Our wedding on June 18th, 2023, at this enchanting venue was an absolute dream come true! From the moment we set foot on the grounds, we knew we had found the perfect place to celebrate our special day. The entire experience was nothing short of magical, and we cannot praise the venue and its incredible staff enough. First and foremost, our wedding coordinator, Jaimee, was an absolute rock star. Jaimee's attention to detail and organizational skills were unparalleled. Jaimee ensured that every aspect of our day ran smoothly. She went above and beyond, coordinating with all our vendors and even stepping in to save the day when one of the groomsmen's pants decided to rip just moments before the ceremony. Jaimee sewed up the mishap, allowing us to proceed without a hitch. The food at the venue was nothing short of spectacular. Our guests are still raving about the perfectly cooked steaks, and personally, I couldn't get enough of the raviolis. What's more, the staff thoughtfully packaged the delicious food for us to enjoy in the comfort of our bridal suite after the reception – a thoughtful gesture that exceeded our expectations. The accommodations provided, both in the castle and the townhomes, were a true highlight of our wedding weekend. Our friends and family had a blast, and the atmosphere of the accommodations added an extra layer of joy to the festivities. My husband and I cannot express how thrilled we are with our decision to have our wedding at this venue. From the impeccable service to the exceptional food and accommodations, every aspect surpassed our wildest expectations. The Inn at Erlowest is a truly incredible venue – we had our wedding in August 2023 and I couldn't have dreamt up a more beautiful setting for our big day. The facilities, breathtaking views, food, etc. were amazing and our guests had so much fun. Working with Jamiee, LeAnna, and Laurie was wonderful and every detail was taken care of! I'd choose Erlowest over and over again!

We wanted to provide a warm and fun weekend full of celebrations for our closets friends and family rather than a 5 hour traditional wedding. The Inn at Erlowest exceeded our expectations. Over a week later and everyone is still talking about the food and the fun they had. We were so lucky to work with the coordinator, LeAnna. The entire year of planning out every detail was so easy with her. Not a missed phone call or email. LeAnna helped bring the vision to life for the entire weekend of events right down to greeting the guests with cotton candy topped champagne before the ceremony. We had a vision to make their guest feel they were in Italy so LeAnna made the terrace look like the streets in Italy! Literally, everything we asked for they delivered without missing a beat. From Welcome parties to groomsmen poolside BBQ's while the bridal party was in glam pre-ceremony. We looked at other venues in the area and they felt very corporate and had so many restrictions lacking the warmth you get with The Inn at Erlowest! I have to mention the food again because the food was just crazy good and that is so rare for a wedding venue. The wedding day itself was just perfect from the boat arrival to the ceremony, the service, fireworks, the food and the afterparty on the fireplace patio was so fun! Nobody wanted to leave! If you are looking for a small intimate wedding to a wedding weekend, you will not be disappointed with the Inn.

The venue speaks for itself with it's beauty, but the Erlowest team captured my vision for the room/tables perfectly. Jaimee, the wedding coordinator (included in the venue cost) was amazing - she took ALL the stress off my plate and made the process so easy, and was extremely responsive to my (many) emails. Laurie, who handles lodging, was so accommodating and made me and my guests feel so special. It was an honor to share my special day with this team of people. They have made it unforgettable.

Our wedding was an absolute dream come true, and it wouldn't have been possible without the hard work and dedication of the venue's staff and coordinator, LeAnna! The staff was incredibly attentive and anticipated our needs before we even realized them, ensuring that everything ran smoothly. LeAnna is a rockstar! She was on top of everything and with her coordination it allowed us to fully enjoy every moment without worrying about a thing. The Inn at Erlowest is the perfect wedding venue! The views provided a breathtaking backdrop for the ceremony and reception. It's the perfect location where cherished memories are made. I cannot recommend this place enough!

The Erlowest is THE BEST location for a wedding on Lake George. Once we visited this venue we looked no further. Our wedding coordinator was Jaimee and she was a rockstar and did the best job keeping everything organized and kept us on track all those months/weeks leading up to the day. On the day of the wedding the staff never skipped a beat and everything was extremely well coordinated between all our vendors. We opted to have our ceremony at the north pointe to have the views of the lake but had the comfort of knowing that should the weather not hold up it would still be a gorgeous setting to get married under the canopied courtyard. Also highly recommend renting the Miss Erlowest. The entrance of the groom and groomsmen is epic and photos of us on the boat are some of my favorite from the day. Captain Ron was so awesome and not a hair was out of place when we came back from our short cruise!

We couldn't be happier that we chose the Inn at Erlowest for our wedding venue. Not only is the location BEAUTIFUL but the team of people at Erlowest are AMAZING! LeAnna, Laurie, and Jaimee were so helpful throughout the entire planning process. The day of our wedding, the weather threw us for a loop and we had to make last minute changes for the ceremony location. They managed to make a smooth, quick transition and the ceremony was still perfect! We also received many compliments from our guests about how amazing the food was at the reception. We can't thank you all enough. We highly recommend the Inn at Erlowest!

Our wedding day was a DREAM!! We are so glad we booked with the Inn at Erlowest, especially because of the amazing staff. LeAnna and Laurie (and their team) were absolutely incredible start to finish. It is the PERFECT venue for family traveling in to stay close together and enjoy the special weekend. The Inn and the Suncastle had great rooming options, our guests loved it! The bridal suite is so comfy and fun. We loved the couches, the balcony and the natural lighting. The lakefront ceremony option is beautiful, but the patio ceremony ended up being our favorite location. It was so intimate, still gave the lake backdrop, and looked so beautiful for photos. Reception room is breathtaking. LeAnna decorated just as we had discussed, and worked so closely with our other vendors to make sure our vision came to life. Food was amazing - all the way from cocktail hour to our late night bites. Guests were pleased! Shout out to the bartenders - They were a crowd favorite!

