The Langham

I recently had my wedding at the Langham hotel and it was an unbelievable experience. It was a whole wedding weekend with rehearsal, welcome cocktail party, ceremony, reception, and brunch the next day, as well as having a block of rooms at the hotel for all the guests. Sonam Khatau was our go-to person and she took care of EVERYTHING. She answered all our questions and took care of things we never even thought to ask about! She was very accommodating to all our special requests. Everything ran so smoothly, it was truly a stress free experience. The Langham itself is beautiful, beautiful location and views, and we hope to stay there again for a wedding anniversary in the future.

As a wedding planner, I place a high value on both professionalism and high-touch service when partnering with a venue. Not only was the entire team at The Langham focused on exceeding our expectations, they also anticipated our every need and rose to accommodate every request. Sonam Khatau, our Senior Catering Manager, was exceptional in providing prompt responses during the planning process, in-depth knowledge of luxury events, and gracious service at the wedding. Our wedding experience at the Langham with Emily was outstanding! Her expertise and professionalism made our experience better than we could have ever imagined. The hotel, service, accommodations, and food were exceptional. Emily was professional, accommodating, and responsive. The langham is perfection and we are extremely happy that we hosted our wedding weekend there. All of our guests were treated very well and enjoyed their stay. It was the perfect weekend!

Our experience with the Langham was absolute perfection. We worked with Emily and she was incredibly helpful and professional. We were “anti” a hotel wedding at the start of our venue search but our parents insisted on seeing the Langham, and Emily blew us away. Of course, the venue is gorgeous and in an amazing location, but Emily made us see that what we’d get with the Langham was the best service. We felt like we’d really be taken care of and throughout the whole experience that proved to be true. Honestly, wedding planning overall was so enjoyable and not stressful for us and we attribute a lot of that to Emily and the Langham. From the moment we first laid eyes on the venue, we were completely amazed. Sonam ensured our intimate gathering was meticulously catered to, making everyone feel exceptionally cared for and comfortable. Her dedication went beyond the call of duty; she assisted the bride with packing, carefully carried her dress, and ensured she safely boarded her limousine. We had to rely entirely on Sonam’s expertise, and she truly came through. We trusted her with everything, and we are so glad we did. Sonam's vigilant oversight guaranteed a flawless execution of our wedding day. Thanks to our outstanding experience, we plan to return to the Langham every year to celebrate our anniversary. While the hotel rightly boasts a 5-star rating, our experience with Sonam at the helm makes us believe they deserve a sixth star. We could not have asked for a better coordinator than Sonam.

We worked with Sonam Khatau to host an engagement dinner at the Langham. The experience could not have been better - she was extremely helpful in showing us all of the available options and walking us through what she would recommend based on our specific needs, including the room, food menu and decorations. We would recommend her to anyone looking to schedule an event of any size. The food was terrific and the room was beautiful. Even better was the service - it could not have been a better experience. It was a very unique situation where we had to move the wedding to Chicago and had only 4 weeks to plan the wedding. Fortunately, Langham was available and with amazing support from Sonam Khatau, Shaun Rajah and an amazing chef the wedding turned out to be an elegant affair. They were very prompt, flexible, very pleasant and ready to accommodate our requirements. On of the highlights of the wedding was delicious food and service was impeccable through out the day. My husband & I had our wedding at The Langham February 17, 2024. From our very first visit with Shaun Rajah we knew that The Langham was where we needed to get married. The level of communication and attention to service by all levels of the staff from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave is truly unmatched. We only had a four month engagement and by the time we picked our date we had three months left. During a time which I thought would be extremely stressful, The Langham provided direction and support that went above and beyond my expectations. From vendor recommendations to introducing us to contacts at the vendors personally, they made everything easier for us. Shaun transitioned out of the Langham in the last weeks leading up to our wedding. Again, I was expecting this to bring stress but it was a truly seamless transition. Sonam Khatau took over and our wedding day was a dream come true. The hotel is obviously stunning, the food was next level (not your typical wedding food by any means & the presentation- chef’s kiss) but the expertise and hospitality provided from Sonam and her team is what truly made me feel like a Princess on our wedding day. I wish we could do it all over again. It was truly the best day of our lives & we can not thank The Langham enough for creating the perfect start to our marriage.

