our guests were leaving they were telling us that this was the best wedding they had ever been to. They are still talking about it. We are so happy our daughter and son in law picked the Imperia!!!

We had our wedding on October 5, 2014. It was perfect, from the minute we got there to the minute the lights turned off. The staff was fabulous, extremely helpful, took care of all the details and I didn't have to do anything.
Our wedding started late because the limo got a flat tire, but from the minute we got there, the attendant was perfect. Helped me get into my second dress quickly, ensured all of my ceremony items were set up and I had alot of items. I had no time to check everything over because we were late, but they had done a perfect job of setting everything up, per the instructions I had left.
We weren't sure if we'd have the cocktail hour outside or inside because of the temperature, but as soon as the ceremony was over, they asked and I said, to set it up inside and BOOM they did it in 15 minutes. I couldn't believe it! All the cocktail hour tables, plates, flatwear, everything, set up in 15 minutes from the ceremony being complete.
Afterwards, everything was moved inside, all the flowers, the remembrance table that we had at the ceremony, all moved and perfectly placed in the reception. The staff was exceptional!! Exceptional!! They perfectly guided all the guests where they needed to go. It made the entire day effortless for me.
My maitre d, Maureen, attended to everything I needed and when I didn't need something, she went and attended to my parents and my husband's parents. She was wonderful.
Like many others stated on this site, when we walked in, we KNEW, this was the place we wanted our reception and we were SO SATISFIED with our choice. In central Jersey for the money, not one venue can compare with The Imperia for value and service. You may find other venues which were cheaper, but for the quality, it can't be beat. (Trust me I checked all the venues in the area). Every penny was worth it and I am forever grateful for choosing The Imperia as my wedding venue. Thank you to the staff there, Arlene, Jackie, Maureen. You guys made my wedding dreams come true!

We (Mr. & Mrs. Fahmy) just had our wedding at the Imperia last month (July, 27); this note is the least we could do to thank Arlene for doing such a wonderful job with our wedding. Words are not enough to describe how much we appreciate Arlene’s help in making our day so special. We could not have asked for better service than what was provided at Imperia. Arlene made us feel as if our day was the most important day of her life; we truly appreciate her patience, grace, good judgment and incredible planning/ there was absolutely nothing left for us to worry about.
Writing this review is the simplest way to thank Imperia’s staff for making our dream day perfect and memorable. We couldn't ask for anything more, the Imperia’s staff did such an amazing job with everything; we are still getting compliments from our guests. The food was fantastic and the staff did a great job getting everyone served. Most of our guests told us that Imperia is one of the best wedding receptions that they had ever been to. True, the reception has left us with so many wonderful memories; we will always appreciate the staff’s hard work and help in making our dream wedding come true.
Overall, Imperia exceeded our extremely high expectations; not only are we still talking about our wedding day, but we're also recommending the place to any and everyone who inquires. We have been and will continue to suggest Imperia to anyone looking for a wonderful/professional place to hold an event, because we are sure that any couples will definitely be in good hands, especially if they choose to work with Arlene/ she is the best.

I looked at numerous locations for my 2015 wedding and decided to go with The Imperia. The entrance is beautiful and I cannot wait to get started on planning. I haven't had my tasting yet and am anxiously awaiting as I've read really great reviews! I'm paying a bit more than I anticipated and my guest list keeps growing so I hope it's all worth it!

This was the perfect place for my wedding this past April! We had the Majestica ballroom which gave us use of the patio for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and during the reception people were free to go outside on the patio if needed. The entrance to this place is amazing!! I wish I had remembered a photo by the stairs!
My sales manager, Arlene, was helpful during the process and happy to answer any questions or concerns I had. She was also willing to work with me on things we did not need, which brought down the cost per person. The day of the staff was amazing! I wish I could remember her name, but one girl was appointed to bring us food to the bridal suite and she was so sweet and made sure we were well taken care of. My maitre'D, Brenda, was the best! She was on top of things and the day went so smoothly!
After the wedding, my guests kept raving about how delicious the food was & how MUCH there was! There was really so much food...non-stop. No one will go hungry! Plus, they threw in a Viennese gala when I booked (assorted pastries, desserts, ICE CREAM BAR!, etc.) So after everyone was stuffed full from cocktail hr, dinner, wedding cake...there was a whole room full of more desserts!
I would highly recommend the Imperia to any future brides out there! They really made our day special!