Our wedding at the Erlowest was the most amazing day ever. From our first tour of the venue to packing up our wedding the morning after, the staff was so helpful. LeAnna and her team kept our day running so smooth and punctual. The food was amazing and every vendor that was recommended by Erlowest was top notch. The best day ever, all thanks to the most amazing venue!

My husband and I had the most perfect wedding experience at the Inn at Erlowest. We are so happy that we found this phenomenal venue. We selected the Inn for a unique wedding experience that wasn't cookie cutter like a lot of the venues out there. The Inn is very charming and has a lot of vintage characteristics that we fell in love with. We also picked the Inn for the food as we wanted to ensure that our guests would have delicious meal options. I cannot not say enough great things about our experience, especially working with LeAnna Avila and Laurie Jones, as they are quite the dream team and so professional. They ensured that our day went off without a hitch and for that we are incredibly grateful. For our big day, we rented the Grand Ballroom, and it was absolutely perfect for 150 guests. We rented the side patio space with the fireplace as well as we didn't want any non-guests around during our big day. We had originally intended to get married at the North Pointe, if the weather would permit but we went with the Courtyard space due to weather forecasting concerns and we're so glad that we ended up getting married there instead. It made for quite the intimate ceremony experience. You can't go wrong with either option. We rented the Miss Erlowest boat for pictures as well. Ladies, make sure your hair is securely sprayed before venturing out on Miss Erlowest! Cocktail hour on the patio outside of the Grand Ballroom was absolutely magical. The Inn was SO accommodating and responsive to all requests and asks. LeAnna and Laurie thought of things that we never would have thought of ourselves. We also rented out all of the rooms in the Inn so we could take over the venue fully for our experience. I highly recommend that you fill all rooms in the Inn itself for a more private experience. If not, you risk the possibility of non-wedding guests staying at the Inn complaining about noise, etc. Our crew hung out on the side patio after our rehearsal dinner and had such a great night, it was so nice having the place all to ourselves. LeAnna is essentially a member of the wedding SWAT team as that woman has every aspect of wedding day execution down to a science (headset and all). She made me feel so comfortable and cared for, especially moments when I was feeling nervous, I would just follow LeAnna's lead. Everything was timed perfectly with LeAnna as our guide. The hospitality was unmatched. All staff members were amazing and very accommodating. When we dropped all of the wedding items off at the Inn the day before, I noticed that a piece of our custom cake topper was broken, and Laurie was so amazing and fixed it for us with superglue. The day of was seamlessly executed, our guests were so very impressed with their experience at the Inn. The champagne greeting upon arrival was a nice touch that I'm glad we included, the sign outside of the Inn was customized with our names on it, the food was OUT OF THIS WORLD, a year later and our guests are still raving about it. After the ceremony, we went to sign our marriage license and the staff immediately brought us a full plate of hors D'oeuvres and our signature drinks (which were made to perfection). I could go on and on. The Inn truly made us feel like celebrities on our big day and I wish we could relive it over and over again. THANK YOU Inn at Erlowest for the best day of our lives and the incredible wedding experience. We are very proud to be an Inn at Erlowest couple.

We LOVED our wedding at the Inn at Erlowest. We had looked at a few venues for our January 1 wedding, and the second we stepped into Erlowest, we knew it was the venue for us. The staff was so welcoming, and even though the venue is top tier, no one was stuffy or looked down on us. They worked with us to create the perfect wedding package within our budget. The staff was very professional and responsive. They have someone that works with you on housing to make sure all the wedding party has a place on the property. We ended up booking out the whole hotel, as well as several of the townhouses located on the property down by the lake. Every room is GORGEOUS! They also paired us with our own planner, Jaimee, who was OUTSTANDING! She worked with us throughout the year to make sure every detail was in place. She went above and beyond, responding quickly to any and every request and question. She also had a checklist to make sure we didn’t miss anything. On the wedding day the staff were WONDERFUL! They really went above and beyond. They decorated everything, and set up the whole event--ceremony and reception. During the event they kept in touch with radios, so anything we needed was brought to us and coordinated with all the vendors, so we could just enjoy the wedding and not worry about the details. They brought our own personal plate of appetizers up to the sitting room, so we could take a quick breath before the reception--including a separate plate of gluten free items for me. LeAnna and Jaimee even bustled my dress and took my veil out for me!! They had one of the waitstaff assigned to our sweetheart table, and they grabbed anything we needed. So helpful! At the end of the night we went up to the room to find several to-go containers with two meals, cupcakes, and desserts--and they all had special congratulations notes on them. We were thrilled as we didn’t get a chance to try everything during the wedding. After the event they packed everything up too, so we didn’t have to worry about anything other than recovering from an AMAZING party! We can’t say enough about Erlowest. We already have plans to return for other special occasions. The venue is stunning and vintage. It was exactly what we wanted for our Gatsby-themed wedding. There are all sorts of packages. We decided to add fireworks, and boy was it worth it! It was the best fireworks show we’ve ever seen. The guests were so surprised! The food is top notch too. BOOK THIS VENUE! You will not be disappointed. Thank you LeAnna, Jaimee, Laurie, and all the other staff members who made this a DREAM COME TRUE!

We had a Thursday September 2022 wedding. We fell in love with The Inn at Erlowest the second we arrived for our tour. LeAnna was our venue coordinator all the way from the first meeting and was a tremendous help every step of the way. Erlowest provides the wedding menu, linens, tasting menu, bakes the custom wedding cake, includes bar service, and provides a complimentary wedding night suite at the Inn. The property, ballrooms, and Inn are GORGEOUS! We opted-in for the Miss Erlowest boat ride, which made for a relaxing and romantic touch.