I wanted to echo the previous statements about our experience at the Langham. Our April wedding was perfection. My now-husband-and I were very “anti hotel”- originally looking at venues across the Chicago area to give our guests a unique experience - but when we factored in the ambiance, the service, the food and everything included… we kept coming back to the Langham. We fell in love with Shaun Rajah who helped us execute our vision. Sonam Khatau took over in the later stages of our wedding planning process and everything was flawless. Our guest count was 96: which included many of my parents friends who have high- taste. Many said this was the best wedding they had ever been to. Shaun, Sonam and the Langam staff -teaming up with our vendors made our dreams come true. It was the best experience from start to finish. My husband and I are sitting here in our gifted custom Langham robes still dreaming of the best day of our lives. We already can’t wait to come back and celebrate our one year anniversary

My husband and I just had our wedding at the Langham Chicago on April 6th. It is a total understatement to say that the Langham did their job. Their hospitality is unmatched. Everything about the Langham is efficient, convenient, but also so elegant. Meeting Shaun and working with Shaun was literally like hitting the biggest jackpot/lottery of a lifetime. I met Shaun when my now husband and I went to go tour the Langham hotel as a potential venue. We knew we had to book the Langham not only because it was a beautiful venue but because we know a valuable person when we see one, and that valuable person was Shaun Rajah. The other staff members we got to work with at the Langham were Jordan Silverman and Sonam Khatau. They were the best team any bride to be could've asked for. For the amount you invest into the Langham you come out with so much more: gifts, hospitality, a perfect and smooth wedding/event, a nice bridal suite, and so much more. The Langham has an exclusive relationship with many vendors and they know what they're doing, which put my anxieties to rest. And I cannot skip out on the food. The food and dinner that was served during our wedding was hands down the best. That is because the food was made from the restaurant in the Langham. I can confidently say that my statement isn't just a biased opinion but all our guests had to agree that they've never experienced better wedding food than the food they had at the Langham. I wanted to also go back to talking about a huge contributing factor as to why my wedding at the Langham was perfect. That big factor is Shaun, the event coordinator and event manager at the Langham. It was Shaun who helped me make a lot of wedding decisions, and Shaun was the very reason why my wedding went smoothly and flawlessly as it did. He is detailed oriented, well experienced, and his hospitality is unmatched. With his long long years of experience in the wedding planning industry, he has unlimited resources to almost every vendor in Chicago. Shaun is the Langham's most valuable asset. He held my hand through this crazy wedding planning process. He watched me and comforted me even when I was emotionally in shambles and went all bridezilla. In order for me to fully describe my appreciation and respect for Shaun will require me to write out a novel. But I will make sure I conclude with this simple note. Shaun is perfect, and if anyone wants their wedding to be flawless and perfect and stress-free, Shaun is your guy. He will never ever disappoint you.

Everything at The Langham was absolutely amazing starting from our first tour!! Shaun was great to work with and we cannot say enough amazing things about him and the team. They ensured that our wedding was everything we wanted and more. We always had everything we needed throughout the day and our guests couldn’t stop raving about how perfect the day was. The food was spectacular and the bridal suite was beautiful as well! We also really appreciated the responsiveness of emails. It was truly a beautiful weekend and could not recommend The Langham enough.

My innumerable emails were answered thoroughly and promptly every single time. You cannot beat this venue or these people. They are truly masters of their craft. You work hard to plan a wedding but it’s hard to really know how the day will end up coming together given all of the moving parts. I honestly was so incredibly blown away by the perfection of our wedding day, all made possible by the professionalism the The Langham and their coordinator (Shaun) provided. The day came together so wonderfully. The cocktail hour was beautiful, the schedule was flawless, the food was outstanding, and the party was fun. I will cherish the memories of my wedding day forever and truley feel that The Langham made it all possible. They exceeded all expectations and took any stress out of the day.

Shaun is the greatest. He was the reason we picked the venue and he made the day absolutely perfect. He was easily accessible. The staff was incredible. The food was the best food at any wedding. He worked with us, kept us on track and sent us a timeline of when we needed to have things done by. Gave us recommendations for vendors to use. Moved rooms around for us, allowed our dogs to attend, and made us feel at home for our day. He is truly amazing and the only person I would ever want planning our wedding. Couldn’t recommend him more, he was simply the best.

