Highly recommend the Inverness hotel! We did a block of rooms for our wedding as well as a Sunday Brunch in a tent out by the driving range. We also did a spa day for the bridal party and a round of golf for the groomsmen. It was the perfect place to host our out-of-town guests, especially since we were able to include transportation for the wedding into the room block cost. We worked with Danielle, Jordan and Alicia on planning and they were all fantastic to work with. The hotel is a great location in the Denver Tech Center, close to restaurants and Park Meadows Mall.

We had the most wonderful wedding here thanks to Jessica Gregory! She was our event manager but also our day-of coordinator provided by the hotel. Jessica was organized, professional, hardworking, and a true joy to work with. She helped us through every step of wedding planning and was there for us every second on the big day. The venue was gorgeous and the perfect place for all of our guests to stay and celebrate. We loved having all the amenities to make our wedding a full weekend of events. The Inverness Denver was truly a one stop shop and they accommodated all of our needs. Also, the food and drinks were 10/10 for taste and presentation! I loved visiting the spa with all my bridesmaids. On our big day we had a torrential downpour of rain but Jessica and the team worked so hard to move our reception space (that was fully set up outside) to an inside space in no time. Even though we had planned to have the event outside, they made the transition inside seamless and beautiful. I will be forever grateful that we chose to have our wedding here!

1. Elevators often did not work over the wedding weekend. Multiple guests were stuck for more than 5 minutes on the elevator. No signs were posted warning guests of the continued problem.
2. Sales staff refused to provide minimum transportation required in the sales contract, despite 4 people to a room they only wanted to provide 2 bus seats per booked room.

Overall we had a fantastic experience with using this hotel. Much of the guest feedback was "great choice of hotels" "great location." My now husband and I had superb experiences at the spa with probably the best massage and pedicure I had ever received (despite it being on the costly side). I want to make a special shout out to John Hogan and the catering staff who were put in charge of our pre-wedding day event Friday night. It's hard to imagine the food being any better and John went above and beyond to make sure it was all set up perfectly with lunge furniture, Adirondack chairs and fire pits. My one complaint was that Danielle (the girl who was initially in charge of our event) told us the wrong thing about the torn canopy on the patio being removed by the time our event was scheduled to take place and she overall seemed like she wasn't really on top of her game. However, once John took over, he fixed it all and the events went on without a hitch. One final issue we had was that the shuttles they provided were 45 min late to the wedding venue. Much of it was through no fault of their own due to a major accident on the highway, but I wonder if they had checked an alternative route if they could have avoided some of the chaos. All in all, I would choose them again hands down but would just double check on the shuttle issue if you are using them and make sure John Hogan was your contact. Thank you all so so much!

So awesome to work with! We had our welcome party at the Hilton Denver Inverness and were very pleased with how it turned out. The staff was so kind and helpful planning and during the event. They kept in touch and were available along the way for any questions we had. We mainly worked with Mike who was fantastic! If you have any wedding event, we would highly suggest this hotel!

We worked with Danielle and Dallas on the sales team to book a room block and brunch for our wedding. Unfortunately, we had to postpone our wedding due to COVID-19. Danielle, Dallas, and the rest of the team at the Inverness have been outstanding to work with through this difficult time. They are responsive, professional, and flexible. We so appreciate working with them, and we highly recommend this hotel for wedding events and room blocks!

After my wedding in November I have mixed reviews for this venue. In the end the wedding was beautiful and the guest all enjoyed their time. The food was fantastic, so much so I still have some co-workers talking about it. The negatives come with the management of the event and the processes. First off my event planner that was originally given to me left the company and we were never notified of his leaving. It took my father going in to talk about room block to know he had left. Once we got reassigned to Jessica, things smoothed out a lot. Jessica was fun and spunky and helped with realizing the vision I had for my wedding day which made me feel more comfortable. Cut to wedding day, my vendors were coming in around noon to start dropping things off and there was no one to help with this process though we were told they would be helped. This happened to cause a period of time where we had no idea where all my flowers went. The front desk was less than helpful, Jessica was not even on site yet and the manager on duty was incredibly rude to my mother. Being condescending and really doing nothing to rectify the situation. We were told that Jessica was called and would be in soon. We found the flowers after about 25 minutes. Jessica never followed up in the bridal suite or with any part of the wedding party when she got on site. We felt forgotten and like we were treated like burdens to the staff when we were simply trying to find a huge, expensive part of the day. For that reason I probably would not suggest booking with Inverness because who wants their family belittled on such a big day? But again in the end everything worked out and the wedding was lovely for the guests....just was not the best experience for family and couple.

