xperience it was for the many months leading up to the wedding. Jamie is modern, understanding, and knowledgeable concerning any and all possible areas of planning. For every time my husband or I had a question, Jamie was either beating us to it, or immediately making necessary adjustments in order to make things a reality. I sincerely cannot imagine working with a more capable professional leading up to such an important day. As for The Legacy Club itself, the venue is gorgeous front to back, with a number of options to suit any event. Our wedding guests overwhelmingly shared their praise throughout the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, concerning the height of impression the spaces of The Legacy Club had left on them. With the course sprawling throughout both the front and back of the club building, the views are immaculate from any vantage. The new addition of the atrium is beautifully done, with open wood rafters and a retractable glass wall that leads out to an overlook of the back side of the course — a truly spectacular view and setup across the entirety of the venue. Culinarily, The Legacy Club is an in-house establishment that does not require an outside catering service… and it shows. Whether it was the lunch provided by Randall’s (in-house restaurant) to our wedding parties pre-ceremony, cocktail hour hors d'oeuvres, or the dinner for our guests (as well as the custom-selected entrees for myself and the groom — I highly recommend the duck breast…), the food quality and selection were a highlight of the evening; however, your guests will reassure you, unprompted, that this is fact. If you’re looking for a venue with a guest range up to 300, The Legacy Club is a must-see, at the very least. We are not golfers, and not frequently finding ourselves at country clubs; but, The Legacy Club is spectacular regardless of preconceived notion or preference. The experience blew us away, as well as our guests. Special shoutouts to Tom and Charlotte as well. Tom was magnificent and accommodating in every way, and Charlotte was incredibly helpful on the big day. The staff as a whole were wonderful and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the venue for any event. It was an amazing day.

From the day we booked with them to our wedding day, we were taken care of by The Legacy Club team and we have gotten so many compliments from our guests on how wonderful the day was! Our coordinator, Jamie, is a ROCKSTAR and made sure our day was everything we wanted! Sue took care of our sweetheart table + our family tables during the reception and she was also incredible!

throughout the day, she was with us to make sure we had everything we needed. We were concerned about who would help place the cake flowers onto the wedding cake and they were able to take care of that for us. My husband’s button came off before we began taking pictures and Ally had a sewing kit ready to fix the button! They even had a water bottle and towel ready for us to dry the sweat off our faces. They even checked on my sister and her kids to make sure they were okay. They both made the day absolutely stress free. From cocktail hour to reception, the food was great. My husband and I had our own server, Susan, who was so sweet! She instructed us during cake cutting and even had a hot towel ready after! The view from the Atrium was absolutely beautiful. Our guests have not stopped talking about what a wonderful night they had! I cannot thank the whole Legacy Club team enough!

The staff were so friendly, professional, and accommodating, we almost couldn't believe it! Also, the set up was so convenient- ceremony, reception, and afterparty all had a special place set up on location- no shuffling my huge family to a second destination to keep the celebration going haha! LOL she told them to pace themselves for the 5 hours and they loved her!! At another wedding I watched the bartenders overserve half the guests! Very professional staff and Glenn is a blast too!! Telling everyone about the place!!

The reception room is huge and has a bathroom in the room and also another set of bathrooms right in the hallway! The package we chose had a martini bar ice sculpture that our guests can’t stop talking about! Don’t even get me started on the food…IT WAS ALL DELICIOUS! Received all compliments from our guests from start to finish on how amazing all the food was! Our event coordinator was Grace and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. She’s honest, caring, attentive to all of your needs no matter how little or big and very experienced in this industry!! My wedding there was absolutely mind blowing it really was an amazing day! Everyone should definitely consider The Legacy Club for not only a wedding but any big event you’re having!!!!

the world. There was an Italian grazing station, tacos and a variety of Asian food. Not to mention the butlered hors d’oeuvres and dessert were unbelievably good. The entire staff was a joy to work with. The days surrounding our wedding were 60 degrees and sunny, our wedding day was FREEZING with snow and rain. Grace, our day of coordinator played such a huge rule in making sure I was calm, having fun and the part I appreciate most-she listened to what my husband and I wanted. We were adamant that we didn’t want to miss our cocktail hour because of photos and she made sure that we were there!! Grace even bustled my dress and made sure I was comfortable. The facility is beautiful and clean. The spacing of the tables was great, no one felt claustrophobic. We dropped off decorations the day before and Grace and her crew executed perfectly. ime that we decided on the WCC as our venue, the staff have been nothing short of amazing. They have made themselves available through phone and email with any questions or concerns that I had, reassured me how perfect the day would go, were extremely organized and direct the day of, supportive and comforting through the cold and when I was becoming emotional, caring and so extremely thoughtful (reminded us about our food and even bagged up our food to go and guests!), and always had smiles on their faces (even through the chaos). We feel so thankful to have celebrated our love here for all of the reasons listed above and more. They were absolutely incredible and I cannot express how many people are STILL raving about their whole experience. Tori, our coordinator was absolutely amazing and accommodating. Anything that we needed throughout the day, she got it or was making the day so much easier for us. She did not want us to stress at all and she had everything under control. It was honestly the best day of our lives!