We had an absolutely exceptional experience at The Langham. Emily, Shaun, Jordan and team knew every detail of our weekend inside and out. We hosted multiple events at the hotel (bridal tea, reception, after party l, and brunch). The service, food, and kindness of the staff is absolutely unparalleled. They went above and beyond to make sure our day was special and uniquely ours. They accommodated special requests effortlessly (e.g., completely GF food, afterparty setups, etc.) and made us feel celebrated. We had our wedding on 7/7 at the Langham Chicago hotel. When first looking at different venues in the city, we wanted a place that had a beautiful view of downtown that would be able to accommodate our small party. We looked at three separate hotels. We chose The Langham not only for its beauty and location, but also for its wonderful customer service. Our wedding was small, my husband and I and our six children. Not one time were we ever treated like we were a small wedding. Every detail was given the fullest attention. The accommodations were spectacular. The customer service, friendliness, helpfulness of the staff from the catering, front desk and spa were bar none. It truly made our wedding weekend magical. We recently got married at the Langham and I can't recommend Shaun Rajah, Jordan Silverman and the rest of their fabulous team at the Langham more. We considered the other big spots - The Drake, Four Seasons, Peninsula, but we were so impressed with Shaun and the offering at the Langham and are so happy we went with them. My husband and I live in NYC and so planned most of the wedding from afar. Shaun made everything so easy and smooth. He sent a vendor list (I used all his recommendations and they were amazing) and wedding planning timeline, which proved invaluable. Shaun and Jordan were so professional and went above and beyond to make the process and big day extra special for us. Our guests also lovvvvved staying at the Langham. So many wonderful touches and the location in the city is the best. Lots of out of towners who have never been to Chicago and the views of the river are unbeatable. Amenities in the hotel were fab. I treated my bridesmaids to the spa beforehand - highly recommend. Shaun/Jordan also coordinated custom Tiffany's gifts for me and my husband, along with a beautiful mini cake to enjoy alone after the events. Me, my bridesmaids and my parents + the in-laws were blown away by every little detail. It really was a perfect experience and I would choose the Langham again in a heartbeat. My husband and I toured every single luxury hotel venue in Chicago and there was no doubt in our mind that we were going with The Langham once we met with Shaun Rajah (Director of Social Catering). Shaun and his team went above and beyond in ways that you only dream of as a bride. From the level of service, to the quality of the food, to the environment and attention to detail, we could not have asked for better. The Langham team never told us something wasn't possible even when we wanted to throw a 2am Vegas themed after party for our wedding guests - instead, they asked how they can help make it the best after party anyone's ever been to (and they did just that!). Shaun is pleasure to work with and we wish we could throw a wedding or event at The Langham with him every single year because we enjoyed the experience and process so much. The Langham Chicago is the perfect venue for a wedding. Not only is the hotel beautifully appointed, the location on the river provides spectacular views. Most importantly, Shaun and his staff were exceptional. They were always available for questions and requests and they were very professional. Every detail was attended to and the food and the service were exceptional. I would recommend the Langham for any event. It was such a memorable weekend.

If I had to plan my wedding all over again, I would choose to work with the Langham every time. The service is impeccable. They make you feel like royalty, and your guests will rave about your wedding for a long time afterwards. Two special mentions are required: first, Shaun Rajah - the director of social catering - he is responsible for the highly personalized feel that you get at Langham. He remembers every small detail (for example, he met my grandma once and found out she likes Moscato so he had a bottle delivered to her room for wedding day). He will also help you plan and execute the event of your dreams. Second, Damion the chef and the entire culinary experience. This is NOT your average wedding food. It's high quality, and almost every guest raved about their dinner. Not to mention, Damion is just a wonderful, very kind human being - it was fun to meet him at the tasting and see him again on wedding day. To summarize, this was the best decision we made for our wedding- only slightly behind picking the right spouse ;) Thank you, Langham and Shaun!

