glad to have chosen this venue because I definitely got my monies worth and compared to a lot of the other venues in the are it was the most affordable.
I would give them 1 million stars if I could. Hillary was amazing. From start to finish everything went seamlessly. I had no stress planning my wedding with Hillary. The setup was ...
perfect just as I envisioned it. The food was delicious. And the staff was awesome ( even got them to dance ). They made my day perfect!!
We are so glad that we had our wedding at the Shriners' Imperial Room. Hillary was so wonderful to work with. She prepared the rooms and dinner tables with such attention to deta...
il. She made beautiful name tags, thank you cards with our picture on it within the napkins, and wrote a description of how American and Hindu weddings are different (because we are a multiracial couple). Hillary went above and beyond throughout the wedding planning process with us. We also loved that our guests had the cocktail hour in one room, and then moved to the Imperial Room for dinner and dancing. It's nice to have the two rooms for your guests. We are just so, so happy that we chose to have our wedding reception here, and everyone we interacted with on staff was really helpful and pleasant.
Our wedding reception was on May 19, 2018, it was amazing, Hillary and her staff were so professional and friendly to everyone at our reception. I felt like a princess, when we ...
arrived at the venue she treated us like family and the ballroom look exactly as I imagined it, it was beautiful like a storybook. Hillary is such an awesome person, she made us so comfortable from the first time we met. She helped us with every aspect of our planning from start to finish I will be recommending the imperial ballroom to everyone who asks .

t. She makes sure to give you what are you looking for and if you have any doubt on how you want something, she wont hesitate in giving you any ideas or help you go thru what exactly you want. The food is great and the people that serve the food are always checking on what you need. Thank you so much Imperial Room to make my special day a dream come true. Hope to do business with you again :)
Our wedding reception was beautiful. Hillary and Patrick made the evening as stress free as possible.

le to move up the service in order for our guests to enjoy the reception but still make it home safely. The entire staff was welcoming and also seamlessly handled food allergy concerns. The menu choices were very good and allowed all of my guests to enjoy their meal.
The site offered great indoor photo opportunities (thankfully because of the snow that day), there is a large staircase in the foyer and fireplace inside the bar area. Thank you for providing an amazing experience.
The venue was just perfect. We had aproximately 120 guests and the facility accomodated them perfectly. This is not a huge venue, so the cocktail room was very comfortable while ...
still allowing people enough room to mingle and the bar area is quite large. There is a fireplace for ambiance as well. The reception room has a large dance floor, but the room isn't overly large. I provided a beautiful intimate setting and allowed guests to mingle and have fun. Hillary Williamson is the Director of Sales and I can not say enough about her and the staff. They were all wonderful. Hillary is a joy to work with. She is very accomodating, has great ideas and suggestions. She definately goes above and beyond and is just a wonderful person. The food and drinks were great as well. This venue is not as well known as other wedding/occasion venues in the state, but it is well worth checking out, and I'm sure will become a popular venue for weddings and other special occasions!