We couldn't have asked for a better place for the best day of our lives. From the very beginning while scheduling, to numerous phone calls for logistics, to the day of our ceremony, Erlowest was extremely responsive, accommodating, and helpful. It was incredible how there was absolutely no stress on the day of our wedding, as the staff and our expert wedding coordinator LeAnna had everything figured out and nailed down to the minute. Besides the stunning views that cannot be beaten in Upstate New York, the dinner and dessert was delicious, and the accommodations for us and our guests were luxurious. We cannot give enough complements to Erlowest, and would absolutely recommend it to anyone.

You MUST get married at the Inn at Erlowest. LeAnna and team are simply amazing. Over the course of a year, LeAnna was so incredibly responsive and helpful with all of our questions. We seriously could not have put on this event without her. On the day of the wedding, everything was on time and flowed perfectly. Our guests were blown away with the service, the quality of the food and the resort itself. Many of our guests stayed at the SunCastle resorts and really enjoyed their stay. Everyone was really impressed with the accommodations and it made the experience really convenient for those that stayed on the property. The Inn at Erlowest is such a wonderful establishment and we will continue to visit for dinner. Thank you so much LeAnna & team, you really made our dreams come true. We could not have asked for a better process and team to work with through the wedding planning experience.

Where do I start? The Inn met all of our expectations and then some! The staff (Elyse, LeAnna, Laurie, Jamie and everyone else) was beyond accommodating and helpful throughout the entire process. They did everything I asked them to do, even on the day of our wedding. They all blew me away with how they had it all down to a science. I can never thank them all enough! If you are considering this venue for your wedding, just book them now and you won't be disappointed!

I had the most beautiful wedding at the Inn at Erlowest! The staff were extremely organized and attentive, leaving me with no worries for the big day. The ceremony and reception locations were absolutely gorgeous. All of my guests left extremely happy. Do not hesitate to book your wedding here!

Growing up, I dreamed of getting married here. The atmosphere, the architecture, and most importantly the lake...Everything I could have ever asked for, this venue had it. We had originally booked this venue for 12/18/2020, but we all know how that went. I called to cancel, and LeAnna called me later that afternoon and told me not to cancel and to pick any day available for the following year and they would honor our current contract for out original wedding. So, we did just that. We moved our day to 11/6/2021, we had 100 people and it was the best day of our lives. From the food, to the SEAMLESS flow of the day, thanks to LeAnna and Laurie (MY LIFE SAVERS!). I still cannot say enough amazing things about them. Without them I would have had multiple breakdowns and bridezilla moments, but they made everything absolutely perfect! Planning a wedding without my mom was incredibly difficult, but LeAnna and Laurie both made me feel great about everything, they did a stand up, stand in, mom job. And that, to me, I couldn't have asked for anything more. Not a detail was missed, not a moment lost. I wouldn't have changed one thing about that day. If you're not sure about using the Erlowest for the day you will remember the rest of your life, let me tell you, you will have no regrets. This was the easiest and best decision we ever made, picking the Erlowest as our Venue. I wish we could have a wedding every year because it was such an amazing DAY!

I had an intimate wedding at the Inn at Erlowest in the fall of 2021 and it was everything I could have hoped for. LeAnna and Laurie made the wedding planning process so smooth and easy from start to finish. It wouldn't have been the same experience without them! LeAnna worked with us to create the wedding we envisioned and everything went exactly as planned on our big day. I was so impressed by her and the entire Erlowest team - they are the best of the best! The food was delicious, the accommodations were wonderful, and the views are just breathtaking. If you're looking for a beautiful location on the water, look no further than the Erlowest!! We're already planning to return next year to celebrate our first anniversary!

This was the Perfect venue for us. It had the elegant and beautiful castle as well as the lake and the mountains in the background. We loved everything about it, including the staff. They were absolutely amazing! LeAnna constantly answered any questions i had leading up to our day and of course on the day of. Her and her team were efficient, professional, exceptionally nice and they took care of everything from the set up and tear down to the communication making sure the bride and groom didn't meet before it was time. Everything went off without a hitch with their help and I would highly recommend this venue to everyone.

Erlowest helped us achieve our DREAM! Our day was everything we imagined and more and a major part of that was choosing Erlowest as our venue. LeAnna and team helped create a flawless day - from our cocktail style party, to our wild dance floor, to making me and my husband feel like celebrities. There was a small issue with our shuttle transportation and LeAnna made sure we had no idea what was going on and everything moved forward smoothly. Laurie was great to work with also, making sure all of our guests rooms were worked out smoothly and helping with all the day of logistics (she kept us calm and excited as we awaited our grand entrance!). We really appreciated how they helped us achieve some different/non traditional ideas we had for our wedding. Everyone was so flexible with executing our vision (something we had issues with at other venues we considered). We also really appreciated how helpful Erlowest was with all of the COVID changes we experienced, they made a very difficult process as easy as possible. . Definitely use the Mrs. Erlowest boat!! It was so fun and our pictures our amazing. My husband and groomsmen entered the ceremony from the boat and it was a hit. Our guests raved about the food and views. Choosing Erlo as your venue will be the best decision you make!

We were absolutely thrilled with our wedding day at the Inn at Erlowest. LeAnna did an amazing job helping us plan every little detail, even though we had a complicated schedule of events (including 2 different ceremonies in 2 different locations of the Inn, with dress changes in between). She and her team executed on the event flawlessly and went above & beyond, including holding a plate of hors d'oeuvre for my husband & me to eat from while we were taking pictures after the ceremony. She even brought our his & hers drinks to our townhouse while we were getting changed before the reception. The venue itself is beautiful - we got so many compliments from our guests. We can't wait to be back to celebrate our anniversary!

