The venue's aesthetic appeal saved us from the need for extensive decor transformations saving us so much time and money. Our interactions with Margie, the owner, and the attentive staff contributed to a seamless decision-making process. I felt a genuine connection, finding them patient and caring. This is certainly a testament to the venue's commitment to providing a personal touch rather than just a business transaction.
The staff's responsiveness and support, particularly for someone who tends to overthink and worry as myself, highlights their commitment to creating a stress-free wedding planning experience.

ter getting engaged! Not only is it a STUNNING venue, but the staff was great to work with as well. Amanda was very on top of promptly answering my many questions through the planning process! Come wedding day, I met the owner, Margie, for the first time and she was just a delight! She immediately stocked our rooms with drinks and even helped out with some decor that we forgot! She was very friendly to guests throughout the night and she also greeted my parents and I the next morning to do a little bit of clean up. Even the bar staff was also really fun to work with! The whole team made our wedding day come together seamlessly!
Almost three months later, our guests are STILL commenting that it was the most beautiful wedding space they had ever seen, and we sure do agree! Thank you for playing such a big role in our special day!
Most beautiful venue!! Margie, owner, is so sweet and caring, she was beyond helpful and accommodating. We loved the venue and all the amenities that came with it.
Before we got engaged, I knew this was the venue I wanted to get married at. It had the "farm" feel that I was looking for. I can't say enough great things about The Jefferson and ...
Amanda. She was extremely easy to work with. She let me come several times to bring my family from out of state. While my husband is from the Delta, I am from Illinois and wasn't familiar with a lot of the vendors. Amanda helped with recommendations, even asked other brides who they used for certain items I was looking for! Amanda even helped make sure I had everything that I needed as bride on my wedding day. From getting me a glass of water, to ensuring she didn't need to run an errand for us. It was an exceptional experience and would highly recommend this venue to anyone.

We were so impressed with every aspect of the venue and appreciated the attention to detail. They were able to accommodate multiple "special requests" without fail! The property is simply stunning and a perfect place for our vow renewal and reception. We were looking for a jaw-dropping location with modern amenities and this venue met all of our expectations and more! The Jefferson Oxford team (owner Margie, manager, Amanda and ALL their staff) ) were so calm and helpful and made a potentially overwhelming process and event go so effortlessly and wonderfully. We are thankful to have had our dream day at The Jefferson in Oxford, MS

gaged the week before the country shut down due to covid, which forced us to plan a wedding during very uncertain times. However.. we never imagined that our biggest fear would be a snow storm in the middle of the South. Everyone at the Jefferson was supportive, encouraging, and determined to make sure our day was everything we wanted and more. From wedding prep at The Graduate, to pictures with Will in Vaught-Hemingway Stadium, then finally, to the first looks, ceremony, dancing the night away, and our side-car send off at the Jefferson. They made sure everything was perfect and made us feel like we were the only bride and groom in the world. We love you guys and cannot thank you enough for everything you did to make our day so special!!

Planning a wedding is stressful in general, but planning a wedding in the middle of Covid… phew! The entire staff at the Jefferson went above and beyond to keep in contact with my family on Covid protocols.