When we started looking at wedding venues, we immediately fell in love with the Imperia. We were looking for a venue where we could have a nice outdoor ceremony and a great reception. The Imperia seemed to be the best option for us.
Once we booked the Imperia for our August 2013 wedding, we started working with Arlene. Whenever we met with Arlene she always took her time with us and went over all the choices, details, and concerns. She was also quick at responding to emails and phone calls. When we had concerns about meeting the minimum number of people, she was willing to work with us.
The food tasting wasn't a good representation of the menu choice for our wedding, which made it difficult to make informed decisions on menu choices.
When we arrived to the venue on the wedding day, we realized that they set up the ceremony outside but decided to set up the cocktail inside (due to threat of rain). I was surprised that this decision was made without consulting us. After speaking to several staff at the Imperia, we were able to have the cocktail hour moved back outside.
The venue was nicely set up. The outside ceremony and outside cocktail hour was beautiful. However, the Imperia set up umbrellas for the outdoor ceremony that were placed unevenly and were unpleasing to the eye. Every picture that I have of my wedding ceremony has these umbrellas in them. I thought that the Imperia would put more thought and time into the placement of these umbrellas.
The reception tables looked nice. The food for both the cocktail hour and the reception was delicious. The food came out in a timely manner. We heard nothing but positive feedback from our guests about the food. The Imperia also did a great job switching the outdoor area from the ceremony to the cocktail hour.
We were promised leftovers from the reception and never received the leftovers.
Overall, the Imperia was a great venue for our wedding.

Our wedding at the Imperia was well-prepared for and well-run. I felt like we received a lot for our money and that the staff truly cared that we had the best time possible. We had one mix-up during the rehearsal because our regular representative was not there that day, but it was not catastrophic. They also went out of their way to incorporate any personal touches we want at the reception, including special menu requests. I would recommend this venue to anyone.

I have been to this venue for two other weddings. I actually already knew I wanted to have my wedding at this location. The ceremony was also here. It could not have flowed more beautifully to have the ceremony and reception in the same location. My centerpieces and cake were included in the venue. The food was delicious. the team at the Imperia is the epitome of professional organized service. Everyone was great from my first consultaton until the day of the wedding. I wish I could have my wedding day all over again.

This hotel was great for having our wedding at The Imperia on Easton. The shuttle was spot on and the hotel staff were great in meeting every need of all my picky guests. The rooms were really great and Bridal Suite was huge! Loved the hotel!

Amid all the celebration, we were just a little sad that it HAD to end.

My husband and I visited over 10 venues in person and this was in the top 3. I really wanted a space that offered outdoor space throughout the reception and the garden level ballroom at The Imperia was a perfect fit! The ballroom itself was a great size for our 125 guests and with the back wall opening directly out into the courtyard where the staff set up a firepit in front of the waterfall during the reception gave our guests a great place to find a reprieve from the dancing.
The courtyard also served as our ceremony site and it was very pretty with the tiered walls filled with flowers centered by the waterfall.
I did feel I wasn't given the full attention of the Venue Coordinator as I had to constantly follow up and track down information personally. Also, my Venue Coordinator did not want my small bridal party (4 girls plus me) to get dressed at the venue because we "wouldn't fit" in the room. Even though I had been told by my makeup artist that she had just done a party of 12+ at the same space! And on the day of my wedding the groomsmen and my husband were put in the bridal suite and when my bridesmaids and I arrived I again had to track someone down as to where we should go so my husband didn't see me. Ultimately, we were shoved into a vacant "suite" that wasn't even stocked with water (had to go ask several times for a drink) while my husband and groomsmen enjoyed our bridal suite with champagne and refreshments!
Overall, the serving staff were very welcoming and attentive and our actual ceremony and reception went off without a single hitch. The food at our wedding was so good and the guests are still raving about it. And even though I did a "paired down" menu, there was still soo much food! Topped off by a desert bar that I wasn't even aware was included! My guests loved it! I would ultimately recommend this venue to any engaged couple.

My daughter's 12/15/12 wedding reception was held at the Imperia and we could not have been more pleased. From our first visit to the day of the event, the staff, from the facility manager to the clean up crew, could not have been more helpful.
We had a DYI decor, complete with snow covered logs, lanterns and live evergreen trees. Best of all, we were encouraged to keep our dream alive and received help in doing so from the staff at the Imperia. They worked right along with us to completion.
When our wedding planner became ill a week before the event, Natalie stepped in and did all the table decor to her specifications.
The service during the event was impecable. The staff went our to their way to see that all of our guests were comfortable. Signature drinks, which the bride and groom requested, were readily available and a big hit.( both were new to the bar staff and they were presented beautifully). Our guests were impressed with the abundance of food AND the fact that it was beautifully presented, served hot and tasted amazing. With a choice of three entrees tableside, French service, excellent food and drink, we are still receiving complements a month later. One family member stated that we "outdid ourselves.. he has never seen a reception as well done as the event at the Imperia"
Best of all, with the help of the Imperia staff, we were able to transform the reception area into a Winter Wonderland, Our guests commented that they had been transported to a cabin in the mountains complete with an outdoor area filled with fire pits, lights and lanterns.
The Imperia surpassed my expectations and my daughter and son-in-law had the wedding reception of their dreams.
Thank you to all the staff at the Imperia, especially Natalie, who made their dreams come true.
Best of all, there were two weddings held during the same time period, but we were unaware that they were in the building. THAT is the sign of a well managed facility.

