Arielle from The Inviting Pear team helped us with invitations and day-of stationary for our February 2024 wedding. We were impressed with Arielle's quick and thorough communication, as she helped us understand timelines with printing and design. After one meeting with her, we were convinced to use their team over other online vendors given their design breadth and understanding of what we were looking for. Our invitations turned out beautiful, and Arielle was a great as a designer to capture what we were looking for and make tweaks as needed. We received so many compliments from her work. Arielle also did our day-of stationary (seating chart, welcome sign, bar signs, custom drink illustrations, placemenus, table numbers, cocktail napkins, stickers, ceremony programs and thank you cards). As a couple, we did not give much direction and really trusted the Inviting Pear team to create a cohesive suite that matched the formality of our event, and we were so pleased with how everything turned out! Do not go anywhere else for your wedding stationary needs!!! I worked with Arielle and she literally made ALL my visions and dreams come true for our wedding stationary. Not only is she a treat to work with, but she is great with communication. But most importantly, she pours all her energy into your wedding paper needs to make sure that they will be absolutely perfect!!! I cannot praise working with The Inviting Pear more. From our custom drawn Save The Dates, to seriously the MOST beautiful wedding invitation suite (words from family & friends) that has been seen, Thank You note's, cups, and she even used our custom monogram and the orchids she designed to make us notepads to use at home. My sister used the Inviting Pear for her wedding invitations several years ago and when I was looking for someone local to Austin, they were the first company that came to mind. Arielle was such a pleasure to work with. She was communicative, delivered when she said she would and was easy to work with on iterations, etc. I cannot recommend them enough!

If you want custom invitations and stationary, Arielle with Inviting Pear is absolutely amazing. I am so grateful she was recommended to me and was available for our wedding. We had her do our full custom invitation suite with 2 original watercolor images she created for us specific to our venues. They were so gorgeous and we got TONS of compliments on them from so many of our family and friends. I loved that she created an invitation that represented our venue and style so well. I’m so impressed by her talent to see examples of what a client likes and discuss their vision for the event and then create it and it comes out better than anything you could have thought of. It was a HUGE help to have her do all the envelopes and postage and mail them out for us. It took a lot of stress off my plate to have that part handled as it can be so time consuming. She also did all of “day-of” stationary including ceremony programs, dinner menus, bar menus, escort cards for our seating chart, welcome signs, frosted cups and cocktail napkins. She had them perfectly boxed up and organized for us when we picked them up upon our arrival to Austin for our wedding weekend. She even put together an extra copy of everything in an envelope for our photographer for their details photos. She literally thinks of everything! Arielle is not only extremely talented but also such a gem to work with. She made everything so fun and easy. I would absolutely use her for any event in the future! In fact, after the our wedding, I also worked with her for a gift for my parents since she does watercolors and sketches of homes as well. She created a trio of watercolors for my parents of each house they have lived in during their marriage. It was a lovely and touching gift and they loved that she did those for them as well since we all loved her work so much from the wedding. I cannot say enough good things about her and the Inviting Pear company! She is one of many stunning people we were so fortunate to meet and work with for our unforgettable wedding weekend.

We couldn't have been more thrilled with how our Wedding invitations came out! Shannon was so helpful throughout the design process and her expertise was clear from the start. Can I get another star!? Arielle is amazing. She listens, adapts and totally works with you to create just what your vision entails. There are so many details with weddings that we truly needed our hand held from our vendors. Arielle held on tight and was there every step of the way. Invitations are not cheap but we thought they were worth it because they set the tone and the feel for our daughters big day. I had the most amazing experience with the Arielle from The Inviting Pear! She did an amazing job creating a water paint illustration of our venue for our Save the Date. She was also flexible with changes to our invitation suite visions. Everything came out so beautiful! All our guest are in awe of our Save the Dates and Invitations. I highly recommend working with them and appreciate the quick response time and kindness the showed!

This team was so lovely to work with. Responsive, kind and they produce wonderful work. A bit pricey but the invitations were hand sketched and we received a ton of compliments. They get 4 stars and not 5 due to the Thank You notes. Compared to the invites and save the dates, they were subpar and not unique. We prepaid and had to use them and wish we used Shutterfly or something because they had better designs, ours was so boring. I signed off and said they were fine but post wedding was so draining that I didn’t have the energy to really push back. Other than that, I’d still highly recommend! Great team and great work.