LeAnna and her team are amazing! She sent updates and reminders as our date got closer and was instrumental in making sure our special day went perfectly the day of. The Inn let us hold a second date during the middle of COVID at no additional cost which eased our anxieties as we wedding planned through a pandemic. I can’t say enough good things about them and their beautiful location. We can’t wait to visit and stay overnight to celebrate anniversaries in the future.

Our wedding was one of the best days of our lives and it is in great part thanks to the AMAZING staff at the Inn at Erlowest. They truly went above and beyond our expectations! LeAnna was absolutely wonderful, quickly responding to emails with questions, and always a "can-do" attitude to make sure everything was perfect for us. She advocates for her couples and makes sure that they have a magical, organized, and stress-free day. She even had our signature drinks waiting for us after we said "I Do!". You simply cannot beat the views of this venue, looking over beautiful Lake George in a gorgeous stone inn, we truly felt like we were in a fairytale. Also, the food blew us away! We are still talking about the amazing cheese ravioli and Ben and Jerry's cart! We are so beyond thrilled with how our event played out and are forever thankful for the Inn's amazing staff! We cannot recommend this venue enough to host your dream wedding!

My husband and I have had the best experience working with Liz and the Erlowest team!! We live in the NYC area and when we had our initial visit at the Inn we knew hands down we wanted our wedding at the Inn. Nothing else compared to the views and it put our minds at ease to see the team on top of everything even during our first meeting. Liz responded to my thousands of questions, emails, and calls throughout the whole process and worked with us when we needed to postpone our big wedding to 2021, but still wanted to have a minimony this year. The second I handed over my decorations and other items to Liz the day of our minimony, my mind was so at ease and I knew the rest of our day was going to be amazing. It ended up being the perfect day, and the Erlowest team played a big part in that. We held our ceremony at North Pointe which was absolutely beautiful, and later we had dinner on the front terrace of the Inn with our 30 guests. I can't stress how amazing every detail of the day was, and our guests were so happy to see the Erlowest team keeping to CDC and NYS guidelines. The food was DELICIOUS and the cake was so good I had to restrain myself from eating the top tier on the drive back home. Our family stayed in the townhouses on the property which were so convenient and spacious that we booked the same ones for our event next year, and have more guests staying there as well. A HUGE thank you to Liz and the Erlowest team for making our wedding absolutely perfect - we can't wait to do it again next year!!

I cannot thank Liz, Alexis, Jordan, and the rest of the staff enough for giving us our dream-come-true wedding at the Inn at Erlowest. From the second we stepped on to the property, with its scenic views of the mountains, Lake George, and the beautiful stone facade of the castle, we fell madly in love with the venue. But what made our day extra special was the team of coordinators who helped us with the planning and decision making every step of the way. Even after months of questions and lengthy emails (on my part!), Liz never wavered, and helped us create our picture-perfect wedding. To say that Liz and the rest of the team did an amazing job would be an understatement, as they took care of every detail with poise and efficiency, even those I had not anticipated. My family and I left our wedding weekend with watery eyes and full hearts, and it is all thanks to the dedication of Liz and the Erlowest team. We. could not have made a better decision for our special day!

We cannot say enough about this venue. Stunning historic buildings, stunning scenery, wonderful helpful kind staff, onsite coordinator (Jordan) who is so so on top of everything, delicious food, fully stocked bars, etcetcetc. I could go on and on and on. Everything went off without a hitch! There is so little to worry about - they cover so many of the pieces that you only have to find a DJ, florist and anything else extra you'd want. Best weekend of our lives and we couldn't have imagined a better venue for our ceremony and reception!!!! GET MARRIED HERE!

What can we say that hasn't already been said by all of the wonderful reviews about the Inn at Erlowest? Our wedding day was perfect! Jordan and Alexis helped walk us through every last detail, connected with all of our venders and made sure everything went off without a hitch! Throughout the process and on the day of, they were very supportive, and made sure the day was just how we hoped. Any little details we didn't think of they took care of with ease. We are still getting compliments about how great the wedding was. Thank you so much!

My daughter had her wedding here Saturday and it was fabulous! Liz and the entire staff were attentive, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The venue is gorgeous and the ballroom was spacious for our 130 guests. Liz took care of everything and patiently answered all of our questions. The food was out of this world. We offered the filet, monk fish, and chicken. The cost is on the higher side of average but now that the wedding is over we feel it was worth the price. And, we felt like we had our own wedding planner the day of the wedding with everything that Liz and her staff took care of that day. Book your wedding here! You will not be disappointed.

The staff at the Inn is incredible. I worked mostly with Juliana, who was extremely professional and never took more than 24 hours to reply to an email. She did a fantastic job the entire weekend of my wedding. I dropped off about 20 boxes of various decor items and she checked them all off her inventory list to be sure everything was in order. On the morning of my wedding, we were crunched for time and my hair & makeup team left, but Juliana came to the rescue securing my veil. Later she helped my bridesmaids with my bustle. I know there were many, many brides she was working with but I always felt like I was her only focus. Even our food tasting was a unique and personal experience with our own printed menu! I always dreamt of getting married on Lake George and although I had not pictured something quite as elegant as the Inn at Erlowest, it was absolutely the right choice of venue. From excellent food to the opportunity for guests to stay on property, everything was fantastic. If you’re looking for attentive and professional staff and an elegant feel, you will not find better than the Inn at Erlowest.

Juliana, Alexis & the Inn at Erlowest team made my wedding perfect! They are so accommodating, and understanding that they can really make any dream a reality. I can't stress how easy they made the wedding process. They were always available via email, phone and meetings though-out the planning process. I didn't have to stress a minute on my wedding day, and my husband and I had the best time!