WOW! What can I say about The Imperia? Their staff and their venue is amazing. Natalie was a wonderful person to work with and she is very prompt with returning calls and emails. She was a real key player in making our wedding dream come true.
We booked our wedding back in October of 2011 for our November 2012 wedding. We were floored by the beauty of the venue. The staircase and the chandeliers and the overall presentation of the venue is beyond words.
Our reception was in the Majestica room with the patio as our cocktail hour. Every one of our guests complimented us on our choice of venue!! They loved the outdoor area and even though it was cold, all of them stayed outside and enjoyed the delicious hors d'oeuvres. I know that our guests were so impressed by the outdoor setup. They also complimented us on our dinner selections. All the food was fresh, delicious and very well prepared!
Now 2 weeks after our wedding, we get compliments almost daily about our venue. Everyone had an amazing time!
We would highly recommend booking your venue at The Imperia. Ask for Natalie. :)

Our wedding was at The Imperia on 10/26/2012 and all we can say amazing amazing and amazing job!!!! All our guest have told us how fantastic everything from the food to the service was. We had our family and friends personally call us just to tell us how impressed they were with everything! We loved it all and we couldn't say enough good things about our catering manager Natalie she was helping us thoroughly the whole process and the day of our wedding she was there to make sure everything ran according to plan. Overall we def recommend this beautiful place for any event specially for a wedding!

The Imperia and Natalie were amazing! Our night went so smoothly, they took care of all the little details and we didn't have to worry about absolutely anything with set-up or clean up...the food was amazing we got so many compliments! The place looked beautiful and the whole staff was great. The bartender was a lot of fun. I cannot say enough great things about Natalie...not only is she extremely professional and listened to and responded to all my requests so fast she's such a fun and nice person on top of that, so it was a joy having her around for our evening. Wouldn't change a Inge we had the wedding of our dreams!

My wife and I were recently married here. We had our ceremony outside on the Majestic patio it was a nice and simple set up, the weather was great too! Then we headed inside the majestic ballroom for the party, the food was great I recommend the Wok station for cocktail hour it was so good. Oh yeah the cocktail hour was held outside where the ceremony was the staff did a great job flipping the outside. Everyone kept complimenting the food it was honestly the best I ever had at a wedding and I'm not just saying that because it was our wedding. The only downfall was we asked for a apple martini tower and they gave us a blue martini and a cranberry martini. But everyone talked about how good the blue martini was so that didn't make it as bad. Also Andre the bartender was awesome everyone loved him. Our Maitre D was awesome her name was Brenda and she def knew how to run a party. She ran a tight ship and never let our drinks go empty! And last was our captain Deigo he was great always checking on us and making sure we were always satisfied. Overall I would recommend this venue to any couple looking to get married the staff was great and the food even better you will not Let your guests go home hungry!

Natalie and the Imperia were ROCKSTARS! We could not have made a better decision for our wedding! The food was hot and delicious and all of the little details and requests that I left for them were executed perfectly! All night we kept getting rave reviews of the food and how much food was served and we could not be more pleased! Everyone loves a wedding where the food is not only good but hot! We had a rain situation on our wedding day and the team at Imperia were able to execute everything and made sure all of our guests were accomadated and comfortable. I even had guests with severe food allergies and the chef came out personally to plan a menu that was just as elegant as the one that we selected for our guests! Not only was their professionalism off the charts but the value and decor of the site was remarkable. My guests were able to sip cocktails on the patio while not missing a single moment of our wedding! The staff was excellent and the service was one of the best we have ever seen! If you want a night where every one of your guests are comfortable and full from the amount of food and drink served - then book Imperia, you will not be sorry!

Very attentive, but lost the music on the wedding day for reception so had to use a different CD. Cocktail hour was amazing (so I hear ...bride and groom didn't have time to sample the foods). Dinner was okay. Two entrees were slightly different from what we requested. Everyone was very happy with the desert options (bride and groom didn't have time to try it out).