We used the Hilton for our room block for our wedding at Spruce Mountain Ranch. The hotel and venue work together closely quite often and this really streamlines the process. The staff were responsive and super willing to acquiesce to our constant requests for the status of our block (i.e., providing spreadsheets showing rooms booked and available). The hotel itself is beautiful and we had some solid late nights at the hotel bar (which is done by Breckenridge Brewery and is great in its own right). Highly recommend!

Originally I would have given them 1 star because the extreme amount of stress that came from working with the staff at the hotel throughout our wedding planning process. Originally we were working with Kevin who was very friendly but did make some promises that were not in writing which was a problem when he ended up leaving The Hilton. We were then moved to our new point of contact, Dave. Dave is nice but truly should not be in this role, he made a process that should be very simple, outrageously stressful. Our wedding was at a different venue, all we needed from The Hilton was a room block, two after parties and a brunch. Dave was VERY unresponsive, we would have to email and call 2-3 times to get any response and it always had to be an email. If you call and leave a voicemail you will receive an email back and never a call. After not receiving any responses from Dave and our wedding quickly approaching I was able to get in contact with the head of sales, Julie, who is wonderful! Julie was SO helpful, responsive and made sure everything we needed was set up correctly. She really saved us. The weekend of the wedding went smoothly and Julie provided the highest level of service, she's great! The beds are comfy and the rooms are nice. As amazing as Julie is though, if I were to do it all over I would go with a different hotel because the amount of stress that we went through was way to much for a simple room block. There are too many hotels in Lone Tree and Denver to not receive a stress free room block process.

I recently had my wedding reception at the Inverness on on June 17, 2017. WOW! I can only say wonderful things about this place and the people that work there. My family and I were treated so well throughout our entire planning process. Brittany Velez is an absolute delight to work with and I would highly recommend her to assist you with your wedding preparations. She was so kind, patient, and fun to interact with. I absolutely loved her. The inverness has an in-house florist (Petals and Stems) that I used and I would highly recommend as well. Besides the convenience, the floral arrangements were absolutely gorgeous and exactly how I envisioned for my wedding day.
Overall the Hilton Denver Inverness exceeded my family and I's expectations. I was so happy on my wedding day and I know having my reception at the Hilton Denver Inverness was apart of that happiness.

The Inverness did a great job as our hotel for our wedding guests. They shuttled all the guests all the way to the venue (about a 45min. drive). The rooms were beautiful and there was no drama. They were great to work with during the planning and organizing stages of the wedding weekend as well.

The Inverness Hotel in Englewood, CO was a venue we chose for a variety of reasons: location, accommodations, and family sentimental reasons. It was super-close to the groom's family home, provided a courtesy room block which was essential for the bride-side guests (all of whom were from out of town), and the groom's step-brother had his wedding ceremony and reception there 16 years earlier. It was an excellent choice for us and the Inverness Hotel staff and catering helped us to host a beautiful, delicious, and very well-received event. We hosted an outdoor ceremony, which transitioned beautifully into an outdoor cocktail reception, a delicious dinner in a cozy dining area, followed by dancing under the stars back near our ceremony gazebo. Fantastic event staff, amazing accommodations, and thoughtfully designed for an after-party! I had a wedding better than I could have imagined!

The Inverness Hotel was absolutely outstanding. From the moment we walked in and began touring their extensive property we fell in love with the staff and culture that the hotel provides. We had our ceremony under the white tent called the Aspen Terrace and our reception for 200 people in the Columbine Room. Brad Porter was our wedding coordinator and he was remarkable. I loved having a male coordinator. We were also given a banquet captain who stayed with us during our entire event and worked along side Brad. The event was flawless and I cannot tell you how many people commented that the food was the best wedding food they have ever had. Included in the cost of our package was our ceremony fee, DJ, wedding cake, hotel stay for 3 nights, champagne toast, tables, linens and flatware, and set up/tear down. They took care of everything from start to finish and accommodated any request I had. There was nothing that they didn't think of and I am so thrilled that we worked with them. I cannot say enough good things. I would also recommend all of their vendors. We used everyone that they recommended.