The Inn at Erlowest was the greatest choice for our wedding. We went to visit it in the summer, and immediately were impressed by the inn and its views of Lake George. Once we decided to book it, Alexis and the other coordination staff were so helpful and it made wedding planning much easier. The wedding day was so beautiful, and it was the perfect choice for us, lakeside, castle-like vibes, elegant, and inviting. Our guests were blown away by the Inn at Erlowest. The staff on the day of were organized and really made our day flow perfectly. The food was amazing. I highly recommend this venue, it truly is a gem in Lake George. The only thing that I didn,t like was how strict the timing of the day was, since I felt rushed.

The Inn at Erlowest team thinks of EVERYTHING! I did not worry about a single thing as soon as our wedding day started! We dropped off our decorations the day before and when we arrived at the reception the room was beyond beautiful. The night moved along perfectly and we felt like royalty. Between family photos and cocktail hour, Alexis and team found me and said "its time to bustle your dress", something I thought my mom and bridesmaids would have to figure out eventually. Alexis brought me around the corner and got my dress perfectly set, while also having a tray of hor d'oeuvres for me to snack on while they worked. It was just a small detail but they really thought of everything!

Best venue ever!!! Juliana was amazing and so easy to work with. The entire staff here is amazing and really made our day the best it could be. Very flexible and extremely friendly. I wish we could go back and just relive our wedding day. It was the most beautiful day ever! Food is also just as good!!!

I cannot say how highly I recommend The Inn at Erlowest! Juliana was so great, made the planning process so simple, answered all of my one million questions, and was SO accommodating!!! The food was amazing and the room was beautiful!!! We are so happy we chose to have our wedding here!!

I cannot recommend the Erlowest enough to anyone looking to have an amazing wedding experience. The venue itself is gorgeous, the food was amazing but Alexis and her staff are really the reason our day was so perfect. Looking back I have over 100 emails with Alexis throughout the planning process, each one prompt, polite and professional even while planning her OWN wedding for just the week before ours! Although this venue does multiple weddings a weekend you would never know it from the time and attention you receive from Alexis and her staff. My husband said it best "Alexis is REALLY GOOD at her job". Our guests couldn't believe the views from the Castle and how convenient it was to have everything in one location for the whole weekend. We would recommend the Erlowest to anyone looking for a memorable wedding experience for yourself and for your guests.

I'm going to somehow try and put into words how amazing this place is in 3,000 characters to fit in this review. Julianna and Alexis helped me throughout my entire wedding planning process. I specifically emailed Julianna back and forth every week for over a year and a half before my wedding. Julianna and I had hundreds of emails back and forth to each other. She answered every single one of my questions and always had the answer for me, she is amazing. She is such a sweet, down to earth person and beyond organized and answers emails so quickly; she is a gem and made my entire wedding planning process stress free. Julianna and Alexis helped out so much the day of my wedding, always smiling and calm which helped calmed my nerves knowing I was in good hands. My guests will not stop raving about how spectacular our wedding was. I cannot even count how many of our friends and family said that our wedding was the best wedding they have ever been to (and we are from New Jersey, where we go over the top with weddings). The food was beyond spectacular. Everything we ate was phenomenal and the chef blew it out of the water and nothing like any wedding food I have ever had. We had guests telling us it was the best food at a wedding they have ever had. My wedding was beyond beautiful and absolutely perfect and not one little thing went wrong, all thanks to the Erlowest staff. Juliana, Alexis, Laurie, Jo were all such a joy to work with and be around all weekend, always smiling and accommodating to all of my guest and I's needs. Besides the staff being absolutely magnificent, the location of the Erlowest is everything and more. I was married right on the water and boy was it a dream location. My wedding pictures are breathtaking and I will recommend this venue to every single bride I talk to because my wedding day could not have been more perfect. Thank you SO much to all of the Erlowest staff for literally making all of my husband and I's dreams come true. We will never forget what you did for us and how amazing our wedding day was. We are so grateful for you all. We will most definitely be back soon!

We could not have chosen a more perfect venue. I could go on and on about how beautiful the Inn is but what really makes this place stand apart is the staff. Starting with Alexis and the rest of the events team - she really makes the bride and groom feel special. The Inn does multiple weddings most weekends of the summer so having a coordinator that makes you feel like an individual is so important. She was so helpful - coordinating with our other vendors, helping us plan the day, meeting with us through out different stages of the process, and checking in not he day of from the moment my bridal party and I arrived on sight, to bustling my dress at the reception, and checking in at different times of the night. It's also the little things that the Inn thinks of that really put it over the top for my husband and I. They made the night so personalized with lots of options for table cloths and room set up that were included in the price. We wanted some add ons and the Inn helped find vendors for those as well. They even gave my husband and I a plate of cocktail hour appetizers we didn't get a chance to try during dinner. When we arrived at our complementary wedding suite at the end of the night we found plates with bites of all the food from the night and a piece of wedding cake for us to enjoy (understanding it's hard to get a chance to eat during the day of). We had the time of our lives. Our guests LOVED the evening and couldn't stop raving about the services. It was perfect. Thank you team!

