The International Event Venue is a all-inclusive wedding venue situated on 3.5 acres of landscaped property within a mile of Tampa International Airport in Tampa, FL. Packages can include the Venue, Food, Beverages, Photography & Video services and Disc Jockey. The venue can seat up to 400 guests in its main Tuscany Ballroom. The new Royal Ballroom can seat up to 120 guests at tables and up to 200 guests for ceremonies. It also features an indoor Courtyard for wedding ceremonies and for smaller events such as Showers, Children’s Birthdays and Graduations. The facility offers complete packages featuring food, photo, video and disc jockey services. Grand entrance vehicles such as a Cinderella carriage and miniature hummer provide unique photo opportunities that are sure to last a lifetime! The International Event Venue also hosts business meetings and corporate holiday parties.
Complete wedding packages for 50 start at only $5,999.00 and include the Venue, Food, DJ, & Photo! Friday and Saturday nights do have higher minimums which are sometimes waived for events booked within 6 months of the event date. It has been 10 lovely days since we got married at the International Event Venue. Choose this venue. The photos on the website does not do it justice.
Caterer: Empress Tea Room did amazing on the food. All of my guests enjoyed the Chicken Marsala, Mashed Potatoes, and Green Bean Almondine. My Vegan guests loved the Roasted Squash with Lentils. Delicious. They are on a strict schedule on the day of your wedding so be aware of this. Do not dilly dally or you may not get any food.
Venue: Beautiful. Love the new upgrade and it is a lot nicer than the Castle Ballroom/ Platinum Ballroom. You can make it look like a castle with a little work on your end. It looked like a fairy tale without needing any of the castle themed pieces.
Photographer: Leticia is the absolute best at what she does. She took beautiful photos and I cant wait to hang them up in my home. If you have photography with your package, you can download all of the photos for FREE off of the website.
DJ: DJ Lyndz is amazing and caters to exactly what the guests love. She is so down to Earth and respectful to the bride and groom.
Manager: Erik did a great job at managing the event. Their staff is so respectful and nice to everyone.
Owner and Office Staff: It is very obvious that the owner loves his staff and his company. They are extremely dedicated to making sure that events go without a hitch.
NOTE: I have not been reimbursed or paid for this review. This opinion is of my husband and my own.
We are very thankful that our wedding was there rather than going somewhere else.

I could not have been happier with my dream day. DJ Lyndsay made sure that everything went smoothly and my dance floor was full all the time. The Staff was amazing , always making sure I knew exactly what was going on and if there was anything we needed. The manager Kim was absoloutly wonderful and so helpful, she was aware we had family that were unable to attend this special day so I went live on Facebook and she held my phone during the ceremony so they can at lest be a part of that, Thank You so much for that Kim. My Photographer Eydie was great, she knew what we wanted and provided us with the most beautiful photos I could have asked for. The Room looked beautiful, the food was delicious and our wedding was BEAUTIFUL. Did not have to worry about anything as they did it all.

It was a Pleasure working with a Professional, warm-hearted and well Organized team that helped to create and transform my daughter & son-in-laws Wedding into a Memorably Blessed and Flawless evening.
The Secret Garden Chapel is Beautifully Comfortable.
The Platinum Hall is Creatively Exquisite and the Cuisine was selectively superb.
My family has already Highly Recommend the Event Factory and their team to many associates and friends for both Personal and Professionally events.

The place is beautiful, only had a couple of small issues, nothing major, potatoes were undercooked, had some issues with the DJ not really being up to par however, the employees there were awesome, very communicative, very informative.

What can I say that the other reviews haven't? This place made my daughters and son-n-laws day absolutely unforgettable! They (Staci, Kim, Leticia, & Lyndsay) kept in constant contact with me to make it a stress-free day for all of us. From making the arrangements for a Great-Gatsby/Roaring 20's themed atmosphere to the table setting, and buffet style food setting. Lyndsay set the tone for the night before rehearsal to the next day wedding. She explained everything perfectly and directed us the whole way through the wedding and followed it with an amazing list of songs during the reception. Leticia our photographer was a gem! She created such an artistic atmosphere for my daughter's wedding pictures and they all came out beautifully! I am almost sorry it's over as they became family, they were all there during an intimate time in our lives and made it so memorable. I can't express how AMAZING The Event Factory is, they wouldn't be them without such a wonderful group of ladies. If your on the fence about where to have a wedding or any special occasion, well look no further as The Event Factory should be your only location to seek. First I want to start by saying how thankful I am to all of the staff at the event factory! Kim, Letticia and Lindsey especially for making my day such a SPECIAL me and a SUCCESS!! You ladies were inspiring, professional and on your A game. Patrice and I are beyond happy. If you are planning an wedding or anything event The Event Factory is your place. They are detail oriented and structured! My guest still compliment every detail. Kim you truly gave a girl her vision! Xoxo!

