The best decision we made for our wedding was hiring Amanda for our “day of coordinator”Amanda and her team were absolutely fabulous and such a pleasure to work with! So friendly, so organized and so ready to tackle any obstacle! Immediately after my first phone conversation inquiring about what her and her team could provide, I couldn’t sign the contract fast enough. Her communication, planning and people skills are amazing! Any question, concern or issue was quickly resolved after a conversation with Amanda. Prior to the big day, Amanda jumped on all our final vendor calls. This was everything!!! Knowing Amanda and her team were there every step of the way and knew every fine detail truly put us at ease, not to mention being there for rehearsal too (game changer!) On wedding day, Amanda and her team showed up with the best energy, kindness, professionalism and ready to keep our day running flawlessly! Our day ran so incredibly smooth, we can’t help but attribute this to Amanda and her planning! Hiring Amanda was the best money spent for our picture perfect day and I tell everyone I know, if you’re getting married you need Amanda on your team!
Amanda and her team helped make my wedding day run smoothly with no hiccups! She was able to create a timeline and worked with all my vendors to make sure my wedding was run beautifully. I don't know if I could of done it without the help of her and her team. We had monthly meetings and I was able to relax and actually enjoy my day without stressing. Thank you Amanda!
Amanda and her team were absolutely fabulous and such a pleasure to work with. Her communication and planning skills are TOP NOTCH. We hired her team for hourly set up (which was a huge selling point for us as many coordinators do not offer this service). She took the time to thoroughly go through every single piece of decor we were bringing to the wedding and made sure everything would be placed and set up exactly how we envisioned. The first time we both saw our wedding space set up, we had tears in our eyes because it was so beautiful and exceeded our expectations beyond belief. Not to mention, Amanda & her team are some of the friendliest people we had the pleasure to work with. No matter the service you're looking for, I would absolutely recommend hiring this team. They are incredible at what they do and would trust them to design, set up, and execute any event in the future.
Amanda's is the best! For our wedding day, we had hired two lovely ladies from Amanda's team to assist with the management of the day. Her team went above and beyond. They made sure we had champagne while getting ready, assisted our florist with any set up needs, and even paid attention to the detail of the linens and steamed them. My family and I felt so taken care of! One detail that meant a lot to me was when my feet were killing me prior to the reception, Amanda's team had me sit down, drink some water,reassured me that breaks were important, and sat with me until I felt ready to go instead of rushing me. These are the kind of people that you want on your wedding day. I would HIGHLY recommend!
Amanda and her team were amazing! The communication was always quick and clear, and I felt so reassured leading up to wedding day through video meetings. Amanda helped keep my rehearsal organized, and on wedding day her and her team set up all of my decor. Everything was exactly as I had hoped, and they went above and beyond to be flexible with timing, coordinate with my venue, deal with last minute changes, and even whipped out a sewing kit when my maid of honor’s dress ripped. The day simply would not have run so smooth without them. Thank you so much, and for anyone wondering if you’ll need the extra help- it’s so worth it!

Amanda, Alisa, and Christine integrated into the day so seamlessly and took care of every little detail so flawlessly. They had amazing energy and were not only helpful to justin and me but literally everyone in or at the wedding. Perhaps the most impressive part of the day was when my bustle broke and they literally created A BETTER BUSTLE than I had in the first place. We love this team and cannot recommend them enough. Thank you for making our day perfect.
Amanda and her team were incredible on our wedding day. Everything went so smoothly and I didn’t have to worry about anything. Amanda handled all the logistics with the other vendors and ensured our getting ready experience and ceremony went off without a hitch. She was amazing with communication before the wedding, so easy to get ahold of and always willing to answer any questions.
She was invaluable during photos by helping me with my dress and helping my husband with a fan as it was 90+ degrees on our wedding day. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. Amanda and her team were absolutely incredible from start to finish.