If I had to rank all of my wedding vendors (which consisted of about 15!), The Inviting Pear would be #1. Not only were my expectations far exceeded on the final work product, but from beginning of our process to the very end, Arielle was consultative, extremely fast in communication, creative, punctual, and overall incredibly helpful. We saw Arielle's fantastic work at a friend's wedding and asked for her contact info almost a year later as we got closer to our big day and felt we were missing a personal touch to our bar. All of our stationary from our invitation suite to our day-of signage, mirror decals, and personalized napkins were high quality and stunning.

We were introduced to the Inviting Pear through our planner, Kristin Catter, and we LOVED the work that they did for our wedding! Arielle did a fantastic job. She was very responsive to us, understood what we were looking for better than we did, and was beyond patient with us in many ways. We wanted to name each of our dinner tables after books, and Arielle created a set of table name cards with little illustrations on them. We loved them so much that we had to have a copy of all the table names to keep. We were repeatedly blown away by her talent and the work that she produced. We cannot recommend the Inviting Pear enough, and they will far surpass your expectations in the wedding stationary.

I am SO happy and in love with my wedding stationary suite!! Everything turned out beautifully! Working with Arielle was a joy and I had a ton of fun collaborating with her. Our wedding planner Erica Catter referred us to the Inviting Pear for our invitation suites for our wedding in August. Upon first phone call consultation, I expressed to Arielle how our theme was “Modern Day Fairytale” and how we did not know how to incorporate that into our invitation suite. She threw out a BUNCH of suggestions that she felt would achieve our goal. When we got the first proposal I wanted to add upgrades, had questions about this or that, etc. Arielle really was patient with us (mainly me) and basically grabbed our hands and went thru every little detail. I basically had Arielle and Shannon tweak the quotes about 5 or more times, but they never made us feel like we were a hinderance! Aside from that, I probably emailed Arielle thousands of times in between the consultation to delivery and she was so polite and nice during every conversation! Customer service is certainly one of their strong traits along with their creativity and delivery! We added the upgrades of a watercolor map and let me tell you SHE UNDERSTOOD THE ASSIGNMENT! I’ve never seen a map included in a wedding suite being so carefully and thoughtfully executed! Arielle also helped us with our timeline of when to get the invitations out in the mail. I believe we started with our first consultation back in late March or April. So if you want to add a customized feel for your wedding suites, please go with the Inviting Pear! I am so glad our wedding planner referred us to them! I would post a picture but due to privacy reasons and because our wedding has not passed yet I will wait. But I can’t wait for our friends and family to see them! THANK YOU THE INVITING PEAR!

Stationary was the wedding task that I was the most indecisive on throughout the entire wedding planning process, but Shannon went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied, and I was more than pleased with the design and gorgeous invitations that she composed. She customized our requests and created a one-of-a-kind and unique invitation based on our many events that we had planned for our wedding weekend. We were also blown away by the beautiful map that Arielle created. It truly showed the character and Gatsby-themed vibe that we were seeking for our NYE wedding. Shannon was very prompt, easy to communicate with and accommodating to our changing tastes and I would highly recommend her to anyone in search of invitations or stationary for their special occasions and events.

Working with Arielle was such a treat! She is so peaceful and calm and really interested in creating the PERFECT invite. She went above and beyond to understand our colors, vibe, etc. and I am so happy we were introduced to them through our planner, Sweet Laurel Events.

The Inviting Pear designed t shirts for our pre wedding crawfish boil, menus/invites/namecards for my bridesmaid's luncheon, and a drawing of our venue/signature drink signs for our wedding and did such an amazing job. We gave Arielle inspo photos of what we wanted, and she really understood our vision and made it come to life for all of our different wedding festivities. The Inviting Pear created our seating chart and table numbers and we couldn't have been happier. We wanted to bring in the Austin theme as much as possible for our wedding and had Austin landmarks as our table numbers. Arielle hand drew each of our icons for the different table markers and used watercolor and they turned out absolutely gorgeous. She offered recommendations along the way and so far exceeded our expectations. We kept the table markers and can't wait to display them in our home. Both Shannon and Arielle were wonderful to work with, and I'm so thankful to have used them!