We cannot say enough good things about the Langham. The level of quality, professionalism, and attentiveness is unmatched, and the hotel and ballroom are beautiful. Shaun, Michelle, Chef Damion Henry, and the rest of the Langham staff were absolutely incredible during our wedding and in the planning process. You wont find a group of people with more attention to detail and higher quality service. Shaun and Michelle were extremely helpful in answering my questions and working together with us and our wedding planner to put together a beautifully crafted, creative wedding. Shaun was friendly, attentive, and expedient whenever we had ideas to discuss, and was great at figuring out how The Langham could make our dream wedding come true. Chef Damion Henry guided us through our tasting with a level of expertise and finesse that went beyond our expectations, and the food was divine. Our guests loved their meals and the food went above and beyond what you may typically think of when it comes to hotel banquet food. Our guests were so impressed with the overall experience of the Langham, whether they stayed the night as part of our wedding block, or were just attending for our wedding. The staff is so kind, especially the doorman Stojan, who seems to remember everyone who comes and goes, and is easily able to pick up a conversation exactly where he left off the last time he saw you. Everyone was so kind not just to us, but to our family and guests as well, and its really magical to get married at the Langham!

The Langham is an exceptional wedding venue. I held my wedding there in February and Shaun Rajah and his team went above and beyond to make the day perfect. The service across the board from everyone at the hotel was thoughtful and included many personal touches. The food was amazing and was so far from "traditional wedding food." The Langham was the perfect venue for our 150 person wedding. It is a lovely setting, with great rooms and public spaces. It also has a terrific staff, wonderful food, and a great location.

I had a small wedding with 29 guests at the Langham. Everything went as planned. All the staff we came across were so welcoming and helpful. I booked the suite at the Langham before I even decided the wedding should be there because of its location and prominence! I planned the wedding in less than 3 months with the help of Shaun Rajah. Shaun was a pleasure to work with, always on top of everything, answered all my questions and concerns quickly and made sure all the details were correct. He even upgraded our suite and gave us personalized bathrobes to keep! The FOOD. So flavorful and amazing. I wish I ate more of the French Classics desserts, they were to die for. The Langham Chef also made our small wedding cake, vanilla and buttercream, simple and classic perfection. We stayed another 2 nights in a King room. The turn down service was so detailed, I've never had staff put a towel under my makeup before. Room service was prompt and delicious. The beds were super comfy. The pool/hot tub were relaxing. Travelle bar staff were great and the drinks were delicious! We had such a wonderful and memorable experience, we will definitely be back and will check out other Langham locations in the future!!

Look no further for your wedding venue!!! This place treats you like royalty and will help your day run seamlessly. It was the wedding of our absolute dreams and we couldn’t imagine having it anywhere else. The Langham and their team make you feel special and taken care of beyond words. WE LOVE THEM!!

My wife and I selected the Langham as the venue for our wedding. The venue was stunning and provided beautiful views of the river and downtown Chicago. Shaun and Claire made sure that our day was perfect and attended to every detail. Their professionalism, care and diligence led to a day that we and our guests will not forget. We didn't need a wedding coordinator (although recommended) primarily because Shaun was on top of communicating with our vendors, carrying out the timeline on the day of the wedding and making sure he had the pulse of the room. The event did not commence on time due to the late arrival of some our wedding party but Shaun was able to keep our guests entertained through beverages and conversations until we got started. We have to highlight the food which our guests raved about and exclaimed was the best wedding food they had tasted. From presentation to taste, the chef exceeded all expectations in his preparation of the dishes we selected. If we had to do it all over again, we wouldn't have changed a thing and highly recommend the Langham for a memorable wedding celebration!

The Langham was extremely professional and easy to work with on our pandemic wedding planning. We ended up moving our wedding up 2 months instead of pushing it back. The Langham went above and beyond to make sure our day was absolutely perfect! We hosted both our ceremony and a dinner here and it was absolutely perfect. From our coordinator Michelle to the restaurant staff and front desk - everyone was so much fun to work with. We would highly recommend hosting your big day here!

I cannot say enough positive things about the Langham in Chicago. We had Claire as our point person and I’ve never seen such superior customer service. Not only was she available to us for any question or need we had over +8 months up leading up to the big day, but Claire + the Langham personalized every single detail for us the day of. I have divorced parents, so plus my in-laws there were a lot of cooks in the kitchen. Claire answered each request with so much patience and never hesitated with enthusiasm to make our wish a reality. Honestly, it was the best service my husband and parents have ever experienced. Cannot recommend enough! Plus the venue was so incredibly chic and dreamy. Perfect venue for the most amazing night of our lives. Wouldn’t change a single thing.