endor who works in this industry, I have truly never worked with someone who is so responsive, knowledgeable, consistent, helpful, and an overall joy to work with. Having people like Amanda, is a blessing in this business and is one of the most attractive things about this beautiful one of a kind venue. Margie is also a huge asset to the Jefferson. She always makes each client feel special and like their day is the only day in the entire calendar year. These ladies do an exceptional job with customer service and making sure that everyone is organized and clear about all rules/regulations on the front end, someone is there the entirety of the day/ event, and the best part, they are your biggest cheerleaders before you walk down the aisle. I cannot imagine our wedding being hosted at any other place. This venue has so much to offer and the people who represent it seal the deal for you!!
The Jefferson was the perfect venue! It is beautiful and spacious and Amanda was very helpful with suggestions! Everything was handled in a very prompt and professional manner! ...
I would strongly recommend the Jefferson for your special occasion!
If you are looking to book your wedding in Oxford, MS, the FIRST place you should start is at The Jefferson. Margie and her staff went above anything we could have dreamed for our ...
daughter and her fiancee's special day. From the moment we talked to Margie on the phone, to our tour with Amanda, and all the way up to the rehearsal and wedding, every detail was explained and handled with great care. They have wonderful relationships with the local vendors and it shows. Everything seemed to flow like clock work. This took so much off of me, as the mother of the bride. They are very responsive to emails with questions and to help with honest suggestions. Thank you, Margie and your awesome crew for an unforgettable weekend.
The Jefferson was ALWAYS my dream venue. I went to college at Ole Miss, and the first time I saw The Jefferson I just knew I had to get married there! Our wedding was May 16, 2020,...
which was fairly early into the pandemic, so there were so many uncertainties, but the staff was so helpful during the whole process. We were able to have a small intimate ceremony there on May 16th and then have our larger celebration on September 19th! We couldn’t have endured the wedding planning in a pandemic without them! Couldn’t recommend The Jefferson enough!!
The entire Jefferson family is absolutely a dream. I say family because they truly make you feel as though you are a part of their family. I had to change my original wedding plan...
s due to the pandemic and they took all my stress away. All the staff truly know what they are talking about. They are willing to listen to your thoughts and help you make decisions. The Jefferson is STUNNING, it is all built with with reclaimed material. The staff, the location, and beautiful building makes this the best venue in the surrounding area (including the Memphis area).
The perfect wedding venue does exist... The Jefferson and staff
will exceed all of your expectations. It does not get better. Not only will your photos be beautiful but the staff ...

nt events before and they’re always the sweetest, most hard working crew to work with! Since COVID, they put a bunch of precautions in place to allow us to still have our big day. Margie, Amanda and their team were in constant contact with my mom and me throughout the entire process to ensure the best day possible. We had a great group and I can’t imagine having my wedding anywhere else! The venue speaks for itself with how beautiful it is and the endless ways to decorate it to make your wedding unique to you.. but their people are what takes it to even the next level. So much love for the Jefferson and their staff!!!
Wonderful venue, attentive staff, and exceptional service! If there was a way for us to rate The Jefferson higher we most certainly would!!! Simply incredible!!
My now husband and I met in grad school at Ole Miss so it was very important to us to get married in Oxford. Since we are from Pittsburgh and would be planning from a distance, we ...
wanted to keep the planning as simple and fun as possible.
Our original plan was just to get married in the Grove...this was until we saw The Jefferson. We did not even bother to look at any other wedding venue! The beauty and thoughtfulness that went into the structure and authenticity of the venue is equally matched and exceeded by the team at the Jefferson. They are without a doubt our family now. Their support they offered us as we planned a totally DIY wedding from a distance during a pandemic made the experience so seamless.
In addition, they knew our wedding was planned around football. When the Ole Miss schedule was getting switched around and tailgating in the Grove was prohibited, Margie, Kelly, and Amanda worked endlessly to give us an option to host a tailgate at The Jefferson. This allowed us to still give our friends and family the full Oxford experience.
There are no words to describe how much we adore and appreciate the team at The Jefferson. If you're looking for a venue and a team that will work to make sure your vision for the first day of your marriage comes true and keep you focused on the positive, look no further. We are forever grateful!
I chose this venue for my wedding bc I fell in love with the look !!! It looked absolutely amazing and wowed all my guest ! We did a waterfront ceremony and indoor reception which ...
made it easy for guest to be all
In one place . So happy they had a place to get ready for the bride and groom which made it much better than getting ready in a hotel . We got married during covid and they were absolutely amazing by working with us to move our date and accommodations. So happy we chose this venue !! They are really so sweet !! Overall my experience was a 5/5. I would have loved however if they had sleeping cabins on site for the wedding party ! Maybe they will add it on soon . :)

the uncertainty, Margie, Amanda, and Kelly were patient, kind, and always willing to answer my questions. If they didn’t know the answer, they did everything they could to find the answer or lead me to the person who did know the answer. They made this crazy experience so much easier and peaceful for me. From the first steps of booking to the wedding day and everything in between, they were there 100% ready and willing to help in any way they could. Not only is the Jefferson absolutely gorgeous, but the staff makes it a one-in-a-kind wedding experience. Trust me, you won’t regret picking the Jefferson as your wedding venue!

We could not have dreamt of a better day! With the help of the Jefferson staff and our vendors, we were able to pivot with ease.
