We had our wedding on 5/26/24 at The Legacy Club and it was amazing. Our guest still can not stop raving about the food and cocktail hour ! Jamie, you are absolutely amazing and I can't thank you enough for going above and beyond for us. Answering all of my questions and emails. The venue is absolutely gorgeous. From start to finish 10/10 recommend.

Exceeded all expectations! The Legacy Club at Woodcrest made some major renovations during our engagement. We were worried we would not be able to enjoy our cocktail hour in the new atrium, but they made it happen. We continue to get compliments about how amazing our venue was and how awesome their food was. The cocktail hour was unreal and so delicious. Still dreaming of the food! The staff was attentive, always prompt with responses and really listened to our concerns of what was most important to us. Literally a dream of a wedding thanks to the staff. I can not thank them enough for how considerate they were of us, the bride and groom, as well as our guests. Highly recommend!!!!

The Legacy Club at Woodcrest is a beautiful venue! We were so happy to be married and have our wedding photos somewhere with amazing scenic opportunities. The ceremony area was lovely and the food was absolutely phenomenal! [Amazing pescetarian and vegetarian options too!] Our guests kept gushing to us about how much food was there and how great it tasted, and just how great the place looked. The staff were so friendly, professional, and accommodating, we almost couldn't believe it! We felt so cared about, like our special day was just as special to them; we were so lucky to find this gem of a venue and its staff! Also, the set up was so convenient- ceremony, reception, and afterparty all had a special place set up on location- no shuffling my huge family to a second destination to keep the celebration going haha! Couldn't recommend this venue more!

Hi! Not a bride yet but I've attended my fair share of weddings in the past few months! I'm writing this because your venue was the best food and service of all, and your staff goes above and beyond to take care of everyone. I literally watched your bartender Laura talk 2 of the guys in the bridal party into drinking water and soda for dinner!! LOL she told them to pace themselves for the 5 hours and they loved her!! At another wedding I watched the bartenders overserve half the guests! Very professional staff and Glenn is a blast too!! Telling everyone about the place!!

Had my wedding here on August 20th 2022 we had almost 200 people and there was more then enough space!!! The cocktail hour room is huge with a lot of seating and gorgeous big windows to look out on the golf course! A lot of outdoor seating also for cocktail hour which was a plus! The reception room is huge and has a bathroom in the room and also another set of bathrooms right in the hallway! The package we chose had a martini bar ice sculpture that our guests can’t stop talking about! Don’t even get me started on the food…IT WAS ALL DELICIOUS! Received all compliments from our guests from start to finish on how amazing all the food was! Our event coordinator was Grace and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. She’s honest, caring, attentive to all of your needs no matter how little or big and very experienced in this industry!! My wedding there was absolutely mind blowing it really was an amazing day! Everyone should definitely consider The Legacy Club for not only a wedding but any big event you’re having!!!!

We got married at the legacy club May 28, 2022. This venue was amazing from start to finish. We had Grace as a our coordinator and she made everything so simple for us. The day of she was amazing and made sure we kept in our timeline. Every guest told us how much loved the cocktail hour and the food. Our wedding day was truly the best day ever! I would recommend them 10 times over.

We got married October 2021 and the staff at Woodcrest (especially our coordinator Tori) was amazing. They took care of everything for us. The grounds are so beautiful and there are many locations for portraits outside. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about the food at cocktail hour. Also highly recommend including the after party option as it was so convenient to continue the party without having to travel after the reception. Overall an amazing day with amazing service!