When Patrick and I got engaged a year and a half ago I was dead set on getting married at the sagamore. So dead set, that Patrick had set up a visit 12 hours after our engagement. We left the Sagamore HIGHLY disappointed. While driving back towards home, we decided to pull into the Inn. From the second we walked through the door we knew this was where we would get married. The staff is unbelievably accommodating. I won’t even get into all of the preparation leading up to wedding day. But, wedding weekend the Inn staff made me feel like a princess. We worked with Juliana and she was amazing. Being an April wedding, we were concerned that there would not be florals in the urns around the Inn. I woke up rehearsal morning to people planting flowers, because Juliana knew how much it meant to us to have flowers on premise. The entire day was beyond perfect thanks to Juliana’s guidance. It poured and thunderstormed on wedding day. Patrick and I took pictures outside immediately after the storm cleared. My dress was dirty from the grass. Juliana and Alexis sat on the floor at the inn with warm water and cleaner and cleaned every spot that was dirty before bustling me for my reception entrance. Also, I must add, that while doing this they ensured that Patrick and I had food from our cocktail hour served to us. AND popped our favorite champagne. There are not enough words to describe how amazing this venue is. We got back to our room on wedding night and we had food in our fridge because staff knew that we weren’t able to enjoy our meals on wedding night. To describe this venue (mind you I get teary eyed while writing this) I would say they were nothing short of amazing, accommodating, welcoming, and the perfect choice for the most important day of our lives. You can’t go wrong!

A Perfect Star Wars Wedding! Thank you to the Inn at Erlowest for hosting the Star Wars Wedding of our dreams! We had our wedding on 1/20/18 in gorgeous 45 degree weather with the breathtaking mountains behind the Erlowest as our backdrop. From start to finish, I worked with Juliana as my wedding planner at the Erlowest and was 100% pleased with how everything turned out! 1) Communication - Juliana, my coordinator, was always responsive and available when I contacted her. We had long email chains throughout the months that allowed us to cover all planning topics and Juliana was always on-top of things. She was great with reminding me about deadlines and paperwork that needed to be done. I did not hire and outside planner and myself and Juliana were able to plan my themed wedding without any trouble. 2) Venue - The venue is absolutely stunning and looks and feels like you are in a castle. We are very happy that we booked all 10 rooms for the wedding party/family both Friday and Saturday. It felt like a getaway to a gorgeous castle and each room is unique and lovely to stay in. I received many compliments on the rooms and the venue itself. I stayed in the Schuyler suite as my bridal suite and it was the perfect size. I loved going back upstairs at night and taking a nice long bath in the jacuzzi tub with my new husband. The reception hall is equally beautiful with plenty of room for my 155 guests. We chose the tuscan-style bridal table so that we sat with the bridal party and not by ourselves. This made the room even more special as we were able to be surrounded by our friends and family. The dance floor was a perfect size as well with plenty of room if you have a big wedding. We also had room in the back for a photobooth which was a big hit. Even though it was winter, we had multiple heat lamps and fire tables outside so people could enjoyed the reception hall as well as the outdoor patio. Everyone loved the venue and I couldn't have found a better place. Thank you to everyone who worked on my wedding especially my planners and the Erlowest ladies who wore Princess Leia buns for my Star Wars theme! The Erlowest truly made my wedding the best day of our lives! 3) Food - The best Salmon and Lobster I've ever tasted. Compliments to the chef and the culinary team as everyone was raving about the food at the wedding. We went with the Diamond crest package and opted to add on the ice cream sundae bar as well. I also had the bridal party luncheon delivered to the Montcalm seating area while my girls were getting ready. The Erlowest arrived with delicious salads, sandwiches, chips and mimosas for us to enjoy while getting ready. I would definitely recommend doing this as everyone will be a little hungry before the ceremony! You will not be disappointed with the food at the Erlowest. I would give the Erlowest more than 5 stars if I could and highly recommend this venue for your special day. It is the perfect getaway wedding and it is really special to be able to stay in the Erlowest rooms. We definitely plan to come back any time we are able to and especially for our anniversary.

I could write a novel about how fantastic the Erlowest is. From the hotel rooms to the food to the location - just everything is perfect. Then you have the team on site who are incredible. Juliana and Alexis are two of the nicest people I have ever met. The email chains, phone calls, in-person visits they are always professional, always smiling, and will make any request work. The staff the day of your wedding are also some of the happiest people you will ever meet. One touch that has stuck with me is after the cocktail hour and we were waiting to go into the reception they brought the groom and I some food in case we didnt get to taste it. It's the little things like that, that really set apart one venue from the next. In terms of cost I love the flexibility so you don't spend an arm and a leg - you can add and take out of packages so you stay in budget. Then the grounds - privacy was important to us and there is no other place I can think of that does it better. Secluded on a lake in a castle - not sure what tops that! Thank you Juliana, Alexis, the whole Erlowest team for making my wedding experience unreal!

The place alone is absolutely breathtaking, but the staff and team were beyond accommodating. Juliana was my life saver through the whole wedding process. Any question, concern or advice I had she was always right there. The food was amazing. I wish we could get married all over again. I cannot say enough positive things about the Inn!!

I don’t think there are words to express how grateful we are to Alexis, Juliana, Chris and the staff at the Erlowest for making our wedding as special as it was. The venue itself is magical - the views stunning, the ballroom perfect. The FOOD! Oh my goodness, the food. Hands down the BEST wedding food we’ve ever had - it came out hot and so incredibly delicious. We continue to get rave reviews from our guests. The service was wonderful. The fact that the Inn works so closely with SunCastle Resorts creates a unique situation for accommodations. Nobody has to leave the premises, which welcomes an interconnected party atmosphere (in our case) for the entire weekend. We loved having everybody so close, enjoying time with our family and friends for several days. In addition, the rooms at the Inn are clean, comfortable and one-of-a-kind. The Montcalm Suite was simply perfect for us the night of our wedding. Throughout the planning process, Alexis was a calming influence, organized and helpful. That warm professionalism proved to stand up in the face of adversity, when our ceremony site had to be changed from the Pointe to the courtyard (because of Hurricane Harvey). It was a move I initially was pretty bummed about, but honestly worked out better than we could have imagined. The space was intimate and lovely, creating an emotional atmosphere that resonated with everybody. We partly booked the Inn because of how good “Plan B” could be, and I’m so thankful we did. We will be coming back for sure to relive our special day!

