The Jerome Event Center is an all-in-one event venue located in Delano, Minnesota, 20 minutes west of 394 and 494. With 6,700 square feet of ground level space, The Jerome can comfortably seat up to 275 guests. Featuring original modern industrial design, The Jerome opened in September 2019 after an extensive seven year renovation journey to restore the 1905 building. We are devoted to creating authentic, timeless celebrations that personally reflect clients.
The Jerome features original modern industrial design, including reclaimed timber beams, exposed brick walls, soaring ceilings, restored hardwood floors, and original black tin tile. Dramatic light fixtures compliment the natural light that shines through the large windows, creating a comfortable, open atmosphere for all to enjoy. Elegant room dividers can be used to create an intimate setting for smaller guest counts.
Several services and amenities are included when you book your wedding with The Jerome, including, but not limited to:
- Exclusive Use of the Space: Access to the space from 9:00 am until midnight.
- Indoor Ceremony Area: If you decide to host your ceremony with us, the natural beauty of the space combined with candles, floral arrangements, and other decor, create a simply stunning backdrop.
- Crossback Chairs and Tables: Arranged to meet your needs and ensure that guests are comfortable and can move around with ease.
- Set-Up and Tear Down of Tables and Chairs: Large handcrafted doors separate The Great Room from The Stein Room, allowing guests to socialize while event staff to quickly flip the room and turn the ceremony space into a reception.
- Venue Manager: Available to answer questions throughout the planning process and is on-site the day of the wedding, but will not serve as a coordinator.
- Audio Visual Equipment: For technical convenience, we are equipped with high-speed WiFi, handheld microphone, and Bose surround sound to accommodate dinner music and speeches.
- Free Parking: More than 200 free parking spaces are within one block of the venue.
- Security Staff: To ensure a private and secure event, The Jerome provides complimentary, professional security from 8:00 pm until midnight during events where alcohol is served.
- Secure Closet: A locked closet is available to store gifts and other valuables.
- Professional Cleaning: Complimentary cleaning services are provided to allow you to enjoy every last moment of your event and ensure that The Jerome is properly cleaned and cared for.
- Insurance: A $1,000,000 liability insurance policy to cover you and your guests from any unfortunate circumstances.

We loved our wedding at the Jerome! Guests raved about the simplicity and uniqueness of the venue. Given the uniqueness we could keep the décor quite simple which was a huge planning relief.
We felt the required caterer was a bit restricting and didn't allow much flexibility. Our guests did speak highly of our food and beverage options. They are attentive and nice to work with but their policies and approach to catering doesn't lend itself to the most flexible of all options.
Raleigh, our day of coordinator, was incredibly helpful during our planning process and day of keeping us all on time and organized. She is responsive, so, so, kind and has an expertise both in wedding planning and the venue that makes for an easy planning process!

We absolutely would recommend The Jerome to anyone and everyone! The modern industrial setting was perfect for us and we especially loved the layout of the building. Having everything we needed in one space without worrying about transporting guests was perfect. Also, having a coordinator to work closely with was a life saver! Raleigh is great and the day truly would not have gone as smooth as it did without her. With a hotel and bar close by, preferred vendors listed, and an airbnb for us to stay in the night of, The Jerome checked all of our boxes and we are so glad we chose to have our wedding here!

We got married at the Jerome earlier this month and could not have been happier! The venue is absolutely beautiful - between the exposed brick, the accent walls, the lights, the list goes on and on. It requires very little decor, if any and the Jerome has awesome decor for you to use. Raleigh was my main point of contact and I cannot say enough good things about her. She was readily available to answer any questions, accommodate seating arrangements, and honestly made the entire day run so smoothly. My photographers told me that Raleigh is the best coordinator that they have ever worked with. I also had guests coming up to tell me how amazing she was during the wedding day. We got to meet Lynn and Dale during our first visit and they were always available and willing to answer questions throughout the planning process. Working with this team was a dream. We will forever cherish our special day and owe a huge thank you to the Jerome Event Center.