First off, our family and friends cannot stop raving about the food. It is not typical “wedding food,” it was delicious!! During cocktail hour-our guests felt like they ate around the world. There was an Italian grazing station, tacos and a variety of Asian food. Not to mention the butlered hors d’oeuvres and dessert were unbelievably good. The entire staff was a joy to work with. The days surrounding our wedding were 60 degrees and sunny, our wedding day was FREEZING with snow and rain. Grace, our day of coordinator played such a huge rule in making sure I was calm, having fun and the part I appreciate most-she listened to what my husband and I wanted. We were adamant that we didn’t want to miss our cocktail hour because of photos and she made sure that we were there!! Grace even bustled my dress and made sure I was comfortable. The facility is beautiful and clean. The spacing of the tables was great, no one felt claustrophobic. We dropped off decorations the day before and Grace and her crew executed perfectly. We were married at Woodcrest on 10/15/21 and everything was absolutely perfect and beautiful! We could not have asked for a better day. Everyone at Woodcrest was so helpful and easy to work with during the process, especially Grace. She was always so responsive and quick to answer every question we had. And when it came to the day of, she kept us all on track and in order. She really went above and beyond to make sure we had the best day! Everything moved so smoothly from the ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and right to the after party and each space was so beautiful. All of our guests were so blown away (especially by the food). Hopefully one day we can be guests at a wedding at Woodcrest!

I can't put into words how amazing Woodcrest CC is!! We booked our wedding in October 2018 and had to postpone our wedding 3 times. Woodcrest was absolutely amazing during the entire process and honestly made things so much less stressful. There staff is the absolute best and made all of our wedding dreams come true. All of our guests could not stop talking about how amazing the food was, especially cocktail hour. They were just blown away with how delicious the food was and that there were so many options. The food just kept coming. I honestly can't say enough how incredible our day of staff was. Tori, our coordinator was incredible. She had absolutely everything under control and I truly was able to sit back, relax, and enjoy the day because I fully trusted her. Anything we needed she had covered and I am so incredibly thankful for her and her amazing customer service!!

We were married at the Woodcrest Country club this past Friday 11/19 and I cannot tell you how many compliments we have received about the service, food, and atmosphere! From the time that we decided on the WCC as our venue, the staff have been nothing short of amazing. They have made themselves available through phone and email with any questions or concerns that I had, reassured me how perfect the day would go, were extremely organized and direct the day of, supportive and comforting through the cold and when I was becoming emotional, caring and so extremely thoughtful (reminded us about our food and even bagged up our food to go and guests!), and always had smiles on their faces (even through the chaos). We feel so thankful to have celebrated our love here for all of the reasons listed above and more. They were absolutely incredible and I cannot express how many people are STILL raving about their whole experience. Tori, our coordinator was absolutely amazing and accommodating. Anything that we needed throughout the day, she got it or was making the day so much easier for us. She did not want us to stress at all and she had everything under control. It was honestly the best day of our lives!

We were married at Woodcrest Country Club this past Saturday and it was absolutely beautiful. We received so many compliments about the food and overall experience. We would highly recommend Woodcrest Country Club but more specificity we would very highly recommend Grace. She was great! She always made us feel supported every step of the way especially planning a wedding during a pandemic! Thank you so much for everything!!

I can’t say enough about the team at the Woodcrest. Planning a wedding during a pandemic was challenging. Grace and Nicole made the process seamless and supported us through every up and down. Our rehearsal and wedding day were amazing thanks to the professional, talented, and caring Grace. We have a bridal party of 20 people and she managed all elements of the wedding perfectly! The food was amazing and our guests are still commenting on how it was the best wedding they have ever been too. Great people and great food at a beautiful venue!

We had our wedding here on October 10 and everything was absolutely AMAZING!!! The venue is gorgeous, the food is delicious and the staff is so kind and helpful. Olivia was our coordinator and she went above and beyond to answer all my questions and help us with anything we needed to make our day perfect. I got so many messages from guest in the following week talking about how beautiful it was and how great the food was. I highly recommend!!

We loved Woodcrest! It was the first venue we toured the week we got engaged and we loved it from the start. They were so flexible when we had to postpone our June 2020 date, which we were so grateful for. We first worked with Nikki who has since left, and starting working with Grace about a month before our wedding who was awesome! We loved how we could get ready in the bridal suite, have the ceremony, reception, after-party, and take photos all at one place. The grounds are gorgeous and it was fun riding around in a golf cart to take pics! Our guests had an amazing time, and raved about the food and martini bar. The team at Woodcrest helped make our day stress free and truly wanted to make sure we were happy. The package included so much, from welcome drinks and a ton of cocktail hour food, to an ice sculpture and late-night snacks, and we felt like we got such a great value. We can’t recommend them enough!

