Highly recommend The Legend at Bergamont! From the first day we met with the event coordinator Kylie I knew we’d be in good hands! Kylie was beyond amazing to work with and took away so much of the stress from planning a wedding. She was constantly available to answer any questions we had. Besides how amazing Kylie was the venue was beyond beautiful!! The views are incredible and the building is gorgeous! Highly recommend booking this venue!

Kylie was so amazing to work with! I didn’t hire a day-of coordinator because of how much Kylie helped with all the details and set up. She was so quick to respond to all my emails and questions. The venue was beautiful on our wedding day and many of our guests told us the food was the best they’ve ever had at a wedding! The only reason for my 4 star rating instead of 5 is because of the air conditioning. We got married in August and unfortunately the day of the wedding was 95 degrees! The AC system is just not adequate and cannot keep up. The temperature inside the venue was in the 80s. Towards the end of the night our guests were going outside because it actually became cooler outside than inside. Some of our guests did leave early because of this and my sister-in-law even suffered from heat rash. The heat did put a damper on the day overall, as afterwards all our guests told us, “Your wedding was great BUT it’s too bad that it was so hot.”

My husband and I recently got married at The Legend at Bergamont in April 2022. Everything about this venue greatly exceeded all expectations. The views were incredible, the ballroom was set up beautifully, and the staff was top notch. We had both our ceremony and reception at the venue, and everything couldn’t have been more perfect. We are SO happy we chose The Legend at Bergamont and couldn’t imagine having done it anywhere else. Kylie, the event coordinator, and Jay, the food & beverage manager, were so great at their jobs. It gave me so much comfort knowing I had these two by my side. I didn’t have to worry about anything the day of, it all ran very smoothly due to the help of these two. Kylie also was a great help during the entire process. From touring the venue, to booking, and everything leading up the wedding day, Kylie was phenomenal. I loved the venue to begin with, but a huge part of us booking through them was because of Kylie. You will NOT be disappointed. All of our guests had great things to say about the food, service, and venue in general.

We loved having our wedding at The Legend at Bergamont! We honestly only have good things to say about the entire experience! Kylie, the Event Coordinator, was wonderful every step of the way. She is the perfect balance of professional, kind, funny, and encouraging. She helped us envision how things would look the day of our wedding and plan where things could go. And dropping off and picking up the extra decor and things for the wedding day was as easy as can be. In regards to the day of the wedding, they did a PHENOMENAL job with everything! The food was amazing and the service was great! We really couldn’t be happier with having our reception there!

Kylie and The Legend staff were incredible! We were married there September 2021 and couldn't have had a better experience. Kylie helped us navigate all the required planning, was there to answer all our questions, and gave 110% to us the days leading up to our event. The facilities and scenery at The Legend at Bergamont were amazing. We are still receiving compliments on our day from guests on their experience and it wouldn't have been possible with out Kylie and her team. She eased so many concerns that I had as a bride on how everything was going to come together and truly supported our vision.

We got married here on October 30, 2021. Kylie, Joe and Jay were wonderful to work with and made everything go very smoothly! The food was great (get the filet mignon!). We received so many compliments from our guests about the venue, food and service. Our guests loved having the deck during cocktail hour and it made for some great sunset pictures! 10/10 would recommend!

My husband and I just got married at the Legend at Bergamont and can't say enough good things about our experience. The view from the ceremony room overlooking the golf course and tree line was gorgeous and gave us some *fantastic* sunset photos. Kylie, the wedding coordinator, was extremely accommodating and made sure everything we requested for the ceremony and reception set up was provided. Moreover, she kept in constant communication during the wedding planning process. This was particularly helpful because we planned our wedding virtually from Florida. On top of that, this venue has a spacious locker room for both sides of the wedding party to get dressed in, making getting ready easy. Finally, if you're not sold on these listed pros, schedule a food tasting and you'll be blown away by the options. Our guests raved about the parmesan crusted pork and chili glazed salmon. Venue staff set up and take down decorations and place settings, making this a nice one-stop shop.

We had our ceremony and reception at The Legend at Bergamont and could not have been happier about how it all turned out. From the day we reached out to tour the venue, Kylie was extremely helpful and responsive. The venue is beautiful, the staff is great , and the food/drinks were amazing. I would recommend this venue to anyone planning a wedding.