We got married at the Jerome in January 2022, and we absolutely loved it! We fell in love with the unique, historic features of the space, and we knew it would be the perfect place for our wedding right when we walked in to tour it. Even though we had a larger wedding, the space felt cozy, charming, and comfortable (even a year later, we still have people commenting on how much they loved the space at our wedding)! Lynn and Dale took extra care to help make sure that our day went smoothly and helped alleviate some of the logistics concerns that come with having a large wedding! Lynn was also always available and willing to answer questions throughout the planning process, and were so appreciative!
We just had our wedding reception at the Jerome this past month. Working with them was so seamless, their entire staff was so communicative and helpful from the moment we booked all the way through our wedding day. They provided a day of coordinator at the venue, and the space is absolutely beautiful (especially for a winter wedding). Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Lynn & Dale came to the rescue at the 11th hour for me and my fiancé. We changed our wedding date 3x, we changed our wedding location 3x, and during Covid (October 2020), there were so many things ruining our wedding, but they were able to offer things other venues couldn't offer. They made our wedding as magical as we had originally intended it to be. They were so sweet and accommodating, and honestly, saved our wedding (which we were losing hope on during the pandemic). The Jerome was one of the first venues that we toured after we got engaged in June of 2020. Right away, we loved how unique and charming the venue was. I could not recommend The Jerome Center more!! Lynn and Dale were SO EASY to work with. There were no hidden fees and everything was communicated upfront and clearly. I could tell right away that they wanted what was best for us and our day. They emailed me often with updates and helpful tips. They gave us many local recommendations. The Jerome Center is a newer venue and definitely a special place. As they renovated the space they kept so many beautiful historic pieces as well as making it new it is the perfect combination! The layout of The Jerome Center is the best! It is one large space divided with doorways separating the dance floor and tables. My husband and I had never visited Delano, but after touring The Jerome we soon found that it is such a special and beautiful city. My husband and I got married at the Jerome on 10/23/21 and it was the perfect day! When we toured the Jerome a year prior, we were in awe of how beautiful the space was. Hearing the owners, Lynn and Dale, tell the story of renovating the space was incredible. You can tell how thoughtful they are from every detail of the space. We walked out of our tour and immediately made the decision that the Jerome was the place for us!
Lynn and Dale are amazing. The level of detail we noticed in our tour translated to the planning process. Lynn was so responsive to all of our questions and always provided great perspective and recommendations if we needed anything. The Jerome is a gorgeous and functional space, but Lynn, Dale and Abigail really take this venue to the next level because they’re a dream team to work with!!
Our guests could not stop complimenting the space and everything truly turned out perfect. Delano is also a wonderful backdrop for photos. We hope to be able to attend a wedding at the Jerome as guests soon, because it’s such a special place. Highly, highly recommend it!!

The Jerome was the perfect venue for our 9/24/21 wedding! It is absolutely beautiful, hardly any decor needed as the venue itself is already gorgeous. We received so many compliments on the space and are so grateful we found The Jerome, it was the perfect venue for us! I first saw it during the the day and then came back for an evening tour with my fiancé after falling in love with it and he was immediately sold-it was the first venue we saw that we both had the same excited reaction about!
In addition to the space, we can’t say enough great things about Lynn, Dale, and Abigail and how easy and accommodating they were from start to finish. They were always so prompt in responses and happy to answer any questions along the way.
We absolutely loved everything about our day and would recommend The Jerome to anyone looking for a unique venue with amazing staff who will do everything they can to ease the stress of planning and ensure your day goes smoothly!!

Honestly, finding a venue was the hardest part of wedding planning for us. I think we looked at 7 before finding The Jerome. Everything was either way out of our budget, not in a good location, didn't fit our style/vision or we felt like they were going to charge us with a bunch of hidden fees. The Jerome checked off all the boxes.
We got engaged in Oct 2018 and our wedding was July 17, 2021 so we had a long engagement which was nice that we so much time to find the vendors we wanted. We toured The Jerome March of 2020 (literally right before everything shut down due to COVID). I firmly believe everything happens for a reason and I'm so thankful we toured and booked with them when we did. Right when we walked in the doors I could tell it was the venue I wanted to get married. Lynn and Dale are two of the sweetest humans ever and the venue is STUNNING - they did such an amazing job at renovating the building. Plus it's in a great location - I love the small-town feel. The best part was my now husband loved it so, so we were sold!
Communication was great throughout the whole wedding planning process and leading up to our big day. Having great communication was important to me so I could feel stress free while planning. I was blown away with how beautiful the venue was set up with all of our decorations and centerpieces and with the ceremony and reception at the same location, it made it super easy for guests and they were quick at getting the room ready for dinner. Our guests all had a blast! Even with a few wedding crashers (which makes for a fun story to tell) I wouldn't have imagined our day going as perfect as it did.
I want to get married all over again just so we can go back to The Jerome! Highly recommend at least setting up a tour, you will fall in love like we did!

We had our June 2021 wedding at the Jerome and could not be happier with how the event turned out! The space is beautiful and we absolutely fell in love with it from the first time we walked in to tour. The Jerome offers a gorgeous space that made the perfect back drop for our elegant day but is simple enough to fit a number of wedding aesthetics. We also absolutely loved all the historic details! Throughout the day we got SO MANY compliments on the venue. It was beautiful, comfortable, and functional. Finally, Lynn, Dale, and Abigail were excellent to work with. They were very communicative and super helpful during set up and tear down. The Jerome is a stunning venue and the ease of the experience of planning our wedding there really was the cherry on top of our big day. We 100% recommend having your wedding or large event here!
P.S. The contract was very transparent and there were no hidden fees or surprises. Exceptional vendor to work with on that front!!