Our daughter’s wedding was at Woodcrest Country Club in Cherry Hill, NJ. on August 13, 2021. We were so pleased with the entire staff! This was our third date due to Covid. They were so accommodating and understanding during this entire process. They checked in frequently with our daughter just to see how things were going. Our wedding planner, Olivia, went over and above the entire wedding day! I was exhausted watching her! Glen and his team were also very accommodating to all of our needs. From the bridal suite, outdoor ceremony ( the hottest day of the year), reception, and after party, we could not have asked for anything better. We did not have one negative comment. The day was absolutely perfect and we would highly recommend this venue to anyone planning an event. Thank you for making this day so very special.

Woodcrest Country Club is elite. We originally worked with the old staff before and during Covid. They were so accommodating, flexible and communicative throughout that process. About 3 months before our 3rd attempt at the wedding, Woodcrest had some new staff members; they didn't miss a beat. Olivia, Nicole and Tori were an absolute pleasure to work with. Due to the circumstances, I didn't even get to meet my main point of contact, Olivia, until my rehearsal, but not once did I feel skeptical about the service we were receiving. On my wedding day, Olivia was absolutely wonderful. Whether it was holding my train, driving me in a golf cart, grabbing me water since it was 100 degrees, or shooing the bugs out from the skirt of my dress, she was on-point and a HUGE help. (thanks, girl!) Although there were some heat issues that day (I think the air conditioner broke) which made some people pretty uncomfortably-hot at the reception, the team seemed to do everything possible to improve the situation. Not to mention the food at woodcrest is top notch - all of our guests were raving about it. Overall this venue is a 10/10 - from service, food, gorgeous landscape and tent option for ceremony, we couldn't have been more happy.

We had our wedding 6/12/2021 and Woodcrest was PHENOMENAL! We had Amanda as our coordinator and she was so attentive and helpful during the planning process. The whole evening ran smoothly because of the Woodcrest team. Everyone raved about the food and cocktail hour. The martini bar was also a hit! During the reception, we had Sue help us out with anything we needed throughout the night. Cannot recommend this venue enough!

Had the most amazing wedding thanks to Woodcrest. We had to reschedule it twice due to Covid-19 but they were always super helpful. I would highly recommend the bridal suite since it made getting ready so much easier. Grace was our day of coordinator and made everything run super smoothly. She always answered all our crazy wedding questions very promptly through email prior to the wedding too. She was great! Amanda and Tori helped set up on the morning of which was awesome. I also have to note that Susanne saved the day for the sparkler send off since our guests wouldn't get moving without her! Thank you so much Woodcrest team!

We had our wedding at Woodcrest this past weekend and it exceeded all of my expectations! We have received nothing but compliments from guests about the food, service, and overall experience. Nicole H has been very helpful throughout the planning process and made sure everything went smoothly the day of. We loved having the bridal suite to get ready and there was ample room for the bridal party and family to get ready (breakfast and mimosas provided by WCC were a nice touch as well!). Bar 1929 was perfect for the after-party and we enjoyed sitting outside by the fire pits. We appreciated all of the little touches that Woodcrest includes in their wedding package, such as champagne at the ceremony and snacks and coffee for guests to take home at the end of the night. The wedding was beautiful and we wouldn't change a thing!

My daughters wedding took place 5/1/2021 and Woodcrest was so accommodating. We had booked a different venue and they were so unhelpful during Covid. We were fortunate to get WCCB 3 months prior to the wedding. Nicole Howell and her staff were awesome with all our last minute concerns and details. Venue is gorgeous and food was fabulous. The bridal suite was awesome and the Bar 1929 for after party was perfect.

I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Woodcrest CC. Despite the unexpected challenges of Covid19 and having to re-schedule the wedding twice, Woodcrest was a pleasure to deal with. The wedding was wonderful and the staff made sure everything was just perfect! I lost count of how many guests commented on how great the food was and how beautiful the venue is. I would highly recommend Woodcrest CC! We worked with Nicole Howell and she was a truly a pleasure to work with.