We hosted our wedding reception at the Legend at Bergamont in August 2021. We could not be more pleased with the efficiency, professionalism and service we received from everyone at the club. The food was delicious (my uncle raved it was the best meal of his life), the space was beautiful, and I felt totally confident that they would handle whatever happened that day. They were also wonderful with postponing and rescheduling our wedding which was originally scheduled for 2020. HUGE shout out to their coordinator Kylie. She was amazing and is a huge asset to the club and events being held there. She responds to emails so quickly and answered all of my many questions. She and her staff also handled lighting all of our candles day of and last minute set up so we didn't have to worry about it. We can not thank her enough! We would highly recommend having an event at the Legend at Bergamont.

The Legend of Bergamont was our first and last choice for our venue. It was the perfect spot! As a newly engaged couple we were overwhelmed and had so many questions. Kylie was there anytime you needed her. When I dropped everything off the night before. I was nervous because the vision I had been putting together in my head after the last year or so of planning was about to really happen. I knew I was leaving everything in good hands with Kylie. When I walked the next day, it was beautiful and everything I imagined and more! She did a phenomenal job with everything. She made sure everything flowed, which it did and The food was amazing. Highly recommend the salmon. We had so many friends and family talk about how the day went, how smooth everything flowed and how great of a time they had. Plus who can beat that sunset and gorgeous view! You won’t be disappointed with this venue!!

The people at the Bergamont were incredible. They were professional, very accommodating, and seemed happy to be a part of our day. Kylie is fantastic! She knows what she’s doing and she does it very well. Communication was never an issue. We had such a peace over the day, trusting the staff would do their job well. We had so many compliments on the food quality, the beauty of the venue and the friendliness of the staff. THANK YOU for making our day truly amazing!!

The Legend at Bergamont exceeded all expectations we had for our wedding day! Kylie and her team were great to work with, from the initial tour, to email communications about questions, food tastings, and day of coordination, we could not have asked for more. She was very knowledgeable and had suggestions on questions I asked. The setting for the ceremony was absolutely beautiful, and even when it was almost 90 during the ceremony many of our guests were in the shade below the balcony to help with the heat. The cooks did a phenomenal job with the food and the servers were fantastic on getting the food out quickly and efficiently. Even near the end of the night Kylie and her team helped to take down most of the decorations so cleanup was a breeze and we didn't have to spend much time after the reception to get everything cleared out. If you are looking for a beautiful setting with a very helpful on site coordinator, you must book at The Legend at Bergamont.

Kylie and her team provided my husband and I with an exceptional wedding day experience. We truly were able to have the perfect day thanks to the Legend at Bergamont. Kylie was there for every step making sure everything went flawlessly - to a point of making my missing table numbers and not even telling me they were missing (just taking care of it). She was incredibly patient, understanding, responsive, and truly an expert in her field. I trusted her with the best day of my life thus far and she executed it better than I could have ever imagined. The Legend at Bergamont was so flexible with the little things, it eliminated the stress that often comes up the day of. Their care and attentiveness to making your day perfect matches yours and it shows in every interaction with them. Finally, their food will impress you and your guests like no other wedding (Braised Beef Short-Ribs are a must have).

Could not have been more thrilled with The Legend at Bergamont for our wedding (ceremony, reception and dance). The food was incredible, the staff was so friendly and fast with everything, not to mention the site is BEAUTIFUL and we had the most perfect sunset over the golf course. Every step of the process was made so easy and stress-free by Kylie, their event coordinator (even as we planned in the midst of a pandemic!) Did I mention how incredible the food was?! We had over 200 guests - it's not easy to mass produce food for that many, but they nailed it. The chicken was moist, and the salmon was some of the best we'd ever had. I will now be convincing all friends to have their weddings here so I can return as a guest!

We had a wonderful experience with using the Legend at Bergamont for both our ceremony and reception on 10/3/20! We instantly hit it off with Kylie and, after having toured several others, immediately knew that this venue would be the perfect fit for us. Kylie worked so hard to help keep us at ease throughout the uncertainties of this year - she was incredibly organized and responsive to questions during the entire process. The day of, we kept mentioning to each other that we couldn't imagine things going any more perfectly. It all felt like a dream. We received many compliments on the beautiful space and delicious food. Being able to bring our decorations the night before and have the staff help with decoration set up and tear down (they did all the tables and chairs themselves) is a huge differentiator that sets them apart from other venues! We adore Kylie and the Legend at Bergamont and will recommend it to everyone we know because of the top-notch customer service provided to us by all of the staff.

