I have never been one to care about the many meticulous details of a wedding and wedding planning. When my now husband asked me to marry him we were sooo excited. We had just under a 3 month engagement so there was no time to spare! I had heard other brides say, "oh it's so easy to print your own invitations and you'll save so much money." I am a very capable DIY'er so I tried. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER. I did not quite think through the whole process and I started and really got myself into a bind. Yes, you CAN do it yourself and your invites may turn out fine... but ladies - YOUR TIME IS WORTH MORE! Luckily for me, when I reached out to the INVITE in the last days before I needed to have those invites in the mail, they were able to salvage my project... beautifully, FAST and for the best price I could find. I did compare too and Tiffany had the best service at the best price. If I were to do it over again... the INVITE would have been the call I made after our family members. The invite is professional, detail orientated and looking to please the pickiest of brides. Never did I feel judged for making a really stupid mistake. If you are looking for someone to do your invitations... look no further - the INVITE is the best!

I couldn't of been happier with my experience with Tiffany at The Invite! I had a vision of how I wanted my invitations to look and I must of contacted at least 6 other places and NONE of them could do what I wanted or wanted me to print a minimum of 100 plus invitation when I only needed 50. When I sent her my vision she knew EXACTLY what I was talking about and made a rough draft to a T of what I wanted... it was PERFECT!!! My wedding was an amazing event that I would never forget. The Invite was amazing! She contributed to making my day such a success with all the matching programs, menu cards, and invitations. Everything followed the theme often invitations. The invite was very prompt, correct, and exactly what I asked for with all the stationary and we loved every bit of it! They did the programs, menu cards, table numbers, name cards AND the invitations. They even addressed the invitations for me. The owner was very meticulous in making sure I got exactly what I wanted. I found this company after my invites were already sent out however I admired their work so much i decided to use them for my programs and table placements. My wedding was outside in September so I wanted my program on a fan while still keeping its elegance. The invite was able to deliver exactly what I had envisioned and was able to incorporate our monogram into everything they supplied for us. I would definitely reccommend this company to new brides. They are patient and helpful when needed, very resonably priced and their work is impeccable.

I met the owner of the company while meeting with my photographer at a Starbucks. She handed me her card. I admit that I was kind of skeptical because invitations can be very expensive. I had already committed to just making my invitations myself to save us money. I checked out the website and was very pleased to what I saw. We arranged to meet and I was even more pleased when I saw the prices of the invitations that I wanted. Tiffany was very patient considering I really did not know what I wanted initially. I wanted something simple yet elegant. She made sure that happened for me. She was very flexible and patient when it came to meeting with me. I got my invitations and was more than pleased with the finished product. I've gotten so many compliments on the invites. I am so pleased that I will be using her services for my thank you cards as well as my two cousins' upcoming high school graduations. Once you find someone who does a good job with a reasonable price, you stick to the. The Invite Online will definitely remain in my contacts.

I am a HARD critic and I found myself in a bind and had to find a vendor QUICK for ALL of my paper goods, programs (ceremony & reception), name cards, table cards, wall markers, and custom monogram. Such a big task for a strained time schedule! But the Invite and her staff made all of my dreams come true. The vision that I had for my paper goods, had not been done by the company before, but the final product EXCEEDED my expectations. Not only did my vision come to pass, but there was also a touch of "the Invite" inserted that I never thought about which made the product POP! Thanks for your patience and dedication to delivery top notch quality work! If I could post a picture I would because, the programs were leaving as the wedding favors vs the favors I bought! LOL... If you're looking for affordable, elegant, and unique products, the INVITE is your only way to go!! TRIED AND TRUE... BAM!