Shannon's work on our wedding stationery was nothing short of stellar, we'd give 10 stars if we could! Arielle has been an amazing collaborator to work with. We're having a Dungeons & Dragons themed wedding and she was able to convert my drawings and ideas into something special for our Wedding invitations. We've heard nothing but fantastic compliments at how perfect our invitations are and we couldn't have done it without the AMAZING work from Arielle. She's made the process flow easily and painlessly. We loved working with Arielle at The Inviting Pair. We are in Dallas and she made the process a breeze! Meeting virtually can be scary when you are picking invitations, but she made sure to send us samples and answer all of our questions. I felt she understood the vibe we were going for from that start and we absolutely loved the way our Save the Date and Invitation Suite came out. It took me a while to write this review because I was trying to put into words how amazing The Inviting Pear (Arielle), was for my daughters wedding. The wedding took place in Puerto Rico where we live but, my daughter lives in Austin so we looked around and found the The Inviting Pear on social media. Arielle responded right away and took us under her creative wing and walked us through the entire process. Being a destination wedding had a few challenges and she rose to every one of them and made everything run so smoothly! Most importantly her guidance and amazing talent blew us away! From the invitations to all the stationary for the day of and the beautiful canvas that she had hand-drawn of the beach where my daughter got married was outstanding! I would recommend her to everyone! What a difference she made in our stress level of having everything perfect and so coordinated. Thank you The Inviting Pear for doing such an amazing job! If you are in need of a stationer that is willing to take the time to collaborate with you, listen to your needs, and then take your vision and run with it, then look no further! I highly recommend Arielle and the team at the Inviting Pear. She designed a beautiful invitation suite. I have received so many compliments! I have even had several guests tell me that they plan to frame the watercolor artwork that was included in the invitation that Arielle painted and had printed on a vellum overlay. This creative team does great design work and I guarantee you’ll enjoy working with them.

The Inviting Pear did an amazing job of making our vision come to life! We ordered some samples from popular online invitation companies but couldn't find anything that really stood out. Shannon and her team have been wonderful to work with the entire process so far for my wedding. They drew beautiful watercolor prints for my save the dates that depicted our love story. And then for our invitations I wanted a more modern colorful feel, moving away from a more traditional invite. They nailed it, I have heard from several guests they LOVE the invitations. And were excited to see some color and something new from a wedding invite. I simply could not have achieved what I was dreaming of for our invitation suite without Arielle and Shannon's perseverance and beautiful creative vision. From the very beginning of the process, with just me showing them some Pinterest inspirations, they have been the most proactive and thorough vendors to work with. I was so nervous also about designing and coordinating the suite all virtually; but this wasn't even a speedbump for them. They made me feel completely at ease and were highly transparent and communicative about every single step in the process. Would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in the Austin area and beyond!

Shannon and Arielle weren’t satisfied until every detail of all of our reception signage was PERFECT. Maybe I’m biased but it totally was! Shannon found a great and affordable company that made comfortable masks and was able to print our monogram on them for all of our guests. Arielle’s artistic talents are seriously so impressive, she’s meticulous with every detail down to the correct color shade.

Exceptional! The most perfect wedding crest and monogram with the bride and grooms dogs included which was so important to them. The watercolor was absolutely precious. The invitation details were ready to go to print when COVID happened and everything had to go on hold. The Inviting Pear was understanding and flexible with us. When we finally came up with a new plan we had a quick turnaround and had to make things happen quickly! New verbiage for the invitation, menus, placards, cocktail, napkins, etc.... they got everything done flawless! Great to work with!