My husband and I have not regretted our decision to get married at the Langham for even a second. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception were all executed flawlessly by the Langham team, and the food was to die for! We truly felt like royalty the entire weekend, and it was easily the best hotel experience we have EVER had (and we've stayed in quite a few nice hotels). All of the little details - from the little treats in our rooms to the "congrats!" from seemingly every member of the staff we encountered - made us feel so special. One of the biggest benefits of selecting the Langham is the opportunity to work with Davina Arceneaux. This wedding had the potential to be unbearably stressful, and it is solely because of Davina that it wasn’t. Words cannot express how much we appreciated her expertise, attention to detail, vendor recommendations, calm and reassuring demeanor, and support and guidance leading up to the wedding and throughout the day itself. We could not have asked for a better partner through all of this! It was a weekend we will never forget, and it would not have been the same if we were married anywhere else.

My husband and I were married at the Langham and also hosted our rehearsal dinner at the Travelle in August. We couldn’t have chosen a more accommodating and beautiful venue for both. The elegant aesthetic, exceptional staff and DELICIOUS food, (thanks to Chef Damion) our guests are still raving about how perfect everything turned out. We agree. Davina was the cherry on top. From our first visit through the entire planning process she was so warm, attentive and answered all of our questions- and there were many. She is the quintessential professional. I honestly could go on and on about all she did to help make our stay and day the best. Fairy godmother comes to mind and pretty much sums it up. We are so grateful for her and the entire Langham staff. There’s nothing we would change about our experience. The Langham made us feel like family and has undoubtedly earned our business for years to come.

We hosted my daughter's wedding in June at the Langham, it was magical and exceeded our expectations. Davina was amazing to work with she made the entire experience effortless. Four months later and we still have guests calling and saying how delicious the food was, how exceptional the service was and how beautiful and well appointed the guest rooms were. Service at the Langham is extraordinary I have never experienced such attention to detail from the beginning of the evening til the last guest left the teanm was attentive and welcoming. I highly reccomend the Langham for your wedding venue you will not be dissapointed this is a gorgeous hotel the wedding picture are breathtaking.

We had the most amazing wedding reception at The Langham. It was literally a dream! I wish we could do it over and over again. The entire wedding planning process was enjoyable from the day we met Davina 3 days after getting engaged. The Langham blows every other experience out of the water. We got married on a Saturday in July. Everything was stunning. The aesthetics of the entire event were breathtaking. The food was delicious (people are still talking about the seafood display for cocktail hour and the size of the perfectly executed entrees). You can even see the fireworks from outside the reception room (pro tip: go up to your bridal suite to watch with just your groom for an extra fun, private moment with a great view). Davina really thinks of everything. Having her at the helm made us very relaxed through it all. Her team (door staff, servers, bartenders, catering team, tech team, room service) all really do it perfectly. They worked well with all of our outside vendors (take their recommendations for people who know the space well, though!). I can't say enough about how amazing Davina and The Langham team were for our wedding and tell anyone who will listen to host their wedding at The Langham. You won't be disappointed and won't find a better venue in the city!

The food was by far the best one would ever get at a wedding, including the presentation, and having the entire table served at the same time was beyond our expectations. The Langham was better than anything we could have hoped for and they managed to exceed our expectations every step of the way. The service from the staff was amazing, elegant, and everything one could expect. Everybody from the valet staff to the catering team was so graceful and their attention to detail made the entire experience feel so luxurious. The simple things like having an entire table served all at exactly the same time just elevated the guest experience. The food was not only the best food we've ever had at any wedding we've been to, it would easily compete with any top restaurant. We can't believe they were able to maintain the quality while serving everybody at the same time. Our personal thanks to Claire Kienzle, our catering manager, for helping us feel at ease throughout the entire planning process and making sure everything was perfect on our wedding day. She is simply a great person and we are grateful we got to meet her through this experience.