I was under the impression that the invitations would all be stuffed and ready to go with the exception of the outside stamps that I would place on before mailing. I was surprised to find the majority of the invites not in inner or outer envelopes. My husband and I spent over 3 hours putting them together, which is what I was trying to avoid when I asked if they were assembling and addressing the invitations and agreed to pay the fee for that. I didn't understand why about 30 or so were all stuffed but the rest were left for us to do. Also I was disappointed to find that a few invites were poorly made, the adhesive was coming off due to the inner square not being the correct size, causing the invitation to bubble and not fit in the envelope, and ribbon being frayed on the ends, and these are just the few I noticed and I was just having to hope there weren't others. Also, the list I gave her had names with no addresses which still needed to be printed on envelopes as I was hand delivering those but still wanted them to look nice. I didn't see those anywhere in the box of invites. I know that it is difficult to have such a large quantity of invites all turn out to be identical but I was disappointed to see that there wasn't consistency and that I paid extra so that I wouldn't have to do extra labor that I didn't need to do. Overall the invitation were very nice and pretty. I am just upset at the lack of communication. I appreciated her providing extra services, but that was not communicated. And if I had 185 invitations but only 180 stamps why didn't they mention anything to me? Or kept them in a seperate box so that I would know to keep the ones that didn't have stamps in the extra pile for the envelopes that weren't addressed. I was so embarrassed to find that some RSVP cards went out without stamps. Also, the name labels for wedding column was filled out all the way to the end, including the people I didn't have addresses for, I did that on purpose so that even if I didn't have an address at least there would be a nice name printed on the envelope. What's done is done, I am overall pleased with the turn out of the invites.

I used Tiffany for both my save the dates and invitations, because I had a very customized design and didn't know of any other stationers who would do something so personalized. Overall, I was pretty happy with the STDs, although the quality of about 1/3 of the order was below par (they were printed on black stock paper and there were obvious white scratch marks on them). I presented her with my invitation design a whopping 6 months before the wedding, sure there would be plenty of time to send them out at the 3-month mark. The first thing that really bothered me about this process was that although she definitely gets the big picture and made the overall design just how I wanted it, she has a really poor attention to detail. At our first meeting, I told her several things that needed correcting - my dad's name was misspelled, random words were capitalized, things weren't centered, etc. When she sent me the first revision, none of those things had been addressed. And each time she would send me an updated version, there were new little details that I had to continually point out that she should have been able to address herself, like unequal margins, sloppy borders, that type of thing. It was like I had to walk her through the whole process. Like I said, she gets the overall design, but her attention to detail is really lacking and it was ridiculous some of the errors I had to point out when I was paying her to do this. The second thing that bothered me was her poor time management. First of all, of our 5 meetings in total, she was 15-20 minutes late to 3 of them. You just don't keep a client waiting. Second of all, sometimes the latest invitation update required very minimal changes like font sizing or spelling issues that would take all of 15 minutes. Well, I would have to wait weeks for each new update. I understand I am not her only client, but this is where it became unacceptable: To make a long story short, I did not get my complete order until 13.5 WEEKS after I had placed it. This was amidst frequent emails promising I would get the sample or final order soon, then retracting that promise because they were "taking longer than she expected". I'm sorry, but leaving things until the last minute is extremely unprofessional and taking over 3 months to create the invitations is something I consider unacceptable. Anyway, it got worse. When I finally got my invitations RIGHT at the 3-month mark, the coloring was not like the sample I had agreed to. Turns out, she used a different printer for the order. I told her I wasn't okay with that because that was not the coloring I had agreed to, and I had expected to have sent out the invitations already - and now I didn't even have the right ones. I needed to send them out within 4 days (we have a lot of out of town guests and I really needed this information sent out ASAP), so to get the new batch made ASAP I had to drive out and meet Tiffany twice that weekend (there was no time to wait for snail mail). It was really inconvenient, and guess what? None of that would have happened if she hadn't waited until the last minute to give me the completed order in the first place. The last piece of irony is that she was able to complete the correctly colored order in exactly ONE DAY. Bottom line: If you're type A like me, this is not the stationer for you. Good overall design, bad attention to detail, horrible time management.

I am a June Bride with 250 guests, and I am an extremely picky person on a budget, and I reviewed this company online, and had a few conversations with a representative, and she took it from there. Everything I imagined came true. I live in Dallas, and while the home base is in Houston, everything was shipped safely and arrived at the time I was told it would. Highly recommend TheInviteOnline if you want quality and tasteful work!!