My wedding day couldn't have been more perfect with the help of the amazing Erlowest staff who oversaw each detail of the day. They even customized a brunch menu for my Friday morning wedding and were extremely flexible. Not to mention the gorgeous view overlooking Lake George and the stunning castle. Would highly recommend Erlowest and their staff for any event!

My husband and I got married at the Inn last weekend and had our version of the perfect day. Even though we weren't able to say "I do" down by the water, the day was just as magical and picturesque. Everything went off without a hitch thanks to Alexis and her team at the Inn. From the moment we stepped onto property for a preliminary walk through, Alexis was ON and never stopped until we had danced the night away. She is a spectacular coordinator and took care of me from day 1. Our food was outstanding, both my husband and I finished our plates at dinner!! We are thrilled wit our wedding and would highly recommend it to other couples.

Wow!!!! The Erlowest and Chef Adam Padilla knocked it out of the park for my daughter's October 1st wedding. Alexis was AMAZING to work with and more than accommodating. The food was all outstanding!! It took 18 months of planning as there were many details and moving parts....to the first time ever constructed clear tent at The Point, the Grand Cocktail hour on the gorgeous covered Veranda that consisted of almost everything on their menu, antique furniture, barrel bars and a lounge flip! My only suggestion is that you rent all 10 Inn rooms and EVERY unit on the Sun Castle grounds as there will be complaints made for any late night noise from the balconies. I missed 2 units and, unfortunately, they were disturbed by us.

In August 2016, my husband and I got married at the Inn at Erlowest.  From the moment we met Alexis Wallace during our initial tour of the venue, we felt so comfortable and at ease throughout the process.  We cannot say enough about how professional, kind, patient, and understanding Alexis was throughout the process.  Alexis promptly addressed all our needs and any questions and concerns we had with such warmth and sincerity.  On the day of our wedding, everything was truly perfect.  The staff was so attentive to us and our guests' every need.  The food was incredible, the views were breathtaking, and we could not have asked for anything more.  We highly recommend the Inn at Erlowest, not only for weddings, but also for a getaway weekend as the rooms and grounds are truly beautiful.  To this day, we are so grateful to Alexis and the entire staff at the Inn at Erlowest.  We appreciate all their hard work and dedication so much - it did not go unnoticed!  We could not be happier!

I wanted to get married on waterfront property for as long as I can remember and the Inn at Erlowest was the perfect choice! Alexis Wallace was like a dream. She is the wedding coordinator at the Erlowest but is really SO SO SO much more. She is knowledgeable, accommodating, creative, resourceful, patient, the list goes on and on and on. She really made every dream I had come true. All my friends told me I was such a calm bride and it truly was because of Alexis. I can't thank her enough for her help from start to finish. Not to mention, she makes it easy because she knows all the vendors in town. The Inn is gorgeous and if all of your guests fill up the rooms at the Inn you get the entire castle to yourself. It felt like I was truly a Queen for the weekend! We did everything on the property from the beautiful waterfront ceremony to the after party by the fire pit and at the Castle Bar and brunch in the morning- they repurposed our flowers for the brunch which looked amazing! The getaway boat on the Miss Erlowest hackercraft boat was the best moment for me. My husband used it for his "getting ready" time with his groomsmen which was also fun. Don't forget to ask about it! Our guests LOVED the venue. I would highly recommend the property for a dream wedding. We will come back every anniversary. The food is so high quality too!

We recently had our wedding here and it was top notch! Alexis, Ashley, Chris and team were awesome to work with. They made everything beyond easier that we ever expected. Guests loved the view, enjoyed the scenery and everything went off without a hitch. The best part? A VERY calm mother of the bride knowing that Alexis had everything under control. We recently had our wedding at The Inn at Erlowest on September 13th, and could not be more pleased with our experience. We fell in love with the Inn instantly with its picturesque setting on Lake George. The views and privacy of the Inn is unlike any other place on the Lake. It's a perfect place to stay for a weekend to take in the sites, and even better to have a truly magical wedding! We had a spectacular experience right from the beginning when it came to working with the staff at the Inn. Alexis Wallace, the event coordinator and sales manager, was simply the best! Since contracting, we visited the Inn a few times when we were in the area, and Alexis always took time to speak with us and answer any questions. She made the planning process very easy. I had full confidence in her to make sure our day went exactly the way we wanted. Laurie, the banquet manager, was also a pleasure to work with. Laurie made sure that our night flowed the way we wanted, and that all of our guests were happy. Joanne, who works on the hotel side of the Inn, was also great to work with. She made sure that my guests and myself were happy and comfortable with our accommodations. All three did such a fantastic job! They all went above and beyond to make sure we had the best wedding day. If we could we would do it again! As far as the accommodations go, the Inn is absolutely beautiful. Each room in the Inn is a little different, but boasts an antique/classic feel. The food was also out of this world. For our meals at the wedding there was not the typical choice of your basic chicken, beef, or fish. The food was all gourmet! Delicious!

