r wedding to be, other than fun, and so picking a venue with the expertise and organization that the Lesner Inn has was perfect for us. They guide you through all of the choices you need to make, everyone we picked from their vendor list was fantastic, they quickly answered the numerous emails we sent them leading up to the wedding, and the actual day of the wedding they have everything handled so we didn’t have to worry about anything besides enjoying the day. Shout out to Alexis who helped us with all of the details and was also our day of coordinator. Also the place is beautiful; there was a point around sunset where I looked out the windows over the water from the dance floor and was just like “wow this is perfect.” We had numerous guests complement us on how great all of the staff were that people interacted with, including the bartenders who you could visibly see having fun from the dance floor, and also on how beautiful the venue is. I was so nervous leading up to the wedding day about all of the time spent planning and if the party would all turn out ok, and it turns out I had nothing to worry about with the Lesner Inn.

Alexis, Noelle, and their team were attentive, organized, and genuinely invested in making our day flawless. We initially chose only the day-of-coordination package, and later added the full planning and design package. Worth every penny! I was spending countless hours trying to bring all the elements of my vision together cohesively. With Alexis and Noelle’s services, the colors, textures, styles, and materials flowed seamlessly, and my vision was brought to life. This alleviated so much stress, and allowed us to actually ENJOY the planning process. They were also incremental in walking us through decisions on design elements to optimize our budget. Lastly, the weeks and days leading up to our wedding were far more peaceful with Alexis and Noelle handling all vendor coordination and communications!  We’ve received several compliments from our guests, many saying it was the best wedding they had ever attended. That wouldn’t have been possible without this amazing team and venue. If you’re looking for a place that delivers peofessionalism, heartfelt service, and an incredible experience, look no further. That was a sign of things to come as we primarily worked with the wonderful Alexis Hionis, who has a truly unmatched attention to detail and passion for executing on your vision. If you end up choosing the Lesner Inn, which you absolutely should, we cannot recommend enough that you use their day of coordination services. Alexis created a timeline for our day that truly left no stone unturned and made sure all of our vendors were on the same page down to the second. The best thing about our wedding was that we didn’t spend a moment on anything other than soaking in what will be one of the best days of our lives. The entire day went off seamlessly and from the second we arrived at the venue, we literally breathed a huge sigh of relief and happiness because Alexis and her team had it COVERED. During our wedding planning, Alexis was always available to talk and the communication was outstanding! She knows her venue like the back of her hand and will have super helpful suggestions. The venue speaks for itself and we don’t have the words to do it proper justice. We were married on June 1, 2024 and had the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception all at Lesner Inn. The day was an absolute dream. The setting itself is so magical - the golden hour as the sun is going down over the water is just unmatched! The slight breeze off the bay makes it the perfect place to have an outdoor ceremony in the summer. The Lesner Inn went above and beyond in so many little ways, from having a staff member record our ceremony on an iPhone, to having our florist add hints of our color palette to our floral arrangements. The Lesner Inn team is talented, has great taste, and is excited to do everything they can to bring the little things that make your wedding yours to life. The food was SO good - the Lesner Inn has a plethora of options for both the cocktail hour and dinner. We upgraded our cocktail hour to have an oyster and shrimp cocktail bar, which was a huge hit with our guests. Everyone was raving about the passed appetizers at cocktail hour and the late night snacks that were brought out after dinner! The martini bar was also a guest favorite - everyone feels a bit more ritzy holding a martini glass! We look back on our wedding day like a dream that we can’t quite decide whether it was actually real. Alexis and her team at the Lesner Inn made that dream a reality.

g everything was but let me point out what absolutely MADE our time with them incredibly special. 1. The people. We worked with Britne and she was kind, friendly, always prompt with responding to my every question, and willing to go above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed. We live in Tampa, FL but are from VB so she was more than accommodating working around our travel schedules. The night of the wedding Britne was on top of everything, always in the mix to help with anything, and made me feel totally at ease. 2. Food/Alcohol. As someone who never dipped their feet into the wedding world before my own wedding, I had no idea what to expect. Having a venue that handles the food and alcohol is a MAJOR plus. Not only is a plus that they do it, but they do it WELL. They have sooo many fabulous options to choose from- from the hors d'oeuvres, to the dinner, to even late night snacks (I HIGHLY recommend adding some of their late-night snack to your menu. We did the chicken tenders and pretzel bites which were an absolute hit!). Anything that you choose will be delicious, by far the best wedding food I've ever had. The catering staff was also amazing. Everyone I ran into on my wedding night was friendly and helpful. The bartenders were top-notch too, we had friends go out of their way to tell us how great they were! 3. Location. We knew we wanted a venue that could host the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception at the same place. Each part of the night had its own space in the venue (if you do rent the entire space that is) and each area felt special and welcoming. There was not an inch of the venue I wasn't obsessed with. I always wanted to have everything inside because I did not want to let the weather dictate my day so I was a litttttle nervous about having the ceremony on the deck. To my dismay, it did in fact rain on my wedding day, BUT that actually turned the deck into the most romantic, gorgeous, intimate space to have the ceremony. So I can attest, even if you're wanting the beautiful sunset overlooking the water, the rain can add a special touch that will make your ceremony unforgettable (all of our guests were swooning over how stunning it was). The venue really speaks for itself. You see pictures, you can even go in and even see other people's wedding set up in there, but when you walk in and see your vision that you've been working on for months and months in the space, there's no better feeling. And it will come together working with the Lesner! You could honestly have no decorations and the space would be beautiful. 4. Rental items. We added the drapes and lighting behind our band and on the ceiling and it was....breathtaking. I highly recommend adding those two things especially if you want a band!! They have so many fun extras to choose from which made it so much easier to go through them and not have to find another vendor. 5. They KNOW what they're doing. There were times I didn't even know what I was doing and was praying it would come together, and it did. But it wasn't by luck, it was because of how hard the staff works, how well they know their stuff, and how beautiful the venue itself is. My wedding at the Lesner was a DREAM. Perfect in every way, you will be blown away working with them. Thanks again for everything 🤍
