Our experience at The LedgeCrest Reserve was magical from start to finish! The space is absolutely beautiful all on its own. The team went above and beyond to ensure our day was perfect, from the stunning outdoor ceremony space to the beautifully decorated reception hall. Every detail was flawlessly executed, and their professionalism and warmth made planning a joy. If you're looking for a dream wedding venue with exceptional service and breathtaking surroundings, look no further than The LedgeCrest Reserve! Highly recommend!

We are SO HAPPY we booked with The LedgeCrest Reserve for our BIG day. We keep saying it was the best day ever and our venue was like a dream come true. All of the decor looked beautiful and timeless which was my vision the whole time! LCR has everything you need with their natural lighting, chandeliers, courtyard, foyer etc. We especially liked the venue space for our big guest list and the possibility to shift our outdoor wedding to indoor if needed with unknown October weather. Throughout the wedding planning process, like any wedding things may change, but as a team we came together to face those challenges together. We were very thankful that the team worked with us when we had an unexpected family incident occur leading up to the wedding. We were also grateful for accommodations for things that changed on their end too. Alliey was VERY helpful in answering questions immediately and their team did great connecting with us as a couple and all of the vendors. I appreciated all the staff we worked with during the process and would definitely recommend if you are looking for a venue in the Fox Valley area. We reflect back on how perfectly everything came together. I was at ease the whole day - which is exactly how a Bride should feel!!!

This wedding venue exceeded our expectations! The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, ensuring every detail was perfect. The bartenders were outstanding, crafting delicious drinks with a smile. The ambiance was magical, making our special day truly unforgettable. Highly recommend this venue for a stress-free, exceptional wedding experience!

I was here for my friends wedding on July 6, and I have never seen a more beautiful wedding space. From the inside with high ceilings and gorgeous chandeliers to outside, a beautiful outdoor space with nice patio furniture. Super nice for later at night when friends and family want a break from dancing outside. Super nice staff that made the night go smoothly, and we’re always offering to help whether it was spilled drinks or a special request from the bride and groom. Loved it here and I hope I get invited to another wedding soon!

I have attended 2 weddings at Ledgecrest this summer. The staff and bartenders were amazing and very professional. It was a great experience and we are looking at this venue for my daughter’s wedding in a few years.

The LedgeCrest Reserve was a beautiful wedding venue. Marley our coordinator was absolutely amazing! HOWEVER... once you sign the contract you become just "another number" to the owner Alliey. We were given a false promise that the on-site VRBO would be 100% built by our April 2024 wedding which helped convince us to book with LedgeCrest but the build was never even started when we had our wedding. Not once but THREE times we caught "accidental" up-charges in our invoices made by Alliey. We called them out every single time but please be sure you are reading your invoices and contracts very carefully so you are not overpaying!! Overall it was a beautiful day and beautiful venue but be sure to read all fine print and do your OWN math with invoices or you will most likely be overpaying without knowing it. We also experienced unprofessional attitude when we started "asking too many questions..." This was not acceptable. You can 100% tell that Alliey feels "superior" as a person/business owner which comes off as rude at times.

Everything went perfectly and the staff was a key to that. They were always available for questions and there throughout the night. The space is perfect for large or small events.

It was a gorgeous building and my day was perfect but we did have some challenges with the owners. With how much we paid, we felt it was challenging to get curtain things moved around in the pre planning stage (owner told me they couldn’t move a shelf because their strong summer movers went back to college) and no one was there to support set up the day of even though were told someone would be. We had an ice cream mechanic that needed a wood table which wasn’t there even though they said it would be. When my wedding party scrambled and called the owner they were frustrated that they had to come in and fix it. I did feel like our needs weren’t meet because we didn’t go with all of their recommendations/vendors. To save money in some places we used outside vendors which I felt put tension between us and the owners. However, after pricing everything out we saved thousands of dollars by using outside vendors since things we were very over priced through Ledgecrest. I wouldn’t recommend this place to a friend as I’ve already heard other bad reviews from other customers that had their weddings there after me.