Overall, everything was excellent! The food was amazing and service was great throughout planning the weddig and the wedding day. My guests had a great time. Everything was beautiful and the quality and quantity were great for the cost - better than some more expensive weddings I've been to. My one criticism is that they did not serve the bananas foster that was included during dessert. I had this on the menu card so guests asked about it and it was not available. I received no reply when I brought this up after the wedding. But like I said, everything else was amazing and they were very accommodating.

We literally stopped by this place on a whim -- I had remembered seeing The Imperia listed in wedding venues on theknot. We walked in without an appointment, and Arlene was ready to help us out. We had been searching high and low for a venue for our wedding and reception, and everything was too expensive, too small, etc. After a tiny prayer right before talking to her, Arlene was able to tailor our menu to fit our price range! AND we got the exact date we wanted (book at least 6 mo. in advance though, the dates get snatched up quick). She was always available to answer any random or stupid questions we had. The day went so perfectly I still have no idea if anything went wrong. Our maitre'd was kinda clueless to be honest...but that's not entirely her fault. We didn't get a chance to meet up with her beforehand, and our wedding was a little outside of the box.
The food was so great, I wish I got some to take home! And of course the place was GORGEOUS. I am so happy with how it turned out.

I found The Imperia in a magazine. My husband and I looked at a total of 7 places, The Imperia being the 3rd place. After leaving there I said to my husband "I can see my wedding being there." We kept our appointments for the other venues, but every time we went to another we ended up comparing it to the Majestica room (the downstairs room). We knew we found a place for our reception. Working with Carol was beyond a pleasure! She would take phone calls and emails from me around the clock. I was so anxious about leaving such an important day in someone else's hands. There were a few kinks Carol had to iron out before the big day came around. For example, the initial menu we were given said dessert was cake and a choice of bananas foster or cherries jubilee and the menu that was given out during the food tasting had that as a dessert plus an ice cream bar... however, when I mentioned it to Carol she was unaware they added the ice cream bar. It was small communication issues between sales and service. She took care of everything, and those small kinks were taken care of within a day. Carol kept me calm and she reassured me that everything was going to be perfect. And it really was PERFECT! The guests loved the food, the setup, the ambiance, the service... you name it! I got compliments on everything from all of my guests. We have been married almost 2 months and guests are still giving me compliments on the wedding. The staff was amazing. The captain, Maureen, was wonderful. She made sure my husband and I had EVERYTHING we could possibly need that night. The waitstaff and bartenders were also very helpful. One waitress actually offered to drive a couple of our guests to the hotel so they didn't have to wait for the shuttle to come back and get them, you don't get that kind of service anywhere. That is going above and beyond. Overall, I do HIGHLY recommend The Imperia. My only suggestion is to keep all of your paperwork and compare everything to make sure it coincides with everything you discuss with your sales representative. Bring any discrepancy to their attention, and they are happy to take care of it for you.

We loved our wedding at the Imperia. They were great to work with throughout the whole process and were very accommodating to our needs. Our reception went very smooth from the minute we got there right through the end. The majestica room was great because it gave us the option to use the patio for space which we did for cocktail hour. All of our guests raved about the food and appearance of everything! We would absolutely recommend The Imperia to anyone!

We got married here a week after the hurricane and our room for the reception had been flooded. We found management to be very poor in creating an acceptable alternative plan, but our consultant did what she could to fight for us. There was a lot of miscommunication in creating an alternative plan that made the week before the wedding very stressful. Everything ended up working out beautifully though and we had many compliments on the food, day-of service, and how the whole event turned out.

We had a wonderful wedding at the Imperia. Everyone was so attentive to our every need. As the bride I had my own personal wait-person who made sure I had everything I needed. The place looked amazing and as very clean. Changes were made to the menu for us and the food was delicious. People are still talking about how much food there was and how good it was. The chef made a personal meal for the groom and his dad and another one for the flower girl. They were incredibly accommodating and I had a wonderful day. The only problem came after the wedding. We had a 5 tier cake with crystal broaches on it and I wanted to pass the broaches on to my daughter but they lost them. They also forgot to save a tier of our cake that we had wanted to take home and freeze for our anniversary. When we told them the broaches were not returned they promised to look for them but we never heard back. Once we got a hold of Arlene she took care of the cake problem instantly by calling our baker and having them make us a new tier, which isn't the same but we appreciated it. However, we were called eventually and told the broaches were found but they had purchased new broaches and told us that they found ours. The problem was that they didn't look like the ones on our cake so we knew they weren't ours. I was sad to lose something we had wanted to pass down but that was our only problem with the Imperia and they did make an effort to rectify it. The actual wedding was more than I could have asked for.