I think back on the day when my husband and I decided to hold our wedding at the Langham as one of the best decisions of our lives! We got married in the Devonshire ballroom this past July and whenever I tell people about our experience working with The Langham's Senior Catering Manager, Davina Arceneaux, as well and the entire Langham staff, I get the BIGGEST smile on my face. Throughout the entire year of wedding planning, Davina made the process easy and fun. Not only was she full of amazing ideas for how to make our night even more special but she handled every interaction with such warmth, elegance and care. I can't say enough about the amazing and friendly staff, their incredible and accommodating service, and just the gorgeous aesthetic of the entire hotel. The look and decor of the Langham is sophisticated and timeless, and I couldn’t wait for our guests to experience it’s beauty. The food at our wedding was on a different level to any wedding I’ve ever attended. The head chef and pastry chef went above and beyond using their creativity to add a British touch to some cocktails, hors d'oeuvres, and desserts as an homage to my English groom. We will forever hold a special place in our hearts for The Langham and feel so fortunate to have such an incredible place to visit time and time again tocelebrate and/or reminisce our dream wedding.

I had never heard of the Langham until my wife told me that's where she wanted to host our wedding. I was skeptical at first, but man was I wrong to be skeptical. It is a beautiful hotel in a really cool location on the river. Apart from the facilities, I think what struck me the most was the attention to detail. I was blown away by how much they cared and how well trained the staff is. The food was excellent (we still get compliments on it). Staff was personable and extremely attentive. Hotel itself is incredible. You can't ask for a better set up. Last but not least, Davina, who was our contact is the nicest and hardest working person ever. She made our day so special with her small touches here and there. If we could do it all over again, there is no hesitating that it would still be the best possible spot to get married.

We had our wedding at the Langham Chicago in March, and it exceeded our expectations. From the food, service, attention to detail, decor, ambiance and more, we couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to hold our wedding. We had the Ceremony in the Devonshire Hall followed by a cocktail reception with a spin-off traditional Korean ceremony in the Cambridge Hall and everything was seamless and beautifully executed. Plus the impeccable turn-up of the Devonshire Hall for dinner and dancing during the short window! I hosted my wedding at the Langham Chicago in February and it blew our expectations out of the water. The attention to detail executed by Davina and the whole Langham team was extraordinary. If you are venue shopping in Chicago and the Langham is available, stop your search. This was hands-down an incredible team and venue for our wedding and we would not have changed a thing. We looked at a ton of venues in Chicago and when we visited the Langham it was obvious this was the place. They were fantastic from the first touch-point and the staff delivered a level of service beyond our imagination on the wedding day. Davina was our coordinator and she made sure every detail was taken care of and was so good at helping our planning process.

When it came to choosing a reception venue for my wedding, choosing The Langham was an easy choice. It is hard to compare this hotel to any other hotel in Chicago. The service, the aesthetic, the professionalism, and the food-are above any other option in the city. The hotel is clean, new, sophisticated, gorgeous, elegant and modern while being timeless. From start to finish we were thoroughly impressed with The Langham's Senior Catering Manager, Davina Arceneaux. Davina is a true professional. Throughout the entire wedding planning process she was always responsive, attentive, patient, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We cannot say enough nice things about Davina and how she was a pleasure to work with. Every vendor we worked with or met knows Davina. She is just the best! She was an integral part in making our wedding day a success. In addition, the food was out of this world. So many of our guests commented that this was the best meal they have ever ate, and easily the best wedding food. The service during the reception was attentive and detail oriented, it make for such a classy affair. Thank you so much to the entire Langham staff for making our wedding day so wonderful!

I cannot say enough good things about choosing the Langham for our big day. The service, the food, the staff - I felt like an absolute princess the entire weekend. Davina & her team are professionals so we always felt in great hands, but she is so warm and thoughtful which made the entire planning experience so enjoyable. The food here is outstanding - particularly for how many guests are being served; the hotel itself is stunning including great views of the city; and all weekend we just felt taken care -- from dropping an earring down the drain (successfully recovered), to needing safety pins during the reception (they arrived in moments), the goodies/bridal suite (I won't ruin the surprise), the friendliness of the entire team -- it was just a dream. Cannot recommend the Langham enough -- do not hesitate and just book it!