We worked with Amanda and her team for an awesome vineyard wedding in New York. We can't say enough legendary things about her! She's organized, on-the-ball, super personable and genuinely kind! Don’t think twice and hire Amanda and her team IMMEDIATELY! We can’t imagine how our wedding day would have gone if they hadn’t been there helping us with every little detail. We hired Amanda as a day-of coordinator, but she was an invaluable resource throughout our planning process. We’re a pretty organized and detail-oriented couple, but we still had a lot of questions and things we hadn’t thought of especially as we got closer to our wedding. It was amazing to have Amanda to bounce ideas off of and to give us suggestions when we needed it.
Amanda was beyond professional and organized the entire time we worked with her, and she made coordinating between all our vendors and organizing everything a completely seamless process. We seriously would have been *so* stressed leading up to and on our wedding day without Amanda and her team there to make everything run without a hitch. Instead, we got to enjoy the day worry-free! There was absolutely nothing they didn’t think of ahead of time and no request they wouldn’t help out with. Who knows what our ceremony would have looked like without Amanda guiding us, but it was absolutely perfect thanks to her helpful direction.
Best of all, Amanda and her team were incredibly friendly and warm and it was really fun to have them at our wedding! Our families and guests all loved them 😊. If you’re on the fence about hiring a planner or coordinator, we can’t recommend it enough and you should definitely make it Amanda! We would rate her way more than five stars if we could!!!
Amanda and her team were absolutely amazing. My venue was not an easy one to coordinate with but it was no problem for Amanda! My ceremony was on top of hunter mountain so Amanda had to travel to the top by the chairlift. I had quite a lot of decor which included wood flowers that could not get wet. We had a rain delay so after her and her team set up all my flower decor up at the top they had to take it all down and put it back up. I had called her to make sure everything was okay and rest assured she already had it covered!! My venue was not easy to work with, only giving her and her team a small window to set everything up both on top of the mountain and in the reception area but they got it all done!! And on top of all that she coordinated and ran my ceremony which went flawlessly. I’m so impressed and would highly recommend her to anyone! Do yourself a favor an hire Amanda and her team you will not regret it!!! :)
If I could give Amanda 10 stars I would. Our wedding went off without a hitch and I know if I hadn't hired her, it would not have been as amazing. She took my vision and knocked it out of the park executing it. Everyone RAVED about the decor and the layout. Our venue came with a coordinator, but I didn't trust her to execute our vision and I'm glad I listened to my gut and hired Amanda.
The definition of perfection and professionalism. This is the best way I could describe how AMAZING Amanda and her team were for our wedding. We were supposed to get married on a cruise but, due to covid just months before our wedding the cruise company canceled. Amanda came in and helped us plan the wedding of our dreams when we thought all hope was lost. She helped us review every contract, gave us invitation templates, attended almost all meetings with us, came up with questions for the vendors and so much more. With the nature of covid we had over 2 dozen cancellations within a week before our wedding. Amanda's kind and comforting spirit helped us cope with the situation. She also helped us rearrange seating charts and was helping fix place cards up until the night before the wedding. Amanda and her team went above and beyond on the day of our wedding. Our wedding was beautiful beyond our dreams thanks to the amazing job Amanda and her team did setting up all of the décor. Also, one of her assistants was with us outside the entire duration of photos despite it being 3 degrees! Working with Amanda did not feel like work at all! She made wedding planning feel so easy and so much less stressful. Hiring Amanda's Errands and Events was the best decision we ever made and will be the best decision you ever make when you hire her for your wedding.

Her attention to detail and organization is unmatched - the day ran like a well oiled machine, even with the weather going against us and having to move the entire ceremony inside at a moments notice!