My wife and I had our wedding in August 2018, and 2 years later we couldn’t imagine having our special day held at any place other than The Legend at Bergamont. Michelle and I had recently gotten engaged during the Fall of 2017 and the week after I had ironically had a tee time scheduled with coworkers at the golf course…as you can imagine…it was something almost scripted for us. I first realized that I should bring my wife back to take a tour when I saw the clubhouse and dining area, to be only fully sold once I was looking back at the clubhouse/event venue on the 10th fairway. Fast forward through a few emails and conversations with the Event Coordinator, Kylie Reinhart, and we had a time slot to check out the venue. The entire staff always made us welcome each time we came through those doors, but what really stood out to us was the instant “this is right feeling” when we met with Kylie who became someone we could call a friend, and still do to this day. She was the most welcoming, accommodating and gracious person we had spoken with as we searched for a venue. We knew there was no other place to have our wedding reception. If you get a chance to sit down and meet her, you will know exactly what we mean. She is extremely reliable, responds timely to emails and all our questions, and gives you NO doubt that your special day will be taken care of. What was even more confirming of our decision is that nearly every vendor we had mentioned to Kylie we had spoken with so far, she had worked with previously and could provide us with some great insights. She was inquisitive but also thoughtful in listening to our wishes and guided us to the perfect decisions for our wedding. On the day of our wedding, the staff did an excellent job, the food was outstanding (we strongly suggest you do the tasting they have scheduled for upcoming wedding events), and the space allowed us to host the best party of our lives!!! Our recommendation to consider having your wedding or event at The Legend at Bergamont comes with our highest praises from our wonderful experiences there. We even went back to celebrate our 1-year anniversary there for dinner, and snuck in a few sunset photos on the balcony, a site that is difficult to beat. Ryan & Michelle Strohm

We held both our wedding ceremony and reception at The Legend at Bergamont in October. Everything was fabulous! We received amazing service from the venue from our first contact asking to set up a tour until the very end of our wedding night. The service and food were all incredible – many of our guests commented on how fresh and delicious the meals and hors d’oeuvres were. The atmosphere of the venue inside and out is elegant and beautiful, which speaks for itself once you see it. Kylie, the event coordinator, is by far the best asset to the venue. She answered every question quickly and accommodated all requests to the best of her ability. She went above and beyond! I’m not sure we could have pulled off the wedding of our dreams without her. You will not regret having your wedding at The Legend!

We had our wedding the The Legend at Bergamont on Friday, and we were so overjoyed with every part of our day. The venue itself is stunning, the food is delicious, and the coordinator, Kylie, is a total rockstar. She paid so much attention to every detail of our day and helped us make our dreams a reality, and we are still in awe of how everything turned out. We would recommend this venue highly!! We had an amazing time working with the Legend at Bergamont for our wedding, from start to finish! Kylie, Joe, and their team were excellent at communicating with us from the very start. The serving staff was extremely polite, and I received several compliments from guests on how they felt well taken care of during cocktail hour and the reception by the staff. We were able to bring all our decorations the day before, and the staff helped us set up and tear down. We did not have to set up any tables and chairs, which was a plus! They do a food tasting party, where you can see the venue all decorated for a wedding, and get to try several entrees, which was super fun. We received several compliments on the food as well, as it was very delicious. The balcony views of this venue make it a great spot for evening sunset photos as well. It's so gorgeous to be able to look out at the golf course. We did not have any issues with other non-guests being around the area, even though we did not book the entire building (we only booked the ballroom). We fit 180 guests in the room very well, and with room to spare. Kylie was extremely organized, and has planning tools in place for food, drink, layout, and timeline. We 100% recommend the Legend at Bergamont as a venue. You will be well taken care of!!!

We were very happy with how everything turned out and Kylie the event coordinator and the staff at the Bergamont were very helpful and had everything set up ready to go when guests started to arrive. The only problem we encountered during our reception was that the air conditioning system could not keep up with the facility. It was almost 80 degrees in the space and was not cooling down, even when people were sitting and eating the air couldn’t kick in enough to cool down the space. Disappointed in this as it caused our guests to leave early, but the space was beautiful and everything else was lovely.

A spectacular venue for a wedding! The views are breathtaking and the space was perfect! The service was great, Kylie was so helpful and the night was perfect! Couldn’t have asked for a better wedding day venue; we received so many compliments on the food, space, views and service!!

Our wedding reception at The Legend at Bergamont was absolutely perfect (October 2018)! We loved working with their event planner, Kylie! She was always very responsive to our emails and phone calls. Kylie was organized and helped us a lot throughout the planning process. We attended an annual gala to taste the most popular food and drink choices and meet with some local vendors (rentals, transportation, ect) early in the year. The event was very helpful and it was nice to bring our family too. Our wedding day was flawless and everything went smoothly from the cocktail hour to the last song of the night. The indoor space and outdoor landscape is beautiful! The staff was professional and kept us on time the whole night - everyone worked well with our other vendors (DJ, photographer, ect). Plus, the food is amazing! We got many compliments on the food from our guests, even saying it was the best wedding food they ever had. The staff cleaned up most of the event afterwards and we only had to come to pick up our own decorations the morning after the wedding. Overall, we highly recommend The Legend at Bergamont as your wedding venue, you will not be disappointed!