Woodcrest is amazing! Words cannot describe the organization, professionalism and all around wonderful people you work with for your big day! Having to reschedule my wedding 2x during the pandemic was quite an emotional roller coaster. My wedding coordinator, Nichole, did an amazing job calming me down and making our dream come true of finally having our big day on February 13th. I cannot recommend Woodcrest enough! Food, drinks, people, communication...I could go on and on....are absolute PERFECTION.

We had our wedding here 4/23/21. From start to finish Woodcrest made the entire planning process incredible!! We were one of the many unfortunate couples who had to postpone multiple times and they were always sympathetic and able to work with us on rescheduling and holding back up dates. Every request we made, they were sure to make it happen. The food was phenomenal, the service was impeccable and the experience was definitely one to remember forever. Countless people told us it was one of the best weddings they have been to and Woodcrest definitely was a huge factor of that! If I could give them 1,000 stars I would♥️

My wedding at WCC was absolutely perfect and everything I had wanted it to be! I worked with Nikki there majority of the time I was planning my wedding and she was absolutely amazing to work with -- she was very quick to respond to my emails, she met with us several times to go over details, she made me feel calm and confident with my wedding day events and overall she was such a pleasure to work with and one of the nicest people I've ever met. WCC worked with us throughout this pandemic -- we reserved a date for next year just in case but decided that we wanted to have our wedding this year and they made it happen with changes that made it safe for everyone. Also, we still have guests telling us how amazing the food was and how beautiful the venue is! Thank you WCC and Nikki for everything!!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about WCC! My husband and I had an amazing wedding experience from start to finish. After being extremely disappointed that our destination wedding to Mexico was cancelled, we thought for sure nothing would live up to our expectations. We couldn't have been more wrong! After searching for open venues, we came across WCC and contacted a woman named Lauren. She was professional, polite, friendly, and so helpful! She quickly set up a date for us to look at the venue and we immediately fell in love! We only had one date that would could get married with family traveling from out of town and Lauren worked everything out for us. We also worked with another woman named Nikki who was kind, hospitable, and very accommodating. They both worked their schedules around my schedule and created an unforgettable day for my husband and I and our guests! Everyone raved about the beautiful scenery and venue. I still have people telling my how gorgeous our ceremony was a week later! Our pictures came out beautifully and at the end of the night, both my husband and I said what a magical day we had and it couldn't have been more perfect. We owe it all to George, Lauren, & Nikki for being so flexible and helping us bring our wedding day visions to life. If you are looking for stress free, effortless planning with individuals who will be all for you than look no further!

My husband and I had an amazing experience from start to finish at WCC! After our destination wedding to Mexico was cancelled due to COVID, we started to look at local venues. We immediately fell in love with the gorgeous views and beautiful venue at the country club. We worked with two women, Lauren & Nikki, who were beyond extraordinary! They answered any and all question we had the same day and met with us on several occasions to ensure our day was perfect. The day of our wedding was stress free and effortless due to their amazing ability to multitask and work collaboratively with others. Their upbeat personalities and positivity were just a few of the many things that made them so wonderful to work with. Anything we needed they made it happen! All of our guests raved about our day as well. If you are looking for wonderful event coordinators, effortless planning, and a perfect wedding day, look no further!

We chose the Woodcrest Country Club for several reasons - the beautiful grounds, classy feel, and professional event-planning team...and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get married! Due to COVID19, our wedding celebration got postponed. We still wanted to get married and ended up holding a "micro wedding" ceremony with just family on our original wedding date, and it worked out perfectly! The WCC allowed us to use their outdoor ceremony tent; they even set out the ceremony arch and chairs for us to use. We took pictures around the grounds and they came out beautiful! George, Lauren, and the rest of the team were so flexible in working with us to postpone our wedding and we are very grateful to them. We can't wait to have our wedding celebration in 2021! We've already had our tasting and their food was top-notch (fyi we ended up going with the sea bass, petit filet/lobster tail duo, and chicken breast with roasted peppers). We also LOVE the family-owned bakery they use for their wedding cakes - Sweet Eats Bakery - and have used them on several occasions since our cake tasting. Their event planning team members are very professional, competent, and easy to communicate with. Definitely check them out if you're looking for a great place to get married!