Our daughter looked at many venues for her wedding. When she saw The Inn, she was hooked. The setting overlooking Lake George was perfect. The castle, both inside and out, was just right. It was a stately and commanding presence on the Lake. The rooms were fit for royalty. When we learned that the date we were seeking was available, we went to contract. Ms. Alexis Wallace, Event & Sales Manager, had every bit of information necessary and read our minds for the details we sought. She answered all our questions and responded to all our calls and emails. We settled upon the decor, schedule, and beverage selection and determined that all ten rooms available at The Inn would be reserved for the family wedding guests. Ms. Wallace arranged for a tasting to decide upon a menu and the type of wedding cake desired. She even provided us with a schedule for everything to be done, from the ladies' make-up in the morning to the speeches at the reception. Everything went exactly according to plan. Ms. Laurie Jones, Banquet Manager, saw to it that all aspects of the reception were perfect. The servers kept an attentive eye on all the tables. Every need was immediately and unobtrusively met. Our greatest concern for the reception was the food. It needn't have been. It was individually prepared and served straight off the fire. Vegetables were fresh and the meat cooked to order. The preparation, quality, and presentation could not have been better. All the guests commented on how delicious it was. Many said it certainly equaled or surpassed the quality of many of the finest restaurants. The battery of five chefs, with Adam Padilla in the lead, are to be commended for their artistry. The following morning, breakfast was available for the 180 attendees. Again, Ms. Wallace and Ms. Jones outdid themselves. Juices, tropical fruits, eggs, french toast, salmon and many other delights too numerous to mention were awaiting the guests. The staff had even taken the flowers from the evening's reception and used them to decorate the terrace where breakfast was served. A truly thoughtful and beautiful touch. Everyone left pleased and totally satisfied. It should be added that the weather was ideal both for the evening reception and the breakfast. We even had a "super moon." When we left, our daughter said, "Thank you. You gave me the wedding of my dreams." Thank you Alexis, Laurie, Adam, Chefs, Servers, Bartenders, and Staff of the Inn at Erlowest.

You can't beat the surroundings of beautiful Lake George at the Inn at Erlowest. The staff was very helpful and attentive, and the food is delicious. My only complaint is the high price for what you get. Can definitely find less expensive venues in the area that are equally as beautiful.

The Erlowest is a beautiful location to get married, both inside the Inn and outside by the lake in front of the mountains. We were also impressed by the service the staff provided. During the wedding, the serving staff were attentive and gracious. About three months before our wedding, the then wedding coordinator left the Erlowest for a new job, and they found a new wedding coordinator about a month later. I was a bit concerned, but the transition was as seamless as it could be, with others stepping in to help us before they found a new wedding coordinator. And the new wedding coordinator, Alexis, is wonderful. She kept things on track on the day of the wedding and took care of things with enthusiasm and a steady smile! Oh, and the food was incredibly good and plentiful. We had a brunch, so that helped with costs, though I think they may be a bit pricey for a sit-down dinner.

My husband wanted to get married in a castle by a lake and the Inn at Erlowest fit the bill perfectly. The initial meeting with the planner went smoothly; there was no pressure and yet at the same time I didn't feel like we were a bother as I did at other venues. They were very flexible with some of our food and beverage requests. The weather wasn't exactly beautiful on the wedding day and the entire staff did everything they could to make sure everything moved smoothly none the less. I even got to ride around in the back of a cart so I didn't get too muddy. The only small issue was the fact the wedding coordinator left the venue two months before the wedding. The general manager and the banquet manager pulled all the last minute ends together, though having the actual person we'd worked with over the course of the previous year might have made things run even smoother. I'm sure they'll have another coordinator in no time.

We loved having the Inn at Erlowest as our reception venue!! The Inn is so charming, cozy, and inviting. We were able to have our cocktail hour in the dining room portion of the Inn and then the rest of the evening in the ballroom. The room and the views are so beautiful! We also had family members staying in all 10 rooms of the Inn as well as many family members staying in the townhouses on the same property, and everyone loved it! Erin was so great throughout the whole planning, always answering any questions I had. The food was delicious and all of the staff was so nice...we couldn't have been happier with our choice! Definitely recommend to anyone getting married in the Lake George area!!

The Inn at Erlowest is absolutely beautiful and it was a dream come true to have my wedding there! I loved every second of my wedding! The staff is super friendly and helpful. The Inn has so much charm, and is so private and beautiful. The views from the veranda are breathtaking. The food was fabulous. My family, friends and guests had a great time!

Every thing start to finish was out standing. Food,service, venue five star. The venue is a castle and you are queen for a day. Book all 10 sleeping rooms at the in and it fells like your entertaining in you own home. The entire two days could not have been better.

The location and beauty of this venue itself are simply unparalleled. It's stunning. I do think, for the money, better service could be had elsewhere. I wasn't impressed by the cocktail hour, despite our having upgraded to the highest package available. As the bride, I wasn't even given a plate of food to taste! We had a grilling station that ran out of food, and my signature drink (which I also didn't get) was changed to my alternate without anyone even telling us it was changed. Dinner too was different than what we tried at the tasting, it was alright, just alright in my opinion, and certainly not the delicious entree we chose. The cake was pretty, albeit not entirely straight, and did taste delicious. It was, for the most part exactly what I wanted. We had paid for the late night station, but nobody knew it was even put out so much of that food went uneaten. As a whole, the wedding turned out beautifully. Did I feel special on my day, and during the time leading up to the wedding? Not really. Things were very disorganized and I felt that they could take or leave my business, despite our spending a great deal of money there.

I had an absolutely stunning lakefront wedding here, and the day ended up being everything I dreamed of. However, considering we spent over $35K on the wedding and my family and friends rented out the entire Inn and most of the cabins which were over a thousand dollars each for the weekend, you would think they would be a little more interested in making my family and me (the bride) feel like they were happy to have our business. A property that charges $400+ a night should end every encounter with every guest with "my pleasure ma'am/sir" - and that was not the case here. My husband and I paid for our wedding ourselves, plus we paid for a few of our relatives to stay in townhomes on the property for the weekend of the wedding, and in the end we spent over $42,000. Never once we were thanked for our business. I always felt like they were under the impression they were doing us a favor. In the end, they did pull together an amazing wedding with fabulous food and everyone had a great day. The location could not be beat, and I don't know that I could have done it on Lake George for much cheaper in that kind of setting. I just wish they had made me feel like they actually cared about my business.
