We hired the Local Event Co. as our wedding day of coordinator and we couldn’t have been happier with the experience! They made planning so easy with super helpful planning forms and timelines. Andrea was our day of coordinator and she was amazing!! She made sure everything ran smoothly and we were able to just enjoy the weekend without worrying about the little details. I was so impressed with how she set everything up - it was even better than I had imagined! Thank you Andrea!
I highly recommend hiring the Local event co as your wedding coordination team. Andrea with the Local was our day-of coordinator, and she did so much to help our wedding run smoothly! There were so many things that I as the bride and the rest of my family and wedding party didn't have to worry about because we knew Andrea had it covered, so we were able to just enjoy the day! She worked hard to make our ideas and wishes happen. The Local also provided many resources that helped us stay organized during the planning process. Andrea and the Local's help with our wedding was truly priceless!!
We found Ashley and the Gather team through our venue and are beyond happy we did. We hired Gather for day of coordinating and it was the best money we spent.
Ashley is gracious, kind, professional, and simply the best. She was always available to answer questions over email and guided us through the planning process with the utmost kindness. When things were confusing with the venue, Ashley and her team helped clarify and simplify things so we could all be on the same page.
Our day of coordinator, Andrea, was the true MVP of our wedding and I honestly don’t want to know how our day would have gone without her. Andrea made sure our day went smoothly and took everything off of our planning plate so we could enjoy the day and spend it with our guests. There were so many fires she put out that I never heard of until way after our wedding because she is an amazing professional and ultimate badass.
Everyone who attended our wedding loved Andrea and said she did a phenomenal job and we couldn’t have agreed more.
We knew going into our wedding that we were happy we had hired Gather. Being on the other side, I can say without a shadow of a doubt that hiring Gather was the BEST decision we made. If you’re on the fence at all, hire them. They are beyond incredible and will make your day magical and seamless.
Kaija with Gather Leavenworth helped us bring all of our details and planning together seamlessly the day of the wedding. When you plan your own wedding, you work with all of the pieces individually, and you never see them together or even really know what they are going to look like. When we handed all of the vendors and decor over to Kaija, we told her she had artistic license to make it beautiful, and BOY DID SHE. Our table settings, auxiliary tables, and general decor were stunning; some of the things we initially pictured would not work with the venue, but she transitioned them into an even better substitute. She worked so well with all of our family member, including 4 young kids and 1 dog, to make sure the ceremony proceeded smoothly. She gently reminded us throughout the evening when we needed to do things (entries, toasts, dances, etc.), keeping us on schedule without being too pushy. The entire day was stress free and blissful thanks to all of her hard work, all while she was VERY pregnant.
Whitney and Miranda made our day so wonderful. As the bride I was able to hand off everything to them the week before and got to enjoy not only my day but the week leading up to it. With them running the show I was able to also let our family and parents enjoy the day! They handled any and all issues that came up and did it with such kindness. I know for a fact that our day would not have been as smooth as it was without them so thank you both! Well worth it!
Ashley with Gather was, without a doubt, our wedding MVP. We worked with Ashley for day-of coordinating as well as overall decor vision and execution, and she was an absolute pleasure to work with.
Gather's online portal is organized and has helpful resources to keep you on-track with planning, and our frequent check-in calls with Ashley were incredibly helpful. She happily answered all of our random wedding questions, both big and small, and helped us feel comfortable throughout the planning process.
Not only did she help us with the basics of day-of coordinating and decor, she also ordered and rented any decor items we decided we needed and allowed us to ship items to her in order to reduce our workload. The week of the wedding she took over all vendor communications and was committed to ensuring our week was relaxing and stress-free.
She helped us run a quick and smooth rehearsal, and it felt like she and her assistant, Rachel, were absolutely everywhere on the day of the wedding. We did not have to worry about a single detail, and we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out.
We've received many post-wedding compliments from guests about how smoothly our entire wedding weekend operated, and we could not have done it without Ashley, Rachel, and Gather. She's just the best!
Gather Leavenworth was amazing! Ashley, the owner and coordinator was incredibly helpful and professional. She does all the behind the scenes work and the coordinating leading up to day of. Two of the gals on her team did the actual day of coordinating and they were also amazing. Couldn’t have done it without them! Really well organized.
I was surprised with the amount of support and help we got leading up to the wedding even just with the “Day-of” package. 10/10 would highly recommend.
Ashley is the reason our wedding day was not stressful! Ashley is as laid back as she is smart, creative, organized and kind. She has the best personality for an event planner. Our day was perfect and she was a big part of that! Don't ask me how she keeps track of it all but she really does! She was the one who sewed me back in my dress when it ripped after too many hugs in our receiving line. My husband admits that at first he didn't think we needed help. After working with Ashley, he tells EVERYONE that they need her for their wedding! Thank you, Ashley!
Ashley of Gather Leavenworth is the THE BEST!! She was referred to me by a friend who also had nothing but glowing things to say about her. I hired her for Day-of-Coordinator services and she was absolutely indispensable! I'm pretty sure hiring her was the best investment of the wedding. She was so organized and made the months leading up to the wedding smooth sailing. I knew on the day of the wedding, I had nothing to worry about.
Wow! Where to start! Ashley is a true professional and a joy to work with! We hired Ashley as our day-of-wedding coordinator, which meant that we were doing all the planning, and Ashley was a resource for answering questions, helping think through to-do-lists, and completely running the show on the day-of.
Organization: Throughout the planning process we relayed information, plans, decor ideas, etc. to Ashley through her Gather Leavenworth Google docs system which was thorough and easy-to-use. Towards the end, all that information was compiled by Ashley to create detailed timelines, layouts, and vendor contact lists for the day.
Execution: Ashley drove out from Leavenworth to Seattle once to do some venue orientation/layout work/meet us and a second time for the wedding. She ran the rehearsal the night before and collected all the decorations that would be needed the next day. From the rehearsal onward, any and all questions/comments/concerns went to Ashley, instead of to me or my (then fiance, now husband). That was awesome!
The wedding day was amazing! Ashley helped shepherd family for photography time, she coordinated with the band for breaks and toasts, she facilitated marriage license signing, she transitioned the appetizer table to desserts, and the gifts table to the guest favors. She worked with the bartenders and servers to help everything get set up and stay stocked throughout the night. What a work ethic, great planning and foresight, and the confidence to roll with whatever unexpected thing might come up throughout the night.

From the moment we met Ashley, we knew we'd found a gem. She is so friendly, so organized, so helpful! She recommended vendors within our budget, she guided us on décor ideas, she set up and broke down the entire reception and ceremony site the day of, she was always in contact...in short, Ashley was a miracle! She was the best money we spent on our wedding.
I cannot recommend her highly enough, you'll feel as if you've known her your entire life. I trusted her implicitly with all aspects of our wedding and she was always up to help out. She even spent the morning of our wedding potting plants for our ceremony and cocktail hour flowers! We loved working with her and I have already recommended her to two other friends. All of our family and bridal party were impressed with her, her talent, her ability to direct, guide, and respond to any situation. We loved Ashley!
Ashley was the most amazing Wedding Planner I could have asked for. She was always so quick to respond and help in anyway. The weekend of our wedding was ZERO stress because of her. I could not have asked for anyone better. Highly Recommend!!!!