The best and easiest decision I made for my wedding was hiring Amanda to coordinate the day. I thought I had things planned to a T, but on your wedding day there will inevitably be hiccups (from a bridesmaid leaving her phone in a hotel room to forgetting candle holders and the boys suits not matching - and these were just a few of the issues that occurred on my day!). With Amanda and her team I went unaware of every issue until way after the fact! They handled everything and were a constant source of calmness, which I was so grateful for! Christine and Alisa went above and beyond - from bustling my dress to making sure I had food and drinks during the cocktail hour! I truly can’t even imagine how the day would have gone if I hadn’t hired Amanda and her team. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone (and have!)- even if your venue has a coordinator, you don’t realize how invaluable having Amanda and her team by your side ALL day will be!
We hired Amanda pretty last minute in our wedding planning process, we were very nervous about how our wedding ceremony and venue would get set up. we both had a certain vision in mind, and Amanda absolutely nailed it. Because we hired her late in the process we only spoke with her 2 times. but she was extremely organized and figured out our vision right away. When we finally saw the ceremony, cocktail and reception spaces the day of, they were PERFECT!!! Amanda truly brought our wedding vision to life and brought us so much peace of mind. We cant thank her enough!
Amanda and her team were absolute ROCK STARS. My husband and I were celebrating our elopement with a small party and trying to plan everything from hundreds of miles away with super busy schedules. It was chaotic and stressful, to say the least. Amanda was so helpful, responsive, professional and pleasant to work with. Somehow she managed to take my DIY, nontraditional vision and create such a fun atmosphere for our intimate celebration! Everything turned out more beautifully that I could have imagined, and her team were absolute workhorses who made sure everything ran smoothly and all we had to focus on was having a good time. Hands down, the best vendor we booked for our day.
My wife and I hired Amanda last minute to help us plan our out of state wedding in New Jersey. We had about 6 weeks to plan a wedding for 20 people in a state she had never worked in before. She was able to find us an amazing reception venue at the last minute and was amazing on the day of as well. Every vendor that worked with her for our wedding had nothing but great things to say about working with her. During the planning and on the day of our wedding, everything went perfectly and we really enjoyed working with her. Our wedding wouldn't have been possible with out her.
First of all, if you are on the fence about needing a Day of Coordinator/Planner.. you absolutely do. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without Amanda and Elisa there to help. Initially I hired Amanda because I didn’t know where to start with the day of schedule and order of events. I wanted someone to help keep myself and everyone else on schedule. But oh my goodness did she do WAY more than that. Amanda basically took over communication with my vendors in the weeks leading up to the wedding, and that actually gave me some time to breathe and finalize other last minute details without feeling overwhelmed. Amanda came to the rescue for both my husband and I, when my spanx wouldn’t stay in place and my hook on the top of my dress broke, she fixed both with her supplies from her emergency day of kit. She then had to do something similar for a ripped stitch in my husbands suit. On top of helping with our day of schedules/order of events and our attire mishaps, I don’t know how I would have set everything up in time to get ready and do all of our wedding stuff in time without her. She set everything up for me PERFECTLY and exactly as I was picturing. I couldn’t have asked for someone more personable and great to work with. Amanda is incredibly professional and organized, and it was wonderful to have someone who cared about us and didn’t only treat it as a job. Thank you Amanda and your team for being such a big part in making our wedding day perfect!!
One of the best wedding decisions we made. At first I was hesitant as not sure a wedding planner was needed but beyond thrilled that we engaged Amanda and team. They truly allow you to enjoy the day and be in the moment. Amanda is on top of the details and thinks of everything but the best part is she manages the hiccups flawlessly.

My daughter did not think she needed a day of event person, however her maid of honor and I knew we needed someone to help keep things on time and in order. Amanda was recommended to me by a co-worker. What a find!!! From the planning leading, to the rehearsal to the Wedding Amanda was amazing. she worked directly with our vendors coordinating, meeting and event up to the last minute changes. She and her team herded the "cats" making sure everyone was where they were to be when then needed to be there. She handled every tiny detail and allowed me (the mother of the bride) to just enjoy the day with my daughter.
I highly recommend Amanda's Errands and Events for all of your wedding needs. She is AMAZING. Thank you Amanda for making Meredith's special day so grand.