I Have to say The Imperia ruin =ed my Entire Wedding..I paid 14,000 in food only to have NO Cocktail Hr..at all and things a Mess. They also recommend Anderson Florist in Islin, NJ Howard Kramer has the worse manners, The Imperia also ruined my Rehearsal Dinner by booking someone else the exact time I was scheduled. John the head Manager at the Imperia is also rude.....he didn't have my cocktail outside bc it rain...but we didn't know that meant we can't get a cocktail hr at all..until the end... I was late for my own Ceremony bc no one at the Imperia told me what time it was. They didn't serve my guest upon arrival like they promised with Champagne and children was running around thirsty as they didn't get the lemonade as promised. The Imperia would be the Worse Venue on the Planet......The vendors at the Imperia ripped my $300.00 Photography equipment apart. I mentioned it and they didn't even care. The place is beautiful but if you looking to have a Un-professional Wedding then The Imperia is for you. They are so messed up my event planner from The Imperia said she hate working there bc everyone is crazy especially Coleen the one who runs around smoking all the time,

We had our wedding here at the beginning of August. It was perfect! The grounds are beautiful, the food was delicious, and the staff was awesome! We had our wedding in the Majestica Ballroom which has an outdoor patio for cocktail hour. Unfortunately it began to rain, so it had to be moved inside before the guests arrived. The staff was quick and professional. Besides how beautiful the place was another reason we booked this venue was because of Arlene. She was quick on getting back to you, did what was asked, and was honest and straight forward. You also get A LOT for your money. The cocktail hour was huge with a variety of different stations and then there was a 5 course meal! The only upgrade we added to our wedding was the raw bar and it was well worth it. It came with and ice sculpture and the biggest most delicious jumbo shrimp I have ever had!

The venue is beautiful and the attendants did a wonder job with taking care of our immediate needs. We enjoyed good weather so our ceremony and cocktail hour were outside, both delightful. The reception was in the lower floor room next to the outdoor patio. It is a great venue with tons of flexibility - specially for a SUNDAY wedding!!!
At first it was hard to get in touch with the coordinating staff but as it got closer to our date it was better.
There were a few slip-ups such as:
- lobby was supposed to be used to hold our guests before the ceremony and it wasn't executed at all - we were told our guests would be escorted out at 3:15pm, meanwhile we coordinated with DJ for set-up and guests would sign and grab place cards.
- Cake was not provided to everyone, if you left your seats then forfeited the cake , including groom and bride!!! Not sure why since there was no left over??? Maybe not enough was ordered which was suppose to be included.
- We had requested a picture be put up and another picture signed- since the lobby wait was messed up - guests signed both and/or one or the other. Imperia created some of this chaos by not following our instructions to keep them separetely.
-lastly, what didn't help was that the set-up for each room is done a bit last minute, so hard to fix any last minute issues or misunderstandings when they fuction at the 9th hour. For instance, the napkins we requested were unavailable the day off and the alcohol luge came out half way through the reception - both Imperia made us as whole on the spot as best possible but we could've been avoided if they were set-up in advance.

Arlene at the Imperia was very, very easy to work with. She was willing to negotiate on proce with us, responded to e-mails quickly and was very flexible. There is plenty of parking and the lobby is very pretty. There are also some nice spots outside to take pictures.

The Majestica room was beautiful, the food was amazing, and there was so much of it! Everything was very well done and organized. Our main girl, Brenda, who looked after us for the day was fabulous and always ready to take care of whatever we needed.
Many of our guests have told us this was the best wedding they've ever been to :)
There are only a few reasons they get a 4 and not a five:
1) We were told we could supply our own music for the cocktail hour and pump it thru their sound system, but no one could figure out HOW to work the system the day of
2) We had to ask multiple people to clean up the outdoor patio (where we had our ceremony). There were still a lot of cigaratte butts and empty glasses from the night before laying around.
3) Some of the tables mentioned that even though they asked the waiters not to, their food was taken away too soon. People were out dancing and came back to empty plates that they'd barely touched.

The Imperia was a fantastic place to have our wedding! Overall, they did a fantastic job, the food was absolutely delicious, and the service was exceptional. We did have an issue where they did not put out certain favors and a photo to be signed but other than that we did not have any other problems. I would highly recommend them for a wedding as well as any other sort of event!

The Imperia really did an amazing job as our reception hall for our wedding. They attended to all our needs, and everything was setup beautifully. The only issue I had was they never put out specially printed cards we had made up for the tables to tell people about our photo booth...but in the grand scheme of things, it really didn't matter. Even though me and my husband didn't get to eat as much as we would have liked, everyone we've spoken to has raved about the food. Would highly recommend this gorgeous venue!