e. We could have certainly had this moved for you if we knew it was a must. I hate to see that you were upset about this. In our final meeting you made a plan for a display in this cabinet. On your wedding day we had a total of 8 staff working including a maintenance manager & venue manager along with 3 bartenders & 2 bar backs for 102 of your total guests.When the soft serve ice cream machine was going to be placed on the glass table we jumped in to assist in getting you a sturdier table. Our maintenance support was here to assist you with this - I don't recall speaking on the phone about this on the day. You absolutely can use any vendors you would like here - I am glad you found a more budget friendly option and saved money on that. Our staff jumped to assist additionally when the caterer you had wasn't full service. You had a beautiful wedding and I am truly sorry if you were unhappy on the day - that would never be our intent. I wish you all the happiness in the World and more for your marriage. Congratulations.

Ledgecrest and staff were amazing! We are so happy we chose this for our reception, Kylie was amazing and helpful during the planning process; always responsive and getting me information and questions answered. We had so many compliments on our wedding both the venue itself and food (Runaway spoon who is a preferred vendor). The staff was helpful and kind and quick to help guests. There’s so much great space at the venue; outdoors, entry way etc so guests were able to step away from the dance floor and easily have a conversation as well.

Everyone here is SO helpful. They do an amazing job with setting up, an amazing job with signature drinks, the outdoor patio is perfect for taking a break from the dance floor and there are so many beautiful opportunities for photos for you and your guest. Plenty of space for all different layouts! Super customizable and in a great location!

We were married at the Ledgecrest in August 2021 and it was phenomenal! The venue is a dream and I love how you can truly make it your own. You can have a gorgeous glam wedding or keep it more simple. We kept it more on the simple side and it was so stunning. The team is awesome to work with! Kylie gets the job done and is so organized. Alliey assisted us with our design and decor and really made table planning and decorating so much easier. The team set up and tore down which was a huge relief. The bar staff is wonderful to work with and received so many compliments from our guests. I would get married here over and over!

This venue was perfect for us! We had both our ceremony and reception here. I will be honest I was worried about the flow of everything, but the staff made a seamless transition! I highly recommend getting Alliey+Co to help you plan! The big open space transformed into exactly what we wanted! The bar tenders were amazing and the staff did anything I asked(even morning of). HIGHLY recommend!!

I had my wedding here in August, it was absolutely beautiful. I wanted to do most of the work myself to save money due to the cost of the venue itself, and it definitely seems like it’s mostly catered to those who want to just pay for someone to do everything for you (planner, only using preferred vendors, etc) which made me feel a bit inferior to most of the weddings they hold there thus being put on the back burner but overall, I’m glad we held our wedding there and would do it all over again.

I highly recommend The LedgeCrest Reserve. I had my wedding here June 2021 and I was blown away how everything turned out. From the staff to the venue everything was amazing, the stuff goes out of their way to help you and make sure everything is perfect for your big day, they made it a very stress free process. The venue is simply stunning and perfect, just waiting for you to add your finishing touches to make it be everything you have envisioned. Our guests really enjoyed having the outdoor patio to socialize!

Beautiful venue but very pricey. The drink prices are high. For the price they are charging, you should have more access to a cleaned venue for more than just a day. Although we were allowed to rehearse the night before, the floors were filthy, and the cigarette butts and dirty floors were still not rectified the morning of the wedding. After pointing this out again, it was taken care of. I feel that onsite staff should be more helpful with oversight of cleaning, or directing vendors as they are arriving etc., instead of giving tours to potential customers the morning of the wedding. We were not told of the 2-3 tours that we saw being conducted.

Getting married at The LedgeCrest was a dream come true! If you are looking for your fairytale wedding, The LedgCrest is the place. The entire staff were so accommodating and were there to support my husband and I through a pandemic wedding! From changing our ceremony from outside to inside last minute, we knew we could count on the team at LedgeCrest to still make this the most magical day! I highly recommend The LedgeCrest for any event!!