I am so happy and thankful my husband and I found them. Laura was just super sweet to work with and Casey was an amazing coordinator and made sure everything was perfect. I was a little surprised at first when I found out someone else was taking over for Laura, but Casey really knows his stuff! :) The bellhop even accidentally broke one of our glass pieces to our sand ceremony, and they took care of it and reimbursed us promptly. It was just absolutely beautiful and the food was delicious!!!

We were between two venues and the Inverness gave us a package similar to the other venue at a lower price. However, many of the details around this package had to be argued in order to get what we wanted, which was stressful. They also booked an event in our room before ours, so we had issues getting the band set up and could not approve the room layout before the reception. We also had problems where they cleared wine and cake when guests were not finished. However, they did execute everything we had negotiated very well and it was beautiful. On the actual day the service was good.

I would get married all over again in a heartbeat at the Inverness Hotel.

Overall great hotel for our guest. Transportation to and from included in the room price for our guests. After party in the lounge was great for our guest to continue on after our reception. Giftbags did NOT deliver to rooms prior to guests checking in, frustrating since we paid for each giftbag to be delivered, there were several spelling errors on the welcome letter :( showed a lack of attention to detail. Free upgrade to a suite for us night of the wedding was a nice treat, but I would not have called the room a suite.

The Inverness Hotel was a wonderful venue for our wedding. The majority of our guests were coming from out of town and they were very accommodating for everyone making the trip. We had our wedding out in the Aspen Terrace tent which was absolutely gorgeous. Casey, our coordinator, was so responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. The food and cake were both SO good and everything turned out wonderfully. Some things are a bit pricey (brunch, welcome bags @ $3/room) but all in all it was worth every penny! Highly recommend :)

The Inverness was the venue of dreams, it had everything and more! This was the only venue I looked at, and I don't regret that decision one bit! From the moment I started my correspondence with Laura, then Casey, I was hooked! They were both so helpful and eager to answer any questions I had. I picked this venue because the ease it offered me in terms of planning. The only things I had to worry about was finding a florist, photographer, and officiant! They took care of the food, cake, drinks, and doubled as my ceremony and reception site, it was basically an all-inclusive venue, which I loved! Since almost all of my guest were out of state, I wanted to make it easy for my guest by making my ceremony and reception at the same place. Casey was so wonderful to work with, he checked in along the way and made sure everything was taken care of, he'd even bring little details up that I hadn't even thought of!
Our wedding day was a fairy tale, and this venue was a perfect setting for it. We held our ceremony outside at Swan Gardens and reception under the outdoor tent in Aspen Terrace. I can't tell you how many compliments we received on our venue! Everyone was in love with this place, as much as I was! The food was incredible (we did plated dinners, options of either chicken or steak and shrimp) from the salad, dinner to dessert. I am very happy I went with The Inverness and would highly recommend this place to any bride! :)

Holding our Ceremony and Reception on August 10, 2013 at the Inverness Hotel could not have turned out any more perfect!! Everything from the location, staff, and accomidations were perfect. Our wedding coordinatior, Casey, was more than we could've asked for. He made the process and wedding day so stress free and accomidated each and every request and concern to our satisfaction. We were told by many many guests how fun and beautiful the wedding was, and even confinced a close friend to hold her daughters future wedding here!
The fact that everything is pretty much included takes the stress out of the planning. Cake, DJ, food, bar, linens...its all taken care of by the wonderful Inverness staff! We couldnt be more happy with the result of our wedding.