Through all of this it feels like my husband, my parents, and the Woodcrest staff have become one big family! I was originally a 5/23/2020 bride, and George, Lauren, and Nikki have been BEYOND supportive and accommodating throughout the process of postponing. They have gone above and beyond numerous times to make sure my husband and I got exactly what we needed. Ultimately we decided to have a small intimate ceremony & dinner at Woodcrest on 6.6.20 to tie the knot, and postpone our larger ceremony/reception to August of 2021. Woodcrest did an absolutely gorgeous job with this small gathering - they even accomodated our Zoom needs! The food is delicious and we absolutely cannot wait for our big celebration next year. We couldn't be happier we chose Woodcrest as our venue!!!

Moving our wedding to next year was very difficult and upsetting, but it was made so much easier and less stressful through the help and care of everyone at Woodcrest. My fiancée and I chose Woodcrest for our wedding reception because not only is it beautiful and exactly the elegant feeling we were looking for, but everyone there was so nice and helpful. I am so glad we chose them, because we ended up with our wedding date right in the middle of the COVID pandemic. Everyone at Woodcrest was so understanding and helpful, always willing to talk with me about concerns and options, and making sure we were taken care of with a backup date and plan. When we needed to reschedule due to state decisions, they made everything so effortless and simple, taking away so much of the inevitable anxiety of the situation. I don’t know what we would have done without Woodcrest and I would book with them again in a heartbeat!

If you are considering Woodcrest Country Club for your wedding, look no further. We have not even gotten married yet, and I could not recommend them more. From the first day we walked into the venue and met with George, we knew it was our place. They had everything we wanted: indoor and outdoor space, several rooms to move between, a place onsite to get ready, a GREAT food and drink package and it was conveniently located for our friends and family! Since signing, every time we met with Nikki or George, we walked away feeling more and more affirmed we made the right choice in Woodcrest. That has become even MORE obvious since the pandemic of COVID-19. For all the couples having to deal with the heartbreak of postponing their wedding, I would be surprised if anyone has had a more seamless postponement process. From the very first phone call about whether we should postpone our June 13, 2020 wedding, George and his team have been there every step of the way. They have been professional, empathetic, and proactive. And for that we could not be more grateful. This venue is perfection! The grounds are absolutely beautiful, the food is delicious, and the staff is so great to work with!! Nikki H. at Woodcrest has been absolutely incredible to work with. From the very beginning to booking with them, up to having to postpone my wedding due to Covid-19, I feel that Woodcrest has been incredible to work with. They are so helpful, so kind and have made the process of planning a wedding so easy. On top of being amazing at Woodcrest, they have amazing recommendations for vendors. I have really enjoyed working with Nikki and their event team as we see if my new date will be able to work. Throughout a very unknown time, they are always available to respond to emails or to just pick up the phone and chat. Each time I email and speak with them, Nikki always ends that they are here to help and they truly deliver on that. I cannot say enough good things about Woodcrest Country Club!

Woodcrest Country Club was absolutely fantastic in assisting us during the crisis of covid. It was heartbreaking for us to have to change our wedding date, however Woodcrest made this process as seamless as possible. I am so thankful for how quickly things could be arranged and changed. The staff at Woodcrest Country Club have been absolutely amazing over the past year! We were supposed to have our wedding on June 19, 2020 but unfortunately had to postpone to next year due to COVID-19. Nikki and George have been incredibly accommodating with helping us with the rescheduling process, they have been supportive, and are quick to respond to emails and questions. We are SO appreciative of them and their constant positive energy and support! We are so excited to continue working with them and can't wait to have our wedding at Woodcrest in 2021!

