We were extremely dissatisfied with the services we received from your bartending service. Leading up to the event we repeatedly had trouble getting in contact with the staff. The day of the event the bartenders were very late. They did not have it completely setup by the time our guests started to arrive. Additionally, they ran out of alcohol MULTIPLE times during the night (keep in mind we paid for an open bar of beer, wine, and one signature drink). They ran out immediately after cocktail hour. Thus, this did not complete the agreed upon table service - they were suppose to go around to each table while the guests ate. Additionally, they did not offer the tea's we provided to guests as was agreed upon. Guests told me the bartenders were not very friendly and the signature drink tasted watered down. When questioned about why they ran out of alcohol, one excuse given was that they thought the bar was only for an hour. Our contract was always for 3 hours. The service we received was unacceptable.
One of the things that first drew me to JW Bartending is that the owner, April, was so accommodating and quick to respond to every stupid email I sent!! :)
She truly cared about what I wanted for my wedding day and was willing to make changes to the normal package to please me!
I continue to get compliments on how much people enjoyed our bartending service and where I found them!!
Amber was very professional. Email response time was somewhat slow, but in the end they did a great job.