Amanda and her team are absolutely amazing! I wasn't really considering hiring a day of coordinator, but now I couldn't have imagined by wedding day without them. Amanda was very helpful in the weeks leading up to my wedding and asked me questions I didn't even think of while planning. Her team was on time and very professional on the day of, and even picked up the lunch I ordered on the way to the venue which was super helpful. Her team helped my husband find a pocket square style he liked, which was the one detail he was picky about. They made sure my vision for the day came true. I can't rave enough about Amanda and her team. They are totally affordable and I love how easy the website is to navigate!
We had to switch our original wedding plans due to COVID and ended up with an intimate dinner affair with our closest friends and family. We still wanted it to be special and a night to remember. We left all the decor and design planning in Amanda’s hands and we were blown away. We used the same room for dinner as our getting ready room for pictures beforehand. Not only did Amanda and her team clean up our awful mess, but they completely transformed the room. I couldn’t believe it was the same space! She was fantastic to work with, her whole team! I would recommend them in a heartbeat!!
Amanda and her team were extremely helpful on our wedding day! They were able to help with every request that we had, big or small, and even some last minute requests! Leading up to the wedding day, Amanda was in touch frequently to make sure all of our needs were addressed. Amanda and her team were friendly and lovely to work with, I would definitely recommend!
This was my 2nd wedding and I was on a budget but was worried about how the day would flow from the getting ready space-> ceremony-> reception space...there was so much going on I knew I needed help. I met Amanda through a friend and I am so happy we hired her! She calmed my nerves leading up to the event with a great schedule and was available all the time to answer questions...even all the dumb ones! The moment she walked into the room with her team the day of the wedding I was immediately at ease. She helped with coordinating helping my Dad get ready who has Alzheimer's, she left and went to the tux rental place to grab a missing groomsmen jacket (all before pictures started) helped open to doors to my 300 year old church and make the entrance so grand (and fixed the doors in 30 sec as they wouldn't open!) and helped with all the other big and small moments. She's so professional but also makes you feel like a friend which is comforting on your wedding day. I am telling you don't be cheap.....add this to your budget!! You won't be disappointed.
Amanda and her team were wonderful and they were not dealt easy cards. The venue owners were difficult and blamed and yelled at her for many different things that were their own fault but she and her team handled everything well and took care of all the details. They were prepared and creative when things didn't show up. She allowed us to have a lot of decorations shipped to her house as it was practically a destination wedding for us. The owner of the venue micromanaged her and demanded so many things but her team handled it all wonderfully. If you're looking for a great wedding coordinator and team, Amanda's errands & events are your people. If I could do something different, I'd have hired her before I signed any contract with a venue. A tip for anyone who is engaged and looking at places to get married.

I literally can't say enough good things about the team at Amanda's! Deep into planning my wedding, I finally decided that I just couldn't do it all on my own. Amanda and her team came in and saved my brain from many wedding planning melt downs. They were a total dream. Amanda helped us create a super detailed timeline for the day, coordinated with our vendors, helped set up decor, and generally just made sure everything went smoothly on the day of so we didn't need to be stressed about anything! Every hiccup was handled before I even knew about it. If you're getting married you NEED them in your life.

If you want a day of coordinator team that rocks you should choose Amanda’s! They took care of everything and more than we wanted to make our reception perfect. We got married at a venue where you need to basically bring everything in yourself so Amanda’s delivered ice, took care of logistics with the catering company, set up cocktail hour, showed our bartenders everything they needed and they even announced our entrance into the reception. They are a great team and will help make your day special so you don’t have to do everything yourself! Thank you both so much!
We were so happy to have Amanda's Errands and Events as part of our big day. We kept remarking how much of an amazing investment they were. They had our day run without a hitch, and went above and beyond the call of duty for us.
