My husband and I hosted our vow renewal ceremony and reception at The Lyceum in order to properly celebrate with friends and family, and The Lyceum staff went out of their way to make it a memorably good one for us! The venue's recent renovations helped it look beautiful inside, and the two stories the evening smoothly transition from a ceremony to a reception. Madelyn, Kristin, and their team were quite superb in their organization and communication throughout our efforts to plan this out of state, and anyone working with them will greatly appreciate it!

Completely agree with Cris J review from 1/27/22 - for someone who is in the hospitability business, the Lyceum sales manager is very unprofessional and unapologetic. I tolerated slow - or lack of - response for over a month after signing their agreement and dropping a deposit check off because my daughter wanted the Lyceum for her venue. The check never cleared my account and I couldn't get an answer from the sales manager so I ended up having to drive to The Indigo to personally track down Christen to inquire about my check and set up a room block. I went back to my office and emailed a confirmation of our conversation and again asked for follow-up/responses. After another week of no response, I cancelled the check and therefore, the contract! Run and don't look back!

Run away from this venue if possible! Sydney is no longer the event manager and the new event manager Christen is hard to reach by phone or email. Christen would schedule appointments and never show up. The event manager is very unprofessional and they are unapologetic. To save yourself time, money, and negative energy please book another venue. Also, I’ve known several people who had to find a new venue to move there wedding to at the last minute. The one good thing they did was give me my deposit back.

The staff were all super helpful throughout the planning process and the day of the wedding. They went above and beyond to make sure our day was everything we wanted it to be. The venue is large and can hold a ton of people without feeling crowded and is like a blank canvas waiting to be decorated however you’d like.

The reception venue was AMAZING! Everything was set up so nicely and the decorations were gorgeous! I would definitely recommend anyone to use this place as a reception venue.

Working with the Lyceum staff was a pleasure! Reggie (the director) was helpful, easy to work with, and always easy to reach. We changed our date as well as our floor plans several times and they were patient and supportive during the entire process. Our families say that hands down our reception was one of the best they've ever been to. I would choose this place all over again if I had to.

I held my wedding and reception at the Lyceum Ballroom and I could not have been more pleased with the results. when you first walk into the ballroom you may think its too narrow to pull off an event but with the ability to utilize upstairs and downstairs for your event it is perfect!! Reggie was great to work with and was there to help with any questions we had. Great place to host any type of event!!

I had my reception at the Lyceum Ballroom and it was so much fun! Reggie helped us alot to figure out exactly what we wanted and how to make it work. Everything went great and it's a beautiful place

I couldn't have picked a more elegant and romantic venue. The staff was awesome and the setting went with the decor very well. I loved everything about it.

I LOVED working with Lyceum ballroom and it made my wedding day perfect. It is such an elegant, modern place, and different than any plain open room venue. It's two stories, great service, gorgeous at night & loved every bit of it for my wedding!