We absolutely love our wedding stationary. Arielle made the entire process easy. She first started off by showing us an abundance of samples to decide on our likes and dislikes. Arielle also provided detail on wording, phrasing, and addressing. Arielle is an amazing artist and sketched our wedding venue perfectly! What a dream team! Arielle and Shannon were wonderful to work with, and created beautiful, unique invitations for my daughter’s wedding. They’re fun, talented, and responsive. As plans evolved due to Covid, they were quick to design perfect wedding updates, and then created everything we needed to make our changed, downsized event as special as a big event. They listened to our ideas and made everything better and prettier than we could have imagined. During an angst-filled season, they were gracious and helpful and wonderful. Shannon captured our vision for wedding invitations as well as all of our other wedding stationery! She met personally with us in Austin after we scheduled our wedding date, and then worked remotely with us to create the perfect invitations. She sent samples of envelope colors, ink selections, paper types, etc. until we agreed on the perfect combination. All of our guests commented about our beautiful, stunning invitations with their gold foil lettering, velum belly band, and gold monogram wax seal. Then we had to navigate through a COVID-19 wedding postponement, and again Shannon excelled in designing a perfect "Save the New Date/Time" invitation in a very timely fashion! She also sent reminders for printing deadlines and assisted with the design off our wedding programs, menus, and welcome notes. We highly recommend "The Inviting Pear" for that special, unique look for your wedding stationery!

I cannot say enough positive things about The Inviting Pear. I worked directly with Arielle and she was nothing short of AMAZING! I am a COVID bride that has had to deal with multiple invitation changes etc, and they were so accommodating and understanding to all of my crazy requests. My invitations came out beautiful and I am so happy with their services. They have great attention to detail and a sharp eye for what looks good. We received so many compliments on our Wedding Invitations. People would say it was the most elegant invitation they had ever seen. Shannon was wonderful to work with and she had so many great ideas for all the printing and came up with so many clever things for the day of printing. And she made every printing deadline even when I didn't get everything to her on time.

The one aspect of our wedding we probably received the most compliments on was our invitations done by the Inviting Pear. Arielle and Shannon made the entire process so easy for me and I had so much fun working with them and coming up with ideas for the wedding! From the custom watercolor of our venue to Koozies with our dogs painted on them, The Inviting Pear did it all. Additionally they always quoted me on each service and confirmed before they started which I always appreciated. Our guests LOVED our invitation suite. Arielle had even met with me in person at first (in 2019!) and showed me specific examples of what they've done in the past to help me figure out what would be best for our wedding. I had complete trust in them to do all of our signage for our wedding too, in addition to our invitations. They made it so fun and not once stressful. Can't recommend enough!

My planner recommended the Inviting Pear for our save the dates, wedding invites, and day of stationary. I wanted a simple clean design that incorporated our wedding colors, but wasn't overly fancy, and that fit within our budget - The Inviting Pear made all of that happen. I didn't have a chance to work with them in person, since I was out of state for all of the planning, but everything was easy to discuss through email. I was provided with multiple options and ways to customize our invitations, etc, and everything turned out beautiful!

As a bride, generating wedding invitations through a website caused so much of a headache that I almost didn't want to send them. I found The Inviting Pear though Instagram and requested a quote online. Arielle reached out and we were able to discuss budget and ideas over the phone within just a few day. I can't say enough great things about Arielle and the team at The Inviting Pear. The number of texts and phone calls we received from friends and family in absolute AWE of our wedding invitations proves how unique and extraordinarily creative this team is! Arielle understood my vision completely and still dealt with numerous emails back and forth until the final product was PERFECT! I couldn't be happier with our beautiful invitations which included a custom watercolor of the location we'll be married. So... I'm a bit unconventional and wanted something kind of goth, dark and moody for my save the dates and wedding invitations. I wish I could post photos on here of the final product, but pictures don't even do them justice... because they are absolutely amazing. Arielle and Shannon were a DREAM to work with. My other half and I are getting married under a full moon and wanted a 'dark and moody' lunar calendar as the save the date. Arielle brought this to life BEAUTIFULLY. For the invitations, we went very simple... but stunning, black on black, dark green paper with foil gold text, cream paper with black text and a gold foil moon at the top to tie everything together. I live in Austin and went to meet Arielle one day to talk through every last detail and I left the meeting wishing we could have hung out all day. I seriously can not rate this team higher. I will absolutely be using them again in the future.

Shannon and Arielle at The Inviting Pear created the most beautiful watercolor signature cocktail signs which featured a watercolor painting of our yorkie, Bruno! Everyone at the wedding commented on how cute the signs were! The Inviting Pear staff were very responsive, timely and professional. They can even ship your items if you live out of state! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone looking for a signature cocktail sign, bar menu, or other fun items for your wedding!

