check-in a breeze. My room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay.
The only hiccup was that my hot water wasn’t working during my stay, but the hotel staff handled it wonderfully. They were quick to address the issue and, to my surprise, took money off my total bill as a gesture of goodwill. I truly appreciated that, as it showed they care about customer satisfaction.
Other than that small issue, everything was perfect — from the cozy atmosphere to the excellent service. I will definitely be staying here again and highly recommend it for anyone visiting the area!

While passing through ATL we were looking for a hotel that checked 3 boxes: $200 budget that included: affordable parking and a pet friendly rate. Kimpton Shane checked all 3 of those boxes so we gave it a go.

ssively long…flat out the Kimpton Shane was probably the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. When we arrived everyone was amazing and treated us like we just booked a $700 room. I have to give a huge shout out to Marlon, who noticed all on his own, that we arrived exhausted from a 7.5 hour drive with 2 little ones and a dog. We arrived at the hotel around 8:45pm so he made it a point to go above and beyond for us. Marlon made sure we received room service before the kitchen closed, got the kids some activity bags full of neat stuff, made sure our dog was taken care and a little extra something something for the parents I’ll just say. He was amazing and I can’t thank him enough for all he did for us.
For the price and what the hotel has to offer as far as cleanliness and class I still can’t believe we paid what we did. The mid town area is clean and seemed like good area also. This is my new hotel when we come to ATL for any reason for sure. Great experience!!! A++++
Quick tip: we had a Telluride with a car topper. The garage entrance is 8.2 ft which it easily fit in but only the first area of the garage is 8.2 ft which consists of what appears to be assigned spots, valet parking area and maybe just a few reg spots. We lucked up and get 1 of the few reg spots. Majority of the garage is 7.2 ft, after the brief 8.2 section, which we wouldn’t fit in. If you don’t get lucky with a spot then you can valet and should fit. Just FYI

What a great hotel! We stopped in Atlanta while on a road trip with our dog and kiddos in tow. We needed something with close parking that could accommodate our car topper and the adjacent garage fit the bill. It had been a long day of travelin...
g and Marlon at the front desk gave us such a wonderful welcome. He gave our dog a treat, our kids some crafts to keep them entertained, and mom and dad some wine! Everyone left happy! In addition, the hotel is beautifully styled and the rooms were clean and had any amenities you would need. It was a quick visit for us this time but we will definitely be back! Thanks again Marlon for your excellent customer service.

rested, at ease, and taken care of. The location was great, the food was delicious at the hotel restaurant, and if you do want to take the public transit train - it is right around the corner. Very thankful for our experience here.