When looking for a venue, Woodcrest had everything we were looking for. From the scenery outside, the cocktail hour space and the reception room, we fell in love. Another big part of choosing Woodcrest was the expansive food options and everything that we tried at our tasting was delicious. Working with the wedding/event staff has been great, especially when having to postpone our wedding due to COVID. My fiancé and I had originally planned to have our wedding August 2020, but we started to consider postponing our wedding to 2021. They were very helpful with giving us open dates and working with us on a new start time for cocktail hour. With changing our date, everyone has been available if we had any concerns, questions or just need to talk, especially Nikki. We are so happy that we chose Woodcrest for our wedding and cannot wait for our wedding next year!

Our wedding was originally planned for May 31st, 2020. Due to COVID-19, we unfortunately had to postpone our wedding. Woodcrest was flexible and understanding and has helped us work through this challenging time. George and Lauren have both checked-in throughout the past couple of months to see how we’re doing and to assure us that we’ll be very well taken care of on our BIG DAY that will hopefully happen in October!

From our very first meeting with Lauren, she made us feel like we were the only wedding she had to deal with as she was so responsive, helpful, accommodating, and patient with all of our many questions. We just received our wedding DVD and as we watched we could not stop talking about how amazing everything was that Lauren and her team did for us (from the moment I walked in the door for hair and makeup to helping us load cars with everything at the end of the night)! To this day people continue to tell us how much fun and how delicious everything was (it was a flip of a coin at our tasting it was so hard to decide!) and it was all because of you! We can not thank everyone at Woodcrest enough for helping to make our day the best ever!

Woodcrest made my wedding day absolutely incredible. Our guests still talk about how wonderful everything was, especially the food and cocktail hour. Woodcrest Country Club was the very first venue we toured, and from our first encounter with George, we knew Woodcrest was it. George was very accommodating with our budget, making our dream wedding possible. In addition, he was hands-on in the planning process – from accompanying our tasting, giving recommendations on venders, and keeping in contact throughout the months. George has been in in this business for some time, and his professionalism showed us that we were in the best hands. George, the biggest Thank You for so much; from our first visit at Bar 1929 before we booked to the last handshake when picking up our décor, you were an absolute pleasure to work with. Nicole Howell, there is not a better coordinator out there. Her professionalism, organization and kindness made our planning process a breeze. She brought our vision to life, giving the Flynn Ballroom a romantic, organic, simplistic feel which was what we were going for. Her responses was always immediate, questions were always answered, timelines were planned perfectly. Nicole, for wiping away tears, for holding my gown, laughing with us, supporting our vision, and just being there on our wedding day, we couldn’t have asked for a better human being to help us plan our special day. To the entire staff at Woodcrest – our guests are still talking about our food! From cocktail hour, to dinner/dessert selections, to everyone’s favorite Martini Bar, weeks have gone by and we’re still hearing how ‘out of this world’ their experience was. Your staff was beyond professional, incredibly accommodating and provided our guests the best service. There are not enough words to express how truly perfect our wedding day was. I would spend every penny to relive the day. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for EVERYTHING; your beautiful, renovated space/grounds, Bar 1929, to your Chef, staff, wedding team (George, Nicole and Nikki); you made our dreams come true. The most important aspect of our wedding day was to have everyone we love in one room. The BEST decision we made was having everyone in yours.

Where to begin?! We had our ceremony and reception here in September and had the best day. Our guests were so impressed with everything from start to finish. The food was delicious, our guests are still talking about the hor d'oeuvres. The entire Woodcrest team is phenomenal, but we worked with Lauren the most and she is amazing. I absolutely LOVED working with the staff at Woodcrest. They helped make our day extra special. Everyone raved about the food- especially cocktail hour ! It was truly the perfect venue for us. Lauren, George and Nikki were always available through email and answered all of our questions throughout the months leading up to the big day. I highly recommend this venue ! Our daughters wedding was amazing, from the beginning George,lauren, and Nicole made us feel so comfortable, starting with the bridal suite for the day, ceremony, cocktail hour (we did 1.5 hours), an abundance of food and so good, the view sitting outside over looking the golf course, the reception, the venue was beautiful, the dinner delish, desserts overflowing, the staff became your friends. I cannot say enough about woodcrest country club. you will not find a better venue for your wedding, trust me, i looked alot. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, for making our daughters day Amazingggggg