I can’t thank the Event Factory enough for everything. I got married on a day that most of them would of probably wanted to stay home with their families and have the day off like almost everyone else, Black Friday. Short staff and all they made everything go as smooth as possible . Dj Lindsay was just simply amazing to work with! Eydie, the photographer, took care of us as well , she was extremely patient. The manager! Everything went just as planned! A million thanks for all the memories

The Event Factory affordable and worth every penny! The Staff is wonderful from the wait staff, DJ, photographer, to the coordinator!!! They made my wonderful day and planning go so smooth and easy! I honestly couldn't have done a better job, they seriously took care of everything, really organized, professional, funny, and fun loving staff!!!! They honesty became like family and I will be using them for other parties and events because of how easy, awesome, and their commitment to ensure your day is everything you dreamed of and them some!!! I love the Event Factory!!!

The Event Factory was AWESOME! All aspects of a Wedding in one place and you don't have to deal with several vendors for major things like the caterer, photographer/videographer they were included. The staff made sure EVERYTHING was taken care of and did a Fabulous job making us comfortable with what to expect. At our rehearsal, Lindsey made sure that every knew where they were supposed to be and exactly what was to happen from the ceremony to the end of the reception. Stacie the photographer took awesome photos prior to the event as well as during it and made sure all the important photos were captured. Lindsey the DJ directed the wedding and reception so no one missed out on anything. On the big day the entire staff was very attentive to the Bride and Groom and made sure our guests had everything they needed. The food was very tasty and the presentation was great. It was one stop shopping for a Wedding and I couldn't be happier about it! We only had to worry about the officiant (who was a personal friend) our wedding attire, ordering the wedding cake and providing a bartender/security since we served alcohol. (Small things like the Cake cutter and Bride/Groom toasting flutes, and extra decorations were also not included.) But overall it was beyond well worth the money spent for peace of mind that I had then and the lasting memories I have now! They also include a 16x20 photo, large wedding album for the couple and small wedding album for both the parents. You get to download all of the photos with a copyright release and choose to either have them print all the photos or do it on your own. I will definetly recommend them to anyone looking for a budget friendly, hassle free, almost all-inclusive event.

Jenny and Mike was great we handled everything on the phone. I gave him an idea of what we wanted and he pegged it.
Everyone was up and dancing for 4 hour. We had a blast.

We just had our wedding there May 4, 2013. It was absolutely perfect. We did the family only package with 30 guests. The food and our DJ Lyndsay were awesome. The staff was great. Don't let the outside fool you because the inside is stunning. Everyone who sees our photos comments on how beautiful the backdrop is. Our wedding was everything we could've hoped for and more! Highly recommended! Our wedding was stress free, beautiful, and affordable! They made our wedding day a dream come true!

We had our wedding two weeks ago. We got the small family package in the Forest room . The package includes up to thirty people including my husband & myself, catering, photography, music & beverage bar. The food was absolutely amazing, a huge thank you to the chef. The dj was my biggest complaint , this is why they got a 4/5 for my review. We gave the dj a cd with songs that we wanted played and a request to not have one specific band played, she played that very band at least three times , not any off the cd we wanted and my biggest complaint is she played the wrong first song for my husband & I. She realized right awaybut didn't change it or try to fix it, she never even apologized. They were sloppy with they're time management also. Other than that the wedding went perfectly and was beautiful. It was a great price for everything we received and they decorated beautifully. They even let us go in early and set everything up. Their music mistakes and time management are the only problems we really had. Everything else went without a hitch. All in all we'd have the wedding there again.

I love both floor plans, the almost-all-inclusive packages that cater to almost any budget. What sold me though, was the set of grandious chairs in the celestial ballroom with the glass top table. I felt like royalty sitting there!

Overall we had a great time. Coming in on the carriage was just a wow factor for our guests and added something different to the event. They allowed us to create our own slide show and this was also a nice touch. I only wish they had a more variety of linens as we had to rent the colors that we wanted and was told that they would not assist with setting this up because they were not their own. The Event Factory was very professional overall and I would recommend them in the future, especially if you are on a budget and need an all inclusive package which they offer to include(photographers, videographer, food and DJ) They also have a chapel so you can have both ceremony and reception there without having to leave.

I love the Event Factory. From the time my husband and I step in the door I knoew it was the place I want to get married. I loved everything about it. I would say that on the day of the wedding things got a little hetic with the staff but I put it all behind me. I wanted got accomplished an that was to be married to the love of my life.
