azing, so professional, so helpful, even giving the bride an upgrade to her suite! We can not say enough about this hotel and all that they did to make the wedding weekend perfect! Thank you!

ce, my guests had a very hard time moving between the terrace and ballroom - even using the fire stairs instead of having to wait a ridiculous amount of time on the small elevators inside the hotel. On top of the glass elevator not working, neither was the handicap elevator which forced my disabled niece to be carried up the stairs along with her wheelchair and along with my 91 year old grandma that needed an elevator as well. This cut short my wedding reception by a full 45 minutes. Views were good, food was great, and rooms were very nice. However, if you are booking the terrace, you really need to consider the high possibility of it not working. I have since found out the elevator not working is an ongoing problem.

uld stay there, and both the ceremony and the reception could be there, so it just made everything really easy. The Joule was our "home base" and there was no need to coordinate transportation to and from various venues. I worked with Janna Hinebaugh, the catering manager at The Joule. The moment I met her, I felt like I was talking to a good girlfriend. She's awesome. She was super organized and knew her stuff, and she was just so darn funny and nice. When I say Janna's (and The Joule's) customer service is over-the-top, I mean it. I've stayed at names like The Plaza and Waldorf-Astoria, but never in my life have I received such VIP treatment as I did at The Joule. Everything was seamless, from booking and contracts, to the tasting (we created our own menu of foods we love) and selections of linens, etc. Shout-out to Janna's assistant Jesse, who ran point on the rehearsal and on the day-of, along with Janna. My experience was a dream--not a care in the world, knowing everything was handled and my husband and I could focus on our wedding day. Oh, and when you book at the Joule, you get two nights in a suite as part of your package--the suite was BOMB! It was basically like an apartment: living room with a half-bath, master bedroom with a massive bathroom, huge windows...it was insane. In the best way.