The bottom line is that weddings can get expensive, but the Woodcrest Country Club was worth every penny! The venue is elegant but comfortable. The bridal suite is amazing. The Food is top notch. The presentation was second to none. The staff was amazing from beginning to end. In our opinion they are a premier wedding venue and they should be a "must see" before you make your final decision. A special thank you to George, Lauren and Nikki for giving our daughter the Wedding Day of her dreams!

I can't say it enough. Woodcrest was PERFECT. We just had our reception here on Friday 9/6. From the day I booked our wedding up until the minute we left the reception, everything was amazing. The event staff (I worked mostly with Lauren who was so great and helpful) are extremely organized and keep in contact with you throughout the whole planning process. The FOOD! Oh man. I've never been to a better cocktail hour hands down. We had so many guests tell us how great the food was too! Entrees were just as amazing which is sometimes hard to do when making meals for 150+ people! The staff was great all night. They continuously checked on me and my husband, they were efficient and fast in getting each course out, and were super accommodating to our guests. The grounds are beautiful, the ballroom is beautiful, the bar is beautiful, the cocktail hour room is beautiful, the bridal suite is also...beautiful! We loved every single second of our wedding and I wish I could do it all over again!

Where can I even begin. Woodcrest was the first and only venue that I toured, and by far the easiest decision of my wedding process. Throughout my entire wedding planning process, the team at Woodcrest was unbelievably helpful, professional, accommodating and just overall amazing. They truly made everything so easy. The day of my wedding they were so attentive to myself and my bridesmaids and made sure that everything was perfect. Almost 3 months later and our guests are still talking about how beautiful our wedding was, how impeccable the service was throughout the entire cocktail hour and reception, and (most importantly) how phenomenal our food was. Our wedding was absolutely perfect, start to finish, and better than I dreamed it would be. So much of that is attributed to the staff at Woodcrest. I could really go on and on. I so highly recommend Woodcrest for your wedding, or really any event, and am confident it will be astonishingly perfect. I can’t thank this team enough (especially Lauren, she is beyond sweet and amazing!)

Woodcrest was the best decision I made for my wedding! All of my guests are still raving that it was one of the best weddings they’ve ever been to. Everyone especially loved how much space and food there was for cocktail hour! Two things that absolutely sold me were the bars and restrooms being in the ballroom itself. Not to mention how beautiful the club is! Lauren was so easy to work with. She answered all of my questions and got back to me so quickly. She made the process so easy from start to finish! Woodcrest was absolutely amazing!!!! From the first moment we went to take a look at the venue up until the big day they were there with answers and helped as much as they could along the away!! I held my wedding (both ceremony and reception) at Woodcrest Country Club. The day was perfect! Exactly how I had always imagined that my wedding would be! The staff was amazing to work with! Nikki was a pleasure... so attentive, accommodating and professional. She made sure that I did not worry about a single detail throughout the day. One month after the wedding and I still can't put into words how amazing our experience was with Woodcrest Country Club. All our family shared that it was the best wedding they have ever been to, between the amazing cocktail hour to the gorgeous reception area with passed desserts, to the after party held on site at their Bar 1929 downstairs, everyone had an amazing time! Lauren was in communication with us throughout the entire process from day one. Lauren and the whole team at Woodcrest were very friendly (a family member raved about their waitress during dinner service being so thoughtful and fun!). Woodcrest provided top-notch, attentive service from the beginning of the wedding planning process. Lauren and George were responsive and receptive to our needs and wants. They were both willing to work with us to give us the wedding of our dreams. We loved the ceremony space in the Fountain Ballroom and the view out on the 18th hole. The cocktail hour was simply out of this world and our guests are still raving about it! The ice-sculpture was far and away our favorite part of the evening and we are so grateful that we were able to get a variation on the normal ice sculpture.
