The Little Photobooth

The photo strips came out really well and the booth was so easy and fun to use! All the guests loved the canopy and variety of props. They shared their photo strips since two came out which was great.

I booked the Little Photobooth for my wedding in October 2015 and I couldn't be happier with their products and services. The owners were very responsive and professional when I inquired for their services. After speaking with them of the details of my wedding, they sent over a contract right away and just asked that I send it back as soon as possible to lock in my date. On the day of my wedding, they were very prompt and set up was smooth and easy. They had a plethora of props and signage which I really appreciated. My guests LOVED using all the props and definitely utilized the photobooth to the max! I would recommend The Little Photobooth to everyone for any special occasion-

I found Little Photobooth on GroupOn and contacted them directly to see if they would be available for my wedding on 8/15 for 3 hours. During the entire time prior to the wedding, Phil and Chloe have been amazing, They responded quickly to my questions and accommodated my changing needs (adding on a scrapbook and changing the backdrop). We signed the contract and I made the deposit. Even when I forgot to pay the final half prior to the wedding date, Chloe reassured me that they will still come and I can just pay with check during the event. Since I am planning the wedding from out of state, it was really helpful and much appreciated when they are flexible and understanding! Our event started at 5 pm, and the canopy tent was all set up and ready to go! My guests all informed me that it was a lot of fun and they enjoyed taking pictures with group of friends. The only thing people mentioned that was a struggle was the time in between the pictures were really short, but it made for some funny/silly looking pictures!! I was really glad that I opted for a scrapbook option (additional $75 I believe). Some of the guests left cute little messages for us to read :) Its like a guestbook! My only recommendation is to have the photo strips glued/taped so it doesn't move around. Unfortunately, my DJ (DJ Flex) did not show up, so it pushed back the bridal parties entrance by 1 and half hours. So neither me nor my now hubby had the chance to go get our pictures taken since most of the guests wanted to talk with us. But I did notice that the Little Photobooth stayed overtime without charging extra due to the circumstance. I would highly recommend them :D As for the bad reviews, I addressed that with Phil prior to booking them, and he informed me that it was because the customer never signed and/or returned the contract. Based from my experience, I would hire the Little Photobooth anytime :)

Seriously Seriously rethink booking this photobooth company. I knew someone related to the owner/operator who recommended them for my wedding on 3/29/2015. I loved the look of them and their online site so I contacted them right away. We agreed upon a discounted price since their "regular" price is stupid expensive. Emailed them back and forth and really seemed all set for the wedding date. The wedding day comes and they are LATE.. really beyond late. They were booked to be operational (were photobooth would be able to be used by guests) from 2:30pm-5:30pm. The owner/operator comes at 4:00pm walks up to my wedding coordinator and tells her he thought it started at 5pm. It takes him 40 more mins to get set up. I had ALOT of out of town guest how had to leave alil early for booked plane flights (wedding was on a Sunday) and all I got to hear was they tried to stop by the photobooth to get a quick pictures and it was still not set up by time they had to leave. Finally by 4:40pm the booth is up and running but our reception ended by 6:00pm I paid for 3 hours of a photobooth and barely got 1hour and 30 mins if that. But I refused to start a fight or confront the owner at my wedding since I didnt want to ruin the whole day. I e-mailed the owner the next day after the wedding. He said that it wasnt his fault since his schedule showed the booking from 5pm-8pm, even though I have documented e-mails prior showing the correct agreed upon time of 2:30pm-5:30pm. So per his contract if the photobooth is not operational 80% of agreed upon time the company should provide refund for time not operational. I tried to be civil and requested and 50% refund since I only got 50% of the time I paid for. He responded since I got photobooth at discounted price and we did use it for part of wedding he would not give me a refund but would throw in "free scrapbook" but I got what i paid for. I am now going to have to go through othr methods to try and get a refund. The product is cute and everything but the SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. and they dont even live up to their contracts. I guess they think people wont sue since its only so much money. DONT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY WEDDINGS OR SPECIAL EVENTS! Atleast unless you want to have terrible service and uncaring owners operating!!