The Legend at Bergamont was the perfect venue for our wedding (in July 2018). Most importantly, we cannot emphasize enough how helpful the Legend’s event coordinator, Kylie Reinhart is. Kylie cared about every detail of our day, and expertly organized a very large wedding crowd (300+ people). She was extremely responsive to all of our calls, flexible with any changes we needed to make (e.g., changes to drink options, seating, etc.), and coordinated with all of our other vendors to make the experience seamless. We could not imagine planning or putting together the wedding without her help. The event space at the Legend at Bergamont itself is also stunning. There were so many great places for pictures, and the dining room / guest spaces are already beautiful without decorations. Finally, we were extremely impressed by the food and beverage provided by the Legend as well. There are a ton of amazing options (and it becomes hard to choose after your tasting). The food also came out fast and hot (which again, impressed us with as many people that were being served). We truly could not be happier with our experience at the Legend and would highly, highly recommend it!

Breathtakingly beautiful venue like no other in the Madison area. The banquet manager/wedding coordinator Kylie was beyond great to work with. They were accommodating and extremely professional. We had rave reviews on the food and drinks as well.

My daughter’s wedding was here mid June on an extremely hot day. The locker rooms were miserably hot, which is where we all got ready. The dining hall and reception areas were ridiculously hot and muggy. I wasn’t able to enjoy my daughter’s special day because of this. Lots of guest complaints regarding the discomfort at such a beautiful venue. Wasn’t able to eat my dinner, along with many guests. Inadequate AC.

We had our reception at the Bergamont and it was absolutely gorgeous! The event coordinator, Kylee was amazing to work with. She answered all my questions quickly and really made the planning process much less stressful. I have many food allergies and they went out of their way to make me a special meal so I would not have to worry about anything the day of - plus it was delicious! So many of our guests commented it was the "best wedding meal" they ever had and they were actually full after the dinner! I could not have asked for a more perfect wedding day thanks to everyone at The Legend at Bergamont!

As with the other recent reviewer, we encountered the same transition to a new wedding coordinator and then a change in structure, but in the end, working with the Bergamont was amazingly smooth and I (mother of the bride) can not say enough about how wonderful Kylie and her whole crew (shout out to Jess!) were to work with! During our meeting a month before the wedding, she said, don't worry, I got this - and she was right!! Easy to work with extra perks like allowing gifts to stay overnight and the post-wedding tear down! Little things mentioned were treated as essential - thanks for the extra rolls and herbal tea Kyle - made my night! She guided us with knowledgeable suggestions for options and quantities. There was not a request that we made that she didn't accommodate - including those approved by the previous coordinator. She was there for us yet not in anyone's way during the reception. And, the food was seriously amazing - I may be biased, but simply the best food I've ever had at a wedding. The venue itself is stunning with a beautiful covered patio. Totally recommend.

We rented the whole venue (versus the ballroom only). We had a full house with a smidge over 200. The room was exactly as I imagine, the food was “the best wedding food” many of our guests stated they ever had, and put the steak and fish on par with a steakhouse. It’s not easy to cook 100+ sirloin medium rare and keep it there without drying out and they did a fab job. Our original coordinator left after we were sold and signed on for our package. There were a few hiccups in the transition to the new coordinator in that notes were not left for her in our file, small nuisances and practices that had initially been said were lost. The only qualm that I really have was that critical space information and menu decisions were left until the week/just days before. This bit was somewhat frustrating. However everything day of worked out flawlessly. I could not imagine a better place to have been.

The venue was beautiful, the staff was very friendly. There were some problems with the service during dinner with confusion on meals with allergies but overall they did a good job. A month or so before my wedding the woman I was working with had quit so there were some hiccups along the way but overall things went smoothly and the venue itself is worth it. The food was delicious as well!

We used The Legend at Bergamont for our reception venue and could not be more happy and impressed with how amazing the night went. From the beginning meeting to the end of the reception, everything was handled in a professional and friendly manner. The event director, Aeryn, was so wonderful and truly made the reception perfect. We received multiple compliments on the food as well as the venue itself. I highly recommend having your wedding and/or reception here!