We have a bridal party of 20 people and she managed all elements of the wedding perfectly! we were so grateful for. We first worked with Nikki who has since left, and starting working with Grace about a month before our wedding who was awesome! We loved how we could get ready in the bridal suite, have the ceremony, reception, after-party, and take photos all at one place. The grounds are gorgeous and it was fun riding around in a golf cart to take pics! Our guests had an amazing time, and raved about the food and martini bar. The team at Woodcrest helped make our day stress free and truly wanted to make sure we were happy. The package included so much, from welcome drinks and a ton of cocktail hour food, to an ice sculpture and late-night snacks, and we felt like we got such a great value. We can’t recommend them enough!

out 3 months before our 3rd attempt at the wedding, Woodcrest had some new staff members; they didn't miss a beat. Olivia, Nicole and Tori were an absolute pleasure to work with. Due to the circumstances, I didn't even get to meet my main point of contact, Olivia, until my rehearsal, but not once did I feel skeptical about the service we were receiving. On my wedding day, Olivia was absolutely wonderful. Whether it was holding my train, driving me in a golf cart, grabbing me water since it was 100 degrees, or shooing the bugs out from the skirt of my dress, she was on-point and a HUGE help. (thanks, girl!) Although there were some heat issues that day (I think the air conditioner broke) which made some people pretty uncomfortably-hot at the reception, the team seemed to do everything possible to improve the situation. Not to mention the food at woodcrest is top notch - all of our guests were raving about it. Overall this venue is a 10/10 - from service, food, gorgeous landscape and tent option for ceremony, we couldn't have been more happy.

experience. Nicole H has been very helpful throughout the planning process and made sure everything went smoothly the day of. We loved having the bridal suite to get ready and there was ample room for the bridal party and family to get ready (breakfast and mimosas provided by WCC were a nice touch as well!). Bar 1929 was perfect for the after-party and we enjoyed sitting outside by the fire pits. We appreciated all of the little touches that Woodcrest includes in their wedding package, such as champagne at the ceremony and snacks and coffee for guests to take home at the end of the night. The wedding was beautiful and we wouldn't change a thing!

wedding to Mexico was cancelled, we thought for sure nothing would live up to our expectations. We couldn't have been more wrong! After searching for open venues, we came across WCC and contacted a woman named Lauren. She was professional, polite, friendly, and so helpful! She quickly set up a date for us to look at the venue and we immediately fell in love! We only had one date that would could get married with family traveling from out of town and Lauren worked everything out for us. We also worked with another woman named Nikki who was kind, hospitable, and very accommodating. They both worked their schedules around my schedule and created an unforgettable day for my husband and I and our guests! Everyone raved about the beautiful scenery and venue. I still have people telling my how gorgeous our ceremony was a week later! Our pictures came out beautifully and at the end of the night, both my husband and I said what a magical day we had and it couldn't have been more perfect. We owe it all to George, Lauren, & Nikki for being so flexible and helping us bring our wedding day visions to life. oking to get married! Due to COVID19, our wedding celebration got postponed. We still wanted to get married and ended up holding a "micro wedding" ceremony with just family on our original wedding date, and it worked out perfectly! The WCC allowed us to use their outdoor ceremony tent; they even set out the ceremony arch and chairs for us to use. We took pictures around the grounds and they came out beautiful! George, Lauren, and the rest of the team were so flexible in working with us to postpone our wedding and we are very grateful to them. We can't wait to have our wedding celebration in 2021! We've already had our tasting and their food was top-notch (fyi we ended up going with the sea bass, petit filet/lobster tail duo, and chicken breast with roasted peppers). We also LOVE the family-owned bakery they use for their wedding cakes - Sweet Eats Bakery - and have used them on several occasions since our cake tasting. Their event planning team members are very professional, competent, and easy to communicate with. Definitely check them out if you're looking for a great place to get married!

been BEYOND supportive and accommodating throughout the process of postponing. They have gone above and beyond numerous times to make sure my husband and I got exactly what we needed. Ultimately we decided to have a small intimate ceremony & dinner at Woodcrest on 6.6.20 to tie the knot, and postpone our larger ceremony/reception to August of 2021. Woodcrest did an absolutely gorgeous job with this small gathering - they even accomodated our Zoom needs! The food is delicious and we absolutely cannot wait for our big celebration next year. We couldn't be happier we chose Woodcrest as our venue!!!

Everyone at Woodcrest was so understanding and helpful, always willing to talk with me about concerns and options, and making sure we were taken care of with a backup date and plan. When we needed to reschedule due to state decisions, they made everything so effortless and simple, taking away so much of the inevitable anxiety of the situation. I don’t know what we would have done without Woodcrest and I would book with them again in a heartbeat!

They have been professional, empathetic, and proactive. And for that we could not be more grateful.