Lynn and Dale and Abigail were great! They were more than willing to answer an questions and were upfront with everything! (No hidden costs) They were also helpful in answering questions & clarifying their caterers policies. Day of wedding went off without a hitch and they and caterer handled everything seamlessly! We had toured 4 other venues before finding The Jerome. 20 mins into our visit with Lynn and Dale we both knew it was gonna be the place. So much of what went smoothly for us is connected to the The Jerome. From the planning to the last song of the night, we never had any regrets or frustrations. The venue is as advertised and the owners (Lynn and Dale) were more help than expected. Other places may have been more extravagant or lavish, but none were more "us". We loved it and I'm sure you will too.

What a gorgeous venue. I'll just start with that. From the moment we walked in, my husband I knew we wanted to be married in front of the beautiful brick wall, in this historic building that Lynn and Dale had painstakingly restored. We booked for an April wedding, then they worked with us as we rescheduled to end of July due to COVID. We spoke numerous times to ensure we were meeting COVID regulations as well as making the guest comfortable. It was a stressful time but Dale and Lynn really made us laugh and more than that, we became excited again for our wedding.
They were also willing to meet with us so that we could get the layout I envisioned just right. And boy, did it meet all of our expectations. They day of, walking in, was everything we could have imagined. The venue itself doesn't need anything added to make it beautiful. It has restored brick walls, high ceilings with these industrial feel chandeliers.
We definitely recommend the Jerome and working with Dale and Lynn.

When we started the venue search a year prior, we were having trouble finding exactly what we wanted in the Minneapolis area. The moment I walked in to The Jerome, I knew it was something incredibly special. The rich history, unique original details and the modernized touches create the perfect balance for a beautiful wedding space. It is warm, inviting, spacious and breathtaking! There was no question The Jerome was the spot for us.
The owners, Lynn and Dale are the kindest and the most hard-working people you will ever meet. Planning a wedding from out-of-state could have been very challenging, but they made the entire process a breeze! They showed professionalism, kindness, thoughtfulness, and phenomenal assistance. Our original wedding date was May 23rd, but we ended up postponing due to COVID. They were extremely flexible, helpful and accommodating during and after choosing our new date.
Our wedding day was beautiful! I am still hearing from our guests how impressed they were with The Jerome. My husband and I still can’t get over how truly perfect it was for us. My wife and I recently got married and had our reception at the Jerome Center, it was such an incredible experience. The Jerome is a beautiful venue, and the restored building with modern touches made it astonishing. Every guest was amazed with the venue and all the decorations supplied by the Jerome, family members, and other vendors such as Phos Lighting. My wife and I only heard positive comments from guests!
It was a pleasure to work with Lynn and Dale! They were very accommodating to my wife and I’s wishes. They made sure that everything would go as planned, whether that meant stopping into the venue or talking over the phone, they were there willing to help! If an issue arose on the day of the wedding, Lynn was always there to assist.

First of all, this venue is incredibly unique and beautiful, with so many simple yet thoughtful touches of elegance & charm! I immediately fell in love with the meticulously restored detailing and overall warmth throughout the entire space. The chandeliers are amazing! The space has the perfect amount of decor so it is lovely as is, while still allowing you to be really creative with whatever colors or theme you want too.
Second, working with Lynn & Dale is wedding the experience you hope for but rarely find elsewhere! They are hospitable, honest, and thoughtful. They’ve obviously put a ton of thought into their own space, as well as using it to highlight other local small businesses, which definitely stood out to me.
They do require that you work with a specific catering company, which deserves a separate review of its own, but overall working with The Jerome has been wonderful and I highly recommend it!

My fiancé and I were looking for a place to hold our reception that would reflect how special this day was for us, (without breaking the bank!) and we definitely found it at the Jerome.
It’s been great so far working with Lynn and Dale—my fiancé and I live out of state, but are planning for a Minnesota wedding. Dale and Lynn have been very accommodating with our schedules, and have given us such peace of mind.

The Jerome is a beautiful space for a wedding. The building was previously an old main street store that has been completely updated and renovated by the owners. They have done an incredible job preserving some stunning features of the building and giving it a very classic, yet updated vibe. The owners are wonderful, you can tell they have really poured their heart into this project and they truly want to do everything they can to make your wedding perfect and as easy as possible! Definitely recommend.

If you are planning a wedding in the Minneapolis area you should definitely check out the Jerome. The owners, Lynn and Dale, are super easy to work with, and have done a fantastic job renovating the space. The space is large enough to accommodate plenty of guests but still feels intimate with lots of original details from the main street building.