Planning my daughter's bridal shower from several states away was stressful to say the least. I needed someone to visit the venue, help me expand on the theme and decorate the day of the event. Amanda filled all those roles perfectly. From my first communication with her I knew I'd found the right person. During the several months we worked together, she was always upbeat and very personable. Her decorating ideas were wonderful and she was on site early on the day of the event to make sure everything we had talked about was perfectly executed. All the guests were awed by how beautiful everything was. I highly recommend Amanda and her team.

Amanda was recommended by another bride who got married at our venue and let me tell you, she was SO WORTH IT! I was having so much anxiety and was so stressed leading up to the wedding and she was on top of ever single detail! Vendors that I could not get a hold of she was in constant contact with, she took the time to understand EVERYTHING i was envisioning and executed exactly as planned. On top of it all, she spent her birthday (which i didn't know at the time or i'd never ask her to be there) walking my group through the rehearsal multiple times until it was perfect!!! Her team was sweet, caring, and a joy to be around, we couldn't be happier with her being apart of our day<3
Hiring Amanda as the day of coordinator was the best thing we could have done. We weren’t sure at first what exactly we would need Amanda to do but once we had our meeting I knew it was the right choice to settle some nerves. Amanda and Christine arrived right on schedule with items to help the girls with hair/makeup and if any little mishap happened they were prepared for us. They helped out the men with final touches and set up the venue to look beyond incredible. Amanda helped the photographer with photos by holding bouquets and even carrying the back of my dress and fluffing it out to look perfect. We had the best experience with Amanda and Christine and would recommend them to everyone.
I was originally unsure whether I needed a day-of-coordinator or not, but after our wedding, my husband and I agreed that hiring Amanda was the best decision we could have made. She made sure that our wedding and reception went perfectly, and we didn't have to think about anything other than enjoying the day. There are so many little things that even the most organized bride and groom have to manage day-of, and Amanda took care of all of those things for us. Even our DJ said that she was the best day-of-coordinator that he had ever worked with! We will be forever grateful to Amanda and her assistant for making sure our wedding was even more wonderful than we had imagined!
Amanda was on top of everything and made our wedding weekend 1000% more relaxed and enjoyable because she troubleshot any problem before it happened. I did not realize how much I needed a wedding coordinator until Amanda and her assistant were there the day of - I do not know what I would have done without them! Although, I had a general list for them, they truly went above and beyond. Wedding planning can be a very scary and confusing time. Working with Amanda really helped us feel at ease and believe that everything was going to be okay (which is was!) Amanda is very genuine, caring and truly has a passion for planning. We had met with other planners who had many more years of experience but came off very rigid - we definitely didn't feel this way about Amanda. We felt like she really understood us and that we can come to her at any time for support. She was always very organized and on top of things. We knew we can come to her with any questions, comments, concerns, ideas, etc. Especially, when she helped me pull off a surprise dance for my husband! Even if we weren't always responsive as we needed to be, she always positive and understanding. We always felt like she had our backs throughout the process. We definitely recommend Amanda for anyone! Thank you Amanda for all that you have done!
Words cannot describe what an amazing job Amanda and Lisa did for me on my wedding day. Amanda took care of me weeks before my wedding day by aligning all of my vendors and making sure every little detail was accounted for. She made a lot of the last minute planning for me completely stress free. On the day of the wedding, Amanda and Lisa were so helpful in everything from running errands to decorating and stayed with us until the end of night even though they had a long drive home. She was able to turn my venue into my dream wedding with very little instruction. I think what's amazing was that she was able to put her own creative spin and vision into what would look nice and I couldn't have been happier with how everything turned out. My wedding was perfect and out of all of my vendors, Amanda and Lisa was definitely one of my favorites! She was responsible, attentive, and professional the entire time! I wish I had more friends getting married because I would without a doubt recommend them!
Amanda and her team made my wedding day stress free! Im so happy Amanda was able to be my day of coordinator! She took care of all the important details from my ceremony to the reception. Hiring Amanda as our day-of coordinator was absolutely one of the best decisions we made when planning our wedding.