It was a very beautiful wedding overall, everything went smoothly and I have received many compliments from the guests about how perfect and beautiful my wedding was. However, 'behind-the-scenes' I dealt with more than a few issues. 36 hours before my wedding I was still trying to get the hotel to confirm a ready room for myself and my bridesmaids. I was told having the room at 9am would be no problem up until the week of when they informed me they were booked up and would call me if someone checked out early. I paid for a room for the night before to ensure we had our room the day of the wedding (my idea to remedy the situation, not theirs). When my husband checked into his ready room at 2 the day of, they first couldn't find the reservation and then never told him when they needed him to check out. That lead to the catering manager telling him to clear the room at the end of the night leaving me to say goodbye to guests on my own (they waited that long, they couldn't wait thirty more minutes?). The front desk wouldn't let my mother up to my room when we were getting around because she wasn't on 'the list.' I had no idea there was a list and I had no idea who they had on this list. My mom had to call the room from the front desk to ask for permission to come up. We did all our catering and our cake with the Inverness. The food was better than when we did that taste testing (thankfully), but the cake. The cake was the most upsetting part of the night for me. So in the contract they say that they give you a new tier to take with you after the wedding. Little do they mention the cake is a tiny 6" cake. Immediately after cutting the cake, we were pushed out of the way and the cake was taken to the back. The bottom tier was chocolate and the top two tiers were almond cream. EVERY PIECE of cake served was chocolate!! MY husband and I never received a piece and when I asked a waiter for one, I never received it. Clearly if only chocolate was served then there are two more tiers left of that cake. We received that little 6 inch cake after we were in our room and I'm left wondering what the heck they did with the rest of that cake. I called the Front desk and Casey Weaver only to be told that they toss the leftover cake!!!
A couple of set up issues, there was a lack of lighting on the edges of the Aspen room, making it difficult for guests to find our guest book and favors. The bar was in the adjacent room which made it so half of my guests were always in the other room. and the chairs in the ceremony could have been pulled back a ways so the officiant wasn't standing outside of the tent.
The only other thing was it was very difficult to get information out of our coordinator, Casey. I always had to contact him to see what was going on, he never contacted me. A timeline of when the hotel needed what information, at the very least, would have been helpful.
I think overall, the Inverness Hotel is just a little unorganized.

When you first drive up to the Inverness, it is a well maintained, beautiful property, but doesn't have the tall-building "wow" factor. However, once you step inside it's 5 star first class. I should preface by saying we only stayed here for our wedding night and didn't utilize their location for our wedding site or anything. Our room was great, we didn't get there until after ten and then we left in the morning so we didn't spend a lot of time there but what we did was nice. The power went out inexplicably in the evening and the only thing they had to offer the guests was flashlights. They made no attempt to offer a discount on anyone's accommodations or anything. Other than that the stay was fine. I'm glad we had vouchers for breakfast because it was OUTRAGEOUSLY expensive otherwise. The food was good, but it wasn't whatever-they-were-charging good.

We used the Inverness as our reception site and caterer (ceremony was held at a church). What a fantastic experience! No other hotel even comes close to comparing. We met with Laura Golland about a year out to plan. When she found out budget was an issue, she practically cut our costs in half. When she found out my parents had to travel from out of state, she gave them a complimentary suite for the night of the wedding (a treat each wedding couple gets as well). The Inverness also offers discounted rooms for all wedding guests...and it's a great deal for a four start hotel. Our room was the Columbine Room which was inside but had one whole wall of windows overlooking the golf course. It was the perfect site. Our caterer ended up being Casey Weaver instead of Laura, but he was just as amazing. He made sure everything went where it needed to go, had the best reception decor, especially around the cake, and he had the most professional wait staff. Shortly before the wedding, my father suffered a leg injury and needed assistance. The hotel gave my family a wheelchair for him to use and made sure he had everything he needed. There was only one drawback to the site: we had an afternoon reception so we couldn't stay in the room past 4:30, which made for a short reception. However the guests still had fun.
And the food? Great. We got to try a sample of their chicken dish to see if it fit our liking a few months out. It was tasty but a little undercooked. We let Casey know and our chicken on the big day was cooked perfectly. Lots of guests enjoyed the colored cauliflower touch. Kids got chicken fingers, which they loved, and one guest was vegetarian. We had a special dish just for her and she said it was absolutely amazing.
Overall our guests complimented us on the venue, the food, the service, everything. We have not heard one complaint about the Inverness and don't expect to.
The Inverness treats your wedding like it's the biggest event they will ever have. They want to make sure your needs are met. We talked with other hotels: they acted like we were slating a deal, not having a big personal event. Laura, Casey, and our team treated us like the most important guests they will ever have. We will sing their praises for many years to come! maybe Brian and I can celebrate our first milestone anniversary there!