The Inviting Pear worked tirelessly to create a vision for all of our stationary elements that we loved! We had a very specific vision in mind and with our help and the help of our incredible florist, they were able to create an incredible and beautiful Save the Date, Invitation Suite, Cocktail Napkins, Stir Sticks, Menus, Programs, etc. They helped create signage and they even created some beautiful menus and name place cards for our rehearsal brunch. Arielle was a pleasure to work with and she put in so many hours working with us to understand what we were looking for and ultimately made our vision come true. They were willing to work with our florist to create a beautiful monogram which adorned the majority of our stationary pieces. The gold foil elements and unique shapes that we included in our stationary really made it stand out and become exactly what we were looking for. We are so grateful that we worked with them and that we spent the extra time and money to create custom and unique stationary with Inviting Pear. We highly recommend them for any of your stationary needs.

Arielle and Shannon did an amazing job! We really wanted our two dogs to be apart of our wedding since they were not able to be there in person and the watercolor napkins, koozies, and cups exceeded our expectations! They are amazing! We really wanted to do something different for our menus / place settings and Shannon did an incredible job making something beautiful out of my horribly drawn idea sketch! She worked closely with us and made adjustments to get everything right where we wanted it and we are so happy with the result! She also did our programs and place cards which turned out so lovely! Would definitely recommend her for all your paper needs and wish we would have used her for our invitations as well!

Shannon was a intertidal part of the over all theme and design of our wedding. She was able to deliver a look of pure Texas and reflect the two men getting married. The invitations were so clean, and so purely a reflection of our relationship. These invitations went all over the country and the response was tremendous. Shannon was very easy to work with and the results are beyond excellent. Quick and easy communication was very important for us during the planning process and Shannon was a dream.

Arielle did an incredible job creating our save the date and invitation suite! We received SO many compliments on both! She created a custom monogram for our wedding invitations, which we also used on our thank you notes. They are so creative, and quick! I can't recommend Inviting Pear enough!

Shannon did a great job for our daughter's printing needs for her recent wedding in Austin. She was very patient as we worked through the details to find exactly what was desired by the bride and groom. All items were completed on time and she assisted in the final assembly of the invitations and getting them in the mail. She worked well with our calligrapher too and our wedding planner and we love good teamwork! All final printing was delivered to our wedding planner in a nice time for the wedding. You will be pleased if you go with the Inviting Pear for your wedding!!

Everything that we wanted for invitations and stationary turned out exactly how we imagined! First, huge shout-out to Arielle for a great in person meeting. She brought plenty of samples which gave us some wonderful ideas. She also had suggestions based on what we were envisioning and it helped a lot. They also have a great pintrest as well, which is where we found the idea for our menu. Arielle and Shannon were so flexible working with us and with our budget. When we had questions or revisions, they were amazing at responding and making updates to our contract(s). They are both super personable and great to work with. I am beyond happy with our final products, thanks so much for being a big part of our day!

My invitations were so perfect and exactly what I wanted. I am super picky (and indecisive) and Arielle was flexible and easy to work with. I changed my mind about design and fonts a couple times and she got me a new proof super fast. She helped make decisions on the paper type, envelopes, font style, font color, etc. I decided to order menus as well. She nailed them and had them to me super fast! Would definitely recommend!

Arielle was so helpful when designing our wedding stationary. Our consultation was very informative; she brought a ton of samples so that we could see different papers, colors, fonts, etc. and it made the decision making process so much easier. The designs were completed quickly and she was always willing to make corrections/changes if needed. Arielle helped us set the tone for our wedding and we got SO many compliments on the invitations, as well as the cool acrylic seating assignment chart!

To be honest, invitations weren't the most important or exciting thing to me when planning a wedding. However, the work that Arielle and the Inviting Pear team did for our invites made it one of my favorite part! The invitations turned out better than I'd pictured and were absolutely stunning. They were so beautiful that I framed one and hung it up in our house :) In addition, the team was easy to work with and turned everything around quickly and thoroughly. HIGHLY recommend this vendor.
