We got married at the Inn over Memorial Weekend 2024 and it was the PERFECT venue for our celebration! The staff went above and beyond in every way and ensured even the smallest details were handled. The staff is made of best-in-class professionals from top to bottom. The valet team in particular were a massive help - from unpacking our U-haul full of wedding materials to driving guests back from our after party at Nick and G's in the golf cart (completely on their own!). Camille, Raj, and Vikram were a fantastic team. They created a very relaxed atmosphere with beautiful rooms and common spaces, as well as world class food and drinks. Our guests were blown away by every aspect of the weekend, which included a Friday Welcome Party on the Azalea lawn and Sunday morning brunch in the Library area. The food was amazing at every stop - something that is hard to pull off with over 230 people! - and people are still raving about the cocktails (the spicy marg was a hit!). As the bride and groom, they saw to it personally that we were always relaxed, excited, and well taken care of - including beautiful flowers and champagne in our rooms at check in. We cannot recommend the Inn highly enough as a venue for a wedding or any other large gathering - they absolutely crushed it!
Hosted our wedding reception here at The Inn, and I can honestly say it was everything we could have wanted and more.
Their newly renovated property filled with gorgeous flowers and olive trees, wowed our guests and was amazing for our pictures! We were taken great care of throughout our whole experience with them, and the staff at our reception was top notch. Our reception was held on their Azalea Lawn which fit our guest size of 130 perfectly.
I would highly recommend this venue to everyone!
A beautiful property nestled in the middle of Rancho Santa Fe -- it is truly a magical experience to plan, design and celebrate weddings at such a lovely venue that has it all. Outdoor spaces, lush landscape, intimate setting and walkability. After planning and designing many weddings at this property it is by far one of my favorites to say the least!
The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe was a perfect outdoor setting for our son’s wedding. The entire staff went above and beyond to make our wedding the most amazing event we could have imagined. Their attention to every little detail was exactly what you would expect from this fabulous and historical Inn. They were professional and very accommodating on every level from freshly planted plants, rooms for our guests, and the beautiful meals for the event. We received personalized attention and feel as if we have new friends in the community.
The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe is absolutely amazing! It was the perfect venue for our summer wedding. The property is picturesque and the gardens are beautifully landscaped throughout, pictures don’t do it justice.
We stayed in one of the well appointed luxury guest rooms with a private outdoor hot tub, and took advantage of the Spa and swimming pool before and after the big event. The food was delicious, the staff were wonderful and service was excellent. The day was beyond magical and everything went smoothly.
Truly a remarkable and glorious event and wedding venue! We could not have planned or even attempted to have this wedding without Rebecca’s awesome self helping us throughout the entire process. From planning every last detail to the actual wedding day, It’s been a breeze working with this venue and everything turned out to be absolutely magical!
I could probably write a full book about how perfect The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe is!!! My wedding weekend was magical, and it was all because of the venue. I’ll try to keep it concise:
-The Inn itself is perfectly manicured and has so much natural beauty I hardly had to decorate!
-Rebecca is perfection and a dream to work with. You will never find a better coordinator who truly cares about making your big day everything you want it to be.
-Every single person who works at the Inn made us feel at home and so welcome. Any request was taken care of with a smile.
-The food is absolutely delicious, great wine choices and SUCH a cool whiskey bar.

The Inn went above and beyond all of our expectations. Their staff who helped me plan the event were so helpful, communicative, generous, and easy to work with. The day of also went so smoothly thanks to their amazing staff! The location was gorgeous, quiet and private and an absolute dream. Plus their food was absolutely incredible!! Everyone was raving about the food and we had vendors saying it was the best food they'd ever had at a wedding. Not only will we be coming back to eat at their restaurant in the future, but hopefully to stay at the Inn again for anniversaries to come! So thankful to everyone at the Inn!!
My fiancé and I were engaged just before Thanksgiving 2014. I immediately jumped on the venue hunt to have first pick ahead of the newly engaged couples of Christmas and New Years. The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe thankfully made my list early after searching online for photos of local venues. Margaret was the catering manager at that time. She kindly agreed, after hearing the pleading in my voice, to stay later than planned on her holiday weekend in order for us to stop by. When we arrived, we were greeted by the smiling faces of the valet drivers, the smiling faces of the front desk... I could go on and on. Everyone is always smiling here! It did not take long for me to be sold. Being an equestrian myself, the bit detail in the railings and the pool cabanas, the horse statues, the horse paintings, the saddle chairs.....it was love at first sight.
Throughout our process, we had the great privilege of visiting our venue numerous times both out of necessity for planning and just pure excitement. Anytime we wanted to go out to lunch or dinner and couldn't think of anywhere to go, we went to The Inn. Each time the food was impressive. Our tasting for the wedding was course after course, personally prepared by the chef who spent much of the tasting at our table with us to make sure we liked everything. If we needed a change, it was done on the spot and a new dish brought out.
We were introduced to Kecia Kelly, the new Catering Sales Manager, early in our process. With her came an impressive staff and the answer to every question I could ever think to pose. Kecia is organized, detailed, and a perfectionist much like myself. Her concern, though, goes far beyond your event. She cares deeply for her clients and truly wants your experience to be one of a kind. And was it ever!
Our wedding took place on Saturday, September 5th. The weather was gorgeous, and obviously so was the property. Our guests were greeted by a waiter carrying flutes of champagne. I made my grand entrance from the main lounge area of the Inn, coming down the beautiful staircase. While waiting, nearly the entire staff gathered around to wish me luck! Our dinner on the Azalea lawn was gorgeous. As the sun went down the twinkle and market lights, which are always on site, came to life. Each course of our meal was better than the next, and you could hear guests from all corners saying how wonderful the food was. We are a few days out from our event, and I am still hearing reports from our guests that our wedding at the Inn was the most beautiful they had ever seen. Thank you so much to Kecia and the entire staff of The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe! We will continue to come by for meals and staycations for years to come.
Hands down the best weekend of my life! Everything at The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe was simply wonderful - from the friendly and welcoming staff to the stunning landscape and venue. I started off the weekend meeting with Lauren Mandler and Tim St. Julien who were amazing to work with. They were extremely organized and had every detail of my wedding down to a T! My girlfriend and I spent Friday morning at the spa getting a mani/pedi combo. The staff was delightful and the ambiance serene and relaxing. What a great place for the locals in Rancho to have in their backyard. My view, as I indulged in my manicure, looked out into the lush garden of herbs and vegetables. The chef uses fresh ingredients from the garden for breakfast, lunch and dinner at The Inn. We had our rehearsal dinner, cocktail reception and wedding reception at The Inn and the food was spectacular! One of our guests said it was the best food she has ever had at a wedding. Overall, we and our guests had the most unforgettable weekend at The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe. I cannot thank everyone enough for delivering on such a special occasion. I hope my husband and I can return and relive it (to an extent) on as many anniversaries as possible!
