The Ingleside Hotel

We had an incredible experience with our wedding reception venue, and especially with our coordinator, Kate. While things started off a bit rough with the Ingleside switching coordinators, Kate completely turned everything around and truly went above and beyond to make our day unforgettable. From the very beginning, she took the time to walk through every detail with us, and her communication was outstanding throughout the entire process. She quickly understood our vision and had an amazing eye for detail, which made us feel confident and supported every step of the way. Kate was also incredibly flexible throughout the planning process. Just days before the wedding, we had to make some unexpected changes due to circumstances we never could have anticipated having to deal with so close to our big day. She handled everything with such calmness and grace, immediately accommodating the changes and making it clear it was no problem at all. Most importantly, she went out of her way to ensure I didn’t take on any additional stress during that time, which meant so much. On the day of the wedding, Kate was nothing short of amazing. Her dedication and commitment ensured that everything ran smoothly, and she handled every detail with care and precision. She even stayed much later than expected to make sure every last touch was perfect, which meant so much to us. We also want to recognize the banquet staff, who were wonderful throughout the entire evening. Everything was handled seamlessly and professionally, and they helped create such a smooth and enjoyable experience for us and our guests. The bartenders in particular were amazing—efficient, friendly, and kept everything running effortlessly all night. We truly cannot say enough good things about Kate and the entire team. Kate exceeded all of our expectations, and we are so grateful to have had her by our side for such an important day. She played a huge role in making our wedding absolutely perfect.

The Ingleside had everything that me and my husband wanted in a venue which made choosing them easy for us. Since we had a lot of out of town guests, we loved that they were able to celebrate with us and then stay at the hotel that night. Booking a room in the hotel block was very easy for our guests. When we booked, we spoke with Hannah, but by the time we got closer to our wedding, we were working with Kate. Kate was amazing at helping us figure out the last details for the day ahead of time. She was also great on the day of helping everything to run smoothly. I appreciated her attention to detail as her and her team set up our memory table, family wedding photos, guest book, gift table and card box, place cards, and more. I had sent her pictures ahead of time of how I imagined everything looking, and when I went to drop decorations off she had pictures printed of everything. We loved the Lake Country Ballroom and all the space for our guests. The bar area was also perfect for cocktail hour. There was also a beautiful outdoor area that we could use to take photos. I appreciated the list provided of recommended vendors that I was given. It gave me confidence that all the vendors knew what they were doing and had worked together before. I also had a number of vendors who were not very familiar with The Ingleside, but it was easy for them to get done what they needed to. Everyone we interacted with throughout our wedding planning process and the weekend of our wedding was so kind and helpful. We are so glad that we chose The Ingleside for our wedding reception!