Overall we had a beautiful wedding at the Inverness...but there were so many little hiccups "behind the scenes". If I could give three and a half stars I would. I went with the lower 3 star rating because I truly feel like on the day of my event we very much got lost is the shuffle of a large hotel with a lot going on. The following morning as waiter at brunch even asked my new husband and I if we were with the "big wedding"; upon replying that were weren't sure, we were the wedding outdoors, the server said, "oh no, the big wedding was inside." That explained a lot. The service and attention from staff leading up to the event and in planning was great...the service and staff day of was not so great. The day of coordinator I saw for maybe a total of 10 minutes. You can't bring in outside food of course, so we happily went along with an included wedding cake...it was a cake disaster for so many reasons. The meal I was served at my wedding was not nearly as good as what we were presented with at our tasting. And my husband and I were served first...cold food...made me really embarrassed to think of what all my guests were being served. Again, it was a wonderful day overall and we had a gorgeous wedding that was more than I hoped for at a truly beautiful facility...but I feel people should be prepared to know what possible issues may come up.

There were a few details that didn't get followed through on, but overall it was a good venue. The wedding managers switched three different times in the year we were booked, and the one we had was a bit flighty, but everything that had to happen did. We ended up switching venues about 2 months before our wedding day. The Inverness did a great job of communicating with me. They were very understanding, helpful, and organized. We had our reception on the Aspen terrace, and it was beautiful. We got tons of compliments from guests both on the food and the view, and we had a lot of out-of-town guests who stayed at the hotel. Pros: The staff was accommodating, friendly and prompt service.
The Cons: It's a tad bit expensive to have your wedding here. I found other venues that offer other amenities which include chairs covers and gift certificate for your one year anniversary. The lobby usually gets busy especially in the summer and the weekends. There's more than one weddings going, so the guests are all around and a few even tried to crash to our wedding. The decorations for our ceremony were all gone. We did our ceremony outside the garden. The staff probably thinks that we don't need it anymore, so they took all of it. :(

This hotel was so easy to work with and what they provided was top notch. Prior to my wedding, they were incredibly accommodating. My only complaints was the customer service in between the moment we signed the contract until the day of,if you want anything more than what they offer, you need to negotiate before you signed the contract and be ready to ask for things more than once!

We had 200 people in attendance and everyone enjoyed the beautiful scenery and we got nothing but compliments on the food.

I had to book the Columbine Room at the Inverness about two months before our wedding due to some issues with a different location we had booked. Everything came together great and the reception went really smoothly, the food was good and the room was beautiful. The Inverness arranged everything, we didn't worry about anything the day of the reception.

We had a fall wedding here and it was beautiful. They had a lot of options for the size of our guest list and our budget. They provided everything we needed; cake, set up/clean up, food, and a speical night in the hotel with chocolate covered strawberries and champaigne. They were great with working out all the details and the wedding and reception was flawless!

I am so glad I used the Inverness Hotel for our wedding. They do a good job of working with you and getting you what you want. I loved how they took care of everything the day of the wedding and I did not have to worry about things getting done. They take care of the food (which was amazing), cake (based on whatever you want it to look like), tables, chairs, linens, and cutlery/china. They do a Champagne toast. We only had to provide the DJ and flowers. Compared to some other vendors, they are really affordable based on what you get. It is a beautiful location and they treat the Bride and Groom well. We got a club level suite for the night of the wedding...amazing! I would recommend them!

I loved that I could have my wedding ceremony outside and then go inside with my guests. The site offered extras that were well priced and with very little hassle.;To make sure that all (even minor) items were confirmed a week before the big day in writing.

The view was great. We were in the Columbine Room which has a beautiful view of the golf course.;Their attention to detail and follow though was not great at the end. They spelled our last name wrong on the sign for the reception and on our room reservation. They also said that they would reserve us a room to get ready in, and then didn't actually reserve it. They also tried to charge us for more (5) people than we actually had at the reception.

My reception was on the Aspen Terrace and if that doesnt tell a little story of it's own...it was an outdoor (tent overhead) terrace on the edge of a lake which is surrounded by a golf course...breathtaking mountain views on the horizon with the sun setting over them. Candles everywhere twinkle lights surrounding the edge of the terrace on the water. Just beautiful. Very nice attentive staff all very helpful. Food was deliscious and we even had a buffet...I was concerened about the quality but it was fantastic. Many compliments from the guests on the food as well.