The Langham, Chicago, has it all! This is a gorgeous hotel. Visually stunning and situated along the picturesque Chicago River, the contemporary yet timeless feel of understated elegance and stylish luxury made this the perfect venue for our May 12, 2018 wedding. Then there is the staff, especially the team of bridal planners led by Senior Catering Manager, Davina Arceneaux. This exceptional, wonderful and gracious staff of impeccably professional individuals consummately helped us to create and execute every detail down to the subtlest of nuances. Throughout the entire process, our dream team was responsive and sensitive to our needs and vision, ensuring the magic of our special day, fulfilling the reality of our dream wedding.

I was married at the Langham in July and it was perfect! The entire team was incredible and made sure every detail was impaculate! From the service to the food everything was excellent.

The Langham Chicago is a gem in the heart of the Windy City! They will blow you away with their top-notch services and attention to detail. My husband and I held both our ceremony and brunch reception at The Langham and stayed 2 nights in their amazing and spacious suite. I have to say, they definitely earned every star on their 5-star status, but what impressed me the most was the kindness and throughtful-ness by all of their staff members. From event coordinator to valet, everyone worked seamlessly as a team and it really brought out the inner beauty of The Langham, one that you can't experience through photos. I'm so grateful to The Langham for making the wedding planning and the actual day such a warm and exciting experience!

This hotel made all of our wedding dreams come true! Words can’t describe how perfect it was my wedding at The Langham! As a bride, I had a fabulous time and loved my wedding too. BEAUTIFUL venue, setting, luxury and amazing experience with each person that I worked with in our journey and specially thanks to Davina and Allison that helped with everything for 5months in preparation to my big day. Yes, I only had 5 months to deal with everything and they were my angel:) I couldn’t have picked a better place in Chicago to celebrate this special day. My husband had some special requests and they made sure to accommodate all of the details. Pre and Post cocktail hours were wonderful, food incredible delicious, service great, everything was PERFECT and all of all guests enjoyed! The servers and staff were great too. All of the money that we spent I have to say that it was worth every penny. I was very pleased with this incredible hotel and I definitely recommend everyone to go there, it was an amazing experience of our lives!

Our wedding was hosted by The Langham August, 2018. We began working with Davina in October, 2017 and finally booked our date, etc. November, 2017 and from that day forward we've been in awe by the professionalism exhibited by everyone that played a part in our BIG day. The 3500 letter cap just isn't enough to describe how wonderful everything came together due to the excellent staff. Because we visited often, we became familiar to staff around the hotel and what was best was they'd remember us - we became good friends up to the wedding today. It was awesome! Davina was exceptional from our initial conversation to begin planning until the very end. She was ALWAYS professional and handled everything with such care - it was like she was planning her special day too. Davina was our go-to person for mostly everything and she was always very kind, prompt, genuine and added a sense of comfort knowing that we could trust her with everything. During times where we may have forgotten something or didn't submit on-time Davina was always there to pick up the pieces to ensure that everything was done properly. We can't tell her how much we appreciated her for making our day so magical. GAH she's THE BEST! Davina scheduled our tasting with Chef Damion and Chef Scott and my now husband and I were just floored by the presentation, how fresh the spread was and how EVERYTHING was cooked to perfection. I mean how can you achieve such perfection all at once? They did it! I believe we were taken aback by how attentive everyone was during our tasting and we knew if our BIG day was anything like our tasting - it would be a HIT. Everyone from the doormen to the front desk staff were so accommodating. During our many visits, everyone's demeanor never wavered - everyone was the same each time we visited. I loved that. Everyone we worked with from the time we booked to the day of our wedding were there and available on our BIG day. I mean the consistency was amazing. The presentation and attention to detail on the BIG day was phenomenal. We are still talking about the food, our room, the hotel and our overall experience. We had a brunch wedding and EVERYTHING we requested was delivered with such class. During the wedding reception, if I looked like I had a question - staff would appear. It was amazing. My husband and I felt like a King and Queen. The accommodations even made during the day made it even more special. My husband just had to have an arranged exit with the vintage pink car and Davina and her team made it happen. I mean we could not have asked for a better team to have executed everything the way they did during our stay and for our BIG day. We will be back for Valentine's Day and plan to celebrate our anniversary there each year. I am so excited to do so too because I know we once again will be treated well and receive exceptional service.
