sends us the invoice highlighting where it states we had to purchase a beverage package. So we kindly disregard it. Then venue tries charging us full price on kids and adults. I sent her the attached as asked for clarification as to why she was charging full price for kids too. She stated the venue allow kids over 16 to drink with parental consent. Thus, the rate being full price. I don’t know if anywhere in the US where a 16 year old can legally drink. So I told her no one can drink unless they can show ID that they are 21. She finally updated her numbers to reflect 50%. Venue is unethical and pathological liars. Should have canceled during first clue when we signed a contract for Sunday before Memorial Day at Sunday-Thursday rate. Then manager came back to tell us she couldn’t input the rate cause she forgot it was a holiday. So rate for the day we signed contract for will be updated to Friday-Saturday rate. That was the first clue that they were not ethical people and did not honor their own contract, but again, we kindly selected a new date. These are just a list of items the venue lied about. It goes on and on….all the way to the last wee hours of the wedding day where they kicked us out at 10pm even thought the contracted states use of venue from 10am to 12am.

as so stunning. The team is awesome to work with! Kylie gets the job done and is so organized. Alliey assisted us with our design and decor and really made table planning and decorating so much easier. The team set up and tore down which was a huge relief. The bar staff is wonderful to work with and received so many compliments from our guests. I would get married here over and over!

o do everything for you (planner, only using preferred vendors, etc) which made me feel a bit inferior to most of the weddings they hold there thus being put on the back burner but overall, I’m glad we held our wedding there and would do it all over again.

is perfect for your big day, they made it a very stress free process. The venue is simply stunning and perfect, just waiting for you to add your finishing touches to make it be everything you have envisioned. Our guests really enjoyed having the outdoor patio to socialize!

and the cigarette butts and dirty floors were still not rectified the morning of the wedding. After pointing this out again, it was taken care of. I feel that onsite staff should be more helpful with oversight of cleaning, or directing vendors as they are arriving etc., instead of giving tours to potential customers the morning of the wedding. We were not told of the 2-3 tours that we saw being conducted.

om changing our ceremony from outside to inside last minute, we knew we could count on the team at LedgeCrest to still make this the most magical day! I highly recommend The LedgeCrest for any event!!
